Aaron was not looking forward to the events of that morning. But he knew avoiding it would only make things worse for him. He went into the office for 7:30. He wanted sometime to get settled in before he needed to go talk to the older man.

He sat at his desk and turned on his computer. He took a breathe and pulled out some paperwork that he would need to work on that day. But at five to eight he got up and went to Rossi's office. He knocked on the open door and went in when Rossi motioned for him to do so. He closed the door behind himself. He was pleased to see the blind in his office were still closed.

"Any chance that I could talk you out of this? Lorelai and I have fixed things. She is not taking off maternity leave yet, and I was able to convince her not to request a new team." Aaron said

"While I am glad to hear that. You know the answer to that question. If you want to handle this though the normal channels than I will accept that but otherwise you know better than to ask that." Rossi said

Aaron took a breathe and nodded.

"So. Lets get this over with. Drop the pants and over the desk" Rossi said

"Oh, come on Dave really?" Aaron asked

"Would you like to lose the second layer?" Rossi asked his voice leaving no room for questioning his intent.

Aaron did as he was told and dropped his pants before leaning over the desk.

"I don't think we need to go over what you did that ended you up in this position. But just to be sure. Why are we here?" Rossi asked the younger man.

"I took advantage of my position as team lead to keep an agent out of the field because I was worried about that agents pregnancy as her dad not her boss." Aaron said

"That pretty much covers it." Rossi said as he removed the belt from his pants

Rossi folded the belt in half and brough it down on the younger mans behind.

Aaron had sucked in his breathe but it was released when the belt was brought down.

"Breathe Aaron." Rossi told him

He brought the belt down again. And continued to do so four more times. Paying attention to ensure the man was continuing to breathe. When he noticed he was holding his breathe he put a hand on his back. "Aaron. Breathe." He reminded him

Aaron let out the breathe he was holding.

"Do not make me tell you again." Rossi warned. Before he brough the belt down six more times in a quick rhythm. He listened to the man hearing that he was breathing. He brought the belt down six more times for a total of eighteen.

Aaron was breathing though the swats with the belt the best he could. Having to be reminded twice. By the time Rossi was done Aaron was grunting.

Rossi was done. He fixed his belt. "When you are ready you can stand and fix your pants."

Aaron took a few more breathe before he stood up carefully fixing his pants. He turned around to look at the older man.

"I trust we wont have this problem again." Rossi said

"We wont." Aaron said

"Good. Because if we do you will lose both layers and be getting far more than I just gave you." Rossi said

Aaron nodded "Understood."

Rossi and Aaron hugged before Aaron went back to his office and sat down gingerly in his seat. His ass was on fire and would be for awhile. But Aaron had to admit he felt better knowing he had been dealt with and that his daughter and him would be okay.

Lorelai came into the office around 9am. She had her hands full with coffees she dropped them off at the desks of the other agents. A few others were there she said good morning and dropped her things off at her desk before grabbing two of the coffees and going upstairs she dropped the first coffee off for the team lead before going up Rossi's office and knocking.

"Come in." He called and Lorelai went in.

"Morning Agent Hotchner Jr." Rossi said

"Morning." She said as he put the coffee down on his desk. "I know you said to wait till tomorrow, but I thought I would let you know I came to my senses." She said with a small smile

Rossi smiled abit. "Thank you. And Good."

Lorelai nodded.

"Something else?" He asked

"Thank you. I was ready last night to go to the director and ask for a transfer and everything." Lorelai said

Rossi nodded. "I thought that might be a possibility. And I'm glad I was able to convince you to take some time to think."

Lorelai nodded.

"You okay?" Rossi asked

"Yes. Just tired." Lorelai said

"Sleep starting to be a problem?" He asked

"Not pregnancy related no. Just didn't sleep well last night." Lorelai said

There was a knock on the door.

"Yes?" Rossi said

Hotch stuck his head in. "New case."

The three of them went down to the conference room where they all sat, and Penny delivered the information about the case.
