Hey, guys! Here is the seventh chapter of Holy World Chronicles! The Alliance get drawn into a conflict between Thor and Loki; and with Ragnarök approaching in 2.5 hours! Hope you liked it.
Chapter 7 - Ragnarök: Part One
Rogaland, Western Norway
Outside of the temple that leads to a portal to Asgard in Rogaland, the Alliance stand united.
"He's coming." Blake said.
"Yeah. Everyone, stay on guard." Kouga explained.
A green flash of light appeared out of nowhere.

Guild Hall, Fifth Avenue, Manhattan, New York City
One hour and thirty minutes earlier, the Alliance managed to get Thor to the main floor medical room to treat his injuries.
After waking up, he told everyone the whole story about his current situation: Loki is planning Ragnarök in about 150 minutes (at least 2 hours and 30 minutes) to end not only Asgard, but also Earth. He was ordered by his father Odin to stop Loki, but was soundly defeated against his brother's mastery over magic and trickery, and lost his hammer along the way to parts unknown, forcing him to travel to Earth in shame.
Aware of the situation, Saori and the other teachers plan o strategize how to stop Loki while the Alliance asked Thor for guidance.
"We only have 150 minutes hours to stop Loki?" Aria asked.
"I'm afraid so." Thor replied.
"Can't you stop him?" Asahi asked.
"Afraid not. I lost my hammer after battling my brother and still suffered severe injuries." Thor replied.
"I'm useless." Thor said.
"No you're not." Jaune said.
"Afraid we're gonna have no choice but to take him head on." Yuna explained.
"But that leaves a big problem." Lily said.
"If Athena and the others attempt to attack Loki outright, it could lead to a massive war." Eden explained.
"It's possibly what Brother Loki wants. A war which will further his goals." Thor explained.
"The beginning of the end, huh? Sounds terrifying." Balto explained.
"If we don't find Mjölnir before Loki's plan succeeds, we're done." Erza explained.
"Yeah…" Cana muttered.
"Well then… I think we need to talk with Saori-san, Seiya, Master, Mavis-sama, Ozpin-sensei and Master Saru." Kouga explained.
Most of the Alliance were confused by what he meant.

"Wait… you and the Alliance want to act as a diversion to halt Loki's advance?" Seiya asked.
"You should realize it's a suicide mission." Jellal said.
"Loki is heading towards Rogaland in Western Norway where the nearest portal to Asgard will be since Rogaland was once part of the old myths." Seiya explained.
"We can get you all there with a Teleportation Spell I've come up with…" Mavis explained.
"… but you'll be on your own." Mavis continued, with concern.
"We're aware of the danger, but we need to buy time until we can find Mjölnir." Kouga explained.
"Lady Athena's already gone ahead with Makarov-san and Qrow-san to find it." Ozpin (in control of Oscar's body) explained.
"What about us?" Raki asked, referring to herself and Selene.
"You two will have to stay here." Kouga replied, shocking Raki and Selene.
"Sorry, but it's way too dangerous." Erza explained.
Raki and Selene knew they couldn't argue, especially knowing they'll be getting in the way.
"Okay… but give that Loki a thrashing for us." Raki said.
"And make it hurt." Selene said.
"You know we will!" Natsu hollered, mashing his fists together.
"If you don't screw up, dragon breath." Kageyama said.
"What?!" Natsu exclaimed, a red tick mark appeared on his forehead.
"Don't worry, Zwei will keep you two company." Ruby explained, holding the little Corgi in her hands and give to the two young girls since she didn't want the young pup involved.
Zwei yipped thrice to agree.
Ruby acknowledged her partner through a smile, understanding Zwei's mood.
Raki and Sachi awed at the puppy.
"Then since we're all in order, be ready to depart in 30 minutes." Ozpin explained.
"Buy as much time as you can." Seiya said.

