It was Saturday morning. Lorelai was laying in bed looking up at the ceiling. It had been a week since she almost got suspended and things at work had calmed down. She still was working on gained the trust back of her team but other than that things were pretty normal. Lorelai knew that Aaron was planning to take Jack out for the day for some father son bonding time. He took turns taking each of them out when he could to get one on one bonding time and today was Jack's turn.

Lorelai figured maybe she and Rachel could go for a girls day. Maybe get their nails done go to the mall go for lunch? She would see what Rachel wanted to do. She stretched and got up and went to the kitchen where dad was finishing up making breakfast.

"Morning." She said

"Morning." Aaron replied to his eldest daughter.

Jack was sitting watching cartoons and she didn't see Rachel.

"Rachel still asleep?" Lorelai asked

"Nope. She's awake. She's just in one of her moods." He told her

Lorelai smiled. "I think I skipped the teenage attitude. For the most part." She told her dad

Aaron smirked. "You definitely weren't as bad as Rachel with teenage attitude, but you do have attitude sometimes." He told her.

Lorelai chuckled "Fair enough. I was thinking of suggesting a girls day with her. Any issues with that?" She asked her dad

"Nope. Not at all. However, be prepared. I told her she couldn't go out with some unknown friend because she refused to tell me name or age or even gender and I know she's hiding something." He told her.

Lorelai nodded. She went back upstairs and knocked on her door.

"What?" Rachel asked sounding slightly annoyed

Lorelai went in. "Just me. I was wondering if you wanted to go for a girls day. We can get our nails done. Go for sushi? Or go shopping. I bet I could get dads credit card and get you a new pair of jeans or something." She said

"Did he put you up to this?" Rachel asked

"Nope. My idea completely. I did ask him if he was okay with it to which he said yes but 100 precent my idea." Lorelai told her sister

"Fine. But no thanks." Rachel told her.

"Come on. We don't spend much time together between my work and your friends lets hangout." She gently prodded her sister.

"No thank you." She said again

Lorelai sighed. "Okay. Maybe another day." She said and left her room and went back downstairs.

Aaron looked up "Any luck?" He asked

Lorelai shook her head. "Nope. She's not interested."

Aaron nodded. "Sorry."

"Its okay." Lorelai said, "Maybe ill see if Spencer wants to come over and hang out." She added

Aaron smiled "Okay."

Food was put on the table and Rachel and Jack were called to come and eat.

The three of them sat and ate. Rachel refused to come to eat so it was just the three of them for breakfast. Lorelai made a plate for Rachel if she decided she was hungry later.

Not long after breakfast Jack and Aaron left for their day together. Lorelai cleaned up the kitchen and than texted Spencer.

'Hey. What are you up to today?' She texted

Spencer had just finished up his breakfast as well when he got the text.

'Hey. I'm not planning much. Did you want to do something?' He replied

'Did you want to come here? My sister is in one of her moods and dad took Jack out for a father son bonding day' Lorelai texted

Spencer read the text. 'Sure. I'll be over in an hour or so.' He told her

'She you than.' She replied before going to get herself ready.

She came downstairs and found Rachel about to leave. "Uh. Where are you going?" Lorelai asked.

"The mall with Kara." She told her sister

"Did you call dad and ask?" Lorelai asked

"I tried. He didn't answer. And it's the mall with Kara. Her mom is driving up and picking us up." Rachel said

"Yes. He probably would say yes but you need to ask him first…" Lorelai said

"Cant you just say I can go?" Rachel asked

Lorelai sighed. "I'm not your parent so no." She said. Since the conversation she had with Aaron almost a year ago she had been working on being the big sister not the parent and right now Rachel was making that hard. "Let me try calling him." She said and she called Aaron's phone, but he didn't answer.

"See. He's obviously somewhere to loud to hear it." Rachel told her

Lorelai nodded. "Okay. But you still cant go unless he says you can." She said

"I'm going." Rachel said as she finished lacing up her shoes.

Lorelai stepped in front of the door. "No. You're not." She said

Rachel snort laughed. "I thought you said you weren't my parent. You cant tell me what to do." Rachel said

"I'm not your parent but right now I am the adult here and your parent has not said you can go." Lorelai told her

"I have been to the mall with Kara dozens of time. Dad always lets me you -know he would say yes." Rachel said as a car horn beeped outside.

