Welcome back to New York City. Population, as of 2019, 8.4 million people, the largest population in America. It is considered one of the major cities in the United States of America.

A girl in long blonde hair, glasses, in a red blouse and jeans, was walking down New York, calmly walking past every person, including thieves, druggies, pickpockets, and innocent bystanders. She even passed a boy trying to by cocaine from a smuggler, in a dark alley. But she ignored it and turned away, in a disgusted growl. As she continued walking, she looked at her watch, and then responded, "Sis should be out of school, soon. We promise to meet at the café with Emily. Wonder how long it'll take…"

She got a text from Emily, as she read it:
"June,
Sorry, but I have personal business to attend to. I'll be running late.
P.S. – DO NOT bring that brat of a sister of yours!
Emily"

June sighed, as she held her cellphone, "As if. I'm not her mother. Well, since Mom and Dad left, I'm the only guardian that Beth has. Anyways…"

June walked past two girls in green school uniforms, as they stopped her. One girl in black hair asked, "Excuse me, Miss? Could you tell us where to find Grand Central Station?"

June replied, "To get to Grand Central Station, take a right over there, and-."

The girl in brown hair cried, "I KNEW IT! It's that way!"

"Okay, you were right."

They chatted, as a man in a tan shirt and slacks bumped into them. He moaned, "Eh, sorry… It's my fault. I should be going."

He stole the first girl's wallet and placed it into his pocket. June, unfortunately, saw everything, and in an instant, without anybody looking, June stole it back. The man walked away, in a grin on his face, knowing he stolen a girl's wallet… but he's due for a surprise.

The girls leave, as June called, "Excuse me! But who dropped this?"

The girl in black hair cheered, "Oh, my god! Thank you! That's mine."

June said, "Yeah, be careful of your belongings, next time."

The girl in black hair smiled, "Oh, you're the best."

They leave, as the girl in brown hair said, "Did you see her? She's so adorable."

The girl in black hair added, "Yeah. She's such a hottie, like she's beautiful."

Suddenly, two butterflies instantly flew out of the purse, as the girl asked, "Eh? How did they get into my bag?"

The second girl said, "I don't know. They must've landed, when we stopped."

They kept walking, as June smiled, "So shines a good deed…" the butterflies returned to June, as they transformed into two $10 bills. She smirked, "But vigilance is a prized virtue."

She arrived at an ice cream shop, as a small girl in a mauve shirt and white shorts was waiting for her. "There you are, June Nevins!" She called, "Where the hell have you been?"

June sighed, "Oh, knock it off. Anyways, how was your day?"

Beth moaned, "Awful… Had to take a quiz, today… More importantly, the teacher put me in charge of cleaning the desks, since I'm spry for my size."

June huffed, "You're the only girl I know in your Elementary Class to get good grades, yet somehow you managed to get to be in Summer School."

Beth pouted, and then stuck her tongue at June, "BLEH!"

They were at the vendor, as June said, "Excuse me, two cones."

Beth said, "Give me a chocolate and butterscotch!"

June said, "Why would you order that? Try something new for a change. Sir, give me, uh… chocolate and pistachio, please."

"OH! Make it two!" Beth cheered.

June spotted a boy, who saw the two girls ordering ice cream. She then said, "Uh… Make it three."

They had their ice cream, as does the boy, who got his ice cream cone, from June.

Beth huffed, "You're such a softie."

June smiled, "Meh. Runs in the family."

She looked to the sky, as June was enjoying a peaceful day.

By know you're wondering why we have just started here, in the beginning of the story. Well, there's more about June Nevins than you think. Let's rewind the clock back to Chapter 1 of this episode, prior to meeting Tanukichi Okuma.

Episode 1 – Chapter 4: June Nevins…
Mysterious Devil Princess…

At an airport in New York, a man was offering to show a tour to a lovely couple, for a hefty price.

"Enjoying the sights? How about I give you a small tour of New York, just to make you excited? For a low price, I'll show you around Times Square."

A hissing voice called, "Oh? How about I show you to the underground?"

