Hey, guys! Here is the second chapter of Grand World Chronicles! Settling in their new home, the League decide to hold a contest to see who has the best room, starting with the boys! Read and enjoy.
Chapter 2 - Who has the Best Room: Part One
The Pub, Bel Air Road, Los Angeles, California
It's been two days since the four groups (now known as the "League") introduced themselves, they and a few of their older allies have constructed their new base near Bel Air Road, and by Kise's stupid suggestion, they called it "The Pub". It has four floors (with stairs) with the top and fourth floor having an outside balcony, and a large basement inside, and outside the large garden field, a very large pool to its left side, and some of the front is open with no walls while the the rest completely covered in glass windows. The outside front had been through some redecoration and designing with the front grass cut clean and smooth, and having a very sturdy, yet evenly stable fence near between two five-foot trees. The back has been redesigned with both an outside garden, a small memorial cemetery to honor the fallen, and a large basketball court for anyone who wants to practice team basketball.
There is also a parking garage on the same left as the pool, with an inside workshop and storing four land vehicles that is currently under construction. These vehicles are said to be the team's main form of transportation. For the Thousand Sunny, who somehow came along with the Straw Hats is currently hiding in the wide center of the large back forest hiding out of plain sight, and it's for special transportation out in the sea.
The fourth floor, or the balcony, has a smaller garden field, a heating generator, a few solar panels, and a large telescope set for astronomical purposes.
The second and third floors mostly cover the rooms for all 57 people (up to at least 17 rooms; 9 on the second floor, and 8 on the third floor with 3 (or 4 in Midorima, Takao, Klaus and Finral's case, and 2 in Levi and Erwin's case) people living in each room. Each room has 2 to 3 separate beds (or one bed and one bunkbed), with the addition of a bed for any animal members living in their specific room(s), three-four separate lamps with one-two on the walls and one-two standard lamps, windows with blindfolds, two separate desks, a small TV that fits perfectly on one of the two different desks, a large carpet, and a fairly large closet, with the best air conditioning and heating features. The rooms can also be designed to the occupant's likings).
Aside from the bedrooms, the third floor also has a big bath and sauna areas (with the two separated in different rooms), two storage rooms, a large home theater room to watch movies, a large classroom set up for the nine different academic studies of Earth (Mythology, Math, Science, Social Studies, English, Japanese, Home Economics, Technology and Arts), an art and souvenir gallery, and both housekeeping and laundry service.
The second floor only has an average-sized gymnasium for sports practice that covers a quarter of the floor, and the other quarter has a weight gym room for workout regiments and weight lifting. Both gyms have a locker and both a shower and bathroom (one for the boys and the other for the girls).
The first floor covers mostly the living room with couches, chairs and a large rectangular-sized TV, a recreation room with video games, table games and board games, and a bar for drinks and liquor, a large kitchen with a 3 separate large tables that has 11 chairs for everyone to sit in, a another large bathroom with showers, an office for paperwork, a library and an office room with an information/mission board.
And lastly the basement is very large enough to have a heater for oil and water, a larger workshop, a set of generators (main and backup), a large laboratory for all forms of science, a surgery/pharmacy facility, and most of all, the Battle Simulator for training purposes (with a control room, a preparation room, a large waiting room with 2 vending machines (1 for drinks and 1 for snacks) that requires dollars (or quarters) and a screen monitor, and state-of-the-art holographic projections.
"Damn… that took a lot of effort to get this done." Kise said, laying on one of the couches.
The male members of the League, along with Sabo and Lucky, are in the living room and kitchen to relax and converse like proper human beings.
"2 days of cleaning and organizing. Can't believe it all went by fast." Usopp commented.
"And it was all thanks to Captain Levi drilling us like plebs." Conny said, face planted on the rug out of exhaustion.
"Still can't believe we're not dead." Finral said.
"If some of us weren't being lazy, we'd be finished quicker." Eren explained, looking at Zoro, Aomine and Zora, all three pretending to ignore what Eren said.
"Shishishi. You guys were lazy." Luffy commented.
"Don't go there, idiot! You, Murasakibara and Braus were eating our food that wasn't easy to buy with American money!" Aomine exclaimed.
"Regardless, we all cleaned with pride!" Asta hollered.
"Must be nice to be optimistic." Yuno commented, in a sarcastic manner.
"By the way, Sabo. Where's Jimbei?" Franky asked.
"He and the rest of the adults are in the office discussing what's our next move gonna be." Sabo replied.
"Makes sense." Midorima said, adjusting his glasses.
"On a side note, these new clothes fit us really well." Kagami commented, having a look at his current new attire.
Since their arrival on Earth, all 9 basketball players from their respective schools, Momoi and Konori are now wearing new outfits that are best suited for battles, so their gym and school uniforms aren't destroyed.
The main choice of attire for only the nine basketball club students is a long sleeve jacket with the color of the jacket based off the color of their respective schools (white, black and red for Seirin, blue, white and black for Kaijou, orange, white and black for Shutoku, black and red for Toou Academy, pink, white and black for Yosen, and white and light blue for Rakuzan) that is worn left open, zipped up completely, or (Akashi's case) hung over the shoulders like a cape, with the name and kanji for the school of that student's choosing belonging to on the left side of the jacket front, written in small letters; on the back is the student's designated number that is the same as their school's team number. Underneath is a short-sleeve shirt or tank top with any color and design (plain or with a logo theme design of any kind based on that student's choosing), pants (or shorts) with the same color as the jacket, and sports shoes of any kind. They can also wear accessories like different kinds of necklaces, bracelets, etc. Momoi just wears her signature light green open sweater, black T-shirt, dark blue and white short skirt, black knee-high socks, and pink and white sneakers. Konori just wears a red leather biker jacket over a white collared undershirt, a yellow handkerchief, a gray and white lined skirt, white socks and dark brown converses.
"Hey, boys!" Momoi hollered, followed by the rest of the girls from the League and Koala.
"Hi, ladies!" Sanji hollered, doing his "Love Hurricane".
"Where have you girls been?" Jean asked.
"Well, we were just wondering…" Sasha replied.
"Let's do a room contest." Vanessa said.
Most of the guys were wildly confused.

