Hinata didn't know how many times she read Obito's letter, but everytime she read it a piece of her would die.

The illogical part of her would say he abandoned her and didn't love her after all. But she knew that wasn't true, as the wind blew through her hair. Hinata could smell the rain coming and it seemed like the only thing that didn't make her nauseated lately.

The paper user watched as she closed the balcony and rubbed her hands on her arms to get warm. Looking at the former spy's face she looked sickly again. Konan would say that she grown a soft spot for her. Ever since she learned that Hinata been going to local clinics and the hospital healing the weak and the ill on her own accorded.

When Konan asked her why, she simply said it was pay back for disturbing the village peace when she was a spy.

"Sorry for leaving the door open Lady Amekage," Hinata bowed before sitting in the armchair. She putting her hand to belly time sooner than later it will start to show.

"Hinata I've told you to call by my name for quite sometime now because you don't actually work for me,"

"I know I guess habits are hard to break sorry," she smiled weakly before staring blankly at the ground.

This made Konan raised her eyebrows at her. She set her pen down on her desk. Ame was on a full lockdown since she had to fake her death, but that didn't stop the paperwork from still coming in. Only her most trusted Ame nin and assistants knew what was really going on.

"I've heard the other day you fainted when you used your byakugan in front my assistant. Are you alright?"

"I'm pregnant," Hinata barely whispered knowing it was pointless to hid it.

The clock ticking in the background seem to be way louder than usual. Konan thought it was dumb to ask her if she was sure because she was a medical nin after all.

"That sick bastard left you while you were preg-"

"He didn't know Konan I swear. I just found out the other day that why I fainted," Hinata cut her off instantly knowing how much she disliked him.

"Even so you've been looking sickly on and off since he left. He has sharingan plus the Rinnegan now, he could have noticed before you?" the paper user not trusting that asshole had planned this along.

"The necklace shields chakra signature and at the time he took it from me...we both were pretty intoxicated," she replied depressed because remembered seeing moments of his sadness back then.

"Please I have to tell him because none of us planned for this! Obito is going to sacrifice himself in the war!" Hinata's voice suddenly cracked because his letter it was clear that he didn't plan on coming back.

"Hinata you know he has given us strict instructions to not contact him or anyone out outside the village. It could mean death or something worse," Konan said sternly because she was not willing to risk her villagers. They been through enough war to last a lifetime.

"I know I'm sorry for bringing this up," she replied remorseful because her emotions were everywhere since yesterday.

"Obito you have to come back to us...no matter what you can't die out there!" Hinata thought feeling defenseless as she looked out the window as it rained. That was all she could do was wait until this war was over.

Obito barely got any sleep last night because today was the day to end this war once and for all. He had Madara's Gumbai strapped on his back because he had to look the part. He already released the Gedo statue and killed over fifty shinobi in order to get the Amber Purifying Pot and the Crimson Gourd. These were essentially for his plan and now to put the final part in motion.

Obito suddenly sensed the presence of his enemies, but it was too late for Naruto Uzumaki headbutted his mask at full force.

"Shit not even a scratch on the mask!" Naruto growled angrily hoping to bash his face in with his Kyūbi chakra mode.

"It is going to take alot more power than that to crack this mask," he said glad he no longer had to go search for Naruto or Killer Bee since both were here.

The mask nin had to kill time now in order for let Gedo statue to absorb the contents in the jar and the gourd.

"Honestly I'm surprised your more concern about my mask than you are about your friend...what was her name again?"

"Don't!" the golden nin suddenly yelled.

"Oh yes Hinata," he smirked underneath his mask.

"I know it was you who made her attack me that day because she would never do that!" Naruto stated unable to forgive this man.

He didn't care what Kakashi-sensei said about the surveillance tapes at the prison Madara put a genjutsu over Hinata that day.

"Or maybe you don't know her as well as you think you do?"

"Naruto! This fool has gotten under ya skin cause we are being surrounded fool," Killer Bee beatboxed as more undead jinchūriki began to closed in. All them had Sharingan in one eye and Rinnegan in the other eye just like the masked man.

He sat back in a tree to watch the both of them being jumped by their own kind.

"You fucking coward!" Naruto shouted up at him as he tried to evade punches and kicks.

Making Obito narrow his eyes down at him because may have hit a nerve, but he was as stupid as he was to take the bait. There was too much at streak here.