Lorelai looked out the window and made a face. "That's not Kara's moms car."

"She got a new car a couple weeks ago." Rachel told her

Lorelai couldn't see into the car very well so she couldn't tell if Kara's mom was the one driving.

"So, are you going to move and let me go or do I have to move you?" Rachel asked

Lorelai raised an eyebrow. "Really? Okay. Fine. Let me just go say hi to her mother." Lorelai was starting to get the feeling Rachel was lying.

"What? No! Why?" Rachel said

"Because you are acting really weird Rachel" Lorelai pointed out

Truth was Rachel was lying. She wasn't going to the mall, and she wasn't hanging out with her best friend Kara. She knew that there was no way her big sister would let her go if she knew the truth and Rachel -had to go.

Rachel took a breathe and shoved Lorelai out of the way and ran out the door.

Lorelai was not prepared for her sister to push her, so she went flying and hit her head off the wall to the side of the door and tripped over a pair of shoes and fell to the floor with a yelp. She was stunned. Her head and knee now hurt, and her sister was gone, and Lorelai had no idea where she was going and who she was really with.

Lorelai looked around and felt for her phone in her pockets, but she remembered leaving it on the kitchen table earlier. She was to sore to move, and she knew she needed help.

Spencer had finished getting ready and headed out to Lorelai's house. He pulled up as a car speed off out of the driveway. The windows were tinted pretty dark, and he was unable to see who was in the car. He noticed the front door of the Hotchner house was ajar and he got a bad feeling. He unlocked his glove box and pulled out a gun. He kept a spare for emergencies locked in his car. He got out and went to the door pushing it open slightly.

"Hello. Anyone here. I'm FBI and I have a gun." He said

Lorelai groaned a bit. "Spencer its okay. Its just me." She said

Spencer put his gun away and went in all the way and saw her on the ground.

"What happened?" He asked. "Where is Rachel?"

"Rachel told me she was going to go to the mall with her friend Kara. I told her she needed to ask dad. Dad didn't answer his phone. I was going to cave and let her go but I noticed the car that pulled up was not Kara's moms. She told me Kara's mom had gotten a new car but I know Kara's mom would not have the funds for that so I said I would let her go but I needed to go say hi to her mom at the car. Rachel realized she was caught in a lie. She pushed me out of the way and ran out. I wasn't prepared and was pushed into the wall, banged my head, tripped over the shoes, and landed on my knee hard. I'm really nauseous. I think I might have a concussion." Lorelai told her boyfriend her words mumbled in places.

"Yup. Okay. We are getting you to the hospital." He said as he gently scooped her up and went out to the car and set her down. "I will be right back." He ran inside and found her wallet, phone and keys and locked up the house before running back out and driving to the hospital.

On the way he tried to call Hotch, but he didn't get an answer either. He called Rossi instead.

"Agent Reid. What can I do for you?" Rossi asked when he answered the phone.

"Long story short Lorelai would not let Rachel go out because Aaron had not approved it and is not answering his phone. Rachel didn't take to well to being told no and pushed Lorelai out of the way. Lorelai hit her head and knee and I believe she has a concussion I am taking her to the hospital, but we are not sure were Rachel actually is or who she is with. I saw the car rush out of the driveway when I pulled up. Black Mazda CX7 with very tinted windows. I would say maybe even illegally tinted." He also told him the plate number. "She told Lorelai she was going to the mall with her friend Kara but that is not Kara's mothers car. Lorelai says something is not right." Spencer finished.

Rossi was surprised. "You get her to the hospital and stay with her. I will find Rachel." He told the younger man. "Lorelai do you know the vehicle is it another friends parents or something?"

Lorelai shook her head her eyes closed.

"Lorelai stay awake." Spencer told her. "She shook her head no Rossi."

"Okay." Rossi said as he hung up.

Rossi tried Hotch but again no answer. He called Penny next and told her what happened and that they need her to do her thing to help find Rachel. He than called the rest of the team in and they all headed to the FBI. They were going to find this girl and she was in a world of trouble when they did.