Outside, Mavis was getting ready to use a new Teleportation Spell that is capable of transporting a lot of people to Rogaland.
"I want you all to be extremely careful out there." Mavis said.
"We will." Mirajane said.
Mavis clapped her hands together as a large light symbol appeared beneath the Alliance's (all except for Zwei, Raki and Selene)'s feet.
Carla suddenly had a precognition: Kouga dying from his wounds; Loki performing some kind of terrifying spell; and Yachi awakening a new power.
"You okay, Carla?" Wendy asked, in concern.
"Y-Yeah!" Carla replied.
The portal grew brightly, causing everyone to look at Rogaland in their minds.
"We're ready." Daichi said.
"Let's go." Eden said.
Charged with determination and courage, the Alliance enter through Mavis' portal.

Rogaland, Western Norway
Back in the present, the Alliance (now transported to the Rogaland temple to Asgard), wait for Loki to show up.
Romeo felt nervous despite putting up a brave face, which Wendy noticed.
"You okay?" Wendy asked.
"Not much. Just feeling the pressure of fighting a god alongside you guys." Romeo replied.
"I feel the same. But as long as we fight as a team, nothing can stop us." Wendy explained, assuring Romeo.
Faintly blushing, Romeo nodded and tried to stay focused. But his shaking hands were a different story as he clapped them together to calm down.
"C'mon… Wendy-chan's words should've helped. I'm gonna get a cold sweat!" Romeo thought.
Romeo's hands were calmed down by another's. He looked up to see it was Kiyoko.
Most of the Alliance were comically shocked. But none were more shocked than Romeo himself with widened eyes.
"W-WAIT! I CAN'T MARRY YOU! I'M TOO YOUNG!" Romeo exclaimed, blushing extremely red with steam coming from his ears.
"I never said that. I was just trying to calm you down." Kiyoko explained, in a calm manner.
"THEN SAY IT IN WORDS!" Romeo shouted.
Mirajane giggled from behind, which didn't go unnoticed by Lucy, Lisanna and Weiss knowing it was her doing.
Romeo was suddenly getting jealous glares from Tanaka, Nishinoya and even Evan, making the young wizard stood pale.
"Why are you getting Kiyoko-san's hands before us?" Tanaka asked.
"I'm scared here, Romeo. Why should you get the hands before me?" Evan asked.
"Respect the Bro Code, squirt." Nishinoya said.
"If you three want it, get it yourselves!" Romeo exclaimed, getting into a comical scuffle with the two noisy second-years and autistic metal-maker wizard.
"I feel your pain, Romeo." Sugawara thought, nervously remembering when Kiyoko held Sugawara's hands to calm him down.
He suddenly felt a foul chill with Daichi and Asahi coming behind him with the same looks as Evan, Tanaka and Nishinoya.
"If you're scared, Suga - I'll hold your hand." Daichi said.
"No. Let me." Asahi said.
"Like hell! I'd rather die!" Sugawara exclaimed, getting into a comical fight with Daichi and Asahi out of embarrassment.
Eden, Gray, Blake, Kageyama and Juvia deadpanned. They knew full well they can't keep the secret about Kageyama and Kiyoko forever and must tell sooner than latter before disaster happens.
"At least everyone's reliving the stress." Sachi commented.
"Thanks to Mira-san and Kiyoko-san." Wendy said, nervously laughing despite being a little jealous Kiyoko did more help than she can.
"Head's up! I can hear the skies rumbling!" Erik hollered.
"That means he's coming!" Kouga hollered.
Stopping what they were doing, the Alliance saw a flash of green light; Loki appeared from the light in the sky.
"Well, well… my oafish brother called for mortals to clean up his mess, eh?" Loki asked.
"How pathetic." Loki said.
"We won't let you attack Asgard, Loki!" Kouga hollered.
"And who will stop me, you?!" Loki asked.
"No matter how many mortals dare to defy, they won't best a god!" Loki hollered.
Eden scoffed. "You're just as spoiled as the legends say." Eden commented.
"What a shame, I was hoping for better in the opening act of Ragnarök." Loki explained.
Loki summoned his faithful servants to aid him.
One werewolf-like god and two giant blue wolves appeared.
"That's Fenrir!" Souma hollered.
"And his sons, Hati and Sköll." Ryuho said.
"Things keep getting worse, do they?" Tsukishima asked.
Then, both a large black dragon and a gigantic sea serpent appeared behind Loki and let out powerful roars.
"You just had to say it, Tsukki?" Yamaguchi asked, out of fear.
"Shut up, Yamaguchi." Tsukishima replied.
"Sorry, Tsukki." Yamaguchi said.
Hinata, Happy, Lucy, Weiss, Yachi, Emma, Wendy, Romeo, Evan, Levy, Lisanna, Jaune and Asahi screamed in fright.
"That's Fafnir! The Phantasmal Dragon!" Aria hollered.
"And the Midgard Serpent, Jörmungandr!" Ryuho hollered.
"Did any account for legendary monsters?" Cana asked.
"Feels like we're *outgunned*." Yang punned.
"Not the time for puns!" Weiss exclaimed.
"Happy! That's your cue to take Carla, Lily and Aria and hide!" Lucy hollered.
"Aye, sir!" Happy hollered.
Happy Feld to a safe distance behind the temple.
Carla, Lily and Aria followed, but not before Aria used her staff to grant the Alliance great power.
"This should give you all an edge!" Aria hollered.
"Thanks, Aria!" Eden hollered.
Suddenly, Jörmungandr, Fafnir, Fenrir, Hati and Sköll surrounded the Alliance.
"Uh, guys… We're surrounded!" Jaune hollered.
"Quit wining!" Tanaka hollered.
"Athena and everyone else are counting on us to hold Loki off!" Erza hollered.
"Right!" The Alliance hollered in unison.
"Touching sentiment. But I must tell you, it won't work." Loki explained.
All five monsters prepare for battle.
"You ready?" Kouga asked.
"Ready as ever." Eden replied.
"Here we go!" Kouga shouted.

