Sasuke with his katana out was running at Obito who kneeling on the ground. Naruto was chasing after him he knew Sasuke would kill him if he got to him first and he couldn't let that happened.

"Sasuke wait! We need him to tell us where Hinata is first?" the golden nin yelled at him.

Flashback

"What do you mean it not her?!" Naruto stood up from Sakura's healing abruptly.

"Tch do we need to spell out for you! Whoever that bastard killed it wasn't Hinata!" Kiba annoyed by the fact that he was tricked this whole time as Akamaru bark in agreement.

"This necklace...when we took it off of her it revealed a different woman none of us have never seen before," Shino spoke relieved it wasn't Hinata and casually tossed the necklace at Naruto who caught it.

The necklace was covered in what he thought was "Hinata's" blood and began to wonder why didn't he notice the jewelry before knowing that she never worn a necklace.

"It had to be that stupid Akatsuki's cloak she was wearing...maybe then I would have noticed it?" Naruto was mostly mumbled to himself. It angered him that Obito played them this bad.

Suddenly Sasuke jumped in front of all the Konoha 11.

"S-Sasuke...What are you doing here?" Sakura's shocked voice soon turned to anger unsure of who's side he was on.

"Grr We don't have time for this shit! We need to questioned that man now before he goes and bleeds out on us!" Kiba said frustrated as he stamped his foot impatiently while pointing his finger wildly at Obito.

"He is right I want to know exactly where Lady Hinata is!" Neji agreed because he could care less about Sasuke's presence. He will do everything in his power to find his cousin at this point.

Just then there was a loud crash because the sealing of the Jūbi had failed and the Hokages were suddenly running towards Obito, but it was too late.

flashback over

Sasuke ignored Naruto completely. To him Obito need to pay for all the havoc caused, in Itachi's life as well as their clan. He will put a end to this madness and be the last Uchiha standing.

But Kakashi seemed to beat Sasuke to it as he appeared in front of the rouge nin and grabbed the back of his hair to have him look up. Kakashi gripped the kunai in his free hand aiming for Obito's throat. But before he slice open his neck the silver nin's hand stop by Minato.

"He is surrendering and killing him will only not solve anything. Talk to him as a friend Kakashi because you know Obito best," the Fourth said feeling responsible on how his two students turned out.

"Let go help out the injure and figure out where to put the Amber Purifying pot so no one ever tampers with it!" Hashirama suddenly said to Naruto and Sasuke as he picked up the pot.

"B-But-"

"Don't worry Naruto we will get the answers you desire," Minato reassured his son.

"Okay," Naruto nodded trusting his dad while Sasuke just frowned, but wasn't in the mood to go against the undead Hokages. When they were finally left alone Kakashi finally dropped his kunai making Minato let go of his hand.

"You wanted to know why I was doing this...I wasn't given any other opinions," Obito said more surprised they were showing him mercy.

"For decades I willingly followed darkness especially when Rin..." he suddenly stopped feeling so tired just thinking about it let his arms fall to his side.

"I lost my way and I let Madara change me. To a point I became him and threw my own identity away,"

Kakashi was slowly digressed everything he was telling him. Seeing no lies and there were no aggression in their talk this time. Looking at his face with his left eye still missing seemed to be fully healed thanks to him being the Jūbi's jinchūriki.

"Why did you gouged out your own eye?" Minato asked as if he was reading Kakashi's mind.

"It was something that I borrowed and I no longer needed it," Obito noticeably tense up to them.

"Where is it now?" the silver nin immediately followed up.

"..."

"Obito you will answer this question!"

The newly made Jinchūriki merely bowed his head because it reminded him of when he was a teenager when his sensei and Kakashi be would disappointed in him. Obito was unsure if he could even trust them because the old team 7 was severely fractured.

"Is it where Hinata is?" Kakashi asked getting to the source of the problem. He remembered his crazed confession he had when he was close to dying.

"S-She is gone and I'd destroyed her," Obito said believing fervently that he did.

When he left her it broke her heart and he felt like he was undeserving of her now. Also Obito thought if he could protect Hinata from imprisonment and from being harmed he would do it at any cost. He refused to say anything else after that as Kakashi decided to put him under arrest.

Two weeks later at Konoha

Tsunade was rubbing her tempo in a circular motion trying to prevent an incoming headache from forming. Execution was not an option and is what the five Kages have decided for Obito Uchiha. And what had decided that was the Jūbi and none of the Kages did not have the desire in put all that devastation power in a newborn nor having to claim such a Jinchūriki. The Uchiha thus far had perfect control over the beast and it was something that boggled their minds.

So far in the public eye Obito was known to be dead and the Jūbi sealed away. Other wise there would be no doubt be an uproar. Especially if her villagers were to found the Jūbi's Jinchūriki was jailed secretly in the interrogation tower in their very own village. She definitely needed a drink, but it will have to wait as she made her descend down the spiral staircase.

Tsunade was completely underneath the interrogation tower now in a darken hallway and at the end of the hallway was Aoba and Ibiki. She greeted them and then entered the steel door in front of them. There sat Obito Uchiha in a metal chair with his ankles shackled to the chair and wrists chained to the metal table in front of him. He was blindfolded of course to prevent any possibility of a genijutsu, even if he only had one eye it still was a powerful eye. His head shifted to the sounds of the door being open and high heel sandals clicking against the floor.

Obito figured it was that time of day or night for interrogation. He lose count of many days of how long he had actually been here because of this blindfold and it definitely was something he could take it off if he wanted too. The leaders of Konoha had to have know this as well because there wasn't a chakra constraint in the world that could contain this monstrous chakra inside of him. The only reason he stay in this jail cell was because it was his choice and his alone.

