Lunch Time

Kabuto was currently in the kitchen. Cooking a pot of chicken noodle soup for Lord Orochimaru to eat. Once he got the pot out he went over to the fridge. And took put some chicken breast, celery, carrots, onions, and parsley.

After that, he had placed 2 large chicken breasts into the pot. Then had all of that he chopped up two carrots and celery. Then diced 1\2 of white onion and 3 sprigs of fresh parsley. Then placed them into the pot.

'Lord Orochimaru has been quiet for a while now. His sneezing must have stopped long enough for him to sleep.' Kabuto thought.

Kabuto then covered the ingredients with water and add 1tsp of garlic powder, black pepper, and salt."

Once that was on all put inside of the pot. He covered up the soup and let it simmer. After that, he set a timer to come and check on it in an hour and went into the living room to sit down and read a book.

Orochimaru's POV

I groaned as I felt my nose twitching and my nostrils flaring up in irritation. A sneeze began to build deep inside my nose and my breath quickly hitched.

"Ah... Aaaaaaah..."

I sniffed, bringing up one of my hands to rub my nose and hoping to stop the sneeze so I could continue sleeping. But that wasn't working, since I could still feel my nose quivering and flaring up.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh...AaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAHHH..." I continued to inhale as I got closer to the release. My nostrils were flaring uncontrollably as I rubbing my nose hoping it would just go away. But my nose continued quivering. "AaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH..." I inhaled more sharply at this point I knew I couldn't hold the sneeze back. My nose continued growing and shrinking, over and over. Every gasp I took made my nose tickle even more. And I knew that I had no choice but to sneeze. Since no matter what I try this sneeze wants to come out.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

I shot my head forward and released a long, loud, and powerful sneeze. A good amount of snot escaping from my nostrils. A few seconds later, I recovered from my sneeze and opened my eyes and sat up in my bed. Making my cold washcloth fall of my forehead. I reach over and grabbed a tissue to blow my nose. I sniffed and blew my nose, groaning.

"Ugh... Wow, that was very painful and loud." I said as I continue to blow my nose. I then heard a hissed to my left. And looked down to see one of my snakes on the floor.

"Hiss, " He said blessing me. I knew it was a male by looking at the tail.

"Thank you, " I said, still blowing nose and letting him know that I heard him. Thanks to my clan I can understand snakes. "My gosh, that was a painful sneeze. I'm going back to sleep." I said as I laid back down and put my cold washcloth back on my forehead. After a few more minutes of getting comfortable, I fell back asleep.

After a little while longer of sleeping. I slowly opened my eyes to see Kabuto walking into my room with a bowl of soup. I could feel my stomach rumbling and remembering that I barely ate anything for breakfast this morning. Since it was making me feel sick trying to eat.

"Hello Kabuto, " I said coughing while sitting up causing my cold washcloth to fall off. Kabuto put the bowl of soup down next to my empty cup of tea and rubbed circles on my back.

"Seems like your sore throat making you cough while talking. The soup I made should help with that," Kabuto said moving his hand off my back once he noticing I was done coughing.

"I made you chicken noodle soup, " Kabuto said handing me the bowl of soup. I was about to grab the bowl of soup until my nose started twitching.

"W-wait... I-t-thihh... I'm gonnahhh...sneh...snee... Aaaah... Sneeze.!" Kabuto nodded and pulled the bowl away from me.

"Aaaah... Aaaah... Aaaah..." I tilted my head back as Kabuto looked at me with concern. "Aaaaaaahh..."

But my breath suddenly returned to normal, and I tilted my head back to its normal position. I rubbed my nose with a tissue.

"Never mind it gone, " I said holding my hands out for the bowl of soup.

"I see well here your soup," He said giving me the bowl of soup.

"Thank you, " I said taking the bowl of soup.

"You're welcome Orochimaru-sama. I will take the bowl once your done and check your temperature, " he said grabbing the washcloth off my bed and sat down at my desk. While I ate my soup.

I picked up my spoon and began eating it. I took my first spoonful of the soup and it felt so soothing on my throat. I sniffled feeling my nose starting to run again from eating the hot soup.

'This feels so good on my throat. But it makes my nose running. That fine I just blow my nose once I'm done eating,'I thought eating more of the soup.

After a while, I was finally done eating my soup and was about to let Kabuto know. When my nose started quivering and flaring up again. I put my empty soup bowl down so I could cover my sneeze.

"Aaaaaah... Aaaaaaahhh... Aaaaaaahhh..." I tilted my head back. "Aaaah... Aaaaaaaahhh..."

The urge to sneeze got stronger and stronger with each inhale I took.

"Aaaah... Aaaaaaahh... Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaaaahhhh..." I tilted my head farther back as my nose continue quivering and flaring.

I fanned a hand in front of my face as I felt the sneeze so close to coming out.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-CHOOOOOOOOOOO!" I shot my head forward as I finally released my sneeze into my shirt sleeve. I grabbed a tissue and rubbed my nose but felt another sneeze coming on.