At the FBI. Penny started by trying to trace Rachel's phone, but it had been turned off. She than traced the car but found those plates had been stolen off another car eight months previously. She also traced Hotch's phone because no one could get in touch with him, but it seemed to be at his house. Had he forgotten his phone? That didn't seem like something Hotch would ever do.

"Hotch doesn't forget his phone." Morgan told the group as Penny relayed the information she had found.

Rossi called Spencer.

Spencer answered. "Any luck?" He asked the phone on speaker

"Not yet. Where was Aaron taking his son do you know?" Rossi asked. "His phone seems to be at home so that would explain why no answering calls." Rossi told him

Spencer looked at Lorelai

"Batting cages, than for lunch had not sure what restaurant but Jack loves Arby's" Lorelai told him

"Okay thanks. How are you Lorelai?" He asked but Lorelai couldn't answer

"She had an MRI done we are waiting for results her knee is very swollen, and x-ray is very backed up so it will be awhile still. But she is staying awake as much as possible. She is in pain, but they don't want to give her pain killers because of the possible concussion. They have sprayed numbing stuff on her knee for now."

"Lorelai you are strong you will get through this." Emily said.

Lorelai nodded a bit and Spencer relayed that fact.

They all hung up and Rossi said he would go check Aaron's favorite batting cages and see if they were still there. Rossi got there just in time. They were about to head out. Rossi got out and went over to his car. Aaron opened the window. "Dave. What are you doing here?" Aaron asked

"You forget your phone at home? Is this going to become a habit?" He asked the younger man he was unimpressed.

Aaron made a face and pulled a phone out of his pocket. That's when he realized that his case was on an old phone. "Someone switched it…" He said

"Probably the thirteen-year-old who pushed her sister out of the way to run outside and get into a vehicle that Lorelai didn't recognize…" Rossi told him

"What?!" Aaron asked.

Rossi gave him the whole story. Aaron was stunned. He didn't even know what to do.

"Jack. Why don't you come with me I'll drive you to your aunt Jessica's" Rossi said.

Aaron looked up at the older man. He was torn. Did he go be with Lorelai he knew she was safe, or did he go help find his daughter that he didn't know where she was but that his team was looking for.

Rossi could see in his eyes that he didn't know what to do. "Go to Lorelai. You know your focus isn't what it needs to be to find Rachel. I promise we will find her, and she will be okay for you to kick her ass yourself." Rossi told the man

Aaron snort laughed. The situation was not funny, but he didn't know what to say.

"That is an order Agent Hotchner." Rossi said. Yes Aaron was technically his boss, but Rossi knew he would listen to an order from him.

Aaron nodded. Jack had already gotten out and Rossi got him into his own car.

Aaron went to the hospital and found out where his daughter was and went to the room.

Lorelai's eyes were closed. "You better not be asleep if you have a concussion" he told her softly.

Lorelai opened her eyes and gave a small smile. "No sir." She said softly

Aaron went over and squeezed her hand. He looked over at Spencer. "Any results yet?" He asked

Spencer shook his head. "No x-ray on her knee yet either." He said

"Do they know she's an FBI agent?" Aaron asked

"Yup. They know." Spencer said with a smirk. "Prentiss called them and made -sure they knew."

Aaron chuckled.

"Have they found Rachel?" Spencer asked.

"No. They are working on it." Aaron told him.

Meanwhile the team was checking through ownership records of all the Mazda CX7's and contacting all her friends that they knew but no one knew where she was and some of her friends even told them that she had been distant since the week after her birthday party.

Penny eventually found someone who had that exact car and would know Rachel she called up to the team.

"Um. I found someone Rachel would know with that exact car." She said

"Who?" Rossi asked.

"One of the teachers at her school. Darrel Young. He is twenty-three." She said

"Any criminal record?" Morgan asked her

"No. Nothing official…" Penny said

"Stop beating around the bush Garcia. Spit it out." Rossi said

"He has been fired from several schools… That's usually a sign of something being wrong…" Penny said

"Any mention of child abuse anywhere with his name?" JJ asked

"No. But if kids were to afraid to testify." Penny said

"What is his address?" Morgan asked

Penny gave it and they all went. They knew in their gut this guy was somehow involved.

They drove to the house and went and knocked on the door.

Darrel opened the door "Hello can I help you?" he asked.

