3. Chapter 3

Chapter 2 A new beginning

When Xionas awoke, he was in an unfamiliar house. Before him sat someone who looked like Blake but wasn't. It was Kali Belladonna, Blake's mother. "Morning sleepyhead" she told him. "Wh-what happened? Where am I? The last thing I remember was." Then it donned on him "Father." He murmured."where's my father?". Then the Mayor of Menagerie walked in, none other than Ghira Belladonna, Blake's father. "The old fool left you in my charge, boy, you'll be living with us. This letter should explain everything." And Ghira handed him a letter with the Azure Family Crest, A water droplet with the Japanese character "Mizu" in it. The letter read as such:

Ghira, my friend.

I feel as if these days we are being hunted, first with Alpha Crimson horn, I feel like they're coming after me next. Then these "usurpers" will only have to kill you to lead the fang. In such an event, take care of my son. He's all I got left. Remember why we founded the Fang. To mend the chasm between the world of humans and faunus. My son could pave the way. Thank you my dearest friend.

Xionas could hardly believe his eyes. And his heart skipped a beat. " to be in the same house as Blake"

"Boy. Your nose is bleeding. That better not be why I think it is"
