CHAPTER 2: It's Training Time!

My name is Chito.
And I'm Yuuri!
We're two ordinary girls who came from a world where everything was... How can you put it, basically dead.
You see... For several days and weeks to come, we spent our lives travelling around this wasteland we know nothing about, while trying to enjoy our lives in this dead world.
We had fun on our own... Travelling around this abandoned world with our own Kettenkrad.
Until we met an old man wandering around.
He asked us an offer to join in with the Unity Force, whom we have no idea to begin with. That is until he told us about stuff regarding the multiverse, millions, of planets, yada-yada, and the existence of such a huge organisation dedicated to protect the world. But we happily accepted the offer.
And now, this is what is currently happening.

[The Thunder Dome, U.F. Earth]
What is the Thunder Dome? That is right! It's an all-in-one training place outside of the U.F. Academy, free for all the Unity Force heroes to use, which is bigger than the White House. It is often used by means of training their combat abilities and honing their skills to become a fully-fledged U.F. hero.
The Thunder Dome is a covered dome that houses several training facilities that train the heroes in certain aspects of their own respective combat abilities. Normal humans want to be heroes? No problem! The Thunder Dome is the right place for them to show their newfound combat abilities to other students! But that is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
The place also doubles as a stadium, which can be remotely transformed into a battle arena for Unity Force members to participate a duel. It can also be transformed into a giant concert hall for any music bands to perform live.
But for now, our fellow Class 1 students, at least some of them, are later toured by their teacher Vash the Stampede in and around the enormous facility, where the entire building in front of them has been transformed into a giant battle arena, complete with bleachers surrounding the area itself.
"Welcome aboard, guys and gals of Class 1!" Vash greeted in the usual goofy manner. "This is the Thunder Dome, where your necessary training needs are already prepared for you!" He ended.
"Talk about living in the future." Chito remarked.
"We haven't even seen one of those in the ruins yet..." Yuuri added.
"Damn." Blade remarked. "This place is bigger than the White House." He ended, as he puts up his sunglasses.
"We'll be ready for this." Zoro said, as he puts his sheathed Wado Ichimonji sword into his mouth.
"Are you sure it will be safe, Zoro-san." Maya asked, as he uses a mystical whetstone to sharpen her rapier Odette.
"This is how I battle every time, Maya-san." Zoro continued.
"We're sorry!" A female voice called out.
Suddenly, they heard a group of voices from afar within the entrance, to which it is presumed to be the rest of Class 1 students. Two girls, two boys, and a young man are to be seen running towards the rest of the students, much to Tetsuya Kuroko's dismay, as well as Akane Tsunemori. Tetsuya is seen later seated to the VIP section of the bleachers, along with Kaori Miyazono and Laala Manaka.
"You've got to be joking me..." Tetsuya remarked rather sarcastically.
At the same time, however, some of the audience, mostly Unity Force students, are to be seen above the bleachers.
The first girl has has purple eyes and brown hair worn loose with segments pulled up into star-shaped buns. Her short bangs are framed by longer forelocks held by red star-shaped clips. She wears a long, baby blue button-up t-shirt dress accompanied by a yellow flannel tied along her waist. She also pairs it with a silver star necklace and a black watch. This is Kasumi Toyama, the vocalist, guitarist, and the leader of a music band known as Poppin' Party.
The second girl is seen with a teenage boy next to her. She has a voluptuous build with long, rosy-pink hair styled in pigtails secured with dark-pink ribbons, with her hair having a cowlick. She wears a choker around her neck with a broken chain. She wears a white mini dress with a deep v-neck, to the point where it exposes her belly button. She also has a pink-coloured wing around her back. This is Ikaros, a humanoid creature who is known as an Angeloid.
The first boy appears to be a normal teenager. He has black hair with a stray strand and his brown eyes. He is seen wearing his school uniform. This is Tomoki Sakurai, the master of Ikaros.
The second boy has medium height with light blue hair that is styled into a bob cut and blue eyes. He wears a butler's uniform. This is Hayate Ayasaki, who is the current butler of the Sanzenin family.
The young man is rather short for his age, much like Chito. He has medium-length black hair, brown eyes, and has a skinny build. He wears a strange-looking helmet that conceals his face Most of his clothing is made of aramid fibers, including his cape, gloves, pants, boots, and a sunshade with an emblem on it. This is Kanta Mizuno, also known as the Desert Punk.
"Sorry, we're late, Vash-sensei! We were lost earlier!" Kasumi called out.
"My bad for running late." Tomoki wistfully answered.
"We're sorry." Ikaros quietly said, but the two behind them are in a heated argument, which can be heard.
