CHAPTER 17: The Joint Concert In The Falls

[Niagara Falls, New York, Normal Earth]
It is now Christmas, and the Unity Force have decided to spend their Christmas break in Normal Earth. But they spend their Christmas in a place none other than the gorgeous Niagara Falls in USA and Canada, located between the U.S.-Canada border, which is known for its highly spectacular vistas including its falls and the attractions surrounding it. This includes the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side and the Bridal Veil Falls and American Falls on the American side.
In the American side of the Niagara Falls within Niagara Falls, New York, we see the famous Rainbow Amphitheatre still being prepared for the main event, which will happen at 9:00 P.M., which is a joint concert between the two all-girl bands of Japan, including Roselia and another band known as RAISE A SUILEN. These bands have become so popular for their victories, respectively, for Grand Prize and Best Performance awards in Budokan in 2020 that it they have caught the attention of the public eye for their talents, as well as their respective stories.
As expected, tickets for this concert have already been sold out at a rapid rate in just a space of few hours.
But as for now, in afternoon at 5:45 P.M., three hours and fifteen minutes before the major event, we see some of the Unity Force students spending their Christmas gazing at the Horseshoe Falls within the Niagara Falls Observation Tower in Prospect Street, which is a magnificent sight that they have never seen before.
On the observation tower, we see Chito, Yuuri, Zoro Roronoa, Maya Tendo, Tsunayoshi Sawada, Reborn, Laala Manaka, Claudine Saijo, Sorawo Kamikoshi, Toriko Nishina, Akari Seto, Hina Hikawa, Natsumi Ichikawa, Nina Shimazaki, Hayate Ayasaki, Kanta Mizuno, and Nagi Sanzenin.
"So this is what you call the Niagara Falls, Toriko-san?" Chito said.
"Well, we are more specifically in the American side of the falls." Toriko added. "But we are looking at the Horseshoe Falls, which is mostly on the Canadian side." She stated.
"And what are the other two next to this tower?" Chito asked.
"Those are American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, which are specifically located here in the United States." Toriko added.
"I heard that the Maid of the Mist attraction is what drives tourism in this place more." Maya commented.
"The entire river itself is frozen, so it's not going to happen." Claudine said.
"I never knew Normal Earth would have such a tourist attraction like this before." Chito uttered.
"Come to think of it, the only 'tourist attraction' we would see in my own and Chii-chan's world was that Food Production Plant and the Fish." Yuuri said.
"But right in front of us is Canada." Toriko pointed at the Canadian city of Niagara Falls, before the rest of the Unity Force group look at it.
"You kidding me?" Tsunayoshi questioned. "Canada is actually that close?!" He added.
"How do they cross from here to there?" Yuuri asked.
"The Rainbow Bridge over there." Toriko points at the said bridge. "Though, it's a little difficult." She added.
"Out of curiosity, why would Roselia and RAS would choose this place for a venue for the upcoming joint concert?" Hayate asked.
"I was the one who did so!" Hina exclaimed.
"EH?! You did?!" The rest questioned.
"Well, Yukina-chan wants a concert that is close to a popular tourist destination, which happens to be here, so Onee-chan and I did some research and found the perfect spot itself!" Hina said. "Not to mention, most people in Unity Force unanimously decided, as well." She added with glee.
"Actually, the falls are much more gorgeous at night, especially on Christmas, where they aim colourful lights on them, as well." Toriko said.
"But it's real cold in here." Sorawo said.
"Not to mention, the rivers and even the falls themselves are mostly frozen." Chito uttered.
On the other observation point, which is known as Terrapin Point in Goat Island, we see several Unity Force students watching the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, which just happens to be beside them. We see the band members of Roselia, currently in their casual winter outfits, including Yukina Minato, Sayo Hikawa, Lisa Imai, Ako Udagawa, and Rinko Shirokane gazing in front of it, as means to take a break from their band practice for the upcoming event.
"So it was you who decided this place, Minato-san?" Sayo asked. "I never knew that you were a fan of Niagara Falls before, where only Hina likes it." She added.
