No one POV

"Ahhh -ta-ta," the celestial wizard said wincing as she sat up. Her whole body ached. Looking down her knees we're bloodied and bruised , cuts and scraps all over her legs, her top missing, her shorts were ripped from the tendrils at beach. Black and purple spots covered her entire body.. tears wanted to fall from her eyes but some many had fallen since the render took her. It must have been days by now. Natsu... where are you... she thought. Remembering the pink hair goof ball made her chest ache.

"Are you awake my pet...would you care for some attention" the master said. Although she had never see him his voice instantly sent horror through her body. She worried when she first arrived what they'd do to her given the suggestive behavior of the render at the beach. Yes, he's tried alright... and each time the master says, "if you can subdue her you can have her. No magic though Jirima, that would be unfair..." laughing as he staired at her. Lucky for her, she's a fairy tail wizard and over the years has learn some combat. Everyday the master still would would give Jirima the opportunity to 'claim a prize' and everyday she held him off. But it's been days, with barely any food and a little water her energy was failing. Between the fighting and trying to open any gate without a key she was losing her sanity and strength. She never lost hope though. The door opened again and slimy hands found their way on to her body.. grasping at her hips and chest.

"Are you to fight for you dignity again my lovely?" He said grabbing her neck then running his tongue up its length. Black tendrils seeped from the floor curling around her legs and chest holding her in place.

"Are you ready to have you ass kicked by a girl" she retorted.

"The master said I could use magic today... he's grown tired of our little game... see you soon... lover" he said grinning as he left.

"Natsu... please..." Lucy said wincing after the tendrils dropped her to the floor.

"It's been days.. she's been with him for 8 days we have no leads." Natsu said pacing back and forth starting at Gajeel and Levy.

"We've sent word to fairy tail. Ezra, Gray, Juvia, Wendy are headed this way. Shockingly enough Jellal had also been pursuing this "soul render " for months and knows how to track him they should be here today, it not, then tomorrow." Levy said.

"We don't have time... what if they are.. what if she's.. I will kill them all. Evacuate this island because I'm about to burn it to ash. She might not even be on the island. " he said dropping to his knees at the realization. "If she gets off the island we will never find her."

"Natsu, she is still here I can feel her magic. She's trying to open gates without keys. It's just not possible, I've begged the king and even he is distraught not being able to find his "old friend' " Loki said.

"How are you here then?" Natsu asked. "Go back and pop back up by her. Help me find her dammit"

"I cannot. I can only come through where my key is... unless the kings opens my gate but even he doesn't have the power to find her and place me there."

The door opens, Gray, Juvia. Ezra, and Wendy walk through. Followed by Jellal.

"Gajeel, good work, please escort Levy back to the guild." Ezra said

"I want to help find Lu-Chan." She said.

"No It's to risky for you and the babe." Gajeel said, "please let's go back. I will return if you want and assist but I can't risk you both."

"Fine... I'll go" Levy said.

After they had left Jellal took over. "Natsu, tell me everything." he said flatly. Natsu explained the man the beach the tendrils everything Gajeel had told him.

"Erza we with find her today... or I engulf this entire island until she is found." He said as flames blazed up his hands and arms. Smokes seeped from his breath.

"We will find her. Natsu, you take the north side of the island with Wendy. Juvia go with Gray to the eastern seaboard. Jella and I will take the south. Priority 1 is rescuing Lucy. The rest we can deal with after." Erza ordered.

"Who is taking the west?" Natsu asked.

"Jelllal cleared it before we got here. Nothing is there. "

"Wendy let's go" Natsu said running out.

"Wendy! Keep him level headed. He's not thinking clearly. His emotions are getting the better of him. If you find the render... do not engage. Use your lacrima and call us. We can assist you. He is dangerous." Jellal said.

"Hai!" She said chasing after Natsu.

"I've never seen Natsu this way.." Juvia said.

"He loves her.. " Levy said, leaving her bedroom with her suitcase. "He's only just figured it out..."

"I would be the same if it was Erza taken..." Jellal said quietly. Effectively turning Erza as red as her hair.

"Let's move!" She said.

