Akame stood in shock as she now stood in front of the gift I had lined up for her. "Sai, this was very sweet, but I'm not sure I really need a pet right now. Especially not a dragon." She said as she looked at the swift and deadly nargacuga that now sat in front of her, looking right back into her as if staring into her soul.

"Oh, come on, Akame. Everyone needs a faithful animal companion. Especially one that's as much of an effortless killer as they are." I told her as the Nargacuga used its wingblade to cut through a thick tree.

"I NEED it." She said, instantly changing her tone, running up and hugging the beast.

"I am the best boyfriend ever." I said, proud of myself for making her so happy.

Draco had a similar idea for Leone, but it wasn't going quite as well. "This thing's got a SERIOUS disobedience problem, Draco!" Leone shrieked as the pet Draco had lined up for her, a mighty Tigrex, had the seat of her shorts in its mouth, shaking its head back and forth violently.

"OH GODS, NO! TIGREX, PUT HER DOWN THIS INSTANCE!" Draco screamed as he used his blood powers to form a massive chain around it's neck.

"We should probably help them." Akame said.

"Yeah, let's go." I agreed, pulling out a large war hammer, the two of us chasing after the runaway beast.

"Leone when we get out of this situation, I promise I'll buy you as much booze as you want!" Draco shouted as he tugged his blood chain against the beast's neck.

"You better!" She screamed.

Draco constructed a large blood snake, resembling a anaconda from the Anaconda films as it wrapped his body around the Tigrex to construct it as the blood demon pulls the chain harder making it drop Leone from it's mouth. "I gotcha, Leone!" He rushed to the blonde's aid and catches her in his arms. "Are you alright, babe?" He asked as he landed safely while holding her.

"My hero." Leone said, pulling Draco's mask down and kissing him.

"Smooth, Draco." I told him.

In the light of the blood red moon, the crazy man who had killed a pair of guards the previous night now had a young woman by the throat after he had killed her boyfriend. "Please... Don't kill me!" She pleaded with tears streaming down her face.

"No can do, sweetie. This is what you two get for being out at this hour. Didn't your parents ever tell you dangerous men roam the streets at night." He said to her, dark and serious at first, but devolving into giddy and deranged.

"Please, let me go! I'll do anything you want!" She pleaded again.

"Is that so? Well, I'm a bit of a talker... will you have a little chat with me?" He asked.

"Yes, I will! I'll talk!" She said.

"Great! Then tell me, how does it feel to be without a body?" He asked, having suddenly decapitated her in the blink of an eye."What's wrong? Feeling torn? Hmmm?" He asked, going giddy and giggling a bit. "Simply delightful!" He said crazily.

I locked blades with Katana, needing both hands to hold her back as she only used one to push against me. She then used a blast of cold air to completely freeze my face solid, before kicking me in the stomach, sending me back into a wall. She sighed. "How many times do I have to tell you, baby brother? If you can't match an opponents physical strength, don't try. Stay on the move and dodge attacks instead of wasting more energy blocking them." She lectured.

"Fine." I said, then sighed. "Jeez, I doubt Draco's having this much trouble..." I grumbled.

Draco charged at his sister, firing his blood bullets from his hand while armed with a blood sword, but the elder sibling simply had her hand out, flicking every last bullets effortlessly one by one back to her brother who swatted them with his blade until he gotten closer to her sister and went for a slash but she back-flipped and fired her blood bolts to his face which stunned him a bit until he was found pinned by his sister's right hand, which was now formed of a dragon's arm gripping his head. "Too predictable, dear brother. You know better not rush in against a methodical foe." She said.

"Yeah, yeah. I hear ya, big sis." Draco said, forming a blood portal underneath him, escaping the hold his sister had on him.

I rushed in at Katana, dodging as she sent several blades of freezing cold air at me, before shooting a fireball at one I failed to dodge just before it could hit me, creating a huge cloud of mist throughout the battlefield. Katana looked around, before I suddenly leapt from the shadows with a double jumping spin kick, first kicking Katana's sword from her hand, before kicking her in the head and sending her to the ground. She got back up and onto one knee, readying a pair ice knives in her hands, before she found my sword and hers on either side of her neck, crossed over each other and uncrossing them would lead to her decapitation. "Yield, sister." I warned her.

She was shocked, but smiled and nodded. "Well done, brother. I yield." She said.