The man panicked, as he cried, "AGH! L-L-L-L-L-L-Lucca!"

Enter a man with a spade in his hand, a man in a trench coat and a suitcase appeared, with black hair, as he said, after he assaulted the shady tourist, "You know the deal: You pay the street tax, before you do business."

The man pleaded, "Have mercy, please!"

Lucca roared, "I thought I was clear! Taxes first, then work! Who says you can live an honest job, for money you owe?"

"But I got a family to feed!"

Lucca wiped the tears from his right eye, and whacked the tour guide with his shovel. He cried, "NO! PLEASE! Please, have mercy!"

"I'd love to give you mercy, but friendship is thicker than water! That said, YOU SHOULD LEARN YOUR PLACE!"

The man pleaded, "NOOOOOO! IF YOU KILL ME, YOU WON'T KNOW WHO'S HOLDING YOU, BEHIND YOUR BACK!"

Lucca stopped, as he asked, "Name."

The man pleaded, "Uh… E-E-E-Eh… Emily Maynard…"

"Maynard?"

"Yeah… She's that Kid Brainiac that is making a killing, lately! She's of British descent, and she's well-clever… I swear! I don't know who else!"

Lucca smirked, "Well, I'll be damned. I was going to meet with Miss Maynard, later this afternoon." He looked to the airport and said, "Thanks. The info's all I needed."

WHACK!
Lucca then killed the man with his spade, after obtaining Emily Maynard's information.

Meanwhile, June arrived at the airport, as she was meeting with two guards. She called, "Buon Giorno!"

As she met with them, meanwhile, a girl in light purple hair, short cut, wearing a white summer outfit, was yawning, as she was carrying her luggage with her.

"Finally made it…" she moaned, "I get the feeling I'm not in Japan, anymore. But it's great to be in America, for a change."

Following the events of The Sketch Artist Killer, Daitenzin member Tsukasa Hiiragi had an important assignment from AAW-New York, and was sent here to investigate. She viewed a photo of June and said, "Strange, you don't see someone like her, every day. I should find a hotel. I sure can't investigate this girl, carrying my luggage around, all day."

She stepped out, as the guards were talking with June. June smiled, and gave a pack of cigarettes to the guards. The first guard said, "Well, keep in touch, sweetheart."

June smiled, "Grazie."

Tsukasa was shocked, as she thought, "Whoa… That girl, she gave a pack of cigarettes to those two men, but there's money in it…"

June turns to Tsukasa, as she ran off. She panicked, "Uh, excuse me…"

June called, "Excuse me, Miss? If you're lost, I can take you to a hotel. I can drive you there, at about $100. And I can at least get you to the center of town."

Tsukasa pondered, "Let's see… That would be… 10,000 Yen in conversion." She barked, "NO WAY! That's double the going fee!"

June smiled, "Wow. I'm impressed. You speak excellent English."

Tsukasa asked, "Huh?"

"Have you ever lived in America?"

"Oh, no. I was owed a favor, since one of my fellow agents' wife knows Sendo-sensei and-. N-N-Never mind! It's not that important! So, are you really going to drive me to town? I mean, by the looks of it, you look like someone from junior high or high school, at the most. And what was that thing you handed to the guard? If I didn't know better, I'd say that I saw money inside that pack of cigarettes. Did you pay them off?"

"NO! It's nothing like that." June giggled, "So, anyways, how's five bucks? And you can skip the tip."

"Wait… That's merely 500 Yen?" Tsukasa asked, "Uh… That won't be necessary. I'll just wait for taxi, like everyone else."

She walked off, heading for a taxi, but it was a long line waiting for her. She sobbed, as June chuckled, "So… You still want the ride?"

Tsukasa sighed, "Ohhh… Fine. Five dollars, you say?"

June said, "That's right. But you get to carry your own luggage. And I said forget about the tip. It's on me."

