Hey guys, I know this isn't what you might've been expecting, but I felt the need to let you know of something I had done that I've been meaning to do since October: Modify the Michael Spotlight.
Don't worry, neither of us plan on doing this often, if anymore following this as well as possibly the mentionings of Michael in The New Frontier. Hopefully, going forward, we won't have to keep doing this.
Now, I haven't made any substantial modifications, barring one I guess you could say, but for the most part, the story's still the same. The main reason this was done was so that we wouldn't have to retcon Halloween Kills, which would've been impossible to have occurred in the Infinity Verse in the Spotlight's previous state with mentions of Karen Strode still being alive plus an entirely different reason for Michael to have survived the fire since, well, it was written in 2019 before we even knew Halloween Kills would take place in the same night as the 2018 film.
Another thing I've done was cut mentionings of Michael showing any form of emotion or hatred of Laurie in particular. Upon reflection, it doesn't really fit Michael's character, not to mention doesn't line up with the simple fact that he never really gave a shit about Laurie in Kills.
Lastly, and this is the only major change done, but I've added an additional scene to the ending that serves as sort of an epilogue to the story and will build up something we've had in mind for a while now.
