Hey, guys! Here is the fourth chapter of Grand World Chronicles! Members of the League go out and about to explore Los Angeles. Hope you like it.
Chapter 4 - The Sights of LA
Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California
"I glad you guys are giving us a ride to see Mr. Luffy and the others. But you'd really have to come?" Sam asked, currently in a red and black 2010 Chevrolet Camaro on the road of Beverly Hills with his best friends and classmates from Los Angeles High School: Hispanic twins Mimi and Diego Martinez, and Japanese transfer student Kento Nanba, with Diego the driver after spending a portion of his freshman school year getting a driver's permit, and successfully getting his driver's license since the start of the summer and using the car his father uses since his father is at a community gathering. Sitting in the back middle of Sam and Kento is Sam's pet Malinois Max. He wanted to bring his younger siblings too, but they have summer school to attend to.
For Sam, it's been five days since he last saw Luffy, Blizzard, Asta, Eren and Kuroko that night on June 9. He managed to get the address of where they live from Kuroko and plans the day to see them and all their friends. Max feels the same because he wanted to see Blizzard again.
(A/N: June 9 is much earlier than June 15 and June 18, since Grand World Chronicles will be taking much earlier in the whole franchise, being the first day of the third story.)
Sam's three friends asked to come along because they wanted to meet Sam's mysterious new friends with no intent of being suspicious.
"What's the harm of meeting your new friends, amigo?" Diego asked.
"Yeah. They may be characters from my favorite anime." Kento said.
"There's no need to worry, Sammy. We promise to not embarrass you." Mimi teased.
Sam grumbled, while Max whined.
Diego took a left turn as he, Sam, Max, Mimi and Kento continued during down the road to reach The Pub, home of the League.

The Pub, Bel Air Rd, Los Angeles, California
Five days has flown by as the members of the League bonded strongly, learning all about their abilities and characteristic traits since the contest to determine the best room; Noelle, Mikasa and Momoi won with their uniquely designed room that blew everyone away.
By then, everyone learned much about each other from their respective worlds within the League. Full of happiness, laughter, sympathy, sadness, tears, anger, regret and pride, everyone and their respective mentors forged powerful bonds that even the once fragmented Generation of Miracles started becoming teammates back before their championship wins (to the happiness of Kuroko and Momoi). There are still some secrets kept in the dark, but those secrets will be told when fully ready.

Since today's a day off from their classes, most of the League were in the Rec room playing a Playstation 3 video game known as "Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2." The current four players were Usopp, Magna, Leopold and Takao with having started the first chapter with the heroes of Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine and Spider-Man in Latveria, right now facing off against Electro.
"On your right, man!" Manga hollered.
"I know! I know!" Usopp hollered.
"C'mon, Usopp! Get a Fusion move in!" Sanji hollered.
"I need at least ONE star!" Usopp snapped.
"Focus! You're under heavy fire from that lightning guy!" Franky hollered.
Usopp frantically tried to press the dodge button to have the character he's playing (Iron Man) get away from the lightning bolts.
"Stay on him! Stay on him!" Finral hollered.
"Can you stop whining when you're not even playing?" Gauche asked, irritated.
"I'm your superior!" Finral exclaimed.
"Shishishi. Wish I could play." Luffy said, laying next to Blizzard on the floor. Nami, Aika and Kumi were next to them, laying down the same way.
"Sorry, Luffy. But you need to actually READ the directions before playing the game." Nami explained.
"Aw man." Luffy whined.
"Yeah. Try Asta when he played the first time." Secre explained, pointing to a depressed Asta with Noelle belittling him for acting on impulse and not reading the instructions or tips first.
"Shishishi. Asta-nii's still cool when fighting on instinct." Aika commented.
"That's not suppose to help." Kumi said, having a sweat drop on her forehead.
The doorbell rung to get everyone's attention.
"Someone at the door!" Asta hollered, now up and ignoring Noelle's ranting before rushing to get the door.
When he opened, he was delighted to see none other than Sam.
"Sam!" Asta hollered, which got Luffy and Blizzard up and next to Asta in a flash.
"Yo, man! How's it been?" Luffy asked.
"Yeah. Been five days since I last saw you guys." Sam replied.
"Oh yeah. That day you saw them crash into your yard that I heard about?" Vivi asked.
The other Straw Hats (except Robin, who giggled) groaned, while Asta glared at him.
"Oh, I also brought company if you don't mind?" Sam asked, moving a little to reveal Diego, Mimi, Kento and Max smiling.
"Yeah! The more the merrier!" Luffy hollered.
"By the way, are Mr. Eren and Mr. Tetsuya here?" Sam asked.