First up was Luffy, Blizzard and Asia's room. One side was filled with pirate-themed and the Straw Hat symbol for wallpaper, and the other side is filled with Black Bulls merchandise and a set of dumbbells with the maximum weight up to 100 lbs. Blizzard's bed is designed like peanut butter.
Everyone were interested while some weren't.
"Not bad, boys." Vanessa commented.
"Nii-san's the coolest!" Aika hollered, with admiration.
"Shishishi! Thanks, sis!" Luffy hollered.
"There, there, sweetie." Nami said, trying to relax the young wolf pup.
"Peanut butter's a nice touch, Blizzard." Kumi commented.
"Why thank you." Blizzard said.
"Your side is rocking with our squad in it, Asta!" Magna commented, grabbing Asta in a headlock and rubbing his head hard.
"Thank you, Magna-senpai!" Asta hollered.
"I-It looks nice. B-But not because I care, you shrimp!" Noelle hollered, denying her feelings again.
"Aw~! Someone's got a crush!" Momoi teased.
"S-Shut up!" Noelle exclaimed, blushing furiously.
Mimosa pouted with jealousy.

Next up was Eren, Armin, Spike and Yuno. Sylph also lives in the room since she's a spirit and always allowed by Yuno's side, which none would object at all.
It is filled with almost everything Eren and Armin wanted to see in the outside world from their universe: oceans (water like fire), icicle landscapes (fields of ice), cliffs (Giant rocks that take days to climb), everything they could think of. Yuno and Sylph's side is mostly hawk-themed. Spike's bed is shaped like a shield with a few toys in a basket near the bed.
"You boys sure went all-out in your room!" Takao commented.
"It's all thanks to Armin." Eren said, patting his best friend on the shoulder.
Armin chuckled. "Thanks, Eren."
Mikasa and Sasha both looked at Eren and Armin with admiration, lightly blushing.
"Your room looks nice, Yuno-san." Mimosa commented.
"Very magnificent." Klaus commented.
"Yeah. Love the hawks!" Usopp commented.
"Thanks. I find hawks very interesting given their sharp accuracy." Yuno explained.
Charmy was gushing over Yuno, much to the sheer annoyance of Sylph.
"Love the bed, Spike." Blizzard commented.
"Thanks, man. We were just lucky there was a shield for a pillow bed." Spike explained.
Aika was petting the young dire wolf with affection, which Spike nudged in return.

