The man had been hit in the knee. He feel to the ground. Lorelai went over and put a foot on his chest to keep him down.

Emily went over carrying the girl and kicking the gun out of his reach.

"Prentiss find the others, call for an ambulance and get her out of here." Hotch Jr told her

"I'm not leaving you alone with him!" Prentiss said

"Please Prentiss." Lorelai said turning the man over and cuffing his hands behind his back.

Emily went and called for an ambulance in the process. She found where the rest of the team was locked in and got them out. "Lorelai is alone with the guy we were looking for. He's been shot and is cuffed." Prentiss told them. JJ took the girl and Prentiss led the others to where Lorelai was.

Hotch pulled the man off the ground and made him walk out the room. "Are you okay?" Reid asked.

"Yes." She said holding out her gun. She knew the protocol.

Reid realized in that moment that it hadn't been Prentiss who shot the man. It was Lorelai and this was her first time shooting someone. He took the gun. "It's going to be okay." He told her

Lorelai nodded.

"Reid get her out of here." Rossi told him.

Reid led her out. Lorelai didn't argue.

She saw Prentiss getting into the back of an ambulance she assumed Julianna was in there too.

Hotch had their kidnapper in the back of a squad car. He came over to her when the police car drove off

"Are you okay?" He asked

"Yes sir." Lorelai said

Hotch nodded. "You need to get to the station and write up a statement."

"Yes sir." Lorelai said again

"Reid take her to the station and get her statement." Hotch told her

Reid nodded and they both got in the car and started back to the station.

"Was it a good shoot?" He asked

"I think so." Lorelai said

"Than you don't have anything to worry about. You just need to tell the truth. Prentiss will do the same and when the events match it will be fine." He told her

"I know." Lorelai said. "I'm just…"

"Processing?" Reid offered

"Yeah. Its not just the shooting. Someone has done a number on Julianna. She -hates me. She wouldn't let me anywhere near her without screaming." Lorelai said

"I'm sure in time she will realize you are a safe person." Reid told her.

"I hope so." Lorelai said

They got to the station and Reid got her statement. Rossi went to the hospital and got Prentiss's statement of the events as well as to check on Julianna. He was technically her legal guardian after all.

"Hi. Julianna. My name is David. I don't know if you were told but I am your new foster parent." He said to the young girl.

Julianna nodded.

"We can talk about that more later you just rest for now okay?" He said to her

She nodded again and closed her eyes. Rossi sent Prentiss back to the station saying he would stay with the girl.

Prentiss went back and joined everyone else at the station. They still hadn't found their most wanted criminal, but they had saved the girl and got the man who actually kidnapped her. He was spilling all the secrets to Hotch and Morgan at the hospital. Lorelai and Emily's statements did match so she was cleared to continue working the case and was given her gun back.

Hotch called Prentiss and told her where Hernandez was hiding the man they had in custody didn't hesitate to give up Hernandez. Prentiss, JJ & Hotch Jr went to the location they were given with a few officers from the local station. They had a warrant, so they kicked down the door and went inside and dispersed into the house. They went room by room looking for the guy they were looking for. Lorelai went into a room on her own and looked around. She looked into a closet and saw a clock counting down there was 90 seconds left she saw the wires and she knew what that was, and she screamed

"EVERYONE GET OUT. OUT. OUT." She yelled running out of the room and down the stairs. JJ, Prentiss, and the officers followed behind her no questions asked. They got out and ran as far from the house as they could before it blew up. The force sent them flying further away from the house. The three Agents sat up after they had caught their breathe and looked around to see each other were okay than checked on the officers who were thankfully okay too.

"Tell me we didn't just get sent into a trap." Lorelai said angrily

"Don't think we can." JJ said

"I knew this was to easy." Prentiss said

JJ got out her phone and called Hotch

Hotch answered. "Agent Hotchner"

"Hotch. This was a set up. There was a bomb we all got out in time but barley. We all got sent flying we are all okay, but that man clearly sent us to die." JJ told him

"What?! Okay. I'm sending ambulances you are all to come to the hospital and get checked out that is a direct order." He told her. "You relay that to the others understood?"

"Yes Sir. I will relay that information." She said before she hung up. "Ambulances on the way we are to go to the hospital and get checked out. Direct order from Hotch."

"I'm fine." Prentiss told them. "I'm going to find this guy and I am going to end him"

"Um. Yeah I don't suggest you ignore it. His tone was not one I would want to mess with." JJ told Emily

Prentiss looked at Hotch Jr

"I do feel a bit dizzy I'm going to wait to go to the hospital." Lorelai told mumbled clearly she wasn't okay.

JJ helped her to one of the cars. "Sit here till the ambulance gets here." JJ told her

Lorelai didn't argue she just sat and leaned her head back.

"And stay awake." JJ added

"I'll try." Lorelai said

"No. Don't try. Do it." JJ said sternly

Lorelai chuckled a bit. "I make no promises."

It wasn't long before the ambulance showed up. Emily had already left and headed back to the station.

Lorelai was helped onto a stretcher and JJ rode along with her as well. She felt fine but she would go with Lorelai at the very least. She was sure Hotch would make her get checked out as well, but she wasn't about to ignore a direct order.

When they got to the hospital Hotch was waiting by the ambulance bay with the doctors. Lorelai was quickly taken out of the ambulance and brought into a room. JJ looked at the confused Hotch.

"Agent Prentiss said she was fine and decided to go back to the station." JJ told him as she was led to a room too, but she was able to walk. Both of them were checked out. JJ was cleared quickly, and she went to find Lorelai. She found her and Hotch was in the room as well.

