''The closer you get to light, greater the shadow becomes.''

Matt Murdock lives in a world of shadows, where light can only be felt by its skin. His words are cold, but his heart is still warm, beating well. When he lost the sight on a childhood accident, Murdock was granted of many powers, yet being a hero who can hear well do not pay taxes. He works at a law firm. Well... used to, since his double life began to enter in conflict. The victory of Daredevil became the loss of the lawyer; the fall of both became the rebirth of a new person. Though still blind, and living on Hell's Kitchen, Murdock feels glad of being alive. Same can't be said for those around his, since they aren't here to say anything, and the mind of Matt ain't a good place to be into. The mask may hid its face, but the heart...

He went to Arizona following a dream, and ended with nothing. A hero to be given all the prizes, and a man fallen in disgrace, together with the law firm. At these times, Matt Murdock truly believes he's a devil. Heather is gone, and it's my fault. If I, at least, had taken care, treated her better, knew that the note cancelling our marriage was fake... now, there is nothing that can be done. The journey to Venice was pointless, in a way. Sure, the criminals who stole Heather's money were arrested, but the one who stole her life, however, is still there. Father never allowed me to play with other children, so haggish he was that I ended up alike him. Jack 'Battlin' Murdock had its last stand, but his souls still torments mine, so Daredevil thinks. Can't stop thinking, hearing the clock ticking, the brocolli rottening inside the fridge, and the dark and cold world he had been put into.

''There is always a light in the end of the tunnel.''

A light at the tip of a blade. A key to open the final door, that leads to another tunnel. Kairi watches the sky, and feels a void in his soul. Empty like a bag, gone with the harsh winds who gave him backbone, or an illusion of one. Is he any stronger without the Keyblade? What does a key is worthy for, if it can't open any doors? Or even close Pandora's box, where all the evil and darkness of the world belongs, or said to belong. If the world is divided in light, or darkness by convenience, or by random, or because it's just how things are. Do they ever change? Kairi changed, yet he looks the same. A time ago, he began to act cocky, but later on, he came back to its self. Now he is on his own, in a city of stone by the name of Shibuya. When it rains, the sky opens up, but Kairi can't get out, even if he wanted.

The people here, wearing ties, walking on the streets, all close of another... they look happy. Why I'm not? Perhaps it all began when En Sabah Nur stood for a while on his mind, erasing all ilusions in regards to the way Kairi sees himself and the world. All his ideals based on self delusion and selfish, but of course, Kairi denied them and finished Apocalypse, together with its friends. Kairi may have taken him out of his thoughts, but he still can't take him of its thoughts.

''A man melts like sand.''

Out of the hourglass, and out of time. Cain Marko, once a pillar, is now in ruins. Defeated by mere children, whom he underestimated the power. Defeated by the holy water falling from beneath skies, the last ones he'll see. Then he sees the truth, and how pathetic were his efforts. The dominance over one of nature's elements wasn't enough, it never was. Gave a sensation of power, that began to eat its soul with time. His remains are scattered by the wind, and a tiny bit of history remains like dust in the hands of the one who defeated. Sora... he won't forget its name. How ironic, so thought Sora, that I had to kill him in order to let him free.

...

''Goofy became a journalist.''

Ducky went to navy. Roxas is still alive, same for Sora. A nobody, and someone who feels like nobody. In a world where information hits from everywhere at any time and at high speed, it gets hard to follow a path, or to follow yourself. To be alive, or to remain alive. Do something important, be real in a fantastic world, travel somewhere for the view to stay. It has been a long time since Tarzan didn't made an appearance, thought Sora, all alone on his thoughts. Things just happening by chance, like old friends coming back, fights and questions that never end, it's almost as if someone is leading him insane, or because he's growing up. For the first time, Sora feels he's growing, that he doesn't have the same age, and same view of world. With enough people to show their own, it got hard to follow.

''...The Kingdom Hearts.''

A Kingdom of Hearts. A kingdom with the shape of a heart, a heart with the shape of a kingdom, a king of hearts... nobody knows who or what he, she, or it is Kingdom Hearts. The words echoes on the mind of everyone who knows. Those who do not know either do not care to, or gave up of knowing. Is it possible to create a Kingdom Hearts? Someone did once, but it was a fake idol whose feet was made of clay. So many things happened, and how many do even matter? Sora watches the star together with Bruce Banner. He says that they are dead, yet they can still be seem. Bruce is also dead, in a way, same for his dream of having a normal life. Better be dead than coming back to Betty, he thinks, and my son, or what would be born... it would be a monster like the father. Sora can't hear his thoughts, but can feel what lies beneath the skin of that man. Somehow, it's the same he feels for Kairi.

...

''If you arrive in a world that's neither light nor dark, but somewhere in between, your task will be far from easy...''

Kairi finds herself at the void, where there is only white for all colors, and black for nothing. Or no colors at all, but her eyes insisted, since there was light, and darkness as predicted by Xehanort. One of the Xehanorts, since the world shares of many shadows. She broods, standing on a surface thin alike ice. Then she feels cold coming from a breeze, maybe a rift that leads somewhere else. Maybe... the only words that have meaning in a world of fantasy. How everything come to be like this, as if it was, then it wasn't, why it can't be like this, or why can't I change it. Was the Keyblade any useful, if it took so long to master it? Kairi thinks, same words echoing in her mind alike the ripples below. Floating clouds covers the once empty skies, but they do not change their opnion. While Sora, Riku, Ventus, Aqua were all chosen by their keyblades, why not me? Ain't I strong enough? Useful enough?