The third room up is Franky, Brook and Magna. It was a combination of a mini workshop, a musical set, and a baseball collection.
"You're kidding me?!" Nami, Blizzard, Spike, Kumi, Zoro, Sanji, Vivi, Sylph, Noelle, Finral, Vanessa, Gauche, Klaus, Jean, Kagami, Aomine, Konori, Sabo, Lucky and Koala exclaimed in unison.
"SO COOL~!" Luffy, Asta, Eren, Aika, Usopp, Chopper, Luck, Mimosa, Leopold, Armin, Connie, Sasha, Kise and Takao shouted in unison, having stars in their eyes out of excitement. Karoo was doing the same by squawking with the same eyes as his human friends.
"It's SUPER cool!" Franky hollered, doing his signature pose.
"Damn straight! The baseball set adds a nice touch to it!" Magna hollered.
"It's the COOLEST!" Asta hollered.
"Maybe I should torch it a little to give it more flare!" Luck hollered, lighting his fingers with electricity.
"Do so and I'll burn you to ash!" Magna hollered, a red tick mark appearing on his forehead.
""Yohohoho! Allow me to sing a song!" Brook hollered.
"But first - Nami-san, Noelle-san, Vanessa-san, Sasha-san, Konori-san." Brook continued.
"Would you five be so kind and show me each of your panties?" Brook finished, before being silenced by the quintet's kicks to the skull.
"HELL NO!" Nami, Noelle, Vanessa, Sasha and Konori exclaimed in unison.
"Is he always like this?" Vivi asked.
"All the time." Usopp replied, annoyed.

The next room up was Kuroko, Tetsuya 2, Aomine and Kise. Their room is completely basketball-themed with a wall photo collection of all the best basketball players with LeBron James as "No. 1". Tetsuya 2's bed is shaped like a plush basketball.
"You boys sure went all out with basketball." Zoro commented.
"Damn right we did! Kuroko-cchi, Aomine-cchi and myself really rock this room!" Kise hollered.
"It would've been better if it was just me and Tetsu, idiot." Aomine explained.
"So mean, Aomine-cchi!" Kise exclaimed, comically crying.
"This room is the coolest!" Luffy, Usopp, Chopper, Asta, Leopold, Eren and Armin hollered in unison.
"Come to think of it… where's Kuroko-kun?" Nami asked.
"Right here." Kuroko said, appearing behind everyone outside the room, making most of them jump in fright.
"HOW DO YOU KEEP DOING THAT?!" Most of the League exclaimed in unison.
Momoi shoved her way through and hugged Kuroko hard, giving him a kiss on the cheek that made Kuroko lightly blush.
"You're room is the best, Tetsu-kun!" Momoi hollered.
"Can't breath… Satsuki…" Kuroko said, starting to turn a little blue.
Sanji growled in jealousy. "Dammit all! How could he be so lucky!" The cook thought.
Vivi had a sweat drop on her forehead at seeing Sanji's jealousy.

The fifth room up next is Luck, Conny and Leopold. It is very unique with themes of lightning, fire and earth. It also has some style based on the Crimson Lion squad.
"Now that's a room!" Luffy and Asta hollered in unison.
"I'm glad my sworn rival thinks so! It has the flare of my squad!" Leopold hollered.
"I didn't think the element of earth was your thing, Conny." Noelle commented.
"Guess didn't wanna be left out when those two guys have their elements. And besides, a genius like me's gotta stand my ground to protect my friends." Conny explained.
"That's right, man!" Leopold hollered.
"Can you fight me, Conny?" Luck asked.
"For the record, Luck - no!" Conny replied.
Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Jean and Sasha all smiled at Conny starting to return to his old self after losing his family and dealing with the uprising from the corrupt government that affected the smallest Scout greatly.

The second to last room of the second floor was Zora, Gauche and Yami. It is rather odd with the mixture of Zora's bug-themed side, Yami's darkness-themed side, and a very disturbing side of Gauche with his collection of items representing his sister Marie.
Mostly everyone were a little disturbed by Gauche's side, but rather more into Zora and Yami's side.
"Gotta say, Zora - didn't know you were into bugs." Nami commented.
"Well, I do own a stinkbug and he's my inspiration for bugs." Zora explained, letting his rainbow stinkbug fly into Asta's nose, making him reel back in disgust from the smell.
"Not this again!" Asta hollered, falling backward.
"Pee-ew, that stinks!" Usopp hollered, holding his nose in disgust.
"But you all gotta admit Captain Yami's side is the bomb!" Magna hollered.
"But Gauche… so creepy." Momoi said.
Aika felt disgusted herself.
"What's so creepy about admiring my angel?" Gauche asked, having a drop of blood pouring out of his nose.
"You don't keep that shit under control… I'll grab a picture of your sister and shove it down your throat!" Aomine threatened.
The foreheads of Aomine and Gauche collided as sparks of blue and black emanated from the clash.
"Touch my Marie and I'll kill you, stupid Ganguro!" Gauche hollered.
"I'd like to see you try, sister complex freak!" Aomine hollered.
Nami suddenly intervened by knocking out Aomine and Gauche with her Haki fists while displaying an angry expression, frightening the rest.