"You can't hide forever, Draco. I'll get you in my sights." Nisha said, using her draconic eyes in search for her brother. She forged herself a pair of swords, one massive and the other is slim as she noticed the arrows of draconic energy raining down on her. She started swatting at them with her swords, but each of them explodes upon impact, cracking her swords. The last arrow shattered her swords, pushing her on her back. Before she could get up, Draco pinned her down with his blood web and forged a spear with his blood powers and pointed at her neck.

"You give?" He asked, smirking beneath his mask.

"You've bested me, Draco. I'm impressed." She said.

As we stood over our defeated sisters, Akame's voice suddenly rang out. "Sai. Draco. It's time for you to help me make breakfast." She told them as she stood on the pathway leading to the training area.

"I'll be right there, Akame." I said, hurrying over to her.

"On my way." Draco said, doing the same.

Katana then walked over and helped Nisha off the ground. "Whew. Sometimes it feels like more work to actually let them win than actually fighting them." She said.

A little later, Akame, Draco and I were preparing to make breakfast. I was also going to make sure to make several extra bowls so Akame wouldn't eat anyone else's food. "So, what are we making today, my little snack?" I asked her, walking up behind her.

"It's Croquettes and rice." She explained.

"When people think of breakfast, it's usually stuff like eggs, bacons, pancakes and stuff. I think any meal in the morning is the important meal of the day." Draco said, as he was mixing the rice.

"Eh. I think as long as you eat something filling, you're good to go." I said.

"I just eat what I want." Akame explained.

"Nothing wrong with that." I said with a nod.

Shortly after, most of us ate and set our plates down. "Whoo! That hit the spot!" Leone cheered.

"You know, I'm more than happy to cook for ya anytime." Draco said with smile, winking at the blonde.

"Aww, you're too good for me..." Leone said, hugging him.

"It was certainly an... interesting choice of breakfast, but it was very good. Thank you all." Nightshade said, to which we nodded.

Akame was reaching over for Sheele and Mine's bowls, since the two still hadn't woken up yet, but luckily, I pushed the extra bowls in front of her, buying the two tardy assassins just enough time to get inside and get their food before Akame could take it. "I knew you'd be wanting extra." I said with a smile.

"You're instincts serve you VERY well, Sai. ALWAYS listen to them." Akame said as she ate. "We'll be making tuna and rice for lunch." She said.

"Aww, but I hate tuna!" I complained.

"Any other options besides tuna?" Draco asked.

"Fine. I suppose we can have spicy chicken instead." Akame said.

"Yes!" I cheered.

"Lit." Draco said and nodded.

Elsewhere outside at some forests, Najenda and our mothers were tending to the injured man. "You did well. What about the others?" Najenda asked.

"Please take your time when you answer." Luna added.

"I think I'm the only one who was able to make it this far." Said the injured man.

"Your men's sacrifice will not be in vain." Shizune told him.

"This is a list of everyone in power who swears to help us when we rally." As he held up said list.

"It's in our hands now." Najenda said, as she accepted the list. "You can rest easy."

"Please...help the revolution." He lastly said, before he died.

"We will do everything in our power to help." Luna said.

"May your soul rest in peace. I vow you will go to a better place." Shizune said, sending his soul to Heaven.

Later at night, all of us were gathered at the hideout. "Your next target is the serial killer everyone's been talking about." Najenda started. "He appears at night and decapitates people seemingly at random. Right now the number of victims is unknown."

"Sounds like homeboy can hold his own, assuming that some of the people he killed were trained guards." Ember said.

Nisha nodded. "He must be swift and precised to put off these kinds of kill." She added.

"Not to mention conceal his bloodlust and strike before his opponents are aware of him." Nightshade said.

"And with a guy like that, that's gotten be A LOT of bloodlust." I said.

"No doubt about it; definitely sounds like Headhunter Zanku's work." Lubbock said.

"This Zecky guy sounds like a real groovy dude." Draco said in a sarcastic tone and also mispronounced his name. "Is there a story to this guy?"

"You don't know?" Mine asked.

"What part of 'from a different dimension' are you having trouble grasping?" Katana questioned, annoyed.

"Sorry, but I don't think I've ever heard, either." Sheele said raising her hand.

"Seriously? You probably forgot, Sheele." Mine said with a sigh.

However, Kinshiro was quickly by Sheele's side. "Never fear, my dear. I shall be the one to remember anything important you could possibly need me to remember for you." He offered.