Providence, Mel Rose Avenue, Los Angeles, California
"So… Good~!" Sasha hollered, chowing down on a Vermillion Rockfish and enjoying the taste; she is for the first time tasting seafood.
"Glad you're lovin' the sea food!" Kagami hollered, munching on at least 3 plates of large lobsters while talking.
"Please try and contain your excitement, you two." Konori said, a little annoyed.
Right now, Kagami, Armin, Konori, Sasha, Himuro and Charmy are at the Providence seafood restaurant on Mel Rose Avenue.
Yesterday, Kagami found the restaurant to give Armin and Sasha, who wanted to go on a date at a restaurant of Earth, to taste seafood and picked Providence. Konori also thought it's a good idea for a double date with her and Kagami to tag along.
Himuro got dragged along because he also knew LA, but didn't want to feel like a fifth wheel. Luckily, Charmy wanted to come along and try new foods that she can use with her Cooking Magic.
"So many choices with little to choose!" Charmy hollered.
"Glad you guys are having a good time." Himuro said.
"And empty the wallet I just earned…" Himuro continued, checking that the wallet he has for American dollars was from a job Kise took for model shooting that got the League at least $300 and lent the money to the more responsible basketball players to act as tour guides.
"At least everyone's enjoying themselves, right?" Armin asked, feeling nervous as he sees Kagami, Sasha and Charmy pigging out wildly.
"Well Eren and Mikasa are having a better time than we are." Konori replied.

Marukai Market, Los Angeles, California
"Can someone tell me… why the hell we're having ice pops?!" Kise exclaimed, turning to Kuroko, Eren, Mikasa, Momoi, Aomine and Murasakibara as they are currently outside in front of the store.
The Generation of Miracles took Eren and Mikasa out to enjoy a Japanese store that was luckily located in LA, and happens to be almost exactly the same as the one the Generation of Miracles first went to during their second year. Right now, the food these teens are eating right is ice pops.
"Dude - we're helping these two learn to have fun." Aomine explained.
"Yeah, but why here?" Kise asked.
"Because I thought it be like old times." Kuroko replied.
"It really is." Momoi said, leaning on Kuroko with a lovey-dovey expression.
"But why the hell here?" Kise asked.
"And you once again made me buy the ice pops!" Kise added.
"Why not, man? You got all that money from that modeling shot yesterday which really got the fans loving it." Aomine explained.
"Plus, we needed money to celebrate ourselves and money for Armin and Sasha's date." Eren explained.
"Besides, I really wanted to know what a cold snack tastes like." Mikasa said, already have eaten at least 2 ice pops.
"We used enough money to buy 2 boxes on a limited sales order." Murasakibara explained.
"And you two seemed relaxed about this!" Kise hollered, turning to Akashi and Midorima with his lucky item for today being a ladybug chain wrapped around his right wrist.
"Well I'm not surprised. But I'm surprised you're relaxing, Akashi." Midorima explained.
"What do you mean? We used to do this all the time back in middle school." Akashi explained.
"Yeah…" Kise said, remembering the good old days when Teiko were still a team.
"Hey, guys." Eren said.
"What's wrong?" Kise asked.
"What does this say?" Eren replied, showing the kanji for WINNER on his all-done popsicle stick. Murasakibara went in the store to get something else.
A moment of silence before Aomine, Momoi and Kise became excited.
"Hell yeah, dude! You got one!" Aomine hollered.
"I can't believe it! You score a winner from the boxed ones, Eren-cchi!" Kise hollered.
"That's amazing, Eren-kun!" Momoi hollered.
"Quite an accomplishment, Jaeger." Akashi commented.
For the first time, Eren smiled with kindness of being praised.
"I am victorious too." Mikasa said, showing her WINNER stick with for the first time a very genuine smile that she once had as a little girl.
"NO WAY!" Aomine and Kise exclaimed in unison.
"You're the best, Mika-chan!" Momoi hollered, hugging Mikasa really tight.
"Ow." Mikasa said, but her smile never faded.
Eren looked at Mikasa and her smile with the eyes of wonder. "I never saw her smile like that for a long time."
Suddenly, Eren blushed a little pink on his cheeks and quickly turned to not let her see him like this.
But Akashi saw it and smiled, deciding to keep it to himself.
"What's happening here?" Murasakibara asked.
"Murasakibara-cchi! Eren-cchi and Mikasa-cchi both just won… Huh?" Kise explained, before turning his attention to see a box supply of Umaibō sticks.
"Don't tell me that's all for you?" Midorima asked, annoyed.
"You bet. All for me." Murasakibara replied, having a little drool on his mouth.
"What did you guys say again?" Murasakibara asked.
"Jaeger and Ackerman both pulled winning sticks." Akashi explained.
"Damn. Seems they're lucky." Murasakibara commented.
"Make that three." Kuroko said, showing the same WINNER on his popsicle stick.
"AGAIN?!" Kise, Aomine and Midorima exclaimed in unison.
"Congrats again, Tetsu-kun!" Momoi hollered, having heart-shaped eyes.
"Now you, me, Mika-chan and Eren-chan are star-crossed lovers with icicle sticks!" Momoi added.
Kuroko, and Eren and Mikasa blushed.
"You're justing using the one Tetsu gave you the first time we did this, stupid." Aomine explained.
"You're the stupid one, Dai-chan!" Momoi hollered.
A red tick mark appeared on Aomine's forehead.
Suddenly, a horn honked that got the group's attention to see a pair of thugs riding a red and black motorcycle.
"Move, you brats!" The first thug hollered; their motorcycle was moving right towards them on the sidewalk.
Aomine quickly got in front of Momoi and Kuroko as the two thugs managed to curve past them. But Momoi fell a little hard on the ground.
"Ow…" Momoi said.
"Satsuki!" Aomine hollered.
"Momoi-san!" Mikasa hollered.
"Those thugs took my purse! Someone help!" A young woman called out, which Eren, Mikasa, Kise and Aomine immediately gave chase.
Kuroko went down to check on Momoi while Akashi, Midorima and Murasakibara watched.
"I had a feeling this would happen again." Akashi said.
"Idiots. You'll never catch up to a motorcycle." Midorima explained.
Midorima grabbed the box of Umaibō sticks from Murasakibara.
"Hey, don't you dare!" Murasakibara hollered.
But the Generation of Miracles' ace shooter didn't listen and performed a Super Three Point Shot with the box flown all the way into the air with force.

