Chapter 8 Crimson Sunset

Xionas headed to the door, until he heard shouting coming from the other side. "I do not care what you think is best for my daughter. Her place is here with the company" said a gruff voice. Xionas knew the voice well, Jacques Schnee CEO of Schnee Dust Company and Wiess' Father. "But sir. Weiss rather follow in Winter's footsteps. She... she hates you"

"Why you ignorant animal.. I ought to"

Xionas knocked on the door. "*ahem* Ms. Sapphire-Azure, we'll finish this conversation later. Come in"

"Hi, Mr. Schnee. I'm here to pick up aristo, we have family stuff to do today. Our mother is returning from Vale."

"Very well, she may leave. I'm finished with her anyway"

Xionas nearly blew a blood vessel, "why you -mpphimph mhmr mph mph mhmr, Mmphipho mph mp om mph mph" he said as Aristo covered his mouth and made him bow his head."thank you Mr. Schnee" and stormed out gripping Xionas' hand and entered the elevator.

"Arrogant, selfish, old bastard" growled Aristo her brilliant yellow eyes glowing with rage

"And mom calls Omega the embodiment of Rage" xionas responded wistfully.

As they left the building Xionas picked up a flash drive as the same faunus that greeted him whispered " for the fang"

"Still doing Taurus' bidding?"

"Still being a selfish c*"

A few minutes later Xionas crawled out of the pile of rocks atop him and spit out blood " take a damn joke" his Scroll rang Omega's ringtone "Jimmy Collins Wake" "what do you want Omega? I got the literal shit beat out of me by my sister, I- Yes this is he. Wait, Winter Schnee? I'm on my way", Xionas dashed across the snow as the sun started to ebb beneath the horizon " not him..please anyone but him." He stopped at an area marked off by Atlas Military, sliced through the yellow tape and rushed to his best friend's corpse. "Omega. No. Not you." Omega's body turned a gray tone before disintegrating to ash, and Xionas started to grip at air. "You have such potential Fishboy, now use it" Omega's words echoed in his head as he slammed his fist into the snow and a crimson Ohm burned around his right eye and his tears hit the snow, melting it.