"I only saw it on the internet, but Lisa was actually telling me that this is an ideal place for a concert, as it is next to a tourist attraction." Yukina said.
"Aren't you happy, Yukina?" Lisa asked her childhood friend. "After all the battling, why not spend our time in this gorgeous place, before our concert will happen in a few hours?" She answered.
"I am, I think?" Yukina questioned.
"Brrr..." Ako said, who is shivering. "It's cold in here!" She added. "How can people in America enjoy this place on winter?" She added, with Rinko attempting to warm her best friend up.
"Are you okay, Ako-chan?" Rinko asked.
"I think, Rin-rin?" Ako said. "Besides, I liked the falls being frozen in winter, but not the cold that comes from here!" She added.
Suddenly, Sayo's tablet rings from out of nowhere, while she sits at a bench, before a camera showing Usopp, Brook, Monkey D. Luffy, and two females can be seen.
The first female has a long orange wavy hair and has brown eyes. She wears a pink sleeveless shirt with the word "HEAT" on it in red letters with a picture of candy below it, teal and white striped shorts, and her high-heeled sandals. This is Nami, a member of the Straw Hat Pirates.
The second female has a fair complexion, she had a slender figure and a large bust, she had a back-length black hair and she had blue-coloured eyes. She wears very short black-colored low cut dress with a large portion of her breasts are visible as well as her legs and lower thighs. She wears a pair of sunglasses, black high heel boots and a white bell-brimmed hat. This is Nico Robin, a member of the Straw Hat Pirates.
"Usopp, Brook, Nami. Robin-san, and Luffy...?" Rinko answered, before she sees the two familiar faces in the Canadian side of the Falls in Ontario, Canada, watching from afar who are standing at the railing overlooking the Horseshoe Falls.
"Sorry, we got mistakenly sent here in Canada." Luffy said nonchalantly, as he chuckles.
"Eh?!" Lisa reacted. "How did that happen?" She questioned further.
"So you're telling us that the rest of you ended up in Niagara Falls, Ontario?" Yukina asked, with Nico nodding.
"Are you really kidding me?" Sayo asked in dismay, before she talks to the quintet. "How the hell did it happen in the first place?" She inquired. "The rest of the Unity Force are in Niagara Falls, New York, dummy." She retorted.
"It's Brook's goddamn fault why we were sent on the wrong side of Niagara Falls!" Usopp exclaimed.
"I didn't know that there are TWO Niagara Falls in this world!" Brook complained.
"Are YOU that fucking dumb?!" Usopp argued.
"Just explain what goes on...?" Sayo asked, who is more annoyed.
"Brook blindly inputted Niagara Falls from the Normal Earth Portal's computer in Harmony Tower, without even specifying what part of Niagara Falls." Nami said in disappointment.
"As expected of that numbskull, even on Christmas." Sayo commented annoyingly.
"So how can we arrive in New York without causing suspicion?" Nico asked.
"For one, there's the quintessential border crossing, the Niagara Falls International Rainbow Bridge, not far from where the rest of you standing." Sayo pointed out.
"Don't worry, that bridge looks easy enough to break into the border!" Luffy said.
"There's absolutely no way that you guys are going there unless you all have an actual passport." Sayo countered. "For the preservation of my sanity and yours, please don't cause a scene." She added.
"And the second alternative?" Nico asked.
"Use the teleporter, if you happen to bring yours, but given the amount of people there walking in and out, you might think of using it in a rather inconspicuous place." Sayo reminded. "But please, next time, don't let that complete dunderhead of an idiot use the portal's computer." She continued scathingly, who is referring to Brook, before ending the call.
"Something wrong, Sayo-san?" Ako asked.
"Those guys again." Sayo grumbled. "They got stuck in Canada, because of Brook." She added.
"Eh?" Ako asked. "So where are they now?" She asked.
"They're still in Niagara Falls, Ontario." Sayo said. "But they're coming here within a moment, I suppose." She added.
Suddenly, a loud voice can be heard from afar, one of which is familiar to Roselia.
"Oi! Roselia! Yukina!" A voice can be heard, revealing a rather diminutive girl. "Don't forget that promise of today's joint concert, so you better be ready!" She added confidently, who speaks in English, before other four girls appear in front of them.
