Appearance:

She's a young beauty with long black hair that reaches her upper back and hazel eyes.

Outside matches she wears a black shirt with pink linings and a pink heart drawing in the middle with wings on the sides and a skull with missing front top teeth in the middle of it (Bret Hart symbol). A pair of blue jeans and black shoes with pink laces and linings.

In the ring she wears a black top with pink linings in the middle of it is the same drawing in her shirt. A pair of pink pants and black boots with pink laces and outlines.

Fighting style: she follow's the Hart family's traditional style of grabbles and excellence execution with some speed-based power moves.

Finishing move: the sharpshooter

Background:

She's the granddaughter of the legend Bret Hart whom she admired whilst growing up along with their proud family history. Attempting to make her own spot in the family proud history she dominated the rookie circuits in Canada, she was approached by WWE but refused due to the screw job incident and wanting to make her family legacy elsewhere. She originally wanted to join GWM in hopes of destroying them and add their defeat to her family line but it was about the time they were monopolizing Japan she travelled to Japan in order to defeat them but when she arrived they were closed off after the new Tiger mask defeated them, seeing her reason for travelling gone Charlie was broken and was ready to go back home until she saw Girmov's third event and saw an opportunity to make her own legacy in the heart family in Girmov and defeating Tigress and her enforcers.

Personality:

She's a proud member of the Hart family and wants to make her own spot in their legacy and thus feels a lot of pressure on her not wanting to make anyone think less of her especially her grandfather.

However she is extremely confident and proves it with her performance in the ring. She can be either kind or not based on her impression of the one she speaks to.

Relationships:

Brat Hart- is Charlie's grandfather whom she admires greatly and does everything in her power to make him proud despite him loving her no matter what, and shown great concern with her decision to destroy GWM to the point he yelled at her not to carry that plan only for her to ignore him, they have a strong grandparent and grandchild bond to the point that Charlie still holds a grudge against Vince and Shawn for the screw job.

Natalya Hart- their relationship is somewhat unstable due to Charlie not approving of Natalya's choice by joining WWE, despite that Natalya is trying to be a good relative to her uncle's granddaughter and even helping her to travel to Japan for her quest despite having second thoughts about it.

Ms. X- Charlie considered X to be a worst version of Vince McMahon but after seeing that she truly turned in a new leaf she warms up to her a little but not completely, as she see's her brand as a way to make her spot in the Hart family which X is more than happy to help with for her own interests of this goal being achieved in her brand.

Carly X- they became good friends due to their similar reasons for wrestling as well as hating Vince.

Abdulaziz- Charlie greatly respects the Arabian elder due to his contribution in her great-grandfather stampede wrestling program and considers him her grandfathers true rival instead of Shawn Michaels.

Haruna Taokaoka/Springer- Charlie holds her partly responsible for robbing her of her goal and thus is determined to one up Haruna and not let her beat Tigress before her.

Clementine Cirrus- they share hatred for Vince and stupid promoters who waste good potential, Clementine admires Bret and considers him one of her father's greatest rivals which Charlie agrees with.