"Soul Render, Dark abyss..." Jirima said as a pool of dark wager flooded the concrete floor. It smelled of death and soggy flesh... the smell cause Lucy to gag and lose balance. Evading him had been difficult especially with way to summon her spirits, but she had prevailed thus far. Only to be trapped in this room now. The dark watery mixture began filling the space.

"This water has no effect on me it's my magic... you how ever will drown. I will win and have you body.. give up now and I won't let you drown I'll even be gentle.." he said licking his lips.

"No!" She yelled back at him. If only I had my keys... "AHHH" she screamed.. as one tendril slithered through the black murky water shooting its way straight through her calf, barbing its end. When she moved it only dug deeper into the tissue.

"Got you... come here blondie.." Jirima said. Yanking the tendril back Lucy hit the ground. the water encasing her its pungent odor assaulting her nose and its metallic taste filling her mouth and lungs.

No no no no!

"I-Won't-go-" she said grabbing the tendrils and ripping it out of her leg. "ARGHHHHHHHHH" blood seeped from the wound as she stood. "You need to understand something Jirima... us Fairytail Wizards...we never know when to give up or to quit.. for us.. as long as we are breathing.. we never stop." Wincing and panting she took a step forward. "You won't have me... but I can promise you one thing. I WILL be the one to take you down.. AHH" She yelled again as another tendril pierced her abdomen lodging itself clean through and out her back. Coughing into her hands she saw blood. I won't die here... I can still use the heavenly bodies spell...

"Survey the Heavens, Open the Heavens..." she said wincing sinking down to one knee, "All the stars, far and wide.."

"What are you doing..." Jirmia questioned still pulling on the tendril, you no keys blondie...you effectively have no magic"

"Show me thy appearance...

Celestial bodies filled the room, opening her arms, lifting up and sinking on both knees, she allowed all her magic power to flow forth. I will put it all into one spell... let it be enough... Natsu... iIm sorry.. The light was blinding as the stars rained down on Jirma striking him.

"ARGHHHHHHHH" he said as blow after blow hit him. When the star shower was over she looked up, he was covered in cuts, scrapes, bruises and bleeding everywhere but still standing.

Tears feel from her eyes finally, it wasn't enough...

"Good Girl..." a familiar voice said. Lucy feel backward into someone. Looking up she saw that a warm familiar face and blue hair.

"Aquarius.. but how..." she said.

"You called me, the king granted my entry because of your Urano Metria. He was able to find you, Loki is telling the others... we have to get you out of here. Get behind me." She said.

"A Fish?" Jirima said. "well this is interesting..."

"Huhhhh? You're interrupting my date you bastard.. I'm over being here. TORRENT!" she yelled hurling her vase forward slamming him with her own blue water. It mixing it in with his disgusting black water. "Never summon me in this black shit again girl. This why you don't have a boyfriend even after a year you're still helpless!" she teased.

"Hai," Lucy said... passing out into the water.

"Oh no you don't," Aquarius said as she saw Jirima pulling Lucy's unconscious for towards him. Hurry you stupid flame brain, I don't have much time... Spinning and spilling her urn again as a large water pillar formed in the room snapping the tendrils connecting Lucy to Jirima. She flashed a grin at the man and then pursed him with an all out assault...

DING DONG

A flash of gold suddenly came from Natsu's pocket as Loki emerged. "We've found her"

"Where..." Natsu said stopping in his tracks.

"Lucky for us she's near here. She is badly wounded. Wendy be ready."

"How did you find her, I though the king couldn't" Natsu said shifting his course following after Loki.

"He didn't, she called the 88 heavenly bodies... Aquarius was able to slip through. The king granted her passage. She's fighting for Lucy right now, her time is running out though we need to move she cannot sustain her form in this realm without her key being used", he finished.

"Ile Vernier!" Wendy said putting her hands out. "I've increased our speed lets go!"

" I'M ALL FIRED UP!" Natsu yelled.

"Natsu, Jellal said not to engage the render." Wendy said.

"That's too damn bad...I'm taking back my wife..." Natsu said.