The first girl has a short stature. She has sky-blue eyes with voluminous, salmon-coloured hair reaching her hips, and a tall single ahoge. She is normally seen wearing her school uniform, which consists of a white buttoned shirt with a red and white striped tie, a dark blue school blazer, a plaid miniskirt, black crew socks, and brown loafers, and is currently wearing a winter jacket. She also wears black cat-eared headphones. This is Chiyu Tamade, who is known as the leader and the DJ of the band known as RAISE A SUILEN, going by her nickname as CHU².
The second girl beside CHU² is a fairly tall girl with light red eyes. Her hair is waist-length, with blunt bangs and tied into long pigtails with beads. Her hair is normally streaked pink and light blue. She wears purple eye contacts. She is seen wearing a purple T-shirt with a print of a keyboard and the word "Fortissimo", a white cardigan, a pink chiffon skirt with blue frills and a petticoat underneath, and light blue space-themed thigh-high stockings. She wears purple platform shoes that give her a 6 cm bonus of height. This is Reona Nyubara, also known as PAREO, who is the band's keyboardist.
The third girl has fair skin and smooth dark-brown hair reaching her top back with no fringe, but bangs that cover her ears and lightning blue eyes. She wears an outfit that consists of a white shirt with a wide neckline and long sleeves to her wrists, slightly torn jeans, and a black sleeveless jacket open until mid-torso. She carries a studded belt with chains made of silver on her right hip, a leather bracelet on her right wrist, and a black bracelet on her left wrist. She also wears two necklaces, and her shoes are high ankle boots with black shoelaces. This is Rei Wakana, also known as LAYER, who the band's vocalist and bassist.
The fourth girl has short blonde hair which barely reaches her shoulders, with asymmetrical fringe, as well as dark gold eyes. She wears a high-waisted wide leg pants with a cropped black top, over which she wears a deep red sukajan jacket with white stripes and pictures of Hanyo Usagi on the front. She wears black ballet flats without socks. Masuki does not wear any jewelry or accessories. Her style can be described as sukeban. This is Masuki Satou, also known as MASKING, who is the band's drummer.
The fifth and final girl is a slender girl with leafy green eyes and slate blue hair with fringe that frames her face. The rest of her hair is held in a low and loose ponytail by a thick scrunchie with star ornaments. She wears thick black glasses and wears classic lolita style dress with loose green socks and brown Mary Jane shoes. Her necklace carries a key, as well. This is Rokka Asahi, also known as LOCK, who is the band's guitarist.
The rest of RAS later encounter Roselia who are watching the falls in front of them, before Ako proceeds to approach Rokka.
"CHU²-sama, please. I know that you're up and ready, but why not enjoy the view in front of us with Roselia, before that happens in the first place?" Reona offered.
"It's too early to think about that, CHU²." Yukina remarked in front of Chiyu.
"Oh, fine!" Chiyu exclaimed, but Reona reassures her. "But don't miss that mark, Yukina! Because we'll show it to them what our victory in Budokan during the Girls' Band Challenge meant!" She exclaimed, causing some visitors to look in confusion.
"Embracing the Christmas within such a view, isn't it?" Masuki questioned.
"Honestly, this place is a refresher for a Christmas vacation, which reminded us of that Budokan, a year ago." Rei said.
"To be honest, it was Lisa's decision." Yukina answered.
"In all things honesty, there is nothing wrong about it." Rinko said.
"Imai-san wouldn't stop pestering us about the venue for our joint concert, so we pretty much caved in to her own demands, thinking that I would want to rip my hair out." Sayo answered. "Especially when I'm hanging out with the biggest idiots ever, who all currently got stuck in Canada, which happens to be beside us in the States." She added.
"Whoa, Sayo." Chiyu said, in surprise of Sayo's different attitude ever since hanging out with Usopp and Brook. "I know that you tend to have a formal way of talking, but I don't expect you to have a razor-sharp tongue." She added.
"I'd say props to them for driving my life nuts." Sayo said, before she is seen drinking a can of Red Bull.