"Oh, how sweet." Sheele said with a smile.

"Ugh. How foolish. I can't believe he's our triplet." Nightshade said to Katana, who shrugged, clearly not caring.

"Anyway, what's the big deal about this head hunter guy?" I asked.

"It's worse than you could possibly imagine. Headhunter Zanku used to be the executioner at the biggest prisoner in the empire. The Minister orders A LOT of decapitations." Mine explained to a horrific, shaky background, showing Zanku with a knife as several chops were heard and blood splattered over the screen.

"So this man has a never ending murder boner." Draco said.

"That's... an odd way to put it." Mine said, disgusted by his remark. "And eventually killing prisoners wasn't enough anymore, so he took it to the streets."

"Zanku disappeared shortly after a subjugation force was organized to catch him. I never thought he would turn up in the city." Bulat said.

"It makes sense. The capital has a huge population. In his mind, that's all the fresh meat he could ever want." Katana said.

"Then I guess we're gonna have to put him on a diet of death." I said, tossing a softball-sized fireball back and forth between my hands.

"Easy there, Sai." Bulat said, placing his hand on my head. "Zanku's also equipped with an Imperial Arms he stole from the warden a few years ago." He then grabbed my chin. "We'd better travel in teams of two in case it's a rough ride." He said.

"Dibs on NOT being paired with him." Draco said, creeped out.

I quickly pulled away from the former Imperial soldier. "Bulat, remember that poem I told you when we first met: you do you, I do me, we do NOT DO each other!" I reminded him.

Mine then spoke. "By the way, do we have any idea which Imperial Arms he might be fighting with?"

"No, we're still looking into that." Najenda answered.

"Not about to reveal his hand then, is he? That's annoying." Leone said.

"Yeah, but it makes things a little challenging. Expect the unexpected, right?" Draco said, grinning beneath his mask.

"Right. It adds an element of danger to the mix. And we've been growing complacent lately. Danger may be exactly what we need." Ryu stated.

"Agreed." Ebon nods.

"Still, to be safe, it's best to at the very least partner up, at best, pair up. We don't want to lose anyone." Shizune said.

"Indeed. It's imperative to remain cautious and not to underestimate this foe." Luna added.

"Right. So, Imperial Arms are basically your guy's version of Devil Arms, right? Basically uber powerful weapons that makes any nameless character a pathetic scrub?" Kinshiro asked.

"Correct, Kinshiro." Najenda started, with the scene changed to an emperor on his throne. "A thousand years ago, the Emperor who built the Great Empire was deeply troubled."

"I wish I could defend this nation until the end of time, but someday I will die. However, weaponry and armor can last generation after generation." He said as he got up off his throne with a idea in mind. "We will combine our wisdom and create weapons to protect my empire forever!" He declared.

Najenda continued. "He gathered materials from S-Class Danger Beasts and rare metals such as Orichalcum. Artisans from around the world were summoned to help him. The Emperor's wealth and power allowed him to forge 48 weapons, a feat that would be impossible today. He called them the Imperial Arms. Each one is equipped with amazing abilities, and some are able to wipe out entire armies. Ministers who used the Imperial Arms were quite successful on the battlefield. But a large civil war 500 years ago caused nearly half of the weapons to be scattered across the land. And that's how it all began." She explained.

"Very impressive." Nightshade said.

"Made from parts of a danger beast. They really are like Devil Arms." Katana said.

"Man, this Emperor sounds WAY better than the one the Capital's got now. How'd they get stuck with that little shit?" I asked.

"So true. That emperor before that little shit fetus really knew what's he was doing." Draco said.

"How remarkable." Nisha said.

"So, that means you've got one, Akame." I asked as she held her sword out and nodded. I then stepped a little to the side so I was no longer in front of the blade, took a large step and slid into it, now standing right beside Akame. "VERY impressive. I'd expect no less from you." I said with a smirk.

She blushed and rolled her eyes, whacking me with the back of the blade before sheathing it. "Thank you." She still said.

"The one-hit killer, Murasame. When someone is cut by this sword, a poisonous curse enters the body and kills within seconds. There is no antidote." Najenda explained.

I then shivered a bit, knowing that, if Akame had hit me with the other side of the blade, it could've been lethal. "Please never touch me with that blade again." I said nervously.