"You've got to be kidding me..." Hayate exclaimed furiously. "This is all your fault why this happened, Kanta-san!" He looked at the Desert Punk with pure dismay.
"Ugh, screw fucking you, Hayate-san." Kanta heatedly retorted, as if his temper is about to explode. "Who are you to blame me as to what just happened at that rich girl's estate? Me? It's your fault that you and Madam Shorty are that slow."
Hayate then further argued. "You caused a ridiculously stupid scene in the mansion earlier, when you nearly attacked the butlers and maids there with that explosive shotgun of yours, just for you to be impatient waiting for me and her." He added.
"Fuck mansions and fuck butlers!" Kanta exclaimed, as he reloaded his shotgun. "This is why living in the desert is better than living in that stinking pile of dogshit that you call a real estate!" He retorted with bile, before he tones down. "Except for those beautiful-looking maids you have in there, as well as Nagi-san." He added lecherously, to which Hayate only responds with a facepalm.
Hayate and Kanta, despite living in lifestyles that are polar opposite from one to the other, with the former being the butler to the family fortune's heiress, and the latter being a wandering mercenary in a post-apocalyptic desert Earth, are seen to be close to each other as friends.
From the lowest levels of the bleachers, known as the VIP section, we see four girls and a young man taking on their seats beside Tetsuya, Kaori, Laala, and later Tomoki, who are not from Class 1.
The young man has a slim, yet muscular, long-legged man with blond hair which he keeps brushed over one side of his face. He has distinctive eyebrows. Both form a spiral but at different ends. His right eyebrow forms a spiral at the outer end, while his left eyebrow forms a spiral at the inner end; both resemble the numeral 6. As a result, his face is asymmetrical with the position of his eyebrow spirals. He has black eyes. He is seen wearing a black, double-breasted suit with a tie and a blue long-sleeved, buttoned shirt with a pinstripe. This is Sanji Vinsmoke, another member of Straw Hat Pirates, as well as Zoro's crewmate and rival.
The girl beside Sanji is fair-skinned young individual with sharp, long-eyelashed, lime-green eyes. She has short, silver hair worn in a short boyish cut that frames the face. The bangs are long spikes that slope to the side. She speaks in what sounds like a male voice, despite being a girl, but it's high-pitched. This is Hibiki Shikyoin, an idol of PriPara originated from Prench, and a member of Tricolore, who was once infamously known as the Thieving Genius.
The second girl has a bright-blonde hair colour, with part of it wrapping up to form two pointed buns, while the lower half becomes wavier and short, and falls to just brush her shoulders. Her eyes is also blue, as well. This is Mirei Minami, Laala's friend, a second-year middle-school student from Paprika Private Academy, and a member of an idol group known as i-Ris, which is the same idol group that Laala currently is in.
The third girl has sharp, purple eyes and long magenta pink hair that curls down until her waist. She wears a white pleat dress with red and purple stripes around the bottom, as well as white boots with a houndstooth toe and heel. She also wears a houndstooth hat with gold lining and two pearl chains around the center, along the star and ornaments from the bow. This is Sophy Hojo, another of Laala's friends and also a member of i-Ris.
The fourth girl is short in stature, where she has long blond hair which is tied in two long twin tails, bangs, and she has green eyes. She wears a school uniform, as well shoes with heels. This is Nagi Sanzenin, who is the sole heiress of the Sanzenin family fortune, as well as the person Hayate serves during his term as the family butler.
"Yo." Tetsuya greeted at the arriving group.
"Sophy-chan! Mirei-chan! Hibiki-sama!" Laala greeted.
"Hello there, Laala-chan!" "Why hello there, Laala-san."
"I heard that Moss-Head is going to be on a duel today." Sanji mocked, as he is seen eating some frankfurter. "If you see him, Shikyoin-san, just stay away from him." He grinned rather sardonically.
"My, oh my." Hibiki said playfully. "You really have some troubles with Roronoa-san, do you?" She added.
"Oi, Prince of Dumbass Kingdom!" Zoro called in from afar. "Don't you think I can't hear you there!" He added.
"Yeah right, Moss-Head! No wonder your hair stays that green for such a dunderhead like you!" Sanji added in sarcasm, before Hibiki smacks him.
"You really have issues, Sanji-sama." Hibiki added.
"S-sorry..." Sanji apologized.
"You seem to be a little closer towards Vinsmoke-nii-san, Hibiki-san." Sophy replied.
"He's such an interesting man to begin with." Hibiki replied.
"Except both Roronoa-san and him usually don't get along, like how you mentioned it." Mirei pointed out.
"And speaking of which... That dunderhead idiot, Kanta-nii-san, nearly caused a ruckus at my home!" Nagi exclaimed rather angrily.