"Bastard!" Eren hollered, trying to catch up to the motorcycle that was still far ahead of him and Kise.
Kise looked up to see the Umaibō box flying high with no sign of stopping before falling down at a steady rate right in front of the driver on the motorcycle.
It hit dead-on, causing the driver to swerve uncontrollably and both him and his partner to get off with some injury, but nothing too serious.
Eren and Kise smirked as they have the robbers, but Aomine and Mikasa beat them to the punch. Mikasa was able to deliver a deadly knee to the second thug right in the face, or should say helmet that was cracked by the sheer force of the knee. The first driver grabbed the purse and attempted to make a run for it, but Aomine blocked his path.
"Don't even try it." Aomine said.
The first thug turned to see Mikasa standing over his defeated parter and gave a deadly glare that spells death. He turned to see Eren and Kise still running hard to stop him.
"You're not getting away with-" Kise said, but his words didn't reach the thug as he attempted to charge at him and Eren.
"Bring it, you-" Eren said, getting ready to fight before the thug crashed into something as thick as a brick wall.
The first thug looked up and immediately became frightened to see Murasakibara, now visibly angry.
"You murdered… my Maibō sticks…" Murasakibara said, seeing the first thug accidentally stepping on one of his sticks.
If there's one thing that pisses off the 2-meter giant more than his opinion of basketball, it's his snacks that gets harmed in any way.
Eren and Kise slowly backed away as Murasakibara continued to stand tall and look down on the frightened thug.
A millisecond later, the first thug screamed in absolute terror.