Kouga's Pegasus Superior Clothstone began to twirl around as it faded into the galaxies.
The stars formed the constellation of the Pegasus.
Kouga donned his cloth.
Kouga then made a few punches with a fists as he appeared in a fighting stance; he awakened his Ryusei Cosmo state a moment later.
The other Bronze Saints quickly did the same.

Kouga and Eden began clashing with Loki.
"Two demigods dare to trifle with me? How barbaric." Loki commented.
Loki fired a blast of dark magic at the two Bronzes.
"Pegasus Comet Fist!" Kouga shouted.
"Orion's Extermination!" Eden shouted.
Kouga and Eden fired their strongest moves to deflect Loki's attack.
"Sticks and stones, Loki. We've been training for a whole week and not gonna give you an edge." Kouga explained.
"You'll need more than empty words to beat us!" Eden hollered.
Loki smirked.

Clashing against Fenrir were Yuna, Erza, Yang, Team JNR and Balto.
"Fall before me, mortals!" Fenrir hollered.
Fenrir lunged at his opponents forcing them to dodge.
"Nice try, you overgrown fleabag!" Balto hollered.
"Hit him with a coordinated attack!" Erza hollered.
"You bet!" Yang hollered.
"Blast Scythe!" Yuna shouted.
"Requip… Flight Armor! Sonic Claw!" Erza shouted.
"Yellow Rocket!" Yang shouted.
"Orleans Rush!" Jaune shouted.
"X-Claw!" Balto shouted.
"Grenade Shot!" Nora shouted.
"StormFlower Blades!" Ren shouted.
Yuna and her group unleashed a powerful combo move on Fafnir.
Watching from afar, Kouga and Eden became impressed.
"Looks like everyone else are holding their own." Eden explained.
"Can't lounge about while the gang's going all out!" Kouga hollered.