Draco gulped at this. "I could've been like a head short if Sai hadn't block it when we first came here." He said fearfully.

"Hundred-Beast King Transformation Lionel. This belt gives the wearer all the strength and swiftness of a wild animal. It also enhances the sense of smell, making it perfect for recon." Najenda explained.

"Badass, Leone. I'm sure you and Laura would be besties with similar abilities." Draco said, referring to X-23.

The blonde smiled. "Love the sound of that." She said.

"Pumpkin. This weapons fires mental energy in the form of a shockwave. The more danger with wielder is in, the more powerful it becomes." Najenda explained as Mine was shown wielding it.

"But if the user doesn't consider their danger great enough before the threat reaches them, it seems almost useless." Nightshade commented.

"It can shoot regular bullets for normal situations, too!" Mine snapped.

"Then why not just wield a reliable specialized gun instead of that finicky thing that has ridiculous power up conditions?" Katana criticized.

"The Demon Armor, Incursio. A suit of armor with impregnable defense. Wearing it causes such great strain that any normal person who attempts to put it on will die." Najenda explained while Bulat was shown wearing it.

"Interesting. We should test this out someday, Bulat." Ebon said with a eager grin causing his wife to sigh while facepalming.

"Indeed. Dragons often provide the greatest challenge. I wonder just how much of a fight an S-Class dragon can put up." Ryu said.

Shizune sighed. "Did you idiots forget what sent us to this world in the first place?" Shizune demanded.

"Honestly, you two seem to have no self-control." Luna scolded the two patriarchs.

"Hehe. Right." Ebon rubs his head sheepishly.

"Of course, dear. I apologize." Ryu said.

"You better." Shizune said.

"The Protean Cross-Tail. A string based Imperial Arms that can be used to set traps and barriers, as well as attack enemies directly. It's just as versatile and dangerous as the name suggests." Najenda explained as Lubbock was shown wielding it.

"Not bad." Said Emberlynn.

"I think our sister Sabrina worked with a guy who fought with wires. But he turned out to be a traitorous ass." Kinshiro said.

"The Shears of Creation, Extase. A giant pair of scissors sharp enough to cut anything in half. They are also strong enough to be used defensively." Najenda explained as Sheele was shown with the large pair of scissors.

"I bet a haircut from that must be brutal." Draco joked.

"Some imperial arms also have trump cards-" Najenda began.

"That nasty-haired Cheetoh is in this world, too!?" I asked in shock and horror.

"Wrong trump, dear." Nisha said as she comforted me.

"Oh, whew." I said in relief.

"Incursio maximizes the abilities of the beast used to create it, allowing its user to become temporarily invisible." She continued while Bulat was shown invisible.

"Most importantly the Imperial Arms have followed one iron-clad rule from time immemorial. These weapons are so incredible that whenever two of them clash, it always ends in death." The boss explained as Bulat was shown in his aforementioned Incursio and Akame with her Murasame unsheathed. "Therefore, if two Imperial Arms users choose to fight one them will definitely perish." She added while Bulat was shown to disappeared, Thanos'd style.

"Dammit, did Thanos just snap again?" Katana demanded.

"That fiend. Is there no end to his slaughter?" Nisha added.

"Girls, it was just an example. He's still right there." I said, pointing to Bulat.

"We know Zanku has an Imperial Arms. While mutual death is a possibility, mutual survival is clearly not." Najenda said.

"No doubt about it. With survivability out the window, one of them is SOL. Helluva odds there." Emberlynn said.

"Then we'll just have to tip the odds in our favor." Ryu said.

"Right. Sai? You have a few spare Devil Arms, right?" Shizune asked.

"Yes, mom." I confirmed, stepping up to Akame. "Akame, I present you with the Limbs of Erosion: Abbadon." I said, holding out a set of black and purple gauntlets and greaves with spikes extending out from the elbow and knee areas, the metal of which also looked like a demons' face, specifically the eyes, horns and teeth. "These gauntlets and greaves will increase your striking power twenty fold, allowing you to easily punch or kick through most armor or even shatter weapons, leaving your enemies open for destruction. And even if they do survive the initial strike, these demonic limbs will corrode and destroy whatever target they hit, so one way or the other, the armor will be out of your way and your next strike WILL be the last." I told her.

"Incredible." Akame said in awe, kicking her shoes off, stepping into the greaves and slipping on the gauntlets. "Their perfect. Thank you, Sai." She said, putting a hand on my shoulder and kissing my cheek.