"What happened there, Nagi-chan?" Sophy asked in worry.
"Is it why they are late?" Mirei inquired.
"It's any wonder why Ayasaki-san and Mizuno-san were heatedly arguing..." Tomoki added.
A few hours ago... At the Sanzenin Mansion.
Kanta is seen walking around in front of the Sanzenin Mansion with a shotgun on his hand, who is desperately looking for Hayate. His outfit, on the other hand, has amassed a plethora of strange, weird looks from the people of the estate and the people around him, as well as children passing by.
"Unless if you don't want your heads to be blown up..." Kanta said. "Where are Hayate-san and Nagi-san?" He spoke rather calmly. "We are running late already."
"Stop right there, stranger!" A butler of the Sanzenin family said, as he takes out his gun.
"Don't think about pointing that damn contraption on us." The other butler said.
"You really want to have a bloody stain splatting on your heads, do you?" Kanta asked menacingly. "I'm okay with that." He added, as he reloads his shotgun.
But before things escalated further, Hayate and Nagi have seen Kanta acting rather strangely in front of one of the latter's family butlers.
"Kanta-san?!" Hayate remarked. "What are you doing here?"
"Waiting, that's why." Kanta simply retorted. "Honestly, you people are slow." He added sarcastically. "Not to mention, it's Madam Shorty's fault." He added sarcastically, with a tick mark appearing at Nagi's head.
"EXCUSE ME?!" Nagi quickly dashes through, unleashing a kick to the stomach, but Kanta uses a dummy balloon of himself, as soon as possible, before he quickly uses his rocket winch to grapple in one of the street lights.
"Too slow!" Kanta responded derisively, as he is seen perching above the street light.
Hayate then intervenes by grabbing her, in an effort to stop to her. "I'm not short! You idiot! Idiot! Idiot! IDIOT!"
"S-stop it, Nagi-chan!" Hayate begged.
Present time...
"Now, now, now..." Vash said, as some of the Class 1 students sans Reimu have later arrived at the middle of the stadium, with the rest of Class 1 readying themselves for the duel.
"Those two really have problems." Zoro commented.
"It looks like everything is in position!" Vash exclaimed, as he looks at his own students in front of him, readying for them to duel between one another. Meanwhile, Chito, Yuuri, and Kasumi have arrived within the bleachers, who are then seated besides Sanji, Tetsuya, Nagi, Tomoki, Madoka, Homura, Laala, Mirei, Hibiki, and Sophy, as they want to witness how these heroes from another world fight against one another, so they decide to spectate. Sanji, on the other hand, has known most of this.
Vash, a few minutes later, then seats at the bleachers the group are currently in.
"So this is a duel, as you say?" Chito inquired.
"Oh, man!" Yuuri added. "I'd want to show off my rifle skills!" She continued, earning a grab to the ear by Chito.
"Don't be silly." Chito answered seriously. "Besides, we don't know their abilities, yet."
"Don't worry, Chito-san and Yuuri-san." Vash mused, as he eats a doughnut. "You will be heroes of the Unity Force in no time, but for now, you will see how these capable fighters from their own world show their own abilities to the test." He continued, as he looks at the stadium. "Alright, the first battle is Maya Tendo versus Asta!"
The first duel begins with the prima donna Maya Tendo fighting against Asta of the Black Bull Squad. Both heroes later head in the middle of the arena, with Maya unsheathing her Odette gracefully, and with Asta taking his own sword known as the Demon-Dweller Sword.
"And, ready!" He said, as the two heroes fight off against one another in a duel.
"Bull Thrust!" Asta cried out, as he proceeds to charge towards Maya with the Demon-Dweller Sword and his other sword known as the Demon-Slayer Sword, as a projection of a bull appears. Maya, on the other hand, has seen this, as she prepares herself.
"Not so fast, Asta-san!" Maya prepares herself, as she takes out a golden whetstone instantly from her pocket. She quickly slides it through the blade of her sword, before she positions it in a horizontal position."Maverick's Parry!" She immediately utters, as her sword is surrounded by a golden aura, causing Asta's attack to be parried instantly, receiving some gasps from the small audience.
"What the...?!" Asta comically exclaimed.
"D-D-Did you see that?!" Chito said. "I've never seen a sword glowing gold like that!"
"Maya-chan... But she looks like a normal human to me with a sword!" Yuuri exclaimed. "Yet how did she block that attack from Asta-san?"
"She may be, but Tendo-san is a renowned stage actor who is born from the theatre world." Vash points out. "Roronoa-san must have trained her and use those skills into practical use in combat, hence why she is later seen to be adept in using her own rapier as a weapon, not just a theatrical prop." He added. "Even normal people like her can be capable of fighting." He mused, as he eats a doughnut. "The attack she just used is Maverick's Parry, which will basically parry anyone's attacks in a timed manner."