June & Tsukasa head to a cab, as June was driving. Tsukasa placed her luggage on the front seat and said, "You will forgive me, but I've met a lot of people that are shady in Japan… but you seem very nice. But know this, I expect this car to head straight to my hotel, and that is that! Got it?"

June nodded, "Certo. You can take the back seat."

Tsukasa shut the door, as she head to the back door. But…

"Of course, you better hurry. Because your bags will be empty, upon arrival." She smirked.

VRROOOOOOOOOOOM!
The cab drove off, leaving Tsukasa behind.

"She-? She left?" She gasped. "Why would she take off, before I could get in? Shit! No-no-no-no-no-no! COME BACK!" Tsukasa panicked.

June smirked, "Ciao for now!"

Tsukasa bellowed, "THX – ACT THREE!"

The cab sunk to the road, as it stopped. June gasped, "Eh? What is this?"

She tried to move, but Tsukasa called, "It didn't have to end this way, kid. I told you, don't try anything funny! Now, I'll be taking my luggage back."

June gasped, "Who is she? What powers…"

Tsukasa said, "Once I grab my belongings, you and I are needed to have a nice quiet talk…"

June said, "Are you a cop?"

Tsukasa glared at her, but June dashed off. The first guard gasped, "LOOK AT HER GO! NEVINS MUST'VE BOTCHED THE JOB!"

"What did you expect, scamming a Japanese tourist, and she's half-British? With a name like June Nevins, and with such blonde hair, who would've guessed that she hasn't any family blood in her?" The second guard stated.

Tsukasa looked inside, as she whispered, "There's no way…" She gasped, as a frog hopped away from the front seat, where her baggage was once placed. "AGH! IT'S GONE! What happened? That girl… Is she a Stand User, too? Whatever happened to my luggage? There's no way she could've hidden it that fast! I gotta get some answers."

Tsukasa asked the guards, "Uh, scusi… Could you tell me about that girl in blonde hair?"

June decided to wait at the park, as she said, "Any minute now…"

As she waited, a man in a black suit and dark hair approached her, "Excuse me, are you one of AAW-New York's finest?"

June turned to him, as she asked, "Who are you, sir?"

He introduced himself, "I believe we've met before… My name's Matsukage Nishikinomiya, head of the National Diet, and father to my late daughter, Anna…"

"Never heard of her."

"I see… You're not from AAW, are you?"

"No. But my mother is… or was… Auntie Michelle told me, one year ago, that Mom quit the team, after running into my father. To me, it's like she was fired from AAW."

"Ah, mother? So it seems you're one of the ex-agent's offspring. Who's your mother?"

"Heather Dunn." She replied.

He smiled, "Ah… So you know Heather Dunn, a former member of AAW-New York's rowdiest members, and also one of the best. Quite the resemblance."

He beckoned to her, as they walked together to a bench. He asked her, "So, by now you may already know who I am. Right?"

June said, "I believe I do. I'm sorry about your daughter's death. I wished I knew more about her… aside that she led the DNC into extinction. To be honest, if you really wanna censor the world, censor drugs."

They sat down, as he said, "You are very promising, for a child. How old are you?"

"15."

"15? And already in high school, I see. Things have changed, since Anna's death… Sophia couldn't stop grieving over it, despite some hush-hush situations, something you would not understand. And some of my best members of the Decency Squad recently disappeared, likewise the organization called "SOX"."

This was AFTER the deaths of Gouriki and Oboro.

He continued, "Of course, AAW compensated what, why, and how Anna became bloodthirsty with lewdness and powers. I know she was a perfect daughter, but there are flaws to perfection."

"Nobody's perfect, you know." June said.

Matsukage said, "With that said, I want to offer you a spot in the Decency Squad, since you want to rid the world of drugs, in your view."

"How'd you guess?"

"There are a lot of junkies in Japan, and they have been into lots of drugs, including vaping."

"Vaping is stupid. It's like an inhaler, crossed with a bong. Besides, I'm too young to smoke. I have six years to go, but I'm going straight-edge."

He smirked, "Cunning… You really thought your future through. Of course, this deal I'm giving you… You have no choice. Join us."