Wendy chuckled, "I figured as much". Reaching her pocket she pulled the Lacrima and phoned the others where they were and the coordinates Loki had been given.

Finally reaching the pin pointed location, they found a concrete building with no windows or doors. It appeared to have no entrances.

"She's in here, but I don't see a door-" Loki said.

"ARMS!" Wendy yelled, " Go Natsu!"

" Fire Dragon King's DESTRUCTION FIST!" Natsu slammed his attack down on the side of the building busting it wide open. Peering in as the smoke cleared he saw Lucy, unconscious in the water while Aquarius was struggling to keep the black tendrils at bay.

"Finally" she said smiling as she turned golden and disappeared. "I leave her to you Natsu.."

" Ahhh. Thanks Aquarius...Wendy take Lucy out of here. Taking off his scarf and vest he threw them too her. Cover her up too. Loki go with Wendy, protect your master.."

"You don't have to tell me twice" Loki said running and picking Lucy up.

"She needs medical attention now.." Wendy's eyes went wide looking at Lucy. "what happened to her..."

"Get out now, both of you.. I won't be able to guarantee you won't get burned. This fucker however... Incineration is most assuredly guaranteed. "

"Ohhhh so pinky has come to play..." Jirimia said wiping the blood from his face.

"Lucy did a number on you huh? She is a fairy tail wizard after all. Too bad for you I'm here now." Natsu said, "Moetekita... Fire Dragon King...Purgatory" he said low. Suddenly the room went ablaze around each wall. Each one slowly started melting as all the water started to evaporate steaming up the entire enclosure. "You stole from me... everyone knows you don't steal from a dragon." he said with a snarl as his skin turned to red scales.

"Soul Render: Darkness Flames!" he yelled

Sucking in, Natsu ate his fire, "ugh that tasted awful, but even so thanks for the meal... " he said grinning. "Fire Dragon King...Brilliant Flame" Suddenly an immeasurably hot fire ball left Natsu, sailing towards Jirima. Melting everything in its wake.

"Soul Render Dark Abyss!" he yelled as more black water emerged from the floor, but it evaporated as the fire ball flew towards Jirima finally making contact. Encasing himself in his tendrils he took the hit and we flying backwards into the wall and bursting out the otherside.

"One... hit..." he said slumping to the ground.

"ahh... you shitty piece of trash... I should incinerate you.. but I won't Jellal can have you.." Natsu said squatting down punching him in the face knocking him out.

"Whoa...when did he get like that.." Loki said.

"Who knows with Natsu.. he grows every day" Wendy said her green healing magic covering Lucy's body.

"Natsu" she said in her semi-conscious state.

"I'm here.. I've got you" Natsu said throwing Jirima down and grasping her Lucy's hand. He placed a small kiss on her forehead, then her cheek. "I'm here Luce."

" I still can't believe it was one hit..." Loki said to Jellal as he helped him carry Jirima back into the resort placing anti ether binds in him.

"That's Natsu for you" Erza said chiming in.

"Juvia is impressed as well, although not as impressed with Natsu as she is her Gray-sama" Juvia stated matter of factly.

"How is she Wendy?" Gray asked.

"She's stable, she has lost a lot of blood, thanks to Juvia's blood transfusion technique she was able to help her a lot." Wendy responded.

Still wearing Natsu's scarf to cover herself Erza spoke up, "Alright. Everyone out! Wendy help me take her to the bath."

"Hai Erza-San"

"You to Natsu"

"No, I ain't leavning, besides it ain't like I haven't see anything before. I'm staying until she wakes up." He said sternly.

KONK!

"Owwwwww did you have to hit me?" Natsu said as Erza shut the door after kicking him out.

Wendy's large gasp had Natsu running back and putting his ear to the door.

"Erza... " she said her voice shaky. Wendy had removed the scarf and vest as well as the rest of what covered her. The light in the forest was to dim to see her condition fully at the time, but now both wizards couldn't believe what they were seeing.