"But what about Asta-san, though?" Chito asked.
"Asta is a member of Clover Kingdom's Black Bull squad of the Magic Knights." Vash stated. "An expert swordsman, mostly known for his anti-magical powers. He is mostly known for possessing a five-leaf clover grimoire after his 15th birthday."
"No way..." Chito remarked.
Meanwhile, with Asta's attack being parried, Maya later unleashes a powerful counter attack by swinging her rapier, causing Asta to be thrown a few metres away from her.
"Tendo-san wins!" Vash declared.
"That's impossible..." Asta said. "But hey, I didn't expect that swordsmanship, Tendou-san!"
Meanwhile, at the bleachers...
"Bonjour, everyone!" A girl said.
The girl has wavy waist-length ash-blonde hair that she generally wears loose, she alw"ys wears a black headband, however, she does not push her bangs back with it, so they cover her forehead and deep magenta eyes. She wears a revue outfit that comprises of a black jacket with silver piping, a standing-type collar with two silver tassels at the joint, four frogs with silver buttons at the ends, black cuff flaps with silver trimming, and a silver armband and epaulettes over a white button-up shirt. Her belt is golden with a silver buckle, and silver aiguillettes hang from it. Her skirt is a black kick-pleated skirt with a white band near the bottom, a black ribbon at the back, and a light-gray tulle dress tail. Like all the other girls, she wears black boots with golden trim detailing and a tassel, as well as a red pelisse jacket with golden piping over her left shoulder, held to a red shoulder belt by a golden aiguillette and a golden button. At her right hip is a sword holster with a longsword inside of it. This is Claudine Saijo, Maya's friend and a student from Seisho Music Academy's 99th Graduating Class.
"Looks like other students are arriving here." Vash said.
"As expected." Claudine responded. "I've come here to see Maya-san."
"She just won the battle against Asta." He said, with Claudine being all too impressed.
The next battle is between Tsunayoshi Sawada and Reborn fighting against Red and his Pokémon Charizard.
"Pokémon against a human?" Yuuri remarked. "This ought to be interesting."
"Don't be fooled by that." Vash remarked. "Red is a Pokémon Master from Kanto, who has already caught all of the Pokémon in there." He continued.
With Red and Tsunayoshi...
"Alright, buddy." Red said, as he looks at his companion. "We'll do our best!"
"Shall we begin, Tsunayoshi?" Reborn asked.
"Right up the alley!" Tsunayoshi said.
Then, Reborn's pet chameleon Leon transforms into a gun, with Reborn later firing a shot to Tsunayoshi's forehead of what appeared to be a reddish bullet travelling to Tsunayoshi's forehead. A red energy is later to be seen appearing from the opened bullet, as it hits towards Tsunayoshi's forehead, causing him to fall down. Gasps could be later heard.
"Did Reborn-san just kill Tsunayoshi-san?" Chito asked in disbelief.
"You will see." Vash said.
"But he just killed him!" Chito argued.
But not in the way the rest have seen. Just a few moments later, they have seen Tsunayoshi suddenly awakening with a flame on his forehead, as well as his eyes glowing. Two of his hands later show a pair of black, metal-clad gloves with a ring in the middle finger, known as the Sky Vongola Ring, as well as the emblem of Vongola Famiglia.
"What the?" Nagi asked. "Did you see what Reborn-san just did?!"
"Reborn's using a specialised bullet known as the Criticism Shot." Vash pointed out. "In this case, Tsunayoshi is under a state known as the Hyper Dying Will Mode, which causes him to attain such destructive powers, which also awakens his Hyper Intuition." He continued. "But it also gives the user to experience real-time rebukes from someone they know." He ended.
"Rebukes?" Chito questioned.
With that, the battle between Tsunayoshi and Reborn versus Charizard begins.
"Charizard, Air Slash!" Red commanded, as the said Pokémon unleashes a blade of air towards Tsunayoshi and Reborn.
But to Red's surprise, both Tsunayoshi and Reborn avoided the attack with ease, before the former uses one of his powers known as Dying Will Flame, causing an untold amount of power to surge around him.
"No way...!" Red said.
"I'm just getting started!" Tsunayoshi confidently said, before Red puts his resolve to ready himself.
"Alright, then!" Red confidently says, as he later uses a Mega Evolution stone, known as Charizardite X, before putting it inside his Mega Evolution bracelet. "Mega Evolution!" He said.
"What is going on with his Pokémon?" Yuuri asked.
