Kakashi seems to be in a trance, while the mask nin went in full on assault mode ready to slam his head into the ground. He swung the Gunbai as it clashed with Guy's Sōshūga instead.
"My rival this isn't the time to be slackin off!" the green beast shouted trying to bring him back to reality. He whirled his leg into a roundhouse kick with the strength to open three of the Eight Gates. Easily Obito combated Guy by creating a mini cyclone with the Gunbai causing him to be spun counter clockwise of his kick sending him flying into Kakashi. They both kept stumbling until Naruto was able to catch and dissipate the wind around them.
"Listen up both of you," Kurama was now speaking though Naruto shocking both of them while Gyūki was not surprised by this. The last two remaining tailed beasts knew how grave this situation was becoming now.
"That man is trying to revival Jūbi which is known to be the destruction and the end of the world. He must of feed the Amber Purifying pot and the Crimson gourd to the Gedo statue, which contains part of mine and Gyūki's chakra before he fought with us," the fox explained thinking they were safe as long as they didn't get captured. He was completely wrong and this masked man had seemed to have made a fail-safe plan just in case too.
"We have to do everything in our power to stop the Jūbi from coming back then," the silver nin said finally snapping out of it and deciding to keep his revelation to himself, until he was completely sure first.
"You can not stop what has begun...give-up!" Obito said sounding like a complete megalomaniac to them.
"I will never give-up it is not in my ninja way! There is no way I'm let you destroying this world especially since I'm be the greatest Hokage this world has ever seen!" Naruto proclaimed with eyes change to back to cobalt blue and his face looking less feral.
The golden nin formed a Rasen-shuriken and threw it directly at the Gedo statue.
"None of you will not touch this statue!" he toss the Gunbai in the middle of it's face deflecting it from the blast.
Kakashi begun murmuring under his breath of a plan/hunch he had to Guy and Naruto while the mask nin was distracted. He asked Hachibi if he could raise them up in his palm. Then he threw all three of the shinobi at Obito. The first to attack was Naruto as he created a clone. Helping him to create a rasengan before poofing away as he charged head first at the rouge nin.
The blue haired kunoichi suddenly jumped in his way making Naruto curved his hand in surprised trying to avoid her. The rasengan still ending up hitting her in the shoulder throwing her sideways to the ground.
"Hina-" Naruto's words cut out by the mask man binding Gunbai's chains around his body.
"Let me worry about my meat shield," Obito sneered because he was getting sick and tired of hearing this idiot continually scream her name.
"Why you!"
Guy came in twirling his nunchucks forcing mask nin to let go of Naruto. He became intangible out of all of his attacks. Out the corner of his eye he saw Hachibi throw a punch at the Gedo statue.
"Don't you dare mock me!" Obito slammed his hand which glowed red to the ground.
"Uchiha Flame Formation!" ruby red flame surround the statue in a cylinder like a holding dome making him purposely slam his fist into it.
"Ow hot! Hot! Hot!" Gyūki was trying to shake and blow off the flames from his knuckles.
"Do it now Naruto!" Kakashi suddenly ordered.
In the background shadow clones had a gigantic transparent golden head of Kyūbi up like a shield powering up a Biju bomb and blasted it at him. The mask nin immediately was forced to hid his entire body in his Kamui. The real Naruto was unknowingly thrown into Kakashi's Kamui.
"Gotcha! Who the hell are you!" the golden nin was solely focusing the rasengan to his mask.
The rouge nin was taken by surprise unable to think or move in time as he felt his mask to shattered into pieces. He came back to realty with Naruto jumping far back to his team.
"Kakashi you had a hunch that he had some connection to your eye, but I would have never guessed this..." Guy replied troubled by this reveal. Kakashi remained silent in dental some ways not wanting this to be real.
"Who is he?" Naruto asked not liking being in the dark about the mystery man in front of them.
"That's Obito Uchiha, but he supposedly died in the last war on a mission with the old Team 7," Guy said quietly seeing how his rival lost the ability to speak again.
"Damn you Kakashi! I should have taken you out as soon as I saw you," he thought wanted to remain anonymous as long as he possibly could. The silver nin was more of a nuisance to him then the rest of them.
The blue haired kunoichi hurried over to Obito holding her injured shoulder and breathing loudly. When she stopped in front of him was when he saw that she was bleeding from her shoulder profusely. Automatically he torn the Akatsuki's sleeve off wrapping and tying it around her wound as if it was a natural thing to do.
Seeing her face instantly revolted him and shoved her from his view knocking her back to the ground.
"I told you not to show me your face...why can't you follow simple orders!" Obito stated coldly because he couldn't believe that he had an emotion attached to this fake. He really need to end these feelings he was having for the real Hinata as well because it was taking a toll on his psyche.
"What the hell is wrong with you! Why are you treating her like that!" Naruto said confused by his actions. At first he was stunned that Obito would actually helped Hinata, but then to turn around and throw her to the ground like that.
"I told you before don't be concerned of what belongs to me," he said nonchalantly making the golden nin's fists start to shake.
While Kakashi began to wonder because his words sounded so possessive. Obito had to be the man that Neji believed was harassing his cousin. Except it wasn't harassment it had to be a connection that Hinata was trying to hide from everyone. He was started to scrutinized every encounter he had with her to see if he could find anymore hints besides the graveyard.
Suddenly someone came crashing in a mere inches from the rouge nin like a meteor. That someone was Madara Uchiha.
"It looked like you were having too much fun over here. So I couldn't help, but to join!" Madara said with a lust for more of a fight.
"Though haphazardly releasing the Gedo statue and causing it to transform in Jūbi seems desperate to me?" his mentor suddenly questioned him noticing the statue within the Uchiha Flame Formation.
"It was out of necessity," he tried to defend his decision.
"That is not a good enough excuse Obito and you shouldn't have rushed this process,"
He kept quiet and looked away not wanting to draw anymore suspicion to Madara and what he was really trying to do. Finally the warlord averted his vision downward to see that woman sprawl face first onto the ground. Just as she was about to get up he put his foot down on her injury preventing her from getting up.
"Get your foot off her!"
Madara ignored the Kyūbi container and pressed his foot farther till there was a loud pop dislocating her shoulder as she cried out in pain.
"Why is she here? Women are not meant for the battlefield...I should know I just dealt with two of them earlier and they easily went down," everyone knew he meant the Hokage and the Mizukage.
"What happened to Kages over there and stop hurting Hinata! " Naruto asked seething as his chakra soared to new heights.
Madara continued to ignore him looking at his second in command never letting his foot up. He wanted him to answer his question.
"She is my bargaining chip that is all,"
"You don't say? Always so deceptive...and here I thought you actually cared for her?" finally removed his foot from her.
"This reality no longer matters to me and everyone who is remains tied down to it must be severed," Obito only said what his mentor wanted to hear, but he knew in his heart that he no longer believed in Infinite Tsukuyomi.
"A lie will always be a lie no matter how true you want it to be," he thought in the back of his mind. He unhooked the Gunbai and toss it back to it true owner.
"Uchiha Reflection!" Madara smirked preventing Naruto's Kyūbi chakra extended claws from hitting them. The Gunbai hit their enemies with just as much force pushing them far back.
"I'll deal with Hachibi and Kyūbi while you deal with those other two!" the warlord ordered and landed close to his opponents.
"Obito why are you doing all of this?" Kakashi just had to know because it just didn't make sense to him anymore.
"If you really want to know it is because you let... Rin... die!" Obito closed his eye as he lied straight through his teeth.