"Hey, why not we should walk around the park first, before we go back to the amphitheatre?" Rinko said.
"Actually, why not?" Masuki questioned. "Sitting on the same spot is so damn boring, so maybe we should go somewhere else!" She added.
As for Chiyu and Yukina, who were former rivals, they are later joined in by Reona...
"I know I'm also temperamental sometimes, but did Sayo's personality completely flip to 180? Don't forget that you were this cold, callous songstress before you became a different person, Yukina." Chiyu asked Yukina.
"The only thing I can tell about those two, Usopp and Brook, is that one is a complete coward and the other a perverted dunce with low intelligence, in spite of their combat abilities." Yukina stated straightly. "It's no wonder why Sayo and even myself became more and more infuriated by their ridiculous antics, except for Hina, Rinko, and Lisa." She added coldly.
"You shouldn't hang out with those people, Yukina-san." Reona said in concern.
"But admittedly, their antics was the reason why I became more acquainted with the Unity Force." Yukina said.
"Oh, speaking of that..." Chiyu chimed in. "Where's this Chito-san, the leader of yours, from the Unity Force?!" She suddenly blurted, much to the surprise. "YOU said earlier that she killed a god, right, and later declared as a hero? I want to speak to her!" She nagged rather aggressively.
"Whoa, calm down, CHU²-sama!" Reona said. "This is pretty much unexpected from you." She added.
"They're at the Observation Tower." Yukina pointed at the said building. "But what do you want from her? She's not the type to be easily talked to, especially with people she doesn't know." She pointed out.
"What do you mean?" Chiyu added, who relented.
"It's a little complicated." Yukina remarked.

[Red Baron Rock n' Roll Bar, Niagara Falls, New York, Normal Earth]
Sometime later, with the clock ticking at 7:15 P.M., we see Chito, Yuuri, Sorawo, Toriko, Kozakura, Akari, and Natsumi hanging out from a patio overlooking Canada at Red Baron Rock n' Roll Bar in Rainbow Blvd., which is a few metres within to the "Welcome to New York" sign and the international Rainbow Bridge that enters to Canada. They are seen watching a local rock band performing a rock song, which is a commonality for this bar, while Chito is seen smoking like the usual.

From there, the rest of the group are seen with bowls of chicken wings and fries in front of them, while they were waiting for Roselia X RAS's joint concert to start in the Rainbow Amphitheatre, as they watch from Chito's tablet with what seems to be the full video replay of the Girls' Band Challenge in Budokan that happened, one year ago.
From the other side of the table, not far from them, they see Miyako Izumo, in her Legends of Astrum form, devouring a bucket of pudding, much like the usual, much to Yuuri's surprise. However, they are relieved that they are the only people who see them.
Yuuri and the rest were indeed surprised that Roselia did indeed win the Grand Prize award from this very event, as well as RAS winning the Best Performance award and Poppin'Party winning the Best Band award, which was something they heard from the Poppin'Party guitarist Kasumi Toyama.
Earlier, prior to that, Chito was being bombarded with a plethora of questions from Chiyu Tamade, who was with the rest of her RAS bandmates, about her heroic acts in saving her own world from destruction against Sargeras and his Burning Legion minions, a month ago, which was something that she did not expect, as well as the petite DJ asking Chito what the goals of the Unity Force is. Of course, Reona stepped in to put the brakes on the rather short-tempered girl.
To make matters more frustrating for the hero, Chito was about to flip out in anger, but she instead relented and told her about the Unity Force and its mission to save the multiverse.
Meanwhile, while that happened, the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates finally arrived in the correct part of Niagara Falls, after much trouble that they had to endure, just to make the teleporter work while trying not to cause a scene.
"Say, are there any things your sister eat other than pudding, Kozakura-san?" Chito asked.
"Ever since reconciling with her, she won't stop badgering me over damn pudding cups in a box." Kozakura said, as she eats some wings, while drinking a bottle of 0% Heineken lager beer.
"Well, you have stacked up lots of money from VTubing and your research on the Otherside, so why not spend it on something else, for once?" Toriko questioned.