She smirked, "Hmph…" She got up and said, "I appreciate the offer, but the answer is NO. Maybe come back to me, after you grieve over your daughter… … …if memory served me, she was a vampire."

Matsukage gasped, as June glared at him, with a dark aura, "And I noticed something different about you, Matsukage Nishi-, uh, whatever it is… You got scars from a previous battle. You act high and mighty, being one of National Diet, but you had yourself a battle, and lost. Tell me, who do you think you are, telling me to be a prodigal daughter to you, unlike your dead demon of a daughter? I'm a daughter of a well-known man who is beloved by all, only to turn on his family and friends, for another vampire… only to get stronger. Perhaps you don't know. Because you and I both know that he was blinded by power, likewise your daughter. Now, move the hell on."

She walked away, as Matsukage looked around. He said, in a quiet voice, "So be it. If that's the case…"

His hands shone in a greenish glow, and then fired a barrage of green shots. He cried, "Then I shall make you regret that decision, YOU BRAT!"

BLAST!
June nearly avoided the emerald shots, rolling down on the ground. June gasped, "He's deadly!"

She stumbled down, and she was on one knee. He said, "Ahh, the kneeled position… But I know you wouldn't bow to defeat… especially from the Super King."

June thought, "Super King? What kind of powers is that? Is it like mine?"

He said, "Now, before I eliminate you, I'll give you a chance to reconsider-."

June glared, "I said NO! I'm NOT going to join you… All it was is a weak green fireball. And as I already said, I'm not joining someone whose daughter was a vampire, killed by my friends, so, move the hell on. Don't make me say it a third time."

He blasted at her, but she avoided it. The frog returned, as it landed on the leg. She thought, "Oh, it came back. But at the wrong time…"

Matsukage said, "Hold it… Get that frog off, and we'll continue our fight."

June replied, "Sorry, but it belongs to me. I suggest that you leave it alone."

He glared, "You impudent little child. You would dare to disobey Matsukage Nishikinomiya, after I offered you a second chance to reconsider."

June said, "I should warn you. If you even dare to blast me with your ridiculous Super King, I suggest that you call your wife that you won't be home for dinner."

He shone in a greenish glow, "Be quiet, brat! If you won't join me, then I'll make you regret your life by sending you away, you insubordinate little witch!"

He charged at her, as she pleaded, "STOP! Belay your attack, at once!"

He was preparing a blast of greenish energy, at point blank. He cried, "YOU LOSE, CHILD!"

June hissed, as her eyes glowed purple, "Wrong again."

ZAP!
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Matsukage was electrocuted from June's electric waves. He was badly burnt, as June stood tall, brushing herself off.

She replied, "Sorry… But I chose not to lay a finger on you. Consider this an act of self-defense, though I would never come to mind to assault a political figure, especially someone who wants to erase sex and lewdness from the world, by force."

The frog turns back into Tsukasa's luggage, and she said, "I like the offer, but I believe that if I want to erase anything that is troublesome to the world, I do things, my way."

Matsukage came to, as June stared at him, "Don't say I didn't warn you."

She walked off, as she concluded, "I asked you very nicely not to make me repeat myself. Repeating oneself is futile. It's a big waste of time, and a bigger waste of breath. Thanks anyways, though."

He was astonished, as she gasped, "Who-? Who is she? The daughter of a former AAW Agent? Just what is she? This power… … … It's evil!"

Matsukage Nishikinomiya was horrified. Not only he lost to a child, June Nevins to be precise, but he knew of a dark power hidden inside June. Only her powers are for good, as you'll see, later on.

Moments later, Tsukasa was walking down the street, as she was worried. She learned more about June, as she covered her identification.

"Her name is June Nevins… Nevins… Hmm… From what I read, the address is listed on there, as she is located here in New York. I wonder… Is she related to Miss Michelle Nevins? The last name rings a bell… but I'm not so sure."

