Hello again, everyone! Like I said, my inspiration juices for TDW keeps flowing so let's keep going to the next chapter, woo!
Last time, Scarlett fought in her first singles match against the Jersey Shore Reject, Anne Maria. Throughout the match, Scarlett showed no mercy and literally dominated Anne Maria, slamming her head against the turnbuckle and even did a Super Sidewalk slam from the top turnbuckle. Scarlett soon quickly ended the match with her finisher, The Newton-DDT, setting a message to everyone in the locker room that she is here to win.
But during the break, Mike made a promise and a threat that he will destroy Lightning's chances at facing Alejandro for the title and will even make sure he doesn't get back up. But then, he was given a letter, making him look shock and even said, 'They…know?'
Up now, Cody, Tyler, Scott and Topher; the four of them will face each other in a Fatal Four Way match to determine the #1 Contender for Alejandro's WWE World Heavyweight title at Summer Royal! Who will overcome the odds and score himself a ticket to challenge the champion for his title? Find out right now!
The scene soon showed backstage as Mike was walking down to the boiler room, hearing from everyone that the Goths normally hang out in there if they are not competing as he soon made it to the entrance and knocked on the door, seeing it open as Crimson spoke, "Michael? Odd seeing you here… why the sudden visit?" Mike soon showed her the note that Loki gave him during the break. 'Your pet rabbit gave me this… so you both know something about what happened?' Crimson remained quiet but soon opened the door. "If you want to know more… I suggest you come in… you and my King of the Night have something in common…." Mike was hesitated at first but knowing that they saved him last week and even told him they have a lead on his and Zoey's assailants… he quickly walked in as Crimson closed the door shut.
The scene returned to ringside as the commentary teams looked a bit confused yet concern about what they saw. "Did Mike just said the Goths have information about what happened to him and Zoey before their title defense months ago?" Edge said before Gerry replied, 'I think we did hear that, do the Goths even have anything about what happened… or are they just using Mike for their own needs?' The commentary team shrugged before the bell ranged for the next match of the night, 'That may have to wait, gentlemen, because it's time for a Fatal Four Way, WOO!' Ric said with a Woo before Matt Striker soon spoke,
"The following is a Men Fatal Four Way match to determine the next #1 Contender for Alejandro's WWE World Heavyweight championship!" The fans all cheered before 'Almost' by Bowling for Soup played, "Introducing first, The Geek, Cody Emmett Jameson Anderson!" Cody came down the idle, wearing light beige wrestling shorts, red boots and knee pads while he had his face painted similar to the High Flying Enigma, Jeff Hardy, while the fans cheered for him as he climbed up the turnbuckle and did Jeff Hardy's hand signal. 'Cody is honoring the highflyer that made history with his brother, Team 3D and even me and Christian, pretty cool!' Edge smiled before 'Everybody Loves Me' by One Republic played, "Introducing his opponents, first, He is the Chris Wannabe, Topher Lawrence!" Topher walked down the idle, wearing navy blue wrestling tights, black boots and knee pads while the fans showed a mix reaction for him but were almost cheering for the guy, making him smirk as he entered the ring. 'You know, the way he reacted about being in this match when he was told by Ella almost made me see that they are both seeing each other… am I right or something?' Pete pointed it out, thinking Topher is in a relationship with Ella before Country Music began to play
"Next, he is the Devious Dirtboy, Scott Cornford!" Scott walked down the idle, wearing a dark orange wrestling shorts with black slashes on the side, dark brown boots and knee pads while the crowd once again showed a surprising mix reaction towards him, making him smirk again, knowing people are now rooting for the guy. 'I guess me teaming with Mike may have gotten me some fans, good!' Scott snickered, still feeling like his old self before entering the ring and raising a fist into the air as 'Check Please Juliet' by We are King played, "and finally, he is the Jock, Tyler Redman!" Tyler ran down into the ring, wearing dark red wrestling shorts with white stripes on the side, his headband and white boots while the crowd cheered for him, 'WOO! Let's go baby! Yeah!' Tyler howled and cheered with determination in his body as all four men stood by their corners. 'Four determine superstars, hoping to earn their spot in facing Alejandro at Summer Royal… this is going to be as excited than last week's Women Fatal Four Way match, WOO!' Ric wooed again in excitement before the referee signaled the bell to ring, officially starting the match off.
Wasting any little time, Cody and Topher made their first moves as they both attack their own targets; Cody attacking Scott and Topher attacking Tyler as all four men brawl against their opponents for control. Scott overpowered Cody, hitting him with a headbutt before slamming him against one of the corners, spearing him over and over while Topher clotheslined Tyler out of the ring and soon landed a suicide dive onto the unsuccessful jock. "Already, Scott is manhandling Cody while Topher delivered an impressive suicide dive onto Tyler, gentlemen, who do you think will be the one to challenge Alejandro?" Edge said while Topher continued attacking Tyler outside as Scott attempted a big boot but Cody exit out of the ring, kick Scott before connecting a springboard flying DDT onto the Dirtboy, making the fans go wild with excitement. 'To me, I see either Tyler or Cody scoring the big win, they both have beef with Alejandro that they may want to settle soon.' Ric said while Tyler quickly got the better of Topher, reversing his Irish whip as he threw Topher onto the barricade before clotheslining him into the crowd area.