"How about you try bearing the 'big sister' responsibility, Toriko-chan?" Kozakura remarked.
"I mean, you're in luck that you have figured things out with her." Sorawo said.
"Define 'figured things out'." Kozakura retorted. "If you were in my position, Sorawo-chan, then you would understand how frustrating it is to deal with a rather obnoxious younger sibling who only gave me a splitting headache." She commented scathingly, before Miyako sees this and whacks her older sister with her own spoon. "Ow! Will you stop it?!" She uttered.
"How mean of you to talk to your younger sister like that, Onee-chan!" Miyako huffed, before pouting angrily.
"Seriously..." Kozakura rubbed her pained head.
"After seeing their performances, we finally knew why both bands wanted to perform here live." Akari said, meanwhile, who is conversing with Natsumi.
"Given their victory, according to Hikawa-san, it's safe to say that they made their decision to perform here." Natsumi added.
"Nah, nah." Yuuri remarked. "It was Lisa-chan's decision." She added.
"Boo!" Miyako suddenly spooked the rest of the group, particularly Kozakura. "I won't spook you if you give me pudding!" She demanded, as she shoves the empty metal tub to Kozakura.
"Will you knock it off, Miyako?! Here, take this and leave me alone!" Kozakura exclaimed furiously, causing some of the bar patrons to look at the petite researcher in confusion, before she waits for them to look away, as Kozakura gives Miyako a box of pudding. "Sorry, I'm just a little tired." She lied. "See, this is what I'm talking about, Sorawo-chan. I mean you are finally happy that your batshit insane family was finally gone for good, but that is not in my case." She ended.
"Well, that's rather unfortunate to hear that." Yuuri claimed sarcastically, before she begins taking wings and fries rapidly, before chugging two bottles of Heineken at once.
"Hey, knock it off." Chito said. "I don't want you to walk like a slog when we are walking to the Rainbow Amphitheatre in an hour." She added.
"Speaking of which, where are the rest?" Akari asked.
"Roselia and RAS are preparing themselves in the Amphitheatre, practising." Chito said. "I heard that a person named Marina Tsukishima visited here, who is in-charge of CiRCLE as well as the rest of the workers from CiRCLE, Poppin'Party, and Kasumi's younger sister Asuka-san." She added.
"And the others?" Akari asked.
"Some of the Unity Force are at Hard Rock Café, spending their Christmas before the event." Chito responded.
"Some of them must have drunk themselves from alcohol and rock music, surprise surprise, considering that place is known for things like that, according to one of the patrons there." Kozakura responded.
"Talk about going on a special place for Christmas." Sorawo said.
"We still have an hour and a few minutes left before the event starts." Yuuri said, who takes a look at her wristwatch.
"But we have to enter inside at 8:30 P.M." Chito advised. "There's no way knowing how many people will enter inside there, given the fact that Hina-san told me about the customers who purchased tickets for that concert." She added.
"I mean there's a lot of attractions we can spend the last of our minutes before the concert." Sorawo said.
The rest of Chito's group later leave the bar, with Miyako joining in.
Suddenly, however, something unknowingly leapt into Chito's shoulder, whom it was not Miyako but something completely different that she has never experienced before. For the noirnette, it felt like two ants that crawled into her shoulder.
And speaking of two ants, we see two rather tiny women, who are slightly smaller than a grasshopper, walking around Chito's shoulder, who basically have no idea what place they have ended up with, let alone what kind of universe they are currently now, as it is completely alien and vastly different to the best of their knowledge, in contrast to whatever universe they originally came from.
The first woman has red hair, which is worn in braids. A messy fringe peeks out from beneath her blue cap. She also wears blue, white, and yellow dress, and is barefooted. This is Hakumei.
The second woman has long black hair that reaches near her ankle. She wears what seems to be a kimono with white top with red-and-white cuffs, and a green skirt. Much like Hakumei, she is also barefooted. This is Mikochi.
Both Hakumei and Mikochi originated from a much more primitive world, at least 500 to 550 years away from the present, where extremely advanced technology and other walks of leisure including a rock n' roll bar, an amphitheatre, and even a casino are all non-existent. For the two, being whisked away into a modern world where technology is predominant is a far cry for the primitive duo.