Dealing with Jörmungandr were Haruto, Mirajane (in her Satan Soul), Elfman, Lisanna, Laxus, Erik, Daichi, Sugawara and Asahi.
"How did we get stuck with the ugly lizard?" Sugawara asked, annoyed.
"I am your end! Accept your futility!" Jörmungandr hollered, lunging forward for a bite attack.
Laxus summoned lightning to halt the Midgard Serpent's advance.
"Let's fry this freak." Laxus said.
"Manly style!" Elfman hollered.
"Fire Release Jutsu!" Haruto shouted.
"Evil Shower!" Mirajane shouted.
"Vulcan Punch!" Elfman shouted, transforming into Beast Soul: Vulcan.
"Harpy Storm!" Lisanna shouted, transforming into Animal Soul: Harpy.
"Lightning Dragon Blitzkrieg!" Laxus shouted.
"Poison Dragon Spiral Jaw!" Erik shouted.
"Shield Throw!" Daichi shouted.
"Bo Whirlwind!" Sugawara shouted.
"Heavy Crusher!" Asahi shouted.
Haruto and the others harmed Jörmungandr with sheer power, but the gargantuan serpent wasn't damaged in the slightest.
"So weak." Jörmungandr said.
"Nothing's working!" Lisanna hollered.
"It's just a good thing we're only trying to buy time. Because beating the monster that meant the end is WAY above our pay grade." Laxus explained.
"Never thought I hear you say that." Erik commented.
"Look at you being optimistic." Mirajane said, giggling.
"Azumane-san could learn that too." Haruto said.
Asahi felt like a "knife in the chest" from Haruto's blunt comment.

Fighting Fafnir were Natsu, Lucy, Souma, Emma, Cana, Blake, Penny, Tsukishima, Yamaguchi and Ennoshita.
"How did we get stuck with a dragon?" Lucy asked.
"1-in-a-million chance?" Penny replied, which got a deadpanned look from Lucy.
"I'm fired up just beating this guy!" Natsu hollered.
Fafnir let out a powerful roar.
"Burn, mortals!" Fafnir shouted.
Fafnir unleashed a massive breath of fire.
However, Natsu intercepted by consuming the flames.
Fafnir became shocked; Souma, Emma and Yamaguchi were flabbergasted, and even Blake, Penny and Tsukishima were surprised. Only Lucy and Cana smiled.
"Thanks for the meal. Here's my return gift!" Natsu explained.
"I-Impossible!?" Fafnir exclaimed.
"You don't mess with a Fire Dragon Slayer, lizard breath!" Cana hollered.
"Well, I'm not letting him have all the fun!" Souma hollered.
"Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame!" Natsu shouted.
"Open, Gate of the Sea Goat! Capricorn!" Lucy shouted, summoning Capricorn.
"Flame Desperado!" Souma shouted.
"Soaring Beam!" Emma shouted.
"Thunderbolt's Fate!" Cana shouted.
"Boom Shadow!" Blake shouted.
"Slicing Array!" Penny shouted.
"Wheel Blade!" Tsukishima shouted.
"Lance Strike!" Yamaguchi shouted.
"Tonfa Fury!" Ennoshita shouted.
Natsu and his group gave Fafnir a massive pounding.
"Nice team play, Tsukki-kun!" Souma hollered, slapping a now annoyed Tsukishima on the back before he backed off when Tsukishima threatened to use his sword on the Lionet Saint.
"You were amazing too, Yamaguchi!" Penny hollered, holding a now blushing Yamaguchi's right hand.
"Can we focus?!" Lucy and Cana exclaimed in unison.
Natsu laughed in joy of fighting a dragon he has a chance against.