Earlier, after Tsukasa's luggage was pilfered, Mizuki Takase gave her a photo of June, as she said, "Here you go. We actually know her, from a while back. June Nevins, as she is called. You may not know this, but this kid is mysterious. The Speedwagon Foundation will examine her DNA."

"Why?"

"Let's just say that her parents were unique. Heather is unique, but she's a very determined figure."

"Is she here, right now? If not, I can go talk to her. I heard that she was fired from AAW-New York."

Mizuki turned away and sighed, "No… Just find her, and learn more about her. I don't need much for the DNA samples… but I'll have Scarlet cover your travel expenses. And not to mention she'll cover your room and board, since June stole your luggage."

"Thank you so much." Tsukasa smiled. She then asked, "About this girl… She bears a strong resemblance to Miss Dunn… What IS her father like?"

She thought, "The Gang wouldn't tell me about June's father. Is there something we don't know?"

June was busy having a snack, as she was sitting in the table. Tsukasa spotted her, as she cried, "IT'S THE GIRL FROM BEFORE!"

June gasped, as Tsukasa cried, "I FINALLY FOUND YOU, YOU CROOK! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY MONEY?"

June cried, "YOU! You're the tourist from before!"

Tsukasa roared, "Where the heck is my passport?"

June said, "Sorry… But this money is mine. To be honest, I sort of sold your stuff away. Sorry, amico. Now, you know, so stop chasing me."

Tsukasa glared, as she sunk June's left hand to the table. Tsukasa shouted, "You're not getting away!"

June thought, "AGAIN! Like with the-? Of course! It wasn't the car malfunctioning… It's her doing. This girl, she has weird powers as me."

Tsukasa asked, as she was using THX Act 3, "What did she say?"

Jun's hand sunk to the ground, breaking the table. She boomed in a dark aura, "DEVIL PRINCESS! Plant the seed of vitality! Bring forth new life!"

June rushed upwards, as Tsukasa cried, "WAIT! What did she use? AFTER HER, ACT 3!"

She chased after June, but a tree was growing, with June on top. "Damn her! How did she break free from Act 3's Three Freeze, so easily?!"

June called from above, "I suggest that you cease following me. I despise saying something a second time. Repetition is the very essence of futility. Friendly advice, kid: try not to live in a horrible life."

Tsukasa cried, "TAKE HER DOWN, ACT 3, BEFORE SHE GETS AWAY!"

THX punched the tree, but Tsukasa plummeted down into the concrete, badly hurt. June said, "I heard about you, from Mom… You're a cop. Sorry, but I'm resisting arrest. I stole all your things, and yet you held back with everything you need to know."

Tsukasa moaned, "The force was sent back to me, when I hit that tree, but why?"

June hopped onto the roof, as she said, "You, amico, have a good soul." She retreated, after that.

Tsukasa whispered, "That proves it… June Nevins is a Stand User!"

After recovering, Tsukasa decided to call Peter, who's back in Japan, in the F City Grand Hotel.

Miz-K NOTE: As said, this took place, during the final moments of Act IV.

"Hello? Oh, Tsukasa." He said.

"Agent Giese, it's Agent Tsukasa Hiiragi, reporting in America…"

"Ah, good to hear from you."

"I found her! I ran into her, at the airport. And again at the restaurant, after she stole my baggage."

"That was record time." Peter sighed.

"Yeah, I hope this news will be big to you… Her powers. She's a Stand User, and a strong one! It's called Devil Princess, and it's a very evil name! Like you said, she's a strong Stand User in New York. But like Percival said, Stands Users are drawn to one another. Yet, somehow we met by chance. She looks like a student, but her hair and face resembles her mother, former AAW Agent Heather Dunn. Her Devil Princess Stand… She can deflect attacks, and attack right back at them."

Peter said, "Tsukasa… June's… not a Stand User."

Tsukasa cried, "What? She's not? But how can she see THX? Stands are invisible to the naked eye! OH! I spoke to some people she knew, and said that she has a sort of inner voice inside, with a very black aura. It's like an aura of a Borgia – black and purple… I saw her aura… This is probably a sensitive subject but, the name Nevins seems too familiar. Is she related to Michelle Nevins?"