"What is this place?" Hakumei questioned.
"Are we even in our home?" Mikochi asked. "Last time we checked, we were farming radishes in our yard, before some rather mysterious force sucked us into this world that we know nothing about!" She added.
"HUH?! This is utterly impossible!" Hakumei uttered. "I don't know about this world, and not to mention we are much, much smaller than anyone else around us!" She exclaimed.
"It's really cold in here... I wonder how people even survive such conditions like this" Mikochi exclaimed.
With Chito's group, who are walking around Rainbow Blvd., while basking in on the attractions and places within this city next to the gorgeous Falls...
"Uh, Chii-chan." Yuuri called in to her best friend. "Is it just us or are we hearing voices?" She questioned, with others also looking at the noirnette in confusion.
"What are you talking about?" Chito asked. "Are you up to your wild imaginations again, eh, Yuu?" She remarked.
"No, we do hear voices." Yuuri countered.
"You might want to take a look at your left shoulder." Toriko ordered.
"Eh?" Chito questioned, before she does exactly what Toriko said, when she is surprised over what awaits in her shoulder. "EH?! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!" She cursed shockingly, as she sees Hakumei and Mikochi standing within her left shoulder.
"WAIT! STOP!" Hakumei yelled, which is enough for her to hear the rest out. "Don't threaten us!" She added in fear.
"We don't know what goes on in here, so try not to be threatening for once..." Mikochi said in pure fright.
"Okay?" Yuuri said. "Before that, who are both of you?" She asked.
"Not to mention, you two are so small that we are in need of a magnifying glass to see both of you." Sorawo claimed.
Both Hakumei and Mikochi introduce themselves to Chito's group, as they keep walking into the busy streets, who told them how they ended up her in Normal Earth from their own universe, as well as the wild tale that came in precedence, which was them getting whisked away by a "mysterious force", when Mikochi happened to harvest radishes in her own home within her universe.
Suspicious, Chito had somehow heard of this rather familiar claim before, whom she knew how Aloy and Erend were sent from their own world to Chito's world by a mysterious blue hand, with circumstances that are extremely fitting and bizarre for Hakumei and Mikochi's scenario.
"So you're saying that you two were suddenly sent here?" Chito asked. "I've heard of that one before." She claimed.
"If we only know what really goes on." Mikochi replied. "Plus, what is this place and this world? Our world was pretty much too far off from what this place is." She added.
"This place is called Niagara Falls in New York, United States." Toriko said. "It's a city with the magnificent falls beside us." She added.
"More specifically, in Normal Earth." Akari said.
"Huh?" Mikochi looked at them in confusion.
"Niagara Falls...? New York...? United States...? What is that?" Hakumei questioned over the group's words that she knows nothing about, being a foreign one to them.
"Hmmm... It seems that your world is not the same as this world." Yuuri answered.
"Speaking of that, who are the rest of you?" Hakumei asked.
Chito later begins explaining to Hakumei and Mikochi about the Unity Force and the existence of several worlds, as well as the multiverse. She goes into additionally explaining about the goals of the organisation, including saving the world from any threat it comes into. She later goes on into explaining about their current predicament, and how their predicament is closely identical to Aloy and Erend's.
"So that means we were sent here to this unknown world?" Hakumei questioned, with Chito and the rest nodding, who suddenly goes into panic mode. "I don't even know what goes on anymore! If we didn't come back, then everyone else we know would be worried that we disappeared!" She said tearfully.
"Not to mention, our house would be destroyed and even overgrown, as well as our crops would rot!" Mikochi also joins in on the worry train with Hakumei.
"Listen, you two are not just the only people who are going through this nonsense." Chito remarked. "As I mentioned earlier, Aloy-san and Erend-san are also in this impasse, as well." She added. "Especially Aloy-san, since she also has to go back to her world in the meantime, as well." She continues.
"As mentioned, much like the two of them, we don't know where your world is." Yuuri said. "But for now, why not embrace this world? After all it's Christmas, so why go with a long face?" She boisterously added.