The last room up was the room of Jimbei, Sabo, Lucky and Siegfried.
It's more Western-themed with several aquatic and Japanese cultures like card games and wallpapers, and some touch of the "Lord of the Rings" merchandise.
"This is the coolest room ever!" Luffy, Aika, Asta and Eren hollered in unison.
"Thanks, guys." Sabo said.
"My man does impress." Koala commented, making Sabo blush.

Standing in the hallway, most of the boys were contemplating about their results.
"Does anyone get the feeling most of us aren't feeling satisfied?" Magna asked.
"Not me." Connie replied.
"But if were doing a room contest, shouldn't the girls be in this too?" Kise asked.
An imaginary thunder struck as everyone felt the atmosphere getting serious.
"Then let's do it." Robin said, surprising Nami, Noelle, Mikasa and Konori.

Now reaching the third floor, they decided to visit Usopp, Chopper, Karoo and Jean's room.
But one problem as they walked down the halls…
"Uh… where's Zoro?" Kagami asked.
The Straw Hats, Vivi, Karoo, Sabo, Lucky and Koala noticed Zoro has gone missing and sighed.
"He got lost, didn't he?" Usopp asked.
"He did." Lucky answered, or whined.
This caused the rest of the League deadpan.
"How can he be clueless with directions?" Yuno asked himself.
"That shitty moss head…!" Sanji thought, fuming with rage.

Two minutes after finding Zoro, who was at the second floor gymnasium, they entered Usopp, Chopper, Karoo and Jean's room: it's a mixture of an a small workshop like Franky, a hospital room-like feature, and a police station. Karoo was on Chopper's side with a nice fluffy bed fit for a large duck, and has some kind of wooden block Karoo can play with.
""Holy cow!" The boys hollered in unison.
"You three really outdid yourselves." Akashi commented.
"Captain Usopp aims to please!" Usopp hollered, rubbing his left finger under his nose.
"Complementing me doesn't make me happy, dummies." Chopper hollered, doing his happy dance.
"You seem happy." Blizzard, Kumi and Spike thought in unison, having sweat drops on their foreheads.
"And Karoo's bed looks cool!" Luffy hollered.
"He's very happy himself." Vivi said, petting her duck companion.
Karoo quaked in happiness.
"You seem to fit well as a cop." Eren commented, sarcastically.
"I know that was sarcasm, Suicidal Maniac." Jean said.
Eren growled.

The room up next on the third floor was Akashi, Sanji and Murasakibara.
"So we now have the Generation of Miracles' captain and largest member, and the Straw Hat's chef." Mikasa thought.
"A handsome kid, a creep, and a boring giant. Quite the combination." Vanessa thought.
"The suspense is killing us! Let's see, let's see!" Momoi thought.
"Please enter, my darlings." Sanji said.
"Let's get it over with so I can eat." Murasakibara said.
The door opened and everyone were very shocked to see the room in a complete mixture of France, Shogi and candy.
"WHAT KIND OF ROOM IS THIS?!" Eren, Spike, Nami, Usopp, Chopper, Magna, Finral, Gauche, Jean, Connie, Sasha, Kagami, Kise, Takao and Konori exclaimed in unison.
"IT'S OUT OF THIS WORLD!" Luffy, Blizzard, Asta, Momoi, Kumi, Luck, Mimosa, Klaus, Leopold, Armin and Aomine exclaimed in unison.
"It actually fits you guys nicely." Kuroko commented.
"Thanks, Kuroko." Akashi said.
"Looks like I can come to your room and challenge you to a rematch in Shogi." Midorima explained.
"After beating you plenty of times? You sure?" Akashi asked.
"A snide remark won't save you the next time we play." Midorima replied.
"The candy thing is overboard." Mikasa said.
"I like candy." Murasakibara said.
"Maybe you'll end up-" Luffy attempted to finish, but Himuro covered his mouth with speed to prevent a "catastrophe".
"He didn't mean anything, Atsushi." Himuro said.
Murasakibara didn't mind as he took out a bag of gummy bears.
"A dazzling room to be amazed by the mademoiselles here!" Sanji hollered.
Most of the girls weren't sure what to think of the room thanks to Sanji. But Vivi thought differently.
"Your side looks real charming, Sanji-kun." Vivi commented, giving a quick peck on Sanji's cheek.
Sanji's eyes became hearts as he giggled with happiness.
"Hey, dumbass. Better not infect Akashi and Murasakibara with your crap." Zoro said.
Zoro and Sanji (now snapped out of his happiness) clashed heads in a heated argument.
"You want me to kick you to the moon?!" Sanji asked, in an angry manner.
"Try it and I'll cut you to ribbons!" Zoro hollered.
Nami quickly silenced the two with Haki-clad fists.
"Enough fighting!" Nami hollered.
Everyone else immediately backed off due to Nami's ferocious nature, just like she did with Aomine and Gauche.