Peter viewed an old photo of The Nevins Family, and replied, "Yes. Her father and I go way back. Michelle is June's aunt. However, her father… is a traitor. His name is Steven Nevins. He's currently serving time in Cairo Jail, after Steven Cooke defeated him, while I killed his teacher, MIO."

Tsukasa gasped, "WHAT? STEVEN NEVINS?! As in The Gang's founder and leader-turned-traitor?!"

Peter nodded, "The very same. Five years ago, his first daughter, June Nevins, possesses a powerful Precious Stone of Control, called the ESP Perk, and later the Darkness Shadow, which is the strongest of all… It's very unlikely that these two share a bond, since light and darkness do not mix. But June Nevins' power… is very unique. Upon learning the truth, she was harboring the psychic powers of one of her mentors, Saki Hanajima, who died not long ago. June's power is that, matching of an elder god, and is very powerful. June's psychic energy is explosive, but also uncontrollable. It was in East Townsend, right before we left to train for two years. June was able to harness her psychic powers, deep within Hanajima's pure heart."

Tsukasa asked, "But… Isn't Saki Hanajima dead? After Tohru Honda's defeat, not long ago, Hanajima disappeared, and we later learn that her soul vanished to the heavens."

Peter said, "You said that her aura is that of a Borgia. That's her natural aura. Hanajima used to have that sort of aura, only June & Hanajima are on the side of justice… Though, we haven't heard much of them, since the Darkness Shadow is known to be a very uncontrollable power. Even when she gets angry, she throws a huge fit, screaming like a possessed evil spirit. But lately, she has been controlling BOTH her ESP Perk and Darkness Shadow into a somewhat unique ability. Something must've triggered it. But the thing is, June Nevins is not a Stand User, nor is she a Spirit Caller User. She's different than before."

Tsukasa moaned, "Man… Just what we didn't need."

Peter said, "You've been through enough already. If you can, head back to Japan, and we'll talk this over, privately. I'll give Farra the news, since she's June's godmother. Keep your distance from her. Got it?"

Tsukasa nodded, "Right."

After the phone call, Beth ran into Tsukasa, as she stared at her. Tsukasa asked, "Eh? Now who's she?"

Beth gave her a passport and said, "Here. This is yours. My sister wanted me to give this to you. You dropped it."

Tsukasa gasped, "My passport! Wha-? Wait… You know June Nevins?"

Beth smirked, "If I were you, you'd stay away from my sister. She's nice, but she's very dark, when she's angry… I don't know what, but… Let's just say that it's almost her time."

She walked off, as Tsukasa whispered, "Who is she? She must be June Nevins' little sister… Agent Giese told me that Steven Nevins has two daughters."

Tsukasa called Peter, as they end the call, "One last thing… Do you think she's an enemy, or is she an ally?"

Peter said, "What do YOU think? You're the only one who's met her, other than us. How do you come across?"

Tsukasa moaned, as she replied, "Well… I can't say for sure… but there was a…"

Cut to present day, as June was sitting by the subway car, near the open window.

"How do I put this?" Tsukasa concluded, "She has this sort of eloquence about her."

As June was admiring the view in a near empty car, a girl in short brown hair and a black school uniform was walking towards her. She called, "You… June Nevins?"

June called, "Yes? Can I help you?"

The girl stared at her, and then picked up a coin. She said, "Drop this?"

"No."

"Good. It's mine now."

"Go ahead. It's just a penny…"

"Actually, it's a quarter."

"Whatever. I'd rather pick up pennies."

The girl sat down next to her, as she said to June, "Not from around here, are you?"

June asked, "No… And how did you know my name?"

The girl said, "I happen to know a friend of yours… Emily Maynard."

At that moment, this is where June's life began anew, as she met Kana Koumoto of Alternativa.

And this is where we end here, until we meet again. Now that we know more about June Nevins, and how everything around her has been going bizarre, since five years ago, what comes next for our Devil Princess?