The rest watch at Red's Charizard transforming. Within a few minutes later, Charizard has later transformed into Mega Charizard X, the previous form the Class 1 students briefly saw earlier.
"That's a Mega Evolution!" Vash exclaimed.
"Mega what?" Chito asked.
"It's Mega Evolution." Vash repeated. "Certain Pokémon become more powerful, and in some cases they change from one typing to the other." He continued. "In that case, Red's Charizard become a whole new form known as Mega Charizard X."
"So that was Mega Charizard X we saw earlier..."
"That's so interesting!" Kasumi cheered.
And with that... The battle ensues.
"Time to put up a fight!" Tsunayoshi said energetically.
"I'm ready!" Red said.
"X-Burner!" Tsunayoshi cried out, as he fires a ray of large flames towards Mega Charizard.
"Charizard, use Flare Blitz!" Mega Charizard X surrounds itself in blue flames, as it begins charging through Tsunayoshi's X-Burner, which would be enough to cause serious damage if the said Pokémon is not careful.
"No way!" Chito said.
"That thing is capable of causing that much power?!" Mirei inquired, as she looks into Mega Charizard X.
"I hope it won't turn into something serious." Sophy added.
"Fire and fire!" Vash commented. "Who will win on this one?"
A few minutes later... With the battle heating up (no pun intended), both Tsunayoshi and Mega Charizard X later focus their own powers, in hopes of who will be the victor.
While Charizard's Flare Blitz proves to be the last-resort, all-powerful attack against Tsunayoshi's X-Burner, the latter later outmanoeuvres the former, leaving Charizard badly weakened, and with Tsunayoshi standing up, albeit slightly weakened.
"The winner is Tsunayoshi Sawada and Reborn!" Vash declared.
"You did well, Charizard." Red reassured, as he takes out his Pokéball.
They later leave, as they head to the bleachers with the group.
"I gotta say..." Yuuri said. "That was one hell of a fight that you have, guys!"
"Heh." Reborn remarked.
The next battle happens between Blade versus Zoro Roronoa.
"If you haven't known, Blade is a half-vampire, who is known as a Daywalker." Vash explained. "Being born from a mother who was bitten by one during pregnancy, he is a vampire that does not exhibit the weaknesses of all vampires, including sunlight, bullets, and garlic."
"Vampires?!" Laala exclaimed. "Will he bite us?!" She added.
"No, actually." Vash said. "In fact, he is feared by all vampires from around the world."
"You just make it sound scary, Vash-sensei!" Laala exclaimed.
"But what about Roronoa-san?" Chito asked.
"Being a powerful swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates, he is considered one of the members of the Monster Trio, because of his superhuman strength, alongside Monkey D. Luffy and Sanji Vinsmoke." He explained, as he pointed at the latter sitting beside Hibiki.
"Are you ready, Blade-san?" Zoro inquired, as he unsheathes his Wado Ichimonji, as well as his other sword known as Enma.
"Ready and waiting." Blade cynically responded. "I ought to see another capable fighter like you."
"And, fight!" Vash declared.
Blade takes out a pistol, as he fires three shots in the same consecutive manner, but Zoro quickly parries them in a rapid succession with his sword, but Blade uses the bullets as a way of distracting Zoro, as he quickly takes out his sword and dashes towards him, but he take his own swords out and parries the attack..
"That was fast!" Chito said.
"As expected of Moss-Head." Sanji said with sarcasm.
"It's just the beginning!" Zoro grinned, as he clashed his swords against Blade's sword.
Cling!
Clang!
Slash!
Those were the sounds produced as swords are clashing from one another. Blade and Zoro parry each of their own attacks from one another, as if the audience watches a game of serious fencing. Blade's sheer tenacity against Zoro's raw power were to be seen and to be felt by the rest of the audience and the participants.
But it was Blade's agile, inhuman tenacity that was proven victorious over Zoro's near-superhuman power, when he later jumps into the latter's two swords, before unleashing a powerful roundhouse kick that sends Zoro flying.
"How was that possible?!" Sanji inquired. "Moss-Head lost over some random dude?"
"He's no ordinary dude, based on what we just saw." Chito remarked.
"The winner is Blade!" Vash declared. "As expected, it was a tough fight!"
"Damn...!" Zoro said. "I guess I underestimated myself." He added, before sheathing his sword, remembering his past of getting defeated by pirate warlord known as Dracule Mihawk. "I didn't expect that one to happen, but well done. I can learn that experience from you, Blade-sama, unlike Mr. Shitty Cook up there." He points at Sanji with a grin to his face.
"As if you talk, Moss-Head!" Sanji yelled with a tick mark on his head. "Talk about you getting defeated!"
"They really get along." Sophy said.