"Aaaaahhh... Aaaaaaaaaahhhhh... Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaahhhhhhhh-CHOOOO!

Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaaaahhhhh-CHOOO!" I released a double sneeze but felt like I still needed to sneeze. But it wasn't just one final sneeze, but several with huge buildups.

"Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh-CHOOO! Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... Aaaaaahhhh-CHOOO! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh... Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh-CHOOO! Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaahhhh-CHOO! Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaaaahhh-CHOO! Aaaaahhhh-CHOO! Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh... Aaaaaaaahhhh-CHOO!" My chest felt like it was on fire but barely had time to recover from my sneeze before I felt my nose quivering and flaring again.

"Aaaaaaahhhh... Aaaaaaahhhhh... Aaahh-CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Aaaaaaaahhh... Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh-CHOO! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh-CHOO! Aaaaaaahhhhhh-CHOO!" I panted trying to catch my breath but felt another sneeze coming.

"Aaaaaaaaaahhhh...Aaaaaaaaahhhhh...Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh...Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh-CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" I finally ended my sneezing fit with a loud messy sneeze covering my tissue with mucus.

Also thanks to the last sneeze my hair was now covering my face and took me a while to catch my breath after all my sneezing. I sniffed and blew my nose after grabbing another tissue.

"Goodness bless you Orochimaru-sama!" Kabuto said looking at me with concern in his eyes.

"Thank you, Kabuto," I said moving my hair out of my face.

"You're welcome. "Kabuto quickly stood up and walked into the bathroom.

'What is he doing?' I thought but then remember he was going to check my temperature.

I then felt my nose itching again. I could then feel my nose quiver, and flaring up. Knowing another sneeze was coming, I quickly grabbed another tissue.

"Aaah..." My breath started to hitch. I brought the tissue up to my nose as I tilted my head back slightly. "Aaaaaaaaaaah..." I tilted my head back farther as my nostrils kept growing and shrinking, over and over. Every gasp making my nose tickle.

"AaaaaaaaaaaAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-CHOOOOOOOOOOOPPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" I shot my head forward as I released even louder and powerful sneeze then the last one snot covering my tissue.

I started panting trying to catch my breath after releasing that sneeze. I tossed the tissue into the trash bin next to my bed and lay down on my bed completely exhausted. I then heard footsteps in the hall and knew it was probably one of my subordinates probably heading to the kitchen or somewhere else.

"Wow," Kabuto started. "Bless you! That was some sneeze," Kabuto finished and walked back out with a thermometer.

"Thank you," I said with a groaned and rubbed my nose.

"Your welcome lets check your temperature," Kabtuo said bringing the thermometer to my mouth. So I open my mouth so he could take my temperature.

I suddenly heard a faint knock on my door. And wonder who decided to come and knock on my door.

"Who is it?" Kabuto asked since the thermometer was still in my mouth.

"It Tayuya," Tayuya said from outside my door.

"What brings you here Tayua?" Kabuto asked.

"I heard sneezing sounded like it came from here. So I came to see if Orochimaru-sama was okay," Tayuya said opening the door a little.

Kabuto took the thermometer out of my mouth and looked at it. "Actually he has a temperature of 102 F. Since your here can you go wet the washcloth sitting on the sink with cold water. While I go make him a batch of medical tea to help with his fever," Kabuto said grabbing my empty cup and bowl.

"Also put that thermometer that sitting on his nightstand back in the bathroom closet," Kabuto said now heading to walk out the room while Tayuya walked inside.

"Yeah," Tayuya said grabbing the thermometer.

I decided to go ahead and close my eyes. While Tayuya went into the bathroom to wet the washcloth and put the thermometer away. After a few minutes of almost being close to falling asleep. I felt something cold placed on my forehead and saw that Tayuya was back with he washcloth.

"Thanks, Tayuya, " I said.

"Your welcome Orochimaru-sama," Tayuya said after she walked away from the bed after putting the washcloth on my forehead.

"Aaaaahhh-CHOO! Aaaaaahh-CHOO! Aaaaaahh-CHOO! Aaaaaaaaaahhh-CHOO!" I suddenly release four unexpected and blinked surprise on where those sneezes suddenly came from I didn't even feel like I needed to sneeze.

I noticed Tayuya staring at me and which cause me to be embarrassed that she just witness my loud messy sneezing and grabbed a tissue.

"Um... Excuse me," I said sheepishly not knowing how to explain were those sneezes came from.

"Wow, bless you Orochimaru-sama. Those sneezes sure came out of nowhere, Tayuya said just as surprised on where those sneezes came from. Then put the washcloth back on my forehead after it fell off when I sneezed.

" Thank you Tayua," I said my nose stuffy.

"Welcome you should get some rest, " Tayuya said and walked out of my room.

I yawned and a few times and fell straight to sleep.

A/N: Not sure how long this story will be. Also, Orochimaru will have other visitor coming to see him. Kabuto the main well of course because he his medic. Tayuya will most likely come back to visit him also. I don't know who all will visit him, but this takes place before the invasion on the Hidden Leaf village.