Ruby, Weiss, Ryuho, Sachi, Wendy, Romeo, Kageyama, Kiyoko, Tanaka and Nishinoya were holding their own against Hati.
Hate tried to attack Ruby; Weiss came to her defense quickly.
"Glyph Summoning… Arma Gigas!" Weiss shouted.
Weiss summoned her signature avatar Glyph to intercept Hati.
Kiyoko charged forward and activated her Super Eyes to predict Hati's next movement, allowing her to jump over and slash his back with her fans.
"Elemental Arrow: Fire!" Kageyama shouted.
Kageyama shot a magical fire arrow to keep the wolf at bay.
"Be careful, Ruby!" Weiss hollered.
"You're the best, BFF!" Ruby hollered.
"Please save a moment with your girl, Ice Queen." Tanaka said, in a teasing manner.
Ruby and Weiss blushed rapidly.
"That's not it!" Ruby exclaimed.
"And do NOT call me Ice Queen!" Weiss snapped.
"Nice work, K- I mean Shimizu-san." Kageyama commented.
Kiyoko nodded, knowing Kageyama didn't blurt out what he meant to say to her since it's still a secret.
Hati attempted another bite, but was intercepted by Ryuho's shield.
"You won't… get past me…!" Ryuho hollered.
"Ryuho-kun!" Sachi hollered.
"Lushan Rising Dragon!" Ryuho shouted.
Ryuho unleashed his signature technique, blasting Hati into the air.
"Keep on the pressure!" Wendy hollered.
"Buzzsaw Blast!" Ruby shouted.
"White Torpedo!" Weiss shouted.
"Apus Ultimate Wave Stream!" Sachi shouted.
"Sky Dragon Wing Attack!" Wendy shouted.
"Purple Flare!" Romeo shouted.
Ruby, Weiss, Sachi, Wendy and Romeo landed the first blow to keep Hati in the air.
"Elemental Arrow: Ice!" Kageyama shouted.
"Savage Stab!" Tanaka shouted.
"Wild Nunchaku Flurry!" Nishinoya shouted.
"Fan Swipe!" Kiyoko shouted.
Kageyama, Tanaka, Nishinoya, Kiyoko and Kanoka delivered the second blow to crash Hati back to earth.

Leading the charge against Sköll were Hinata, Yachi, Gray, Juvia, Gajeel, Levy and Evan.
Sköll began to feel overwhelmed despite his great power.
"Pin him down!" Hinata hollered.
"Don't have to tell us twice, squirt!" Gray hollered, discarding his jacket.
"That's my stubby snowflake!" Juvia hollered, having pink hearts in her eyes.
"And he took off his jacket again…" Gajeel and Evan muttered in unison.
"Quick Strike!" Yachi shouted.
Yachi jumped over Sköll to slice the beast from behind, straight at the head.
"Take this chance!" Yachi hollered.
"Thanks, Hitoka!" Hinata hollered, giving a thumbs up with his right hand-holding sword.
Yachi smiled and blushed.
"Sun Fire!" Hinata shouted.
"Ice-Make: Hammer!" Gray shouted.
"Water Cane!" Juvia shouted.
"Iron Dragon Sword!" Gajeel shouted.
"Solid Script: Stone!" Levy shouted.
"Metal-Make: Blast Rifle!" Evan shouted.
Sköll began to take the full barrage of Hinata and the rest of his group after Yachi flew back.

"They've done rather well for a group of weaklings." Loki commented.
"You underestimated us, Loki." Eden commented.
"Say goodnight!" Kouga hollered.
Kouga and Eden charged at Loki once more.
"Such outstanding ARROGANCE!" Loki shouted.
Loki created an illusion to trick the two demigods before knocking them down.
"I've waited a long time for this day to come!" Loki hollered.
"No one's going to stop me!" Loki hollered.
Loki conjured a massive hailstorm to smite the Alliance.
Most of them managed to survive by hiding or blocking, but several were knocked out.
"Consider it an honor…" Loki said.
"… Of being the first of Ragnarök's many sacrifices!" Loki continued.
"Damn!" Kouga hollered.
"We need to get back in this game." Ruby said.
"Healers! Get those down back up!" Erza hollered, now requpping to her Flame Empress Armor.
Yachi, Aria, Wendy, Romeo and Jaune nodded and proceeded to heal any of the injured.
Kouga and Eden began to face Loki once more, with Yuna, Souma, Ryuho and Haruto by their side.