After that much bantering, both Akane Tsunemori and Robin later appear, as they are the next people to be in a duel.
"Jump City's hero Robin against Public Safety Bureau's officer Akane Tsunemori." Vash declared, as he takes out a Boston Cream donut, before drinking a coffee.
"So a costumed hero fighting against a bureau officer?" Tomoki pointed out.
"You'll see about it." Vash gestured. "Ready, fight!" He then declared, as both the Jump City hero and the PSB officer fight off against one another.
"Let's see what you're made of, Tsunemori-san." Robin says.
"Anything I can show you, Robin-san." Akane said.
Akane then unleashes a powerful roundhouse kick towards Robin, but the costumed hero later dodges it, as he backflips before using his grapple gun, as he manoeuvred through one of the pillars within the arena.
"Not bad, Akane, but still it needs some improvement." Robin then jumps down, as he unleashes a downward kick that is aimed towards Akane.
"Here goes!" Akane responds by countering Robin's kick, causing the two to trade powerful blows. It starts off with a flurry of punches, kicks, and a plethora of martial art moves coming in and out between the two combatants. Tenacity, speed, and strength all combined into one deadly combination of attacks coming between the two.
"Wow, Robin-san and Akane-san are really that exceptionally fast!" Kasumi glee in joy.
"His erstwhile sidekick, Batman, is the reason why." Vash explained.
"Batman?" Chito asked.
"Is he some man who is a bat?" Yuuri dumbly responded.
"He's the protector of Gotham! One of the most powerful superheroes in the world, despite not having powers." Vash added.
"But what about Tsunemori-san?" Chito asked.
"She's an inspector of the Public Safety Bureau in her own world, which is a dystopia." Vash said with seriousness. "In other words, she works as an investigator. But she is an expert in martial arts, as well."
As the duel continues, both Robin and Akane later resort into using projectiles, with the latter firing off her pistols to the former, but the former uses his Birdarangs to parry the bullets off. With Akane leaving in the open, Robin later takes this golden opportunity to take his Bo staff out, before unleashing a blow to Akane's face with it, causing her to be thrown away.
"The winner is Robin!" Vash declared.
"You're really that fast, Robin-san." Akane said, as she stands up.
"I've never seen Robin-san that fast before. Right, Homura-chan?" Homura asked.
"Yeah." Homura said coldly, before huffing.
"So cold of her." Zoro responded.
"Man, Homura-chan's personality is colder than the world Chii-chan and I were in." Yuuri remarked.
A few minutes later... Vash later looks at his tablet. From there are other students who haven't participated in combat, including Touma Kamijou, Kanta Mizuno, Hayate Ayasaki, Phosphophyllite, Ikaros, Ichika Takatsuki, Gon Freecs, and Yoshika Miyafuji.
"Next up, it's Kanta Mizuno versus Hayate Ayasaki!" Vash declared, causing Nagi to look at the Plant in utter shock.
"WHAT?!" Nagi exclaimed. "Hayate-san against Kanta-baka-nii-san?!"
With Hayate and Kanta.
"There you are, shitface!" Kanta exclaimed rather maliciously. "Ya think you can beat the Desert Punk..." He added, as he reloaded some bullets on his shotgun. "Think about it later."
"Heh." Hayate said. "My services to Ojou-sama aren't all for naught." He continued.
"Just give me a freaking break." Kanta looks at Hayate cynically, as he looks at him with threatening eyes.
"I'm not intimidated by you!" Hayate retaliated. "Rug-man!"
"Madam Shorty's toady!" Kanta retaliated, before sparks form between Hayate and Kanta's eyes.
"Grrr!" Both Hayate and Kanta grunt.
"Jesus, those two are about to kill each other!" Zoro pointed out.
"Now, now, now. Calm down." Vash said. "You guys are venting it out through a duel, but please don't make it like a murder scene." He continued seriously. "Anyways, now fight!" He declared, as the see the two fighting each other in this duel.
Unlike the previous battles, the battle between Hayate and Kanta was something else incomprehensible, to which only Vash understands what goes on. Both of them fight irregularly, with Hayate taking out his assault rifle, and with Kanta reloading his shotgun with 16mm grenade shells, before the two fire their weapons within one another.
"Those two are fighting to the death!" Laala remarked.
"As expected of Nagi Sanzenin's butler fighting off against the infamous Desert Punk." Vash examined.
"Oh, yeah? Maybe you've forgotten how I defend Nagi-san!" Hayate then dashes towards Kanta, who is avoiding the latter's bullets as he is about to unleash a kick towards the latter. But to his surprise, he instead kicks at something: a dummy balloon of Kanta. "H-how come?!" He exclaimed in dismay, before he sees Kanta perching in one of the pillars.