"I honestly think Scott may get the win, he has a lot of potential plus seeing what he and Alejandro went through, I would love to see them brawl again, haha!" Gerry stated while Cody lifted Scott up, Irish whipping him towards the ropes before landing a running flatliner on him. 'Flatliner by Cody and it looks like Tyler returning to the ring.' Ric said while Tyler reentered the ring and decided to help Cody a bit. The two soon lifted Scott up and landed a double suplex onto him before Cody ran onto the rope and did a springboard leg drop as Tyler followed up with a running elbow drop. 'Leg drop and an elbow drop by Cody and Tyler and-wait a second, Tyler going for the win!' Pete said as Tyler attempted to win but Cody stopped him and soon tried to toss him out but Tyler overpowered Cody and soon toss him out of the ring before returning his focus on Scott, who quickly got back up and slammed Tyler down with a chokeslam hard.
"Chokeslam by the Devious Dirtboy and-look, Topher's back!" Edge stated as Topher quickly got back up and returned to ring side before sliding into the ring and tried to deliver a clothesline onto Scott, but he dodged it and soon landed a big boot onto Topher, kicking out of the ring while Cody went under and pulled out a steel baseball bat. 'I am going to fight Ale, and I am not going to mess this up!' Cody said before entering the ring as Scott tried to attack Tyler but Cody stopped him as he struck him with the bat onto his back, causing Scott to scream in pain before Cody used the baseball bat and slammed Scott down with a face buster while the steel bat was against his throat. "My god! A Face buster by Cody and he even used that steel bat on Scott's windpipes!" Scott was coughing while Cody focused his attack on Tyler as he then struck him with the steel bat, damaging his back before grabbing Tyler by the head and landing a DDT on the ring mat. 'This is my time! I am not going to let this opportunity get away from me!' Cody soon struck Tyler's back again with the bat before dropping it as he then dragged him towards the corners before climbing it up to the top turnbuckle, hoping to end this quick with a Cody Bomb.
However, Topher stopped him as he pushed Cody down and onto the outside mat. "This is not your time, my friend! It is Topher's time!" Topher shouted before jumping onto the turnbuckle and soon delivering a corkscrew moonsault onto Tyler, pinning him down as the ref started the count, '1.2-' Tyler kicks out while Scott was outside, looking for something under the ring for him to use. 'Tyler managed to kick out after suffering a moonsault by the Chris Wannabe.' Ric said while Cody was returning to his feet, Topher weakened Tyler more after landing in three backbreakers and soon slamming him down with a Tiger bomb as he tried another pinfall attempt, but Cody returned to the ring, elbowing Topher before the ref could start the count. 'No, you don't!' Topher and Cody began assaulting each other with jabs and blows all over each other before Scott return, with a 2x4 plank on his hand as he then struck both Cody and Topher with it. 'Scott is delivering some punishment onto his opponents now!' Pete said as Scott began attacking all three of his opponents with the 2x4, hitting them all over their backs before using it against Topher's stomach, kneeling him down as Scott then placed the 2x4 onto one of the corners as he then grabbed Cody and slammed his head onto the 2x4 before throwing him out of the ring.
"Scott is relentless in this match, ladies and gentlemen!" Gerry said while Tyler was slowly back up as he then finally fought back as he reversed Scott's suplex and soon delivered a suplex onto him before Irish whipping him onto the corner with the 2x4, damaging Scott's back before Tyler charged in and assaulted Scott with a flying clothesline, similar to The Miz's before lifting Scott up and tossing him over his shoulder down to the mat. 'WOO! C'mon, yall! Let me heat you all!' Tyler shouted before the fans all wooed and cheered with him as he soon grabbed Scott by the head and even did the same to Topher as he soon show off his power and shockingly delivered a double man suplex onto the mat, slamming both Scott and Topher down. 'Tyler is showing off his determination in this match, folks! He is not backing down at all! WOO!' Ric screamed as Tyler soon dragged Topher onto the corner before grabbing Scott and soon Irish whipping him towards Topher as the Jock soon charged in and body pressed both men down before Cody returned to the ring and quickly got the advantage over Tyler as he quickly landed a backstabber onto him before lifting him onto his shoulder and soon connecting a death valley driver onto the Jock, showing off his strength before throwing him out as well as Scott, wanting to finish off with Topher down. 'This is my chance… here we go!' Cody lifted Topher up, but he quickly regains control of the match, lifting Cody up and slamming him down with a spinebuster before lifting him up once more and soon delivering a crucifix powerbomb onto the Geek.
"Topher once again has control but all four men are slowly getting tired." Pete said while Topher was handling with Cody, Scott quickly attacked Tyler with a steel chair, slamming it against his back before slamming him onto the ring apron and soon slamming him, face first, down onto the barricade before finishing it off with a side slam onto a steel steps, damaging him even more. 'Scott has taken Tyler out of the picture and now he's heading back into the ring!' Scott returned into the ring as Topher was about to deliver a sitout powerbomb, but Cody quickly reversed it into a hurricanrana, tossing Topher onto Scott, making him drop onto the outside mat again. 'Cody reversed Topher's powerbomb, can he do it!?' Edge screamed before Cody quickly grabbed Topher and slammed him with a Twist of Fate before dragging near a corner as Cody soon jumped onto the outside apron and climbed onto the top turnbuckle.