"Agent Rossi." He said showing him his badge. "One of your students has gone missing and was picked up in a car that matches your car. And trust me you do not want to fuck with me because that little girl is basically my niece, and all these other agents care for her very much too." He said. He was -not fucking around.

"Any ideas where she might be?" Prentiss asked the man.

"Lots of people have that car. Which student is it?" he asked

"Rachel Hotchner." Morgan said.

"Show us your car? Show us the licence plate does not match the one of the car that picked her up." Rossi said

"You have a warrant?" Darrel asked

"Yup." JJ said holding it up. It was not hard for them to get a warrant this was an FBI agents 13-year-old daughter.

He opened his garage JJ and Morgan went to check while Rossi and Prentiss went inside.

"Rachel? Are you here. Come out right now if you are." Rossi said in a no-nonsense tone of voice. There was no sounds.

JJ & Morgan came back in and arrested the man. "The licences plate matches he picked her up." Morgan said. Morgan shoved him up against a wall. "Where is she?" He demanded.

The other three started going through the house quickly looking for her.

"She came to me! She asked for the help!" Darrel told him.

"Help with what?! Homework? A project? Neither of those things involve you picking her up and bringing her to your house!" Morgan yelled at the man.

JJ found her in a closet. She was tied up and gagged she was sobbing. "I found her." She called out. "Rachel its okay your safe now." She told her as she removed the gag.

"He tricked me!" She sobbed.

JJ nodded. "I know. Its going to be okay." JJ told her as she cut the ropes away.

Rossi came into the room and wrapped her in his own coat picking her up to carry her out of the house. Morgan had already gotten their bad guy in the back of the car.

"I'm so sorry." Rachel kept sobbing out.

Rossi set her in the back of his car. "We know Rachel. This man manipulated you. Its not your fault." He told her

"But I pushed Lorelai." She sobbed out.

Rossi nodded. "I know. But we will figure this all out. All that matters right now is you are safe." He said softly.

While all this was happening, Emily called Hotch.

"Prentiss you find her?" Hotch asked.

"Yes. We will be bringing her into the hospital she seems to be okay, but we just want to make sure. This situation is not as black and white as we thought." She told him

"What do you mean? Just tell me Prentiss." Aaron said

"The person who picked her up. Was one of her teachers. He is a child predator who has never been charged or convicted we found that he had been thrown out of several schools over the years." She said

"W-what condition was she found in?" He asked

"Fully clothed." Was all Emily was going to tell him right now.

Aaron let out a breathe. "Was she raped?" He asked

"I don't know." Emily told him.

They all went to the hospital and Aaron met them at the door after explaining to the staff she was coming in. She was taken to an exam room right away and tested were started and questions were asked.

A nurse looked at her. "Hi Rachel. I know you're scared and confused but I have to ask. Were you raped?"

Rachel shook her head. "Didn't get that far." She sobbed out.

"That's good. Did he touch you anywhere you didn't like?" She was asked

Rachel sobbed and shook her head. "He tied me up when I told him no. I thought he was going to help me get my grade in his class up." She sobbed and sobbed.

Aaron had taken her hand and would not leave her side just kept telling her none of this was her fault. How could he not have seen something was wrong? How could he let this happen to his little girl? He promised her that he would protect her, and this happened.

Rachel was given some medication to help her calm down as they check the rest of her over.

Before she feel asleep Rachel looked at dad. "Daddy, I'm so sorry."

Aaron sighed "Rachel you were tricked by someone who was supposed to protect you. You are not responsible."

"I pushed Lorelai…" Rachel said

Aaron nodded. "I know. She is here too waiting for test results."

Rachel let tears fall. "Is she okay?"

"She should be fine in a few days. Don't worry about that right now." He told her. They would have to talk about it but right now all that was important was both girls rest.

In Lorelai's room the doctor came in. "Sorry the results took so long a lot going on here today."

Lorelai nodded. "Have you seen my sister is she okay?" Spencer had filled her in on everything.

"I'm not her doctor, but I will make sure someone comes and lets you know how she is doing but for now. You do have a concussion. Not too sever you should be fine in a couple days. You knee is sprained. That will take 6-8 weeks to heal. You will have to stay off of it." He told her.

Lorelai nodded. "I understand."

