After the whole events of Heaven's arena. Gon is mysteriously send off to a new world full of people called mutants and also superheroes. Alongside Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio who are also coming along with him. It up to them to figure a way to come back home for reaching their goals, but also tag along and help out the X-Men fight crime and save the day

23. Some Notes

Hey everyone, since I am doing a ton of chapters of Hunter X-men right now, I decided to say something regarding the state of the X-men.

Some have PM, asked me if I am going to go in some way to the direction that the X-Men comic have gone in the past few years. You know, when Jonathan Hickman took over and decided to make everything very confusing. I still believe that is not Professor Xavier and is someone hiding. Seriously, making Magneto ´´Good´´ again, Apocalypse joining the team. Also, the thing with Krakoa is very confusing.

In Hunter X-Men I am focusing more on the X-Men Evolution universe, mostly because this the show that introduced me to the X-Men. But I am also going to add some characters that never appeared in the show, I won't tell who, but I have plans for them.

The maximum I wanna do is District X, because I think that was a cool idea. But Krakoa or whatever they are thinking on doing with Mars is out of sigh. Is too crazy, even for Hunter x Hunter.

I mean the things they have been doing, doesn't feel like X-Men to me. Is feel like a cult or some kind of weird thing. The only series of X-Men book that I follow closely were the New X-Men by Grant Morrison and the All-New X-Men series by Brian Michael Bendis. Which I am sill confused, I know the young X-Men returned to the past, so did all the stuff the did over the last 5 years that they were there never happen? This is so confusing.

I also told that I am also adding stuff from other comics, Ultimate X-men and other Marvel properties. Recently I started watching those Marvel amines series, they are cool, and the designs are sick, but I am not using none of that into my story.

I am just here to say, that the direction that I am taking my story won't be a complicated one. X-men is notorious for being a series that is build in huge continuity and thousands of characters, at least they put the recognizable ones in each team, so you know at least someone there.

Ok, I am going out of the rails, but I just wanted to say that I am nothing doing over the top crazy stuff. Like sending Gon to the moon to open a portal for mutants, Killua taking over the Sentinels, Leorio being the one that discover the cure for mutants or Kurapika becoming the new magneto because this is what would happen if he was a comic book character.

Also, something I wanted to say. I have been marathoning all of Kevin Smith movies recently. I watched from the original Clerks to Jay and Silent Bob reboot. It was so funny that the View Askewniverse started this whole shared universe before all those others TV shows and other stuff. So, I wanted to do a story, where here is the pitch: The View Askewniverse universe characters all habitat the 616 universe. Mostly of the tales will follow Jay and Silent bob during some of Marvel big events and for some reason they keep interacting with the main Marvel characters. Seriously I am thinking of Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma and some of the other's movies being on the Marvel universe, don't worry not everything will be stuck in New Jersey. This is going to be so much fun, having Jay and Silent bob keep meeting up with the main Marvel teams will be a geek heaven.
