Chapter Four

Masamune POV

"Masamune…Masamune." I groaned as I heard the voice of my husband break through my dreams. I turned over and smiled up at him groggily.

"Good morning baby." I said sleepily.

"Good morning babe. I ordered us breakfast." Ritsu said as he run his fingers through my hair. I nodded my hair and got out of bed while stretching. We walked over to the table and sat down. Ritsu had gotten us pain perdu with strawberries and eggs.

As we ate, I decided to ask Ritsu want he wanted to do today. "We could go to the Louvre Museum if that's okay with you?" I nodded my head and the rest our of meal was eaten in comfortable silence.

After we finished breakfast, I called us a taxi to take us to the museum as Ritsu went to the bathroom to get dressed. I walked up to the closest and pulled out a white t-shirt, black jeans and a black jacket. I waited for Ritsu to come out of the bathroom and when he did, I could not help but gush over how cute he looked in his baby blue sweater and black jeans. I ruffled his hair on my way into the bathroom and then got dressed. I brushed my teeth and then my hair before heading out to the room.

Ritsu was sitting on the bed putting on his socks and I sat down next him. I kissed his cheek as light blush covered them. "So cute." I said softly.

"Masamune…" Ritsu whined as I chuckled. I got up and grabbed some socks before sitting back down and slipping them on.

"I wonder what kind of art is at the museum." I said as I turned towards to Ritsu.

"I think the Mona Lisa is there." Ritsu said with his thinking face on which only caused me to smile.

"That must be amazing. I have always wanted to see it in person." Ritsu agreed as we stood up. We grabbed our wallets, phones and the room key and head out of the room hand in hand.

Once outside, we entered our taxi and I looked out the window watching all the people and building pass us by. The city was beautiful and a perfect place for us to have our honeymoon. I can see why everyone calls this the city of love.

I felt Ritsu yank on my hand and turned to look at him. "Would you like to eat lunch at the Museum?"

"Sounds like a plan baby." He smiled and looked back out the window, but he never let go of my hand. I looked down at our hands and started to play with his rings. I knew I was never going to get tired of looking at them or touching them.

Once we arrived at the museum, I paid the taxi driver and we got out of the car. I took Ritsu hand again and we walked up to the pyramid shaped building. I stopped walking when we were almost to the front and took out my phone. I snapped a picture of the building and then pulled Ritsu into my embrace and took a photo of the both of us in front of the building. I smiled down at the picture of us and then closed my phone and put it back in my pocket while Ritsu and I continued inside the building.

We paid for our tickets and as soon as we walked inside, I lost my breath at how breathtaking everything was. We walked around slowly enjoying everything the museum had to offer and Ritsu would read me all the information on each painting. I felt as if I was in a palace with all the gold walls and painting on the ceiling.

Finally, we came across the Mona Lisa and she was just as beautiful as everyone talks about. Ritsu and I stayed in front of her a little longer than we did other paintings just taking in all her beauty and artwork.

After about ten minutes, Ritsu spoke up. "Are you ready to eat?" I nodded my head and we walked to the Goguette. Ritsu ordered us some chocolate croissants and coffee and we found a seat.

"This place is just wonderful." I said before taking a bite of my croissant.

"I know. I love all the artwork and the building is just so peaceful." Ritsu said before taking a sip of his coffee.

"I feel like I could live here." I chuckled sightly. Ritsu chuckled back and nodded his head.

"I know what you mean. I will be sad when it is time to go home. I am enjoying our time here." I reached over and took his hands while giving him a squeeze.

"I will be sad too, but we could always come back one day." Ritsu smiled happily as he stared into my eyes, giving me that look of love that makes me melt.

"Koishiteru Masamune."

"Koishiteru Ritsu."

The rest of the day we spent exploring the rest of museum and falling in love with the art and structure of the building. Once the museum was closing, we left and decided to walk over to Midory Japanese Restaurant.

Ritsu order for us and soon we were eating while talking about random things and about our favorite artworks. I watched him as he talked about the painting Virgin of the rocks. I was once again overcome with the all the feeling I had for him. I could not believe that his man was husband.

I leaned over and kissed his lips softly, making him stop talking. He blinked his eyes as he stared at me and then tried not to smile. "You know I was talking, right?"

"I couldn't help but kiss you." He gave into his smile as he shook his head.

"Babe, sometimes you really are a lovesick fool." I smiled as I leaned back in my chair and picked up my fork again and started to eat.

"Only for you." I said before I started to eat again.

Time skip~

Ritsu and I were on the balcony of the hotel. The sky was a lovely shade of midnight black and the stars were shining brightly. I was holding Ritsu from behind his back with my head on his shoulder as Ritsu had his arms resting on the rail. Our hair was gently swaying in the wind and the night was so calm as if we were the only two there.

"I love it up here." Ritsu said softly. I hummed back and closed my eyes while pulling him closer to me.

"I love you." I whispered back.

We stayed up here for what seemed like forever until Ritsu asked if I wanted to go back to the room. We walked together to the room and the rest of the night was spent in bed cuddling until we fell asleep.

Well, there you have it my love. I hope you liked this chapter. I have been kind of having some writer block lately, but I tried my hardest. Stay tuned for another chapter of The Adventures of Our Honeymoon in my series Our Super Crazy and Loving Life.

Until next time!