"Death should be dealt slowly to whoever did this to her..." looking down they saw black, red, and purple bruises that covered her body in various places. Her ribs looked to be cracked if not broken in multiple places. A clear boot print bruise could be see on her back and thighs as well as long cuts and scraps down her legs. In her calf there was a massive hole. The muscle torn. The hole in her abdomen was missing h better as Wendy healed if on route

"She looks like she was held for months... not days..." Wendy said wiping her eyes. The door bust open. Natsu barged in.

"Natsu leave this-" Erza said.

His face was still, but his eyes flashed rage looking over Lucy's battered and bruised body. His nostrils flared.

"Gray! Could you please-"

"No need, I can see myself out" Natsu said coldly, "Gray come with me.."

"Juvia could you come help us please. I'm having trouble holding her and healing." Wendy said.

After what seemed like hours the girls had her patched up as well as they could. Wendy needed to take a break. All the severe injuries were handled and the minor ones would have too do.

"Erza..." Wendy said collapsing as she caught her. Juvia turned the lights off Lucy is in bedroom. " I'll take Wendy to my suite to rest . You can stay with her there. Gray and Natsu are sharing the adjacent one-"

"I'm staying here. She gets cold at night. Gray said Juvia could stay with him. Something about not feeling good about leaving her alone" Natsu said.

"Natsu.. it is indecent for you to stay with-" Erza started.

"Erza.. she is like this because of me. I will not leave her alone anymore..." he replied.

"Juvia is having a sleepover with Gray-sams!" Juvia yelled giddy running out of the room.

Walking to the bedroom Natsu sighed. He slowly he opened the door to see Lucy sleeping. The slow rise and fall of her chest brought him comfort. Upon closer inspection her shaky breaths and minor wheezing brought him pain. Tears threatened to leave his eyes.

"I'm so sorry Lucy..." he whispered

"Natsu...natsu... natsu" she kept saying over and over. Lifting his head he looked at her. She looked like she was in pain. Walking over he pulled back he covers on the other side of the bed sliding in next to her. Careful not to move her he scooted close and let his heat radiate causing a sigh to leave her mouth.

Lucy POV

Warm.. so warm...where am I? I though slowly opening my eyes. Looking I saw the same ceiling fan fromm our suite at the resort, that can't be right. I was fighting... Aquarius... she saved me... leaning up I noticed something heavy on my chest. I looked down. There, sleeping peacefully, with all his pink spiked hair, was Natsu. He groaned rubbing his eye.

"Luce..." he said quietly sleep still heavy his voice, "Lucy! Oh thank God!" He said again sitting all the way up.

"Where am I? How'd youfind me?" I asked staring at him.

"You're back at the resort. The others helped, but you did the hard part. You made it so Aquarius could find you. She was able to pass through because of Urano Metria. She gave Loki the coordinates and protected you long enough for us to find you" He said as he gently moved my hair away from my face.

"Jirima... where is he..." I start to glance around panicking.

"Shhh shhh, it's okay you're safe.. I'm here. You mean the soul guy? Jellal has him. I've requested some time Alone with him but they won't let me. Something about I might kill him I'm not really sure " he answered placing his forehead to mine, "are you truly alright?"

I flinched at the contact. He pulled away instantly, "did I hurt you?" he ask concern evident all over his face.

"Sorry he just... no I'm fine" I said quickly.

"Do you want to talk about it? Or would you like something to eat. Let me get you some water.." he said getting up. I reached for his arm.

"Please don't leave..." my voice was low, tears began to fall, "I don't want to be alone anymore..."

"Luce, you never will be alone again... I promise. I'll never leave you." He said laying back down. I flinched when I felt his hand gently lay across my stomach as he pulled me into him. He felt my flinch and removed his hand. Quickly I grabbed it, lacing my fingers in his, and placing both our hands on top of my abdomen drifting back to sleep...

Natsu POV

Grrrrrrrrrrr

"Damn..." I said quietly. Lucy had been asleep on me for what felt like hours, not that I didn't mind. However.. hunger was setting in.

"Natsu..." she said in her sleep.

Luce I'm still here...

"Natsu-San", Wendy said quietly coming in with some food and bandages. "I was pretty sure you'd both be be hungry and I need to check her wounds." Glancing at us she turned red . Glazing down I noticed I was in just my black shorts. Getting up and I grabbed my top and scarf after carefully pulling myself away from the sleeping blonde.