"Draco, have a toy or two share?" Luna asked.

"Sure thing, Mom." He said as he turned to Leone. "Hey, Leone. Can you hold out your arm for a sec? Might hurt a bit." He told her.

"No problem, Draco." She complied as held out her arm.

"Hope you're not afraid of needles, because I'm going to inject you with this blood of a mythical beast, then I use my blood powers to mix it in your blood." He explained as he held out a syringe needle filled with an amount of blood, before slowly burying the needle into her arm and injected the blood into her making her wince slightly until the tube was empty. True to his word, he manipulated the blood to mix in with her's. "Alright, Lubbock, give her a high five." Draco instructed.

"Really? Um...okay." Lubbock said as he walked over to her to give her five and was suddenly getting electrified, screaming from the shock. "What the hell was that?!" He demanded.

"That, my green haired friend, she has the power of a Raiju, the Thunder Beast." Draco said, smiling proudly.

"Aww, yeah! This is gonna be awesome! You're the man, Draco!" Leone said, getting close to him and smirking. "I'll be sure to repay you later." She said seductively.

"Ohohoh. Looking forward to that, babe." Draco chuckled perversely.

"So if there's not much to go over, perhaps we make haste?" Ebon asked.

Najenda nodded. "Nothing further this time, Ebon." She answered. "Now let's punish this scumbag. Move out!" She ordered.

"At once." Nisha agreed and nodded in compliance.

Later, at night, Akame and I were out searching the streets for Zanku. "This is the area we're supposed to check out." She said.

"Wow, this world doesn't even have the coronavirus and these guys are self-quarantining." I said, looking around.

Akame grabbed my hand and lead me to a hiding place from the guards. "Keep an eye out for guards." She said.

"Understood." I said.

Elsewhere, unbeknownst to us, were being watched by Zank high above where we couldn't see. "How exciting! Now we have some assassins, demons and a serial killer running loose in the Capital." He said.

"My, what a jungle this city can be! How exciting!" He then started looking at each of us with his Imperial Arms.

"Good evening, Night Raid. I wonder, which head should I go after first?" He questioned until his sights were on me.

"Ooh, look at the sense of purpose in those eyes. I'm impressed." He then snapped his fingers and added, "I know what I'll do. I'll go after the tastiest morsels first."

Akame and I stopped at a cafe and got some milkshakes. "Too bad I can just fly above the city and look for the guy without risking being spotted. We'll essentially have to wait for him to make his move." I said, before feeling a familiar sensation. "Hey, I think I saw something... I'll be back." I lied, getting up and starting to leave.

"Just be careful, Sai." She said.

"Of course." I said.

I then ducked into an alley to pee. "Whew. Much better. Thought I was gonna explode for a second, there." I said, before feeling a strange sensation and turning to the side to see... "Erika? But she's not even in this world." I said as I saw my Saiyan fiancee. "This has to be the work of an enemy Stand- I mean, Imperial Arms!" I declared. 'She' said nothing before running off. "Well, this is gonna be interesting." I said, rushing after her.

Akame came to check up on me and saw that I'm not there anymore. I followed "Erika" into a large open area, before coming to a stop. "So, why don't you tell me who you really are? You're taking the image of my fiancee, but there's ONE THING you didn't account for: she's not even in this world, so I know you aren't her." I told the person.

"So you've figured it out? Impressive." The person said, finally revealing himself. "As for who I am, please say it with love." As he retracted his blades from each sleeves. "My name is Headhunter Zanku."

"I'll say it in a mocking tone AT BEST." I taunted him, simply flipping up the hood on my trench coat. He came in with a cross slash, attempting to decapitate me, but, while I felt the pressure from the blades pressing into my neck, they couldn't get past my indestructible coat.

Zanku was surprised at first, but his usual sick grin returned to his face. "Some coat you got there. Looking forward killing you even more so I can take it like how I took this Imperial Arms from that warden." He said.

"Or, you'll just burn in Hell!" I snapped, breathing fire on him.

He barely dodged rolling out of the way. "I don't understand. Why can I read you!? My Imperial Arms Spectator should be able to know what you're doing!" He said.

"Buddy, not even I know what I'm doing." I told him with a smirk.

His eyes widened before he barely dodged rolling out of the way. "I don't understand. Why can't I read you!? My Imperial Arms Spectator should be able to know what you're doing!" He shouted.

