Obito slings an unconscious Sasuke from off his shoulder in front of a clearly shaken Karin. He teleported them in some foliage near the Samurai bridge sensing this is where Danzō was trying to escape too. Sasuke was lucky that Obito was able to save him from Onoki's Dust release.

The mask nin looked at the red haired kunoichi expectantly.
"Heal him now!" Obito demanded making Karin immediately grabbed Sasuke.
He disappeared to reappear at the middle pillar of the bridge. Throwing a kunai attached to explosive tag behind Danzō and his cronies who were crossing the bridge.
"Leaving so soon the fun has only begun," he peered down at them just as it exploded.
Hinata was brushing up on the vascular system and thinking of a ways to have a hundred percent success rate in a heart surgery. When she slowly started to feel drowsy with the book in her hands as she closed her eyes.
She was running what seem like a long tunnel towards the light. It seem like she was running in place because the closer she got to the light the farther it seemed to move. She hearing something behind her, but she dare not to look back. When she stop running the light disappeared altogether.
She hopped up awake from her chair dropping the book to ground. This dream was so recurring it was becoming a nightmare to her and she was trying to understand why she kept having it.
"Damn it!" Obito shouted from across the hallway.
"He back so soon?...I thought he said he be gone for a few days?" Hinata yawned wondering how long she been asleep as she heard more angry cursing coming out his lab.
"Hey are you ok?" she peeked her head at the doorway of his lab.
Before he could answer the blue kunoichi was rushing to his side completely ignoring the fact that there was a dead body on the operating table.
"Why is your right arm missing?!"
"Oh this is nothing. I just miscalculated my opponent," the mask nin shrugged his shoulders.
"It is not nothing your fucking arm is missing!" Hinata was furious at the fact that he didn't care.
Obito wanted to let out an exacerbated sigh just then because he didn't know how many times he had to explain the first DNA to her and unbeknownst to her this wasn't his first time that he lost his arm in battle.
"Aww my sweet Hinata is so cute when she is swearing!" he decided to patronize her by pinching her cheek. Immediately she slapped his hand away, trying to take a look at his injury was when she paused finally noticed the body on the table and who it was.
"T-That is the Hokage!"
"Was," he corrected as he took off his mask.
"Obito please tell me you didn't because doing this will start a war and-"
"I didn't, it was mostly Sasuke and in the end Danzō committed suicide," Obito said quietly watching her.

"One day you might face an opponent that will be at your level or outmatch you,"
"That is enough Hinata because your letting your fear overtake you!" he replied hotly, he was already in a foul mood when he found out that Danzō destroy Shisui's eye with his cursed seal because it would have been a game changer.
"I'm not, I am being realistic and you need to stop thinking your invincible all the time!" she snapped back tucking on his empty Akatsuki sleeve as proof.
Obito slipped his mask back on.
"I have to go,"
"Wait! Go where?" Hinata asked refusing let go of his sleeve.
"Back before Sasuke kills your friends, but then again maybe I should just let him murder them," Obito answered coldly seeing her shocked face. When he was collecting Danzō's body he saw Kakashi fighting with Sasuke for a belief moment before he teleported back to his lab. He knew Sasuke was too weak and was practically going blind to even win against her friends, but she didn't know that.
"Y-You wouldn't, you p-promised!" she swallowed nervously loosing her grip.
"Yes Hinata I did and I need you to believe in my capability for once!" he hoping it was crystal clear to her that he held their fate.
"Ahem if you two are done with your lover's quarrel," White Zetsu said suddenly morph into the wall.
"What!" they both shouted in unison at him.
"Jeez I just came by to tell you that Sasuke is in need of your help Obito. He is getting his ass kicked badly by Naruto now,"
Hinata couldn't stop herself from shaking her head at Obito because he just couldn't help, but lie to her about the situation and it made her wondering what else was he lying about?

Hinata could do nothing, but blink several times wishing she didn't have to witness any of that.
"Come we have work to do," Obito said grabbing her with his new found hand and teleporting away from his lair.
Several days later they were in Yugakure scoping out the hospital where the surgery was going to take place. The plan was that Obito was to place a genjutsu over the hospital/staff in order to have the head surgeon walk Hinata though the surgery. She was very apprehensive about being in Yugakure even when they both were under disguise as newlywed. Only because they were near the land of Fire, but Obito told her this village was very pacify and perfect in order to execute this plan.
"We will do it tonight, now that we memorize the layout of the hospital and pick out the best nurses to help out with this," he pulled the curtain shut to the window.
"Did we really need the honeymoon suite for your recovery...this place had to be expense," Hinata commented sitting in the middle of the king size bed. She was looking through the pamphlet about the luxurious hotel they were currently staying at when she nearly yelped went he tucked her ankles forward forcing her to lay on her back.
"We have to play the role as newlywed through," he whispered sprinkling kisses up and down her body as he stripped her bare.
"You could never keep your hands off of me either way," she whispered back lovingly.
All Obito could think was his freedom as her nails dug into his back. He already abandon Akatsuki when he never went back to save Sasuke and killed White Zetsu. It would take Black Zetsu a long time to find Kisame depending if he was in the ocean and he if did come back he would just suck him in Kamui to imprison him forever. Obito thrusting into Hinata like his life depended on it because he was so close to being free he could taste it as he smothered her cries of pleasure with his lips.