"I have been cleared." JJ told him

Hotch nodded. "Thank you for not ignoring my order."

JJ chuckled. "Put it this way if I did you wouldn't be the only person pissed at me. Will would be pissed as well if he was to find out."

"Have you told him what happened? It will be on the news shortly so if you haven't maybe you should I wouldn't want to find out over the news." Hotch told her

"He knows. I called and told him already. He made the doctor tell him I was okay before he would fully believe me" JJ told him. "How are you Lorelai?"

"Headache but feeling less dizzy." Lorelai told her

"She has a concussion." Hotch told JJ

"How bad?" JJ asked

"She should be fine in a couple days." Hotch told her

"Good." JJ said

Meanwhile Hotch had sent Morgan back to the station to get Prentiss. He was pissed.

Morgan went to the station and found her in the conference room. "Was it your intent to piss Hotch off?" Morgan asked her

Prentiss sighed. "No. I'm fine."

"JJ is fine too. She went and got checked out." Morgan pointed out

"That was her choice." Emily told him

"Technically none of you were given a choice. It was an order from Hotch. And I have been ordered to come and get you to the hospital." Morgan said

"Oh, come on Morgan look at me I'm fine." Prentiss said

"Yeah I don't care. I will not ignore an order. Lets go." Morgan told her

"Yeah well I'm not wasting time to be told I'm fine." Prentiss said

"Emily Prentiss that was not a suggestion. It is an order." Morgan said

"Since when do you have that authority?" Prentiss asked

"Its not coming from me. Its coming from Hotch." Morgan said

"Well than Hotch can come here himself." Prentiss said

Morgan shook his head and closed the conference room door and called Hotch on speaker.

"You two on your way?" Hotch asked answering the phone.

"We are in the conference room she is refusing. You are on speaker." Morgan said

"Agent Prentiss. You are already in trouble if you would like to make it worse continue ignoring the order. You have five minutes to get into Agent Morgan's car or you will be making it much worse for yourself." Hotch said though the phone.

"Sir. I am fine." Prentiss said

"Five minutes Agent Prentiss if you make me come there and get you myself you will be very sorry." Hotch told her

Prentiss sighed. "Fine. I'll just waste more time, letting Hernandez get further away." She said putting down her pen and going with Morgan.

Morgan and Emily went to the hospital where Emily was checked out. Morgan stayed with her until she was cleared to go after her wrist was wrapped she had sprained it.

Lorelai looked at Hotch. "Sir I will be fine here on my own for a few hours. You can go back to work. We need to find Hernandez." Lorelai told him

"Are you sure?" Hotch asked

Lorelai nodded and smiled. "I'm sure."

Hotch nodded and texted the team that was cleared for work and told them they were needed at the station they needed to find Hernandez. The guy they had in custody had been taking to Jail when he was cleared to leave the hospital. He refused to give them anything more than he had. He was going to prison for a long time.

Rossi looked at Julianna. He had been informed that she had issues with Lorelai. He needed to get back to work and had arranged to have her and Lorelai in the same room, so this little girl didn't have to be alone.

"Julianna. I know you remember Lorelai. Can you tell me why you don't like her?" He asked her

Julianna huffed. "She was the oldest she should have gotten us out sooner."

"Do you know that she put her life on the line more than once helping every child in that home?" He asked

"No, she didn't." Julianna said

"I personally have seen her do more than a lot of people would do. And she is the reason we found out that you were in a bad foster home again and is a big part of the reason you were being brought to a new place where she knew you would be safe." David told her

"I thought that was the FBI." Julianna said

"Lorelai is part of the FBI." David told her. "I thought you knew that from when we got you out of your first foster home." He said

"I was told she lied that she wasn't part of the FBI." Julianna told him

"Well, whomever told you that was lying. She is an FBI agent. And a really good one." David told her

"Oh…" Julianna said

"Its okay you didn't know. You trusted the people who told you that." David told her

Julianna nodded.

"I have to get back to work and I don't want you to be alone. Lorelai got a little hurt trying to find the people responsible for you getting kidnapped. I have talked to the doctors, and they said they can get you and Lorelai into the same room. Is that okay with you?" He asked the young girl

Julianna nodded a bit. "She's not mad at me?"

David shook his head. "She's been sad since getting your emails blaming her. She couldn't understand what she did wrong but she's not angry with you no."

Julianna nodded.

A couple transport people came in and transferred her to another room where Lorelai was also being transferred too.

Lorelai smiled when she saw her. "Hey Jules. How are you?" she asked

Julianna shrugged

"Jules?" David asked

"That's what she prefers to be called." Lorelai said

"Oh, I didn't know that." David said

Julianna shrugged. "You remembered that?" she asked Lorelai

"Of course, and you don't have to be afraid to tell him that. He's a good guy. You will be safe with him." Lorelai told her

Julianna nodded.

"She's right if you prefer I can call you Jules." David said

Julianna smiled and nodded.

"Well, I will come back and check on you. You listen to the doctors and nurses okay?" David told the little girl.

Julianna nodded.

David looked at Lorelai. "That goes for you too."

Lorelai chuckled. "Yes sir." She said

Rossi left and headed back to the police station.

At the station Hotch gave them all their assignments Prentiss was told she was staying at the station and helping from there, but the rest of the team went off to different places trying desperately to find Hernandez. Prentiss was not happy about the task she was given but she knew she was already in trouble. Hotch had already told her that when the case was done they would be having a long conversation and she didn't want to make that conversation any longer by digging herself any deeper.

A few hours later a man came into the hospital room that Lorelai and Jules were in. Lorelai instant recognized him. Standing in the room with her and little Jules was the man they were looking for Hernandez.
