Chapter 11.5: We've come this far

Hello to those of you reading my story. As you may have guessed, my name is Kobe Tatsuya. I'm here to tell you a bit about what has happened throughout the story so far. As this is a written story the physical changes are hard to convey. So I will now take a moment to describe in detail what has changed for the people in the story.

It has been just about 6 months of time from the beginning of the story to this point at the end of the season. I'll skip the boring details and skip to the important things.

First up is Sora:

Sora overall probably changed the least physically, besides Jibril who literally does not age. He started the story at 18 and at about 175cm, or 5'9" for the imperial measurement, tall. He's now still 18 but is now at about 177cm (5'9") tall, so he grew just a little as he finally had a "proper" diet, at least that's what I'm chalking it up to. He's probably gained about 7kg (15lbs) since being here in Disboard, so he doesn't look so much like a twig like he used too. He was about 63kg (140lbs) he's now at about 70 kg (155lbs) I take my victories where I can. HIs hair didn't change much as he had it cut recently taking off about 7cm, if anything it's shorter than it was when we arrived. That's about all the changes for him at this point. He still wears that crappy yellow shirt and blue slacks that he came with on to the next one.

Shiro:

Starting at 11, 140cm (4'7") and 48kg (105lbs), she had her 12th birthday and she actually had a bit of a spurt in the last 6 months, she now stands at about 150cm (just under 5') tall and is probably around 50kg (110lbs), not that she'll admit it or tell me. She a young lady in the making, and I won't give her measurements away. Her hair was considerably long to begin with being nearly at her ankles to begin with. The last six months she hasn't cut her hair because the rate her hair grew matched the rate she grew meaning that it was still at about her ankles. I get her to braid it a bit so that she doesn't drag her hair. She might as well take on the name "Rapunzul" her hair is so long. Shiro also likes to play dress up, from what I've seen, so her outfit changes constantly, but her favorite is likely the coronation dress, now on to the next.

Jibril:

No change, NEXT!

Stephani:

Stephani Dola started the story at 18, about 167cm (5'6") tall, with REDACTED kg (REDACTED lbs). As a gentleman I cannot ask such a question of her. If she tell you on her own it would be a different story, but I digress. She probably hit her tallest at this point as she didn't grow at all, they say women mature earlier, this may be a good indicator to it. Her hair these last few months however grew considerably. From being at about the tops of her shoulders to now being past her collar bone, she's started keeping it tied back to manage it. I must say I like her with longer hair, it suits her well. At first she wore this rather casual looking dress and boots that her Grandfather left her, but when she told me that she was no longer under the spell of the love condition she removed the bow that covered her chest, not sure entirely why she elected to do that. Now, I suppose all that's left is me.

Tatsuya:

I started the story at 18, 182cm (6') tall, and 75kg (165lbs) and hair that I kept back, away from my eyes. Now I'm still 18, only Shiro has gone through her birthday so far, but I'm now at 184cm (6'1/2") tall and 76kg (168lbs). My hair grew a fair amount, I'm forced to tie it back in a short ponytail, it's not long enough to droop down yet but it'll get there. I was fairly fit at the start of this what with my kendo training and all, but since I'm not entirely of need for it here, I've picked up a new workout routine that increased my muscle volume in my body, I actually have abs for the first time in my life. Steph seems to like them, but that's not important to you now is that? I still keep my sword with me everywhere I go but I rarely take it out. My clothing has had to adjust to this world slightly. I usually end up wearing this butler suit in the Elkia castle as it's the only thing that they have for non-royals in the castle. I don't mind it, it's actually kinda fun when Shiro decided to act like a Queen who needs to be taken care of.

Now that all the stats are out of the way, let's move on to the logistical stuff. Sora and Shiro have fell in nicely to being the heads of Imanity. Sora does on occasion flaunt to Shiro that he was the one granted the race piece, but she doesn't really care. The way I see it she controls him so she so she basically controls the piece. Before I left they had formed some sort of plan to take on the world one nation at a time, but when I asked about it they told me that they are coming up with a new plan of action, in conjunction with all the work I did while away. I don't know if that means they'll go after the Sirens or they'll maybe go after the Warbeasts, both races I suggested as they have no affinity for magic like Imanity, and they don't seem too different overall, especially the Warbeasts. I think that Sora and Shiro would easily take these exceeds down and incorporate them in their plan to play Tet once more. The goal that was reignited with my return to Elkia.

As for Steph and I, with our return she has resumed her duty as the caretaker for them in my absence, not that I'm gone for-

Oh be quiet Tatsu-nii.

Shiro? How did you get here?

You narrate the rest of the story, let me take care of this at least.

Oh uhh, well okay but do you really feel up to it? I mean there might be over a hundred people watching this.

It's fine Nii. I can handle this.

Then by all means.

Yay! Now then, so Nii and I were really sad when Tatsu-Nii got mad at us. When he was gone we kept all the letters. Even when he was mad he was trying to help us get to play against Tet again.

Ah Shiro, I already told them this.

Yeah, and I'm telling it better.

I- *sigh* nevermind go ahead.

*hehe* Let's see, okay so Nii and I were going to go straight for the Warbeasts because nii wanted to take over all the "cute furry girls" first. But because of the recon that Tatsu-Nii did we got a better idea.

Shiro wait, don't spoil the story for them.

Oh shhh Nii, I know what I'm doing. Anyway, Tatsu-Nii gave us a lot of useful intel about the places he went to and so we decided to alter our plan quite drastically. Originally we wanted to do it quickly, the way we planned it out with Jibril's help, in like a year or so. Now our plan is looking like it will take significantly long as we are intending to stabilize all the places we take over and integrate everybody together. Why take over everyone if they are just going to be at each other's throats? So our new goal is looking like it'll take more like 3 to 5 years. I'll be so old when we finally finish. *whispers* Maybe Tatsu-nii will dump Steph when he sees my grown up self.

Huzzah! My dumb-self finally managed to dig myself out from the mountain that is life and finally pump this out. I have every intention to finish this story. I have had to also do a considerable amount of research so that I could incorporate the sections of the series that aren't covered in the anime as that's the only medium that I have seen to any meaningful capacity. I will try and get these out to you in a timely manner. In other news since it's been, what, 2+ years since I updated this story a lot had happened. I got married, graduated college, moved to a brand new place, and got new jobs. Thank you to anyone that has been patiently waiting for my slow self to finally get back to it you guys are the best.
