The lights of the arena were dimmed, two spotlights were focused on Tokugawa who stood in the middle of the ring.

"Aiming to be the strongest, evey person who was born human, Who was born a man had that dream once, But many of them gave up under the harsh reality of the world under their father's or a bully's fists or under the authority of a leader".

The crowd was silent as they stared and listened to the Oldman man who's voice carried passion unexpected from a man his age.

"But there were those few who didn't give up, Those stubborn fools who chased after that title in its raw most primal form".

"Today we saw across more then 30 matchs those fools competing to obtain that title, Among them only two proved to be the most stubborn and it is now that we finally get to see which one of those two incredible and stubborn morons gets to have that title".

At that the crowd bursts into cheers as the Oldman's words spread his passion like a infection and under those cheers our two fighters entered the ring as the announcer spoke.

"Here we have it ladies and gentlemen the finals are finally starting, As we see from the left corner the champion of the arena the fan favourite BAKI HANMA".

The cheers grew even louder as Baki walked into the ring and the announcer continued "And from the right side we have the giant that bulldozed his way to the top crush all who stood in his way JACK ...Hanma??".

The announcer's tone switched from excited to confused looking at the piece of paper in his hand as Jack came into the arena with robes that had the Hanma characters on them.

"So you really are my brother huh" baki said with a helpless smile with and face down as he stood Infront of Jack.

"What's up with that look of yours are you not happy to see me" That made Baki snap out of his self depressing state.

"no no.." as Baki was about to explain himself he looked to see Jack smiling at him causing him to smile as he understood that Jack was just missing with him.

Jack bent down and pulled Baki into a hug as he hugged him back "don't hold back little brother because irrelevant of the outcome today you will learn a valuable lesson"

Before they separated Jack looked like he got an idea "hey Baki how about the winner treats the loser to dinner, That way it's a win win" he said with a playful look "yeah sure" Baki said as he seemed to agree more out of surprise then anything else missing the fox like grin Jack was giving him.

After that the two brothers each went to their corner and waiting for the drum to sound.

Boom

As soon as it sounded Baki and Jack charged at each other going blow for blow from punchs to kicks and back but it soon became apparent that Jack was stronger as Baki started geting pushed baki hit after hit.

Baki seeing this started dodging Jack's punchs as he delivered a highkick to Jack's face only for Jack to grab his leg and turn around to slam him into the ground from over his shoulder.

Baki acted quickly as mid swing he used Jack's momentum against him as he delivered a kick to the back of his head causing Jack to let go of his leg and stumble forward.

As soon as Baki got his feet on the ground he quickly jumped again on Jack's back putting him in a rear-end chokehold.

"A perfectly executed chokehold from Baki it appears that Jack is in a tough spot" the announcer shouted as the crowd roared causing the air to vibrate from all the excitement.

Baki was holding on as Jack stood up with him on his back 'It's just like back then' he thought as he remembered his first "fight" with his father.

But Baki didn't get to reminisce for long as he felt Jack move under him as he slightly bent his knees then... he jumped.

A dull sud accompanied the wave of sand as Jack quite effortlessly was five meters in the air with Baki on his back.

The two began falling back down as Jack put Baki between him and the ground forcing Baki to jump off as to not get crushed under him.

A Boom sounded as Jack hit the ground rasing a cloud of dust as Baki rolled out of the way and stood up at the edge of the cloud.

Jack's fist came swinging as he hit Baki with an uppercut sending him flying upwards and clearing the cloud virtue of the air movement generated by it.

Baki didn't stay in the air for long though as Jack quickly grabbed him by the waist and suplexed him into the ground hard enough for him to literally bounce off of it with blood spraying out of his mouth.

Jack jumped above Baki to stomp on him with both of his legs only for Baki to quickly use on hand to push him self out of the way and cartwheel out of the way and onto his feet.

Jack smiled at that as he asked "warmed-up ?"

"Yeah I'm warmed-up" Baki said smiling Back

Baki charged back at Jack faster than before as he kicked him blow the belt before he took the chance to knee him in the face as Jack bent over in pain.

As Jack's body straightened back up baki Delivered a flying kick to his neck.

Baki landed back on the ground only to look at his hand as he saw that his Radial Artery had 4 deep cut almost to the bone with blood spraying out.

'Shit..now i only have 5 minutes'

Just a second after he looked at his wrist he was kicked in the face sending him flying back as he did a flip in the air before landing on his back.

Jack didn't give him any time to recover as he was on him in a second punching him in the solar plexus.

Baki rolled on the ground back and forth in pain holding his stomach but he still had enough self awareness to avoid Jack's kick as he stood back up while holding his bleeding arm close to his stomach.

He stood Infront of Jack dodging to the left as a punch grazed his cheek and delivered a mach-punch to Jack's stomach pushing him back as Jack grit his teeth.

He then jumped on his shoulders using the [spinning lotus].

"Ahhhhhhh" Baki screamed as Jack stopped his movement with brute strength and bite his into his calves as he tossed him away ripping a piece of it off.

"Wake up Baki you can use as many tricks as you want but it's all for naught if you don't have enough power"

Jack spoke as he walked up to Baki and grabbed him by his hair and punched him sending him rolling back.

"play time is over Baki, your hits sting but they don't do much damage, and you have a minute left before you pass-out from blood loss, How long do you plan to hold it back?".

"Don't you want to beat yujiro, how do you plan to do that when you don't use everything you have, you will never avenge her the way you are now"

Jack talked as he walked towards Baki who was slumped over against the barrier as he grabbed him by the head again.

Crack!!

Jack's eyes widened as he looked at his dislocated wrist only for Baki's highkick to land on his cheek causing him to kneel on the ground.

"Don't worry brother I'm wide awake" Baki said as he stood above the kneeling Jack with red surrounding him.

He kneed him in the face actually causing him visible damage as his nose started bleeding.

Baki then gave him one low kick after the other as Jack caught his leg on the 4th kick only for Baki to use his other leg to kick him in the face pushing his heel into Jack's eye causing him to let go.

As Jack graped his eye Baki mach-punched him in the face as Jack put his palm in the way last second as the punch connected causing him to roll back landing on his back.

Baki then jumped on top of him as he wailed on him with one punch after the other causing blood to fly everywhere as his wrist was still heavily bleeding.

Seeing that Jack wasn't reacting Tokugawa called for the match to stop as the handlers ran in and grabbed Baki.

"What are you doing get off me" Baki shouted at them before Tokugawa stepped in "Baki it's over you won".

He looked at him in confusion before he looked back at Jack to see him laying there covered in blood.

Baki could have sworn that he saw Jack smirking at him but his face being covered in so much blood it was hard to see.

"Winner Baki Hanma"

Baki didn't have time to say anything as everything became blur before it went dark, blood loss finally taking it's effect on him

Jack let Baki win just incase you didn't catch that

As for why ?, I didn't want to tie Jack to the arena and this way I can still use the original time line for inspiration while still not having to follow it.
