The dark happened again, they saw Rachel face cover with tears and smug mascara under her eyes. She told the lady where she wanted to go. "Detroit." Riding a bus down there. Saw she was sleeping on the streets; then she was getting very hungry. Eating at a shelter, saw a woman with olive skin talking to her about helping her. Wanting to help her; they thought thank goodness someone wanted to help the kid. Until they started seeing both of them going down a dark alleyway. The team was growing very worried about something was off here. Rachel was getting more hesitant with going with the lady. The tears in Rachel eyes were more then enough warning in their eyes. Evanna was saying. "Run! Rachel, run." Rachel was running for her life; the woman was following her. Rachel saw a police cruiser. She throws a huge rock at the cop car; they pulled over to take her into custody. They drive away with her; everyone was breathing a sigh of relief.
Then it changed again into a police interrogation room, seeing Rachel sitting there. The door opened up who they saw was more of a shock. Robin had just walked into the room. "Hi there. Word on the street is you like playing baseball with cop cars. I'm Detective Dick Grayson. Wanna tell me what happened." Rachel had this look on her face like she recognize him. "It's you." Dick look very confused. "I'm not sure. What you mean." He tells her. "You're the boy from the circus." Dick face went from confused to completely stone. "Can you help me." Team was just watching Rachel and Dick through their interrogation. Dick was thinking she was suspicious; but what could you say. Then after telling him that someone killed her mom. His face changed again. After writing down her information. She grabs his hand; then going through that night at the circus through his memories. They could feel this man pain. Going straight through them; lasted only for a few seconds.
The team saw Dick leaving Rachel inside the interrogation room. They were all confused wondering why did Rachel asked for Dick help. Saw a police officer come into the room. Telling Rachel there was safe place for her. Change to outside the police station. The cop and Rachel were by the car. Rachel face had changed into one of fear. Seeing a needle force into her neck. The car was pulling away with unconscious Rachel in the backseat. Dick had came running out of the station saw the cop driving away with Rachel. Dick was running up to get his car. Team was standing there helpless watching Rachel get kidnap. But the question is why did they want Rachel for? Why try to go through all this trouble for a girl? What was going to happen to Rachel? Fletcher hope that they won't going to kill the kid. But he hope that wasn't the case, but he could be wrong in more ways then one. Fletcher hope that Robin would make it in time to save Rachel.
The scene changes again only this time they were in an abandoned hotel of some kind. Were looking around won't sure why they were brought there. Fletcher turned his head; that's what made his heart drop to his feet. Rachel was handcuffed to a chair. She lifted up her head was looking around trying to figure where she was at. That's when they heard a familiar voice in the room. Fletcher and the others couldn't do anything to help her. They could only watches helpless when he was talking about her destiny of some kind. He was telling her that he had to kill her to prevent the end of the world. Fletcher was getting more scared for her every second. Watching him stabbed two hearts; then he was going right after Rachel. She was begging and pleading for him not to hurt her. There was nothing any of them could do to stop him; they couldn't move to help her. Then they heard. "RACHEL!" It was Dick voice. The others were breathing a sigh of relief.
Rachel was screaming for help they saw him shove a cloth into her mouth. You could see the man hiding behind a door. Dick had made it upstairs; but the guy had knife in his hand. Getting ready to kill Dick; when all of sudden. Rachel eyes were completely black. The shadow came out of her was attacking the dangerous man. Good thing that shadow had popped out when it did it may have just saved Dick life. Dick was yelling for her to open the door. What they all saw next sent them all into shock the shadow disappeared inside the man. He was coughing he was on the floor. Blood came out of his mouth; like he was puking it up. He was screaming in complete pain; he was being forced up against the door every second. Then it was all over with the shadow went back into Rachel body. Dick had entered the room; he saw the man on the floor. When Rachel wake back up; she was gasping and crying. Dick had freed her hands and he was asking her what happened. She told him; she don't know. She tossed her arms around his back hugging him. She was crying begging and pleading for help. The team all had tears in their eyes; having to hear the heartbreak voice in Rachel voice.
He takes her back to his loft instead of the police station. He tells her to wait here; then he came back with an duffle bag. He had packed in a hurry; but he was taking Rachel with him. He had a Porsche for a car; Rachel thought it was a gift from the circus. Dick looked different after Rachel had said something about the circus. Dick and Rachel were leaving the city behind them. She was asking him; where they where going but he just told her. Somewhere safe. Rachel told him something her mother uses to tell her. That there was no such things as monsters. Then they heard I think she was wrong.
Fletcher and his team had thought they lived in a normal world. But I guess not anymore in this case and now everything had changed.
