Alright, the last day of Summer break and gotta make it count because tomorrow, Casey, Ducky and me start at Avengers Campus which will be awesome and maybe I can be the Queen of Mischief there, dad is the vice-dean so I have diplomatic immunity.
It was indeed the last day of summer break and morning but Shocket Melissa Raccoon was already up compared to her cousin, Casey who was asleep alomg with her friend, Crystal as she'd slept over so the female purple-mohawked female who was touching up her mohawk for the day putting on her dad's trenchcoat which she'd snuck ijto her closet feeling good planning antics hearing Lylla call her for breakfast with Thor's help making her cover her furry ears, she still hated the sound of thunder seeing Lylla smirk seeing the trenchcoat she was wearing, relieved she had not found her Ravager outfit knowing she'd probably wear it too seeing Thor stopping the thunderblasts relieving her at this.
"Thank you, I hate the sound of thunder." she told him.
"Sorry about that little rabbit, it was your mother's idea." he said.
She saw the other kids join her including her dad seeing she was up and wearing his trenchcoat plus they were having an end of Summer party which they were lookijg forward to and planning things like smores later hearing Rocket ask her what she was up to
"Hanging out sith Linda, I guess." Shocket replied to him while eating pancakes making Casey grin at how much syrup and Nutella on her pancakes making Shocket roll her eyes at this, raccoons were naturally chubby especially as adults which her uncle Ranger had told her.
"That's cool, and know you're gonna shake our new school up." Casey replied seeing her cousin nodin reply while drinking coffee surprising Lylla hearing Rocket say, that she had did this while on the Milano making her sigh.
"Crystal and me are going with uncle Rockie to our new school, so we get used to it." Casey told Shocket seeing Crystal there ready fist-bumping as Rocket chuckled at this knowing Shocket would figure it out tomorrow, leaving with them.
"It's cool, I'll figure it out like dadfy said." Shocket told Lylla.
She was hanging out with Linda after breakfast playing video-games and goofing around in Shocket's room being kids hoping this new school would be fun, hearing Linda say she could take detective lessons which Shocket understood knowing her soulmate wanted to be a detective like her dad, Howard.
When Casey and Crystal got back, they were telling the other kids about the new school impressing them including Linda and Shocket knowing tonight would be fun chasing lightning-bugs, making smores but also telling stories like at Avengers Scouts campouts seeing Rocket grin at the kids being dorks starting up the barbecque grill and would let Shocket light the campfire, she'd just earnt her fire-building badge at Avengers Scouts, something she was very proud of which Casey knew about knowing her uncle was also proud of her cousin's skills makijg Linda nervous about Shocket doing this seeing the adults hanging out, having drinks making the kids grin while eating burgers among other things including salad, only Casey was avoiding the hot-dogs.
"Tomorrow's going to be intresting, but Shockie seems calm even though she didn't do orientation today." Lylla told Rocket as he was drinkijg mead.
"Relax she'll probably do it tomorrow, at school." he told her.
The next morning, Shocket was woken by the alarm on her phone after being up all night with Linda and the other kids having fuh getting up putting on her favourite outfit including her trenchcoat lookijg at herself in the mirror, seeing her fur along with her mohawk were messy so brushing her mohawk knowing the other kids wouldn't care hearing Lylla calling her for breakfast entering wearing shades, making Casey sigh, knowing she would make a strong good impression on the other kids which Rocket got surprised him seeing her get her stuff along with Casey and Linda making her dad chuckle at her energy seeing her there, excited stunning Lylla because she,£ never seen her daughter like this.
"Okay let's go kiddo, plus you're going to shake the third-grade up." Rocket said.
"Uh-huh I hope the other kids don't treat me weird, you know because you're the vice-dean." Shocket said to him and was leaving with hIm, Casey and Linda for the day which made Lylla giggle, hoping that Shocket's first day at Avengers Campus would go well breathing deeply.
At Avengers Campus, Shocket was excited but feeling overwhelmed by all the kids running around feeling Linda squeeze her paw in reassurance which Casey noticed plus there was a placement test to put the new students in classes makijg Casey anxious knowing about the Special Powers program, for kids who had trouble controlling their powers seeing Linda stare.