"Christmas? What is that?" Hakumei asked.
"Down goes Yuuri-san with her antics again." Kozakura remarked, as she smokes a cigarette.
"So, where are the rest of you going?" Hakumei asked.
"While we try our best to help the two of you out, we are heading to the Rainbow Ampitheatre in the meantime, and watch a concert that is bound to happen between the two BANDS! WOO HOO!" Yuuri said in boisterousness.
"Can you shut the FUCK up, will you?!" Kozakura uttered annoyingly, who is attempting to cover her ears.
"Old habits die hard." Toriko remarked.
"Not you, too!" Kozakura exclaimed.

[Rainbow Amphitheatre, Niagara Falls, New York, Normal Earth]
A few hours later, as 8:45 P.M. ticks in, we later see Chito's group, along with Hakumei and Mikochi, and the variety of audiences including the Unity Force students heading inside the giant amphitheatre, which is reminiscent to Budokan, but it was riddled with lighting everywhere. Not to mention, the rest of the audiences of this joint concert start pouring inside the busy venue without a hitch.
From there within Chito's group, we see Zoro Roronoa, Maya Tendo, Hina Hikawa, Kasumi Toyama, Aya Maruyama, Chisato Shirasagi, Maya Yamato, Eve Wakamiya, Kazuto Kirigaya, Suguha Kirigaya, Asuna Yuuki, Mashiro Kurata, Touko Kirigaya, Nanami Hiromachi, Tsukushi Futaba, Rui Yashio, Red, Laala Manaka, Mirei Minami, Sophy Hojo, Kanta Mizuno, Hayate Ayasaki, Nagi Sanzenin, Nina Shimazaki, Tsunayoshi Sawada, Reborn, Aloy, Erend, Renge Miyauchi, Meliodas, Ai Hayasaka, Suguru Koshigaya, Haruka Shimazaki, Koromo Shiranui, Kozue Makihara, Rika and Alicia Mochizuki, Hibiki Shikyoin, Sanji Vinsmoke, Ben Tennyson, a young man and a young woman sitting next to Meliodas, as well as four other girls beside Kasumi.
The young man has amber eyes and dark red hair (sometimes depicted as magenta) that reaches just past his jaw. His usual attire consists of a white shirt with gray long sleeves over a black cropped tank top as well as a pair of dark pants and short grey boots. He also wears a pair of glasses with light frames. He also has a goat tattoo on his right side of his chest. This is Gowther, the Goat's Sin of Lust and one of the Seven Deadly Sins.
The young woman is a beautiful young woman of slender yet curvaceous figure and regular height. She has very pale skin, large light blue eyes which can turn orange while gaining a triskele, and long silver hair reaching her waist. She also wears a blue earring with the symbol of what seems to be a royal family emblem, comprising of the sun, the moon, and stars. She wears a pink buttoned shirt with a black ribbon exposing her belly button, a dark mini skirt strapped with a pink belt, a black stocking on her left leg, and black-white heels. This is Elizabeth Liones, the third princess of the Kingdom of Liones, who is in reality the adopted daughter of the Liones Royal Family.
The first girl beside Kasumi has gentle green eyes and straight, waist-length, dark brown hair. She has choppy bangs with a section of hair that reaches her navel and covers her right ear. She wears blue denim pants, olive-coloured long-sleeved blouse on the inside and a blue winter jacket on the outside, as well as brown boots. This is Tae Hanazono, the lead guitarist of Poppin'Party.
The second girl has black hair and red, downward-slanted eyes. She wears pink long-sleeved blouse, grey jeans, and black winter boots. This is Rimi Ushigome, the bassist of Poppin'Party.
The third girl has slanted royal blue eyes and long, curly brown hair worn in a high ponytail, usually tied up in a ribbon. She has spread-out bangs and shoulder-length curled forelocks. She wears an outfit that consists of a pale green sweatshirt, silver necklace with a drum set pendant, black leggings, and brown boots. This is Saaya Yamabuki, the drummer of Poppin'Party.