"Ehhh Natsu-San... I need to undress her...." Wendy said shyly.

"It's okay Wendy... he can... stay" Lucy said coughing in between breaths, wincing as she slowly sat Up. I grinned, "ain't like I haven't seen it anyway".

"You still have to turn around you idiot" Lucy said trying to sound angry but ended up coughing more.

"Seems dumb to me but okay..." I retorted then turned my back to them as Wendy began undressing her. Sneaking a peak over my shoulder I saw Lucy's torso and upper body. She was literally covered in bruises from neck to hips. Jirima... I though as my anger seethed, what did he do to you...turning back around I spoke as I stared at the wall, "when you're ready Lucy...I'd like to talk about what happened..." I said more as a polite demand rather than a request.

"I don't know Natsu. It's a lot to think about. How many days was I gone? He kept me locked away. He'd come and collect every so often, other times he'd come in the room and taunt me... but only if the Master Let him."

"What did he do to you Lucy?" Wendy said as she replaced bandages on her back where there were numbers bruises and welts. "This is cruel...".

Taking a deep breath to maintain her composure, Lucy spoke, "what I presumed as daily, which now looking at the time line it must have been every few hours, the master would let Jirima try to conquer me. Well honestly it was more like beat the shit out of me until I was incapacitated. If I was 'defeated' his prize was my body..." She said shuddering..

"Did he touch you Lucy-san?" Wendy said her tone taking a serious the ~turn.

"I only blacked out twice...the first time we fought, and then again when Aquarius showed up. It was until after the first time I blacked out I really realized what the term "conquer" meant. I woke up missing my clothes. The master gave me my shorts back, but... I don't know what he did to me..." she said sniffling.

"Wendy... could you give us a minute please... go help Erza and Jellal with Jirima." I said turning back around looking at Lucy. She was clutching the blanket to her chest as tears feel of her cheeks while her face was flat.

"Natsu I'm not done with the bandages." She said, wringing out a the cloth she was using to clean Lucy's back.

"I will take care of it from here, please. Go help Erza."

"Hai..." she said getting up and walking out giving Lucy a reassuring look.

No One POV

Natsu walked back around the bed.

"Scoot forward if you can.." he said.

"Hai, what are you doing? " Lucy asked.

Taking the bowl of water, Natsu heated his palm warming the water then placing the cloth into the water and on to her back. Lucy winced.

"Does this hurt?" Natsu asked quietly. Looking at her back his anger rose again warming the room. Welts. Scrapes. Bruises. Some places were already healed because of Wendy leaving a light pink scar.

"What did he do to you..." Natsu said his emotions barely in check.

"We fought... I fought to keep my dignity... although I lost... I know how you found me... I just feel... filthy because he touched me, he hit me, he used his magic on me. He wrapped his tendrils around me keeping me compliant. I don't know if the master was compassionate or was just trying to piss off Jirmia. He wouldn't let him have his way unless he earned it. But I'm a fairy tail wizard... I didn't give Natsu. After sometime I mentally shut off. It wasn't until the last day I gave up on opening gates and poured my last ounces of magic into Urano Metria. I didn't anticipate Aquarius to come through. I knew if I didn't take him down..." she said choking up... "he would have taken me..."

Warm arms wrapped around her. At first she jumped but feeling his warm breath on the skin of her shoulder as he gently pulled her back , it caused her to relax into him. "I didn't want him to touch me... to... to... he would have..." she spoke softly as sobs escaped her. Waves of emotions finally hit her. Turning carefully she wrapped her arms around him and he held her as she cried.

"I'm sorry Luce. I shouldn't have let you leave the other night.. you were right... by the way" Natsu said into her ear.

"About what?" She said.

Sighing he pulled back cupping her face, he leaned forward and placed a small chaste kiss on her lips. Pulling back he looked at her and said, "I was jealous..."

"Natsu..."

Lots going on here! Thanks for reading and following this far! Where are they headed now? Natsu is aware he's made the effort but how will Lucy respond . Who is the master? How is Jellal and Erza with Jirima?