Sometimes Kairi believes she only lives for the sake of Sora, this if he could ever look beyond her eyes without face. Then she walks to where breeze came from, and sees a whole world made of steel and concrete. Smoke rises out of factories and the people do not care, walking around as if they were in search of fresh air, but there are no trees. Not that much. Is it the world between darkness and light? Why it appeared all of sudden? So convenient... but that's my mission. No matter what are Xehanort's plans, or if he'll ever give up. I won't, so Kairi jumps inside the rift, falls out the skies and lands upon warm asphalt.

''You'll kill no more, Bullseye.''

A body is threw from heights like junk into streets.

It's neck breaks together with the bones attached by flesh and nerves. A fitting end for his pitiful kind.

What was once Bullseye layed there for a while, and didn't died as if it was on purpose. Yet, Murdock really wanted to kill him this time, but then he remembers that within Daredevil, lies a laywer. And that the eye to eye law ceased to exist for a long time.

But Bullseye lived, once again. And Elektra... she lives. Could happened to fake its death. To have survived this long. Well, Murdock didn't realized that to ressurect the dead, a bit of his life had to die. The hero wasn't there for the aid, neither the laywer. Only the man, and at the coffin... He can't see, but fell... She's dead. Elektra is dead, the first woman he loved. Dead together with the dream, alive as a nightmare.

''To be forgotten is worse than death. I won't forget this...''

The people got their hands on the crystal. Moved by greed, they grabbed hands on a shattered crystal to their own. When the crystal broke, darkness spread around the world of Raya, within everyone in order to find a safe place. Another story tells that a box was built to keep all the evil within. By curiosity, Pandora opened it, soon releasing it throught the entire earth, so the greek mythology states. In the past, pieces of Alexander's gem were shattered into four, sent to all nations. One for the mathematics of Lindblum, other for the rainy plains of Burmecia and it's desert sister, and the last stood at Alexandria, its home and land of sun. Yet, wars that should had been brought to end began anew on Gaia.

History shows that energy shortage is one of the cause of many conflicts. The amount of energy released by the drop of atomic tear and its consequences reminded Freya Crescent of the day Odin brought an end to people who didn't deserved it. The will of gods changed by the will of a single-minded pig in search of fat, of pleasure. Brahne lost its husband, that doesn't justify everything she has done, though Freya. How ironic that she had been traveling the whole world in search of a man. In search of love, for a world who haven't saw enough pain.

''Beatles and Doctor Who coexisting at same time, like Light and Darkness in a room.''

A medieval castle lies on a skyscraper, both build in dark times.

1994... In brightest day, these are statues. When the sun settles down, the gargoyles take life and flesh.

''Poison is poison. It doesn't infect itself. It exists to infect, to cause a blight in earth. A scorched earth, feeded by the heat of her skin.''

When Mary is out, Typhoid comes, and takes those near to bed like a fever. Yet, they all get laid in the coffin, or in the streets alike junk. Oh my god, so Mary briefly makes an appearance, but has no time to shed tears when Typhoid is there to make them shed of red. Daredevil comes in, and makes things hard, since he wears red. He feels sick when near Typhoid, doesn't feel anything else when cut by her blades. They are cold, a bit of relief to begin with, which doesn't last for too much soon as she grabs his neck, and kisses him. Then Daredevil hears the noise of his neck bones grinding, his aorta about to burst, but then...

That boy with weird hair, so Daredevil detects another living being with its radar together with another heartbeat, as he pulls Typhoid with its legs. She wonders who that boy is, which ain't a surprise for Murdock. His name is Sora, wielder of a Keyblade, and a heart of gold. Just a child, so Murdock thought, before he came to be Daredevil, strong enough to beat anyone. A laywer doesn't rely on punchs, but Daredevil does, even for a lady. There is nothing in she that reminds him of a lady, just an assassin thirst for blood. Just like Elektra, but she's dead for a long time, and it ain't worthy to ressurect someone when a fist comes in your face. Then a large object hits Typhoid, it's that weird key belonging to the boy. A bit stupid for a key to be a weapon, but if it works, no problem. Thought, Keyblades aren't supposed to cut, and boys should be at school.

Sora doesn't know where he is. Just felt that someone needed its help, even if Daredevil was able to do it for himself. But Murdock owns the boy a favour, since he took Riku out the jail. Now Typhoid is supposed to be caged there, but instead, she fleds to the sewers, but not without making a disaster. The streets stinks with same junk, and dead lying there. Sirens of a long distance rang on its hears, sounding alike babies... no, don't think about the children. Please do not.

''In a world of shadows...''

The cracking in Amy's wall happens to be atSora's own too.

His mom called him for dinner, but all he could take notice of was that crack.

Reality can be changed. It already changed at the moment the Doctor made an appearance. It changes with this sentence, like a book in which characters take the long way, while the author can move from a page to another.

...

''...Whoever posseses Kingdom Hearts, it can change reality. Now tear the pages of the Book of Prophecies and use them to clean yourself, fool.''