The fourth and final girl has long, slightly curled blonde hair worn in two pigtails held with ribbon or bands. Her bangs are mostly spread, with the exception of a few curled strands that stick up. Her forelocks are held with cross-shaped clips. She has gentle light brown eyes. She wears a rather mature and feminine outfit that consists of a black blouse, a long, knee-length skirt with flower prints, and black boots. This is Arisa Ichigaya, the keyboardist of Poppin'Party.
"This place certainly looks even bigger than the town itself." Hakumei commented.
"Really big." Mikochi added. "We're way too small in comparison to anyone else in this place." She added.
"Trust us, you're going to love what Roselia and RAS are about to throw next!" Yuuri commented. "Kasumi-chan said that their victory in that music event last year became a surprise hit." She added.
"RAS used to be rivals with us and Roselia in the past, but they're now a friendly band!" Kasumi said, beaming with positivism.
"For some part, but that doesn't mean that they will stop, considering CHU² and her band's goals." Arisa commented, before she is teased by Yuuri, who is drinking a can of Monster Energy Drink.
"What, shy now?" Yuuri questioned. "I mean you guys won the Best Band award in Budokan, a year ago!" She commented.
"That was different, a year ago." Arisa remarked. "Also, can you knock it off?!" She added.
"As for that, Roselia's entrance was like the one I saw from a wrestler, known as the Undertaker, within a show called WWE." Yuuri added.
Suddenly, the middle of the stage dims, as the stage lights are aimed towards the stage, where they see it changing before an announcer declares the start of the Christmas concert, much to the surprise of Hakumei and Mikochi, who have never seen such a thing like this before, in their own world. Then, a monitor in the middle of the stage shows the logos of both Roselia and RAS, respectively, which is accompanied by the lighting effects of the respective bands' colours. Not only that, but this performance is shown live on television from not just in the United States, but also around Normal Earth and even in the Unity Force Earth, as well.
"This is going to be fun..." Yuuri said.
Meanwhile, in the backstage at a stairway, we see the members of Roselia and RAS dressed up in their respective costumes, before they converse each other for one final time.
"You're awfully cheery and nervous, aren't you, Yukina Minato?" Chiyu asked.
Yukina only looks at Chiyu, before she responds. "We show them what we won in Budokan, a year ago, and I can say the same thing to you, as well." She added.
"We ready, shall we?" Lisa asked.
"It's time..." Rokka exclaimed.
"For the joint concert... OF THE YEAR!"
After much banter between the two bands, a few minutes later, the scene then cuts to the members of Roselia doing a rather unique entrance, which played what sounded like Gothic music, before they appear in the middle of the stage, with purple stage lights turning on in front of them, as the audiences cheer for the band.
Within the bleachers...
"Damn right! I never knew Roselia is known for such a next-level intro." Sorawo said.
"It's like watching an actual funeral, only when they suddenly suddenly appear from out of nowhere!" Toriko uttered.
"Well, that's ridiculously respectful." Kozakura sarcastically remarked Toriko's absurd logic.
Then, they see the stage turning green next, with smoke effects on it, before they see the rest of RAS members entering the stage where Roselia awaits for them, as the crowds cheer, with the bands preparing themselves for this Christmas event with their respective instruments.
For Kozakura, on the other hand, she is unfortunate to be subjected to such massive loud noise that she attempts to cover her ears, which is yet another side effect of her being ensconced into her own mansion in Shakujii Park. Like all else, Miyako is not pleased of what her sister has become.
Yukina and Chiyu then begin announcing their respective bands and their own members from the respective bands in front of the centre stage, which is also accompanied by the loud cheers, as the rest of the Unity Force watch.
"Today's music we will be performing..." Yukina declared.
"God Knows!" Chiyu declared as well.
And with that, the joint concert in officially begins.

As for the early post of this chapter, I know it's a strange thing to post this Christmas-themed chapter two days before Christmas, but I have to prepare the prelude chapter for the next mission fic of the UF: Missions series.
On the next chapter of UF Stories: The Unity Force receive a mission from Max Tennyson in another world where magic is everywhere, one of which will be a mission that they will forever change their lives, as Unity Force heroes. But that is just about it, however, when another mission calls after Aloy and Erend disappeared.