"Talk about being slow!" Kanta mocked, as he fires a 16mm grenade round to Hayate, causing him to be blasted off. "Man, living in the desert is better than being a butler to a spoilt brat."
"Not bad, but you're crazy." Hayate stands up, as he takes out his rifle, before fighting off against Kanta, to which he uses his several dummy balloons to further confound Hayate. "Huh, deception is your speciality, I see." The combat butler added.
"What the heck are those?!" Nagi asked.
"Dummy balloons." Vash said. "Kanta uses them to deceive his opponents, so no one would know where he truly is." He added.
"So that means he used those so-called dummy balloons to avoid my attack earlier..." Nagi pondered.
Hayate then takes out an MG3, as he begins firing into the dummy balloons, one by one. "I know where you are, Kanta-san!"
"Oh, shit." Kanta cursed. "Hayate-san is going crazy! Time to flee!" Kanta uses his rocket winch as he grapples from one pillar to the other, dodging Hayate-san's attack, while he takes out his shotgun to fire four 16mm grenade rounds in a rapid succession, from one pillar to the other, causing smoke to billow.
"Heh, you're too weak for a so-called 'Combat Butler', I must say." Kanta mockingly said.
Only for Kanta to be at the receiving end of his mockery, when he later sees Hayate unscathed from the ordnance he fired towards the butler. His face later turns from glee to pure annoyance.
"HUH?!" Kanta said.
"Nice try, though." Hayate said with a grin, before the butler jumps above towards Kanta. "Eat this!" He then unleashes an inhumanly powerful kick towards Kanta, causing the Desert Punk to be thrown in one of the pillars with such force.
"Damn it..." Kanta looked at Hayate. "That was out of nowhere..."
"T-t-that was not possible..." Nagi commented.
"Just how powerful Ayasaki-kun really is?" Chito asked.
"These people are powerful!" Laala said.
"Just so you'll know, everything in Unity Force is possible." Zoro commented.
"The winner is Hayate Ayasaki!" Vash congratulated, as the crowd cheered.
"Oi, Hayate-san..." Kanta called in. "Well done, but that doesn't mean we're done."
"Come on..." Hayate approaches Kanta, as he helps him out. "I might have underestimated you, but I never expected you to fight like this."
"Yeah, damn right. You must have forgotten that I'm the Desert Punk!" Kanta said, as he and Hayate leave.
"Hey, wait, you two!" Nagi runs off, as she chases off Hayate and Kanta.
Then, it's Touma Kamijou and Yoshika Miyafuji's turn.
"The witch from Fuso versus the Imagine Breaker, Touma Kamijou."
Yoshika later puts off missile-like contraptions to her legs known as Strikers, with Touma preparing his right arm, which is the source of his powerful abilities. And the battle commences between the two.
"A witch, you say?" Chito asked.
"Despite the name." Vash answered. "They're not literal witches like the old hags you see in children's stories!" He continued. "What Miyafuji-san wears is a Striker, which gives her the name of a Strike Witch." He added. "Along with her comrades, they use Strikers to fly above and fight off against Neurois, an alien threat."
"But what about Kamijou-san?" Yuuri asked. "Are you sure he can beat her?"
"His Imagine Breaker title is not just for show." Vash added.
As Yoshika uses a telekinesis attack called Reppuzan where she imbues it from his sword, Touma later prepares himself for this attack, as he uses his right arm, causing Yoshika's magical attack to be cancelled out.
"Huh?!"
"Whoa!"
"What just happened?!"
"Did Kamijou-san blocked Miyafuji-san's attack?!"
Those were the murmurs the crowd utter, as they watch at Touma who have managed to cancel out Yoshika's magical attack in an instant, before he unleashes a powerful counter attack by unleashing a blow to Yoshika, causing her to be thrown away.
"The winner is Touma Kamijou!" Vash congratulated, as he finishes the last doughnut.
"Impossible..." Tetsuya commented.
"That guy must have refined tastes in combat, albeit unorthodox." Blade commented.
Phosphophyllite and Gon Freeccs faces off against Ikaros and Ichika Takatsuki.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Gon-kun is teaming up with a walking gemstone?" Asta inquired.
"Not to mention, Ikaros and Takatsuki-san teaming up, as well." Tomoki added. "Isn't it surprising..." He trailed.
"Phos-san may be the weakest of all Gems, but that doesn't mean they are incapable of fighting, especially with that agate arms they have now." Vash added. "And with Takatsuki-san, she's an alien despite looking like a human! But don't let that charm fool you, as she knows how to fight in a hand-to-hand combat! Double, when Rinon has the ability to transform into a powerful cybernetic arm, which is what she is doing now." He added. "What can I say about Freeccs-san? He may be diminutive, but he is a charismatic adventurer with a deadly skill in combat to boot!"
