So here we have the second part of this story. Spoilers they won't be sent to the shire yet, a little patience so we can get there. This will be a bit long, but I am happy that I am tacking this crossover, since there is a lot of Lord of the rings x Fairy Tail, but none of the Hobbit. Well I am about to change the game.
At the Fairy Tail Guild.
The trio of Natsu, Lucy and Happy were looking around for quest to take. Something good and that pay a lot of money in the spot.
''Ok so did you found something Natsu?' Asked Lucy.
''Nothing good, maybe we can go to this abandon cave and fight gigantic ants.'' Said Natsu.
''Oh come on. We did a gigantic spider last week and we used all the reward to pay up for the crops you burned out. What is the difference with this one?" Asked Lucy.
''This one is ants and not spiders.'' Said Natsu.
Soon Erza and Gray arrived to see what the group was doing.
''Hey guys, what it seems to be happening?" Asked Gray.
''We are looking for a new quest. Wanna join in?" Asked Happy.
''Great, I need some money to fix some of my armors.'' Said Erza.
''Yes, I also need an extra cash to fix something around the house.'' Said Gray.
''You need money to fix something in your house?" Asked Lucy.
''Of course, even though I am a guy I take care of the space I live. Unlike some other people.'' Said Gray looking at Natsu.
''Gray-sama.'' Said the voice of Juvia.
Gray just shiver in disgust upon hearing that voice.
'Great, just what I need it.'' Said him.
''Juvia is here, I made a sweater for two people. Care to share?" Asked Juvia.
''Sorry, but I am going on a mission with Natsu and the rest.'' Said Gray.
''Oh really, if Lucy is going Juvia is going too. Juvia can't let a love rival steal her man.'' Said Juvia.
''Just stop think like that.'' Said Lucy.
''What it seems to be the trouble?" Asked Wendy coming up with Charla.
''Oh hey Wendy, Charla we are going on a mission.'' Said Happy.
''Can I come? We need money to buy some items for our house.'' Said Wendy.
'Sure, you are welcome.'' Said Happy.
''This isn't good if involve this group.'' Said Charla.
''Please Charla, what is the worst that could happen?" Asked Happy.
''What is the deal here?" Asked Gajjell appearing.
''Oh hey Gajeel. I thought you were with Levy and her grop.'' Said Lucy.
''She is busy with fatso and skinny. I was bored so I decided to go and get a quest.'' Said him.
''How about you come with us? More people tend to have the better payment.'' Said Erza.
''I guess I could use the extra cash to fix my guitar.'' Said Gajjel and everyone thought ´´NO´´.
The group kept looking at the board untidy they found one interesting quest.
''Hey look, I found something. Its quiet old, must been here since we left for the S Class exam.'' Said Happy holding the job request.
´´Lost Necronomicon at a mystical alley. Give back in perfect condition and be greatly rewarded.´´
''Oh that's sound awesome.'' Said Natsu.
''Yes, cryptic and with a hint of a challenge. I am inn.'' Said Gray.
Lucy saw that in the job request there was some weird language on the back. It was something weird and made no sense, she had no idea what it was it.
''What language is this?" Asked her not knowing the language of elf's.
Erza took a look and was also confused.
''I don't know, if Levy was here she could take a look.'' Said levy.
''So are we just going to take a request that has a language that we don't know?" Asked Charla.
''Don't worry, whatever it is I am sure we can take it. We are not quitter.'' Said Gajeel.
''Yes, we will kick the ass of whatever it is this quest. We from Fairy Tail are not scared of anything.'' Said Natsu.
''Aye sir!'' Scream Happy.
The group went toward Makarov that was taking a drink while Mira was pouring more for him.
''Gramps, Mira we have a job that we want to do.'' Said Lucy holding the request.
'''OK, here you go.'' Said Mira approving the request.
''Please don't make much damage. My pocket are still empty.'' Said Makarov.
''We make no promises.'' Said Gray.
The group was soon getting their full equipment and that required Erza wagon to take all that crap that the group and mostly Erza need it for a quest. So with everything ready they were about to start.
''Ok, everything settle and I have the map.'' Said Erza.
''Alright lets go!' Scream Happy.
The Fairy tail gang was going to find this weird Necronomicon and find something more than just a quest, an big than life adventure.