Back at Providence, Armin, Sasha, Charmy, Kagami, Himuro and Konori have just finished paying for their food that was about $90, and they only have $10 to spare, leaving the store now to head back home.
"Man, I'm full." Sasha said, rubbing her belly.
"That seafood was SO delicious!" Charmy hollered.
"It was a lot of money to spend." Konori said, looking at the wallet with a measly $10 left.
"We had to leave a tip behind." Himuro said.
"We should hit a fast food place next time." Kagami said.
"When we have more money of course." Konori said.
"Y-Yeah." Kagami said.
"Thanks for bring us to this place you guys. It was really fun." Armin explained.
"No problem." Himuro said.
"It was the best day for me and Armin." Sasha said, hugging her left arm on Armin's right with affection.
Armin blushed and returned by petting Sasha's hair with his left with gentle strokes, even playing with her ponytail by twirling it with his fingers.
Sasha hummed upon his gentle touch with her own blush.
Charmy cooed at the sight while Kagami, Konori and Himuro smiled.
"She's not a dog, Arlert-kun." Kuroko said, appearing behind Armin and Sasha.
Armin and Sasha, and even Kagami, Himuro and Charmy got jumped.
"Would it kill you to stop doing that?!" Kagami exclaimed.
"With all the time you've been around him, you're still that surprised?" Aomine asked, appearing with Eren, Mikasa, Akashi, Midorima, Kise and Murasakibara.
"I see you guys had a fun time." Himuro said.
"You could say that." Akashi said.

Back at The Pub, most of the League were still playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 with Sam, Mimi, Diego and Kento.
They're currently on the level at Washington to stop Titanium Man's attack with a team comprised of the Fantastic Four (Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch and Thing).
The players were this time Sam, Mimi, Diego and Kento (since they've played the game themselves back in middle school when Diego bought the game himself and had two controllers to start by playing alongside his sister at the time. Then bought two more controllers for Sam and Kento to play along) playing as the FF themselves, and needless to say, those four teenagers were experts at playing it.
Many members of the League were completely amazed.
"Damn, they're really good!" Magna commented.
"And struggled so hard against the first level." Usopp said.
"You guys are pros." Takao commented.
"Thanks." Kento said.
"Man. We to step up our gaming." Asta said.
"You need to step on your thinking." Noelle said.
The front door opened, revealing Eren, Mikasa, Kuroko, Momoi, the Generation of Miracles, Armin, Sasha, Kagami, Himuro, Konori and Charmy.
"We're back!" Kise hollered.
"Hey!" Usopp hollered.
Sam turned to see Eren and Kuroko and waved them while playing.
"Hey, you two!" Sam hollered.
"Yo, man!" Eren hollered.
"It's good to see you." Kuroko said.
"How was your day?" Sanji asked.
"It was interesting." Eren, Mikasa, Kuroko, Momoi, Akashi, Midorima, Murasakibara, Aomine, Kise, Armin, Sasha, Kagami, Himuro, Konori and Charmy replied in unison.
The teens that returned from their sightseeing and dates joined in the gaming session with everyone else to see Sam and his friends show them the art of video gaming.
From a distance, Yami and Levi were watching.
"These brats sure are nosy." Levi commented.
"You can say that again." Yami said, blowing smoke from his cigarette.
"And put that away. Don't want to smell that in the house." Levi explained.
"You're no fun." Yami said.

Unknown Dimension
The skies were a crimson dark red covered with ashy clouds and lightning striking the sky. The very ground of a wasteland was dark, desolate and destructive.
Standing near the edge of a cliff were four unknown individuals. Each with evil intentions.
The one standing in front of the other three, with height that is about three meters, ignited his fist in burning hot magma.
"I'm coming for you, children of Dragon." The first individual said.

Kise: I'd say that was a fine day.
Aomine: Yeah. Really brings back the good memories.
Midorima: It was.
Murasakibara: I still want more Umaibō.
Aomine: You just had a whole box!
Murasakibara: But Mido-chin threw it up in the sky before that jerk stepped them.
Midorima: How else were we going to stop those crooks?
Akashi: He makes a good point, Murasakibara.
Murasakibara: Fine…
Kise: You two never change outside the court, huh?
Aomine: You're still the same idiot even back then.
Kise: Me?! Idiot?!
Akashi chuckled.
Akashi: Next time: Chapter 5 - Test of Combat: Part One.
Midorima: Seems we need to prove our mettle if you say it like that.
Akashi: Naturally.
Did you like it? I added elements to the scene from Kuroko's Basketball Episode 22.5 from back when Kise first joined Teiko and the Generation of Miracles, and that whole robbery scene was very funny. And the League learning video games from Sam was quite the learning experience.