"All right, stronger people to battle!" Gon confidently said.
"Are you ready, Freeccs-san?" Phos added.
"Right on!" Gon responded.
"I'm up to this challenge!" Ichika said. "Rinon!" She commanded.
"I'm on it!" Rinon said, as the creature turns into a powerful cybernetic arm, to which Ichika installs it into her right arm.
And with that, the battle begins, with Phos fighting against Ikaros, and with Gon fighting against Ichika. While that happens, in the bleachers, on the other hand...
"Ikaros is an Angeloid, who is known as the Type-Alpha Angeloid. She is one of the most powerful of all the 1st Generation Angeloids in existence." Vash observed. "As for Phos, their arms can regenerate and even transform into a spike mace or even a hammer." He added.
"Pandora!" Ikaros said, as her entire form transforms into something else: a more powerful version of herself. Her wings grew larger, as well as her hair flowing freely. She later grows a halo on top of her head.
"What in the hell is that?" Sanji said.
"Don't tell me... Ikaros uses Pandora...?" Tomoki looks at his servant.
"Amazing..." Laala commented.
"Oh my..." Hibiki added.
"Now, my turn! Rinon!" Ichika cried out, as her cybernetic arm is later imbued with a stream of red electricity on it.
"Ya serious, Gon-san?!" Asta exclaimed.
"Heh." Gon looked at Asta. "I know what I'm doing, Asta-san." He said, before charging towards Ichika. "Let's see what you are made of, space girl!" As expected, both Gon and Ichika later fight to the death. Charismatic adventurer versus an alien girl fighting aggressively.
The same thing happens between a Pandora-transformed Ikaros against Phos, with the latter constantly transforming their hands into the following weapons: a spike. a hammer, and a spiked mace, as it attacks the Angeloid, but Ikaros's superhuman speed in Pandora moode cause her to block every attack Phos has.
"Artemis, fire!" Ikaros ordered.
Ikaros, on the other hand, speedily dodges Phos' attacks, as she fires off Artemis, causing multiple projectiles to appear. But for Phos, they later resort into using irregular tactics, as they block Ikaros's missiles with their bladed hands, while others hit into the pillars.
"What the fuck?!" Zoro exclaimed.
"They're taking this duel seriously!" Maya commented.
Not even Chito and Yuuri can respond at the increasingly insane situation unfurling in front of them, let alone the crowds beside them.
Ichika later dodges most of Gon's lightning-speed attacks with her gauntlet, but even then, she is being slowly outmanoeuvred by the Rookie Hunter, before the boy then unleashes a powerful butterfly kick, causing Ichika to be thrown into the pillar.
On cue with that, Phos later manages to exhaust Ikaros, before one of their arms transform into a hammer, causing the Gem to smack Ikaros away with the force of a sledgehammer.
"Ikaros!" Tomoki uttered.
"This was rather serious than the fight earlier with Blade-san and Roronoa-san." Chito remarked.
"The winners for this duel are Gon Freeccs and Phosphophyllite!" Vash declared.
After that immense battle, we see Chito, Yuuri, Kaori, and Laala leaving the stadium, along with the other Class 1 students sans Reimu, who are going with Vash.
"Man, I can't wait to be a hero!" Yuuri exclaimed.
"I'd rather not want to, after seeing the rest of them fighting to the death." Chito denied.
"Don't sweat it." Yuuri uttered.
Another voice from afar is to be heard.
The young man is slightly taller. He has blond, spiky hair and blue eyes, as well as having whiskers on his cheeks. He wears a orange and blue jacket with a red spiral symbol on the back which is rolled up at the sleeves, along with a black shirt underneath. Additionally, he wears orange pants which are rolled up and blue open-toed shoes that is common among ninjas. This is Naruto Uzumaki, a ninja from Konohagakure.
"Hey, where's the battle between Class 1 in the Thunder Dome?" Naruto said. " Alright, I can't wait to watch it and see Class 1's abilities to the test!"
"Are you kidding me, Naruto-nii-san?" Sophy said, as she is seen with Laala and Mirei. "It's over now!"
"What?" Naruto looks around, only for him to see the rest of Class 1 nowhere to be seen inside the stadium.
"Yes, it's over now." Mirei added.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Naruto only yells in utter disappointment.

On the next chapter of UF Stories: Some of the Unity Force students, including Class 1, later visit the Normal Earth to take a relaxing break. At least, that's what they expect, when they later visit this part of the Normal Earth that is considered surreal in nature, meeting up the people that they cannot expect.