"This is for you, Jeff Hardy! All of us underdogs can still overcome anything! My ticket to Summer Royal!" Cody screamed before he setted up and soon… leaped over the turnbuckle, delivering his finisher, the Cody Bomb straight onto Topher. 'It's all over now!' Cody pinned Topher as the ref started the count, '1.2-' but to his shock, Topher managed to kick out, shocking Cody and the crowd. 'What!? Impossible!' Ric screamed in total shock; Cody's finisher wasn't enough to take Topher long enough for a pinfall. "No, No, No! I need to do it again!" Cody quickly lifted Topher up, trying to hit another Twist of Fate, but Topher stopped him and soon slammed Cody down with a piledriver before soon setted up for his finisher. 'WHAT TIME IS IT?!' Topher howled at the fans who all screamed back, 'IT'S TIME FOR THE TOPHER EXPERIENCE!' Topher pounded his chest before running onto the ropes, running past Cody, hoping to connect the Topher Experience, but Tyler grabbed the top rope, causing Topher to fall out of the ring as Tyler soon took him down with the Never Give Up Stunner; 'NEVER GIVE UP STUNNER! Tyler took Topher out and now he's going to end it all!'
Tyler rushed into the ring, while Cody groggily got back up! "Can he do it!?" Edge screamed while he stood up as Tyler charged in and quickly stunned Cody down with his Finisher! 'HE GOT IT IN! Is Tyler going to Summer Royal?!' Ric screamed as Tyler soon pinned Cody… but his hopes was cut short as Scott got back into the ring, grabbing Tyler from behind and soon, exterminating him with the Exterminator! 'Scott stopped Tyler and now he's going for it!' Scott pinned Tyler while Cody was still down, '1.2.3' The bell ranged while the crowd all cheered and booed loudly, 'Here is your winner, the Devious Dirtboy, Scott Cornford!' The referee raised Scott's arm while he chuckled and pounded his chest in victory! 'I AM HEADING TO SUMMER ROYAL, BABY! HAHAHA! Ale, you and I have a date… your title is coming home with me, haha!' Scott screamed before exiting the ring and heading back to the locker room while Cody, Tyler and Topher all look disappointed about failing to earn their chance for face Ale for the World title. "Scott stole the win, connecting his finisher onto Tyler after he incapacitated Cody with his finisher, earning himself a title opportunity against Alejandro for the WWE World championship at Summer Royal! Sneaky trick but congrats to the winner! But will that match become a triple threat match?" Edge said before the scene showed Lightning heading down to ringside as Ric continued on for Edge, 'It may happen if only if Lightning is victorious. Rudolph 'White Lightning' Jackson, challenge the man he cost for the WWE World title last week, Mike Peterson, in a Falls Count Anywhere match and if Lightning is manages to win, he will be added to the championship match at Summer Royal. Can he do it or will Mike get his retribution and crushes Lightning's chances at challenging the WWE World champion? Find out after the break, WOO!' The scene soon went black for commercial break.

Scott was walking back to the locker room when Courtney came running down to him, hugging him tightly while kissing his cheek. "You did it! You did it! You won, baby! You going to face Alejandro!" Courtney cheer and congratulated her boyfriend while he soon thanked her and said, 'Thanks, babe! You and I are both gonna take down Heather and Ale and then we will be running this place as the new power couple of TDW, HAHAHA!' However, before they could even continue, Masters arrived and said,
"Hello again, you two. Scott, I wanted to congratulate you on winning the Fatal Four Way match, now you have a shot at challenging Alejandro for the WWE World title. And since you two are both challenging the champs, how about this... next week's main event it will be the challengers vs. the champions in a Mix Tag Team match." Scott and Courtney looked a bit surprise but smiled greatly, "What do you guys say?" Courtney said back, 'I say let's do it then! What about you, Scott?' Scott chuckled and nodded, making Jacob Masters smile, "Okay then, it's official, Scott and Courtney vs. Heather and Alejandro in a Mix Tag Team match next week before Summer Royal. Great!" Masters soon walked away while Scott and Courtney continued celebrating Scott's victory until… the scene changed to Mike, stepping out of the Boiler room and soon looking a bit… determine. 'Alright… Lightning… you are mine!' Mike soon headed to the ring, as his match with Lightning is up next.
Scott stole the win after nailing the Exterminator finisher onto Tyler, winning the Fatal Four Way and becoming the next #1 Contender for Alejandro's WWE World championship!
But coming up, Lightning will challenge Mike in a Falls Count Anywhere match and if Lightning defeats the inaugural WWE World champion, he will be added to the Championship match at Summer Royal, turning it into a Triple Threat match! Can the Overachiever crush Mike and make his way closer to the top or will Mike get his sweet revenge and end Lightning's chances like he did to him last week? Find out in the next chapter!