"Buddy, not even I know what I'm doing." I told him with a smirk.

"Well it matters not. And since you breathed fire, you must be one of those demons I've been hearing. Delightful!" As he removed his jacket before charging at me once more. "Taking your head will be more interesting!"

I chuckled. "Ah, it's cute you think you can." I said.

"Shut up!" He angrily said, as he tried swinging his blade at me.

Suddenly, Akame intercepted his blade and countered, kicking him back, the demonic greaves powering up her kick and doing some internal damage, based on the guy coughing up blood.

"Well, if it isn't Akame. Interesting that you're not using your infamous Murasame." He said as he's holding his injury. "Nice to meet you, dear."

Akame smirked and turned to her side, holding up her arm and extending her leg like a runway model to show off her gauntlets and greaves. "My boyfriend got them for me, so I thought I should give them a try first. The same boyfriend you're trying to kill." She said dangerously.

"Your boyfriend is he? How delightful. Since you're my opponent, guess he gets to watch his lady decapitated before his very eyes!" He declared.

"Oh, please. She could take you without those armor pieces. With them, it's not even fair." I told him.

He glared at me before turning his attention to Akame. "Spectator may not work on your boyfriend somehow, but at least I can use it on you." He told her.

"Careful, Akame. He can read your mind with that thing." I told her.

"I see. I wondered which Imperial Arms he'd be using. No matter. It makes no difference whether he can read my mind, if he can't keep up!" She said as she launched herself towards the executioner and their weapons clashed as each strikes.

I considered jumping in to help, but Akame clearly seemed to hold the advantage with the gauntlets and greaves aiding her, so I simply pulled out a lawn chair and watched, but I did have my Last Regrets revolvers ready on both my hands and my feet if I felt it was necessary. Akame spin kicked him it the stomach hard, sending him flying before he started tumbling painfully. "Reading my mind won't help you as you can see." She said.

"Tell me, Akame. How do you deal with the voices?" Zank asked as he started getting up.

"Hey, don't be pulling any mental attack crap. I'll go Bayonetta on you and bust a cap in yo' ass!" I warned him, aiming my guns at him.

Zanku continued. "Listen. When it's quiet you can hear them. The people I've killed are screaming at me from Hell." He said as everythng started to turn red with the eerie images of people he killed. "They sound so angry and they're constantly telling me to hurry and join them down there! I've been hearing them every day since I became an executioner and it keeps getting worse! I just keep talking to drown out the noise. So tell me what you do about the-" He started.

"I don't hear them." Akame interjected, surprising the executioner. "Your voices. I don't hear anything like that."

"This guy needs a therapist." I said, shaking my head.

"Interesting. You're such an experienced assassin, I thought for sure you'd understand." He said, as his eye part of his Imperial Arms began to open. "You have disappointed me!" He exclaimed, trapping her under an illusion like he tried with me.

Akame was now seeing a small girl who looked almost identical to her. "Kurome." She said.

"Hey, I told you no mind shit, asshole!" I said, shooting Zanku in both knees and both shoulders. Zanku yelled in pain before Akame punched a hole in his chest, killing him as his lifeless body collapsed. "Are you alright, Akame?" I asked.

"I'm fine, Sai. Thank you." She said, smiling at me.

"That's good. I'm glad." I said, giving her a small peck on the lips.

The next day, I just wrapped up some more training, still thinking about that night. "Whoever Akame saw... It has to be important to her." I said.

"Sai." Akame's voice called out.

"Oh, hey, Akame. You feeling alright after last night. His vision's aren't bugging you, are they?" I asked.

"No. I'm fine with what I saw." She said.

"And what exactly did you see?" I asked.

"My sister. She's a part of the Imperial army. And for her sake, I more than likely will have to kill her." She said.

I walked up and grabbed her arms, looking her deep in the eyes. "It won't come to that. I promise, you will survive this war. And so will your sister. We will all stay alive." I told her.

She smiled again and kissed me. "Thank you." She said, before pulling her arms back. "Now come on. It's time to cook breakfast. It's an all-meat dish today." She said.

"That cannot be healthy. Let's add some eggs, potatoes and biscuits to that, what do you say?" I asked.

"Well, that does sound intriguing." She said.

"Well, while we're making promises, I promise that you'll love it. It's a family favorite." I told her as we returned to the base.
