(A/N: This one-shot was based off a Friends episode where Joey wears a sling, due to Matt LeBlanc breaking his arm in a stunt. It is set not after The Iron Doom)
It was a bit of a boring day at the Temple of Airjitzu as Blake was busy reading a book and bed springs squeaking could be heard from upstairs. Unamused, he resumed reading until he heard Jay's yelp, followed by thudding. Immediately dropping the book, Blake got up and ran out of the room.
In his bedroom, Jay was holding his left arm as Blake came in to see it. "See, Jay, that's why your parents told you not to jump on the bed." He said, completely displeased.
A couple of hours later, Jay and Blake come into the living where the others were. Jay was wearing an arm sling. "Hey." He said.
"Hey."
Everyone was in complete awe. "Is it broken?" P.I.X.A.L. asked.
"No, but I got to wear this thing for a couple of weeks." Jay replied.
"Did you tell my father you did it jumping on your bed?" Maggie asked.
"No. I had a whole story worked out, but then... Blake was such a blabbermouth."
"Well, I'm sorry, Jay." Blake said. "I didn't think Dr. Hall was going to buy that it was a training accident, when we hardly trained for weeks."
"Blake's right." Lloyd said. "We've been hard at work, trying to search for Master Wu, and you go and be such a child."
"Come on, Lloyd, hun, everyone needs to have fun." Gewuji replied, leaning her head against his shoulder. "You don't know this, but I use to jump on the bed myself."
"Until dad caught you and had Chen take away your bed." Geoff said, eating a raspberry.
"Let that be a lesson, if we have children." Nya said.
"Believe me, first boy I have, I'm gonna make sure he doesn't jump on his bed." Cirrus replied. "Because we'll be in the same room."
"Okay, conversation about jumping on beds and having children over, let's get started on what we should do." Lloyd said.
(A/N: Jumping on your bed is dangerous. It could lead to you hitting your head on the ceiling, falling off the bed, or breaking your bed in general. Do not try it at home, or anywhere at all)