"She is an FBI agent. How long before she can be back in the field, or will it be safe for her to fly?" Spencer asked

"We will see how it heals for the 8 weeks and than go from there. It might be a few months before she can be back to her regular field work. But she should be able to fly when she's able to walk. And she might need physical therapy" The doctor told him.

Lorelai groaned.

The doctor smiled. "We will get you back in the field as soon as possible. But if you don't follow the instructions you -will make it worse and if you hurt it even more you might never get to be back to your full strength and that could take you out permanently."

Lorelai nodded. "I understand doctor. Thank you."

Spencer smiled "She will follow the instructions and there will be six agents ensuring that."

Lorelai sighed. "He's not kidding."

The doctor chuckled. "Glad to hear it. How's your pain?"

Lorelai thought. "A seven."

"I can see what we can give you for the pain that wont interfere with the concussion if you would like?" He offered

"I've had more pain than this. I'm fine right now." She said

"A seven is pretty high Lorelai. You sure?" Asked Spencer. "You don't need to act tough. Take the pain killers." He said

Lorelai sighed "If it gets worse I will. I'm fine now."

The doctor nodded. "Just let the nurses know" he told her before he left the room

A few minutes later Rossi came into the room. "How is this patient?" He asked

"David. How is Rachel?" She asked

"Asleep. They had to give her something to calm her down she was upset." Rossi said

"Was she assaulted?" Lorelai asked

Rossi shook his head. "She says no."

Lorelai nodded. "I should have tried harder to stop her."

"No. You listen here Lorelai. I have already had this conversation with your dad, and I will repeat it for you. There is -one person responsible for this. And that is that man who tricked her into this situation. You tried so hard that you ended up here. I do not want to hear you blame yourself again. Understand?" He told her sternly

Lorelai nodded. "Yes sir…"

"Good. Did you get your results?" David asked

"It is a concussion should be fine in a couple days. Knee is sprained. 6-8 weeks completely off of it. Off of field work for longer most likely. Might need physical therapy" She told him

David nodded. "Thank you for being honest about that."

Lorelai chuckled. "Well, if I wasn't he would have told you." She said indicating to Spencer

David chuckled. "Sure. But I'd rather hear it from you because to me that means you are taking it seriously."

Lorelai nodded. "I am. Its not going to be easy but I understand."

"And you can ask Spencer what happens if you lie and try to get out of it before the doctor clears you." He said with a smirk.

Lorelai chuckled. "I was there for that. I remember Hotch was pissed. I don't need to ask."

Spencer nodded. "And I should have listened to the doctor. And you will." He told her

Lorelai nodded. "I promise. I will."

"Good." Both men said.

"Do you need anything?" David asked.

Lorelai shook her head. "No. Just sleep. Which I'm not allowed."

Rossi smiled. "You have been up for longer than this."

"Yes. But not with knee and head pain." She said

"Lorelai. If its that bad you need to let the nurses know." Spencer said. "The doctor offered her pain killers that she could take when she said her pain was a seven she turned them down." Spencer told David.

"Are you being stubborn?" He asked with a raised eyebrow

Lorelai pouted and gave sad eyes.

"Lorelai that look does not work on me." Rossi told her.

She turned the look to Spencer.

Spencer took a breathe. "I- I'm going to let the nurses know you need the pain killers." and he left quickly.

"You have that boy wrapped around your finger don't you?" David asked her

Lorelai chuckled. "Sometimes. Sometimes not so much."

The rest of the day went as you could expect in the hospital. After full examinations both young ladies were released to go home. Lorelai's knee was bandaged up and she was given strict orders to stay off of it and rest up. She also needed to be woken up every few hours to ensure her concussion didn't get worse.

Rachel was told to take it easy too. Thankfully physically she was okay. Hotch had called local law enforcement since he knew this wasn't technically and FBI case. The police came and talked to everyone and made sure to take over custody of the teacher promising he would not get away with this any longer.

Aaron and Spencer took the two young ladies home. Spencer told Aaron he would stay. On the couch to keep an eye on Lorelai since he knew he needed to keep an eye on Rachel too. Aaron was okay with that. He trusted Spencer and his daughter.

Aaron knew there would need to be long conversations to be had with his youngest daughter, but everyone was tired. They had a late quiet dinner before they all went to bed. Spencer did check on Lorelai though the night and she was fine each time.