"Tell me why you wanted Naruto during the war?" Tsunade said sitting in front of the rouge nin.

"He would of speed up the Gedo statue transformation process," Obito answered automatically straighten his back from hearing her voice because it was the first the Hokage joined them. He answer a series of questions and with everything that he had answer in these past weeks. He should be buried underneath the prison and more than likely would never see the light of day again.

"We are looking for a missing Leaf kunoichi and we know you know where she is," Tsunade worded carefully know this was the only question that he never seem to answer.

"Anko is located-"

"We already found Anko you criminal scum! Do not waste the Hokage's time and tell us where Hinata is?" Ibiki snapped at him was in no mood for his nonsense.

"My apologize Lady Tsunade, but like I've told Morino before and well Kakashi too. I had her destroyed and there is not a shred of evidence left of her," he droned in monotone know they would ask this eventually.

Obito began jingling the chains on the table in an up and down motion. He would do this so often during or after interrogation. It was more of a soothing mechanism for the rouge nin and funnily enough it would always annoyed Ibiki to the point where he would always ended up slamming his face into the table.

"Well you see, we don't believe you since you seem to be a pathological liar Obito...you leave us with no other choice," she nodded towards Ibiki as pulled out noise cancelling earphones.

Quite suddenly Obito couldn't hear anything with snuggled headphones over his ears, but still felt the vibration of someone walking over towards him.

"So sensory torture is it? What will Konoha think of next?" he thought sarcastically showing no fear.

"I will be monitoring this extraction of information so we don't have a repeat of what happened to Kisame," Tsunade spoke freely without worrying about the prisoner hearing.

"If there any resistance we signaled a fleet of Anbu with the cameras to be in here within seconds," Ibiki reassured.

The fifth Hokage hoped it didn't come to that because Obito had been cooperating this far. He was just being a stubborn bastard whenever Hinata was mentioned. Aoba was trying to not to be nervous because he wanted this interrogation to be successful as he rested his hand on jinchūriki's forehead.

Obito flinched from the suddenly feeling of a hand on his forehead. His mind was being invaded by someone foreign as his first time meeting Hinata played like a flip book. He snapped the chains like twigs and kicked the chair off of him as it slammed into the back wall.

"Don't you know Aoba three is a crowd," Obito towered over him holding Aoba's arm in such a way that would break it if he wanted to.

The blindfold fell partial from his left eye and revealed what use to be a empty socket was now occupied by Jubi's eye staring back at them. The mind invasion not only infuriate him, but also the beast within him.

"Obito let him go!" Tsunade urged seeing him as a ticking time bomb. Ibiki stood close to the fifth just encase this maniac decided to attack her. Ten other Anbu members tensely hold their stance when entering the room.

"You call me a pathological liar! Even after I gave up so much information and showed constraint!" he tossed an unharmed Aoba at them out of anger.

"Be glad I no longer hold a grudge against this village because as you all know that I'm capable of way worse!" Obito warned no longer wanting to talk anyone anymore. He had his truth seeking orb come out of his body to barricade the room while throwing everyone out with great force.

Several hours later no one still couldn't enter the room and it was completely impenetrable. But it still didn't stop Naruto from continuity to punch the black barrier in front of him.

"You!" he slammed his fist.

"Damn!" slamming his other fist against the barrier.

"Asshole! You cant hid in there forever!"

"Naruto would you quit doing that already!" Sakura huffed getting annoyed with her boyfriend.

"B-But Sakura-chan!"

"Enough idiot, it is not helping the situation!" Sasuke couldn't help, but to agreed with the pink kunoichi.

"Bastard I don't see how what your doing is helping at all. They shouldn't have never let you out of the jail cell for this!" the blond nin glared at him.

Kakashi couldn't help, shook his head because this reminded him of the good old days. Except his little students were no longer children, but fully fledged ninja in their twenties. Though he wasn't as surprised as everyone else when Naruto and Sakura started dating. The silver nin thought they would pair well and even Minato-sensei seemed to approve before returning back to the afterlife. He was also glad to see Sasuke finally no longer interested into getting revenge.

"Now if only I can help you old friend," Kakashi sighed quietly when he thought of Obito.

"You might get your wish," Tsunade suddenly said behind him.

"Lady Tsunade I didn't mean that," he replied startled. She merely suggested that he follow her before his former students noticed he left.

They made it back to the Hokage tower and in her office. Where Neji, Kiba and Shino were waiting for them.

"Your probably wondering why I gathered all of you here," she said sitting in front her desk. She quickly downed her sake and honestly she deserved this after the day she had.

"This is classified, but when Hinata was on a long term two years mission. She was in Amegkure collected intel for Konoha,"

"She was a spy..." Kakashi confirmed.

"I didn't realize back then and clearly I didn't ask her enough questions, but she was compromised," Tsunade sighed sadly as she picked up the necklace that Hinata supposedly "lost".

"And listening to all of your stories of Hinata's behavior over this last year was farther proof. Especially with your team Kakashi encounter with Obito in the war and his confession of feelings for Hinata,"

"Feelings!?" Neji chocked thinking he missed heard the Hokage. He did not want to even imagine his sweet cousin to be involved with that vile monster.

"Now if you were Obito where would you hid Hinata?" Tsunade completely ignored Neji as Kiba and Shino looked towards the silver nin.

"In Ame especially since I sure that is where he got the Rinnegan," Kakashi hoped he did know Obito best like Minato-sensei said he did.
