Hi Everyone! Merry Christmas! I am posting this chapter early as a Christmas present for all my readers out there.
Here is chapter 2 of TMNT's meet their mother.

"AAAHHH, that hurt!" Henrietta screamed as she felt the needle prick and slide into her skin.
"Do not worry, the feeling will numb out eventually." Shredder replied as he watched the syringe empty into his test subject.
"I will let you rest while the solution gets set in your bloodstream." Shredder told Henrietta.
"Okay." she replied letting her head slide to the right side out of exhaustion.
A couple of hours later Shredder came back to check on Henrietta, wake her up and take a blood test. After the blood test came back he saw that the result turned out to be negative.
"Ugg!" he screamed in frustration. Shredder has a notebook beside him titled "Project Turtle" and wrote down his findings and results for Test One. The following month he tried again with a different formula in the syringe. Yet again, the test result came back negative and he wrote down his findings and results for Test Two. Each month for a different test and the same result. He continued the same procedure for fifteen years.
Finally, the last test he wanted to try made his dream come true. Formula 180 was ready. Henrietta was sitting in the same chair she had throughout all the other trials. She had her right hand out palm up showing all the bruises she received throughout those years of negative test results and needle holes.
When the Shredder came up to her and inserted the syringe into her arm, she didn't even feel it go in, he injected the last formula hoping it would work. Two hours later, Shredder came back to check on his test subject. He looked up from his clipboard of notes and saw a person he did not recognize in the test chair.
"Hi there, my name is Shredder, do you know where Henrietta the turtle went?" he asked the person.
The person replied."Shredder, it's me!" Shredder recognized that voice. "Henrietta is that you?"He asked as he took a closer look at the person. "Yes Shredder it is me "she replied.
Shredder couldn't believe his eyes. "Yes, yes, I finally did it. I turned a turtle into a human!" he exclaimed with joy. He ran to get his notebook and wrote down 'Test 180' has worked, the turtle DNA has turned into human DNA. Result positive.
"Now test to see if you can revert back to your true form if water touches your skin." Shredder told Henrietta. "Yes let's." she agreed. Shredder went to the utensil table and grabbed a water dropper, he filled the dropper from a bucket of water just like the previous tests. He walked over to Henrietta and released the water onto her skin watching the transformation take place. Henrietta's human skin turned back into her natural turtle skin and her shell reformed on her backbone. "I am me again" she exclaimed looking at her hands turning them.
"Now that I have what I need, I will release you after you turn human again." shredder told "Hen". "Hen" reverted back to her human form once her skin was dry."Thank you Shredder." Henrietta replied standing up wearing a Mrs. Clause winter robe and turtle green pants to cover up and then rubbed her wrist from the cuffs.
"Here, in the bag is a change of clothes for you to withstand the cold. "Hen" opened the bag and saw a turtle neck sweater with the words 'I love Turtles ' and a pair of turtle green sweatpants. "I am going to go get changed, be right back."
20 mins later
Henrietta came back from changing
"The exit is down the hall, the last door on the left "Shredder told his released captive pointing in the direction.
Henrietta was free from Shredder's tyranny. The question is … Where to go from here?

Let me explain why Henrietta went through 180 different tests = 15 years x 12 months=180 tests.
Oh, and "Hen" is short for Henrietta.