"So who do we have left on the third floor?" Conny asked.
"Just Zoro-san, Taiga, Himuro-kun, Finral-san, Midorima, Takao, Klaus, Levi-san and Erwin-san." Konori replied.
The next room up was Zoro, Kagami and Himuro. Their room is designed with one side like a dojo and the other mostly Los Angeles with some basketball merchandise.
Everyone present were amazed.
"Nice digs, boys." Finral commented.
"Your side looks fine, tiger." Robin commented.
Zoro smirked.
"It's a fine work of art, Zoro-cchi." Kise commented, only to be met within a second Shusui near his nose, causing the copycat user to shake in fear.
"Do you want me to take your arms?" Zoro asked, in a threatening manner.
"Idiot." Usopp, Sanji, Franky, Blizzard, Kagami, Aomine, Momoi, Midorima and Murasakibara thought in unison, deadpanned.
"You two really love LA, huh?" Zora asked.
"It is the home we grew up and trained in before coming to Japan." Himuro replied.
"Yeah. You'll all love it when we get the chance to show you guys." Kagami explained.
"But like at your apartment, there's no dirty magazines. What a waste." Aomine commented, having already search the room.
"Screw you!" Kagami exclaimed.
"Dai-chan!" Momoi hollered.

The second to last room on the third floor is Finral, Klaus, Midorima and Takao.
Their room, while large enough to fit four people, is relatively normal, much to the disappointment of those who wanted some flare. But it does have a collection of Midorima's "lucky items" based on the corresponding month, starting with Cancer since the month is currently June.
"What a waste." Gauche said.
"One: I'm still your superior! And two: it's got style!" Finral exclaimed.
"Well, everyone has their own tastes." Takao explained.
"Which explains your own lack of it." Jean said, earning a glare from the point guard.
"Your opinion wasn't needed." Klaus said, adjusting his glasses.
"But it has WAY too many of your 'lucky items'." Sanji explained.
"Every lucky item is essential following the horoscope. It's to ensure we all have a good day." Midorima explained.
"And which 'lucky item' do you have today?" Kuroko asked.
Midorima presented a yellow and brown-colored Shigaraki Fortune Raccoon, which happens to be nearly the same one as the model he had during the InterHigh Preliminaries.
Everyone were dumbfounded with no words to describe.

Now the final room of the third floor, and for all the men overall, is Levi and Erwin. Their room is Scout Regiment-themed that blew everyone away literally.
"S-So… COOL~!" Luffy, Asta, Eren, Aika, Kumi, Usopp, Chopper, Franky, Brook, Magna, Luck, Charmy, Mimosa, Leopold, Spike, Armin, Conny, Sasha, Kagami, Kise and Takao shouted in unison, having stars in their eyes.
"Those two really know how to make a good room." Akashi commented.
Everyone else nodded in agreement.
Now that all the boys and men are done, it's time to see the rooms of the girls and ladies.

Takao: Man, this room contest is a blast.
Midorima: I'm not in to compete.
Takao: Don't be shy, Shin-chan. I know you're not happy with how everyone liked our room.
Midorima: Shut up.
Franky entered the scene.
Franky: Yo, fellas! We've still got the girls to check out to finish.
Takao: Be right there!
Midorima: We hear you.
Franky: Do either of you wanna finish up.
Midorima: Pass.
Takao (having a sweat drop on forehead): You're no fun.
Takao: Next time: Chapter 3 - Who has the Best Room: Part Two.
Franky: You'll get your shot next time, Lucky Man.
Takao laughed hard while Midorima became annoyed.
Did you like it? "The Pub" is a name I came up with to make it cool and not like a public house with alcohol, but more of a big-time base of operations.
The Straw Hats' rooms are based on the same ones from the old Super World Adventures, which explains why I added them.
Now with the boys all done, it's time for the girls to have their rooms checked. But be warned that the next chapter will be shorter since there are fewer females in the League compared to the Alliance and Union, but each are all badass in their own right.
Posting the chapters going forward, a new chapter(s) from each of the three World Chronicles stories will be posted every following Saturday. If finished early, they won't be posted early because I do editing and revising afterwards to make sure they're good before publishing on the date they're published.