The rest of the Alliance attempted to keep Fafnir, Jörmungandr, Fenrir, Hati and Sköll at bay while the medics get the injured back up.
Kouga and the other Ryusei Bronzes were holding off Loki to a standstill.
"We're barely holding our own now that Loki chopped our fighting force in half." Haruto thought.
"We need to think of a plan and fast!" Souma thought.
Suddenly, Mirajane (now back in her normal form) received a call from Makarov on her new Lacrima smartphone device.
"Understood." Mirajane said.
"Everyone! I've got good news!" Mirajane hollered.
A portal made of Norse magic appeared out of thin air.
"The hell's that?!" Kouga and Souma exclaimed in unison.
"It's Thor's weapon of choice. A weapon that can conjure the elements of thunder and lightning!" Mirajane explained.
Loki's eyes widened with shock. "Mjölnir?!"
"Athena-san, Master and Qrow came through!" Lucy hollered.
"Like I said. We were just buying time." Laxus said, smirking.
Mirajane heard more of Makarov's instructions.
"Kouga! You're the only one who can use Mjölnir to defeat him!" Mirajane explained.
"Seriously?" Kouga asked, unsure to use a weapon.
"I will kill you all!" Loki hollered.
Loki attempted to stop them from getting Mjölnir, but was intercepted by Romeo, Evan and Nishinoya with a combination of Purple Flare, Metal-Make: Whip and one of Nishinoya's nunchucks turned into a kusarigama.
"Where do you think you're going?" Nishinoya asked.
"All yours." Eden said.
"Guess I have no choice! Here I go!" Kouga hollered.
Kouga quickly rush to grab Mjölnir.
"It's hammer time!" Kouga hollered.
However…
Fafnir appeared out of nowhere and bit his fangs into the Pegasus Saint, breaking parts of his cloth and critically injuring him.
The entire Alliance (even Aria and the Exceeds) were horrified by what happened.
"KOUGA!" Yuna shouted.
Ffafnir toss Kouga before getting assaulted by the Alliance to stop the evil dragon.

Kouga fell to the ground as his cloth came off and Mjölnir to another area.
"Kouga!" Yuna hollered.
Yuna quickly rushed to his side with Yachi.
"I got you!" Yuna hollered.
"Let me help!" Yachi hollered, activating her healing ability to heal Kouga's wound.
But to her sudden dismay, it had no effect.
"It's not working! Why?!" Yachi thought.
"S-Sorry, Yuna…" Kouga said.
"… I screwed… up… royally." Kouga continued.
Kouga coughed a bit of blood.
"… Forgive me." Kouga finished.
Yuna and Yachi began to cry.
"It's okay." Yuna said.
"You… need to… run…" Kouga said, in a warning tone.
"No way!" Yuna hollered.
"I won't let you die!" Yuna hollered.
Kouga weakly attempted to reach his hand out to Mjölnir.
"Kouga?" Yuna asked.
"We… need the… hammer…" Kouga said.
Kouga's hand suddenly fell down as he lost conscious.
Yuna and Yachi (who stopped healing) became shocked, as did the rest of the Alliance.
"No…" Natsu said.
"Kouga." Ruby said.
"It can't be…" Hinata said.
Angered to their limits, Natsu, Ruby and Hinata ferociously attacked Fafnir without stopping.
Several others joined in too.
"You're dead, bastard!" Tanaka hollered.
"How dare you!" Nora hollered.
Souma, Wendy, Yang, Sugawara, Jaune, Balto and Elfman screamed in rage as the assault on Fafnir continued.
Jörmungandr was blasted by Eden and Laxus' combined lightning in rage, while Fenrir was blasted by an enraged Erza, Weiss and Mirajane.
"I'm sorry… Kouga." Aria said, crying.
Romeo, Evan and Nishinoya kneeled down in despair.
"No please… not him." Romeo said.
Loki pushed the trio with a flick of his magic.
"None of you should be getting this worked up." Loki explained.
"After all, Ragnarök will rejoin you all with him very soon." Loki continued.

Yuna continued to cry as she held onto Kouga's lifeless body with tears flowing down her eyes. Yachi also cried as she kneeled in despair.
"Why? Why can't his wounds heal?!" Yachi asked herself, in anger.
Yachi slammed her fist on the ground in frustration.
"I'm useless!" Yachi hollered, crying.
"Hitoka-san." Yuna thought.
Yachi continued crying.
"You can't die now! We need you!" Yachi hollered.
"Please…" Yachi said.
"Wake up…" Yachi continued.
"KOUGA!" Yachi screamed.
Yachi's hands suddenly glowed even more brightly in a massive dome of green energy enveloping her, Yuna and the wounded Kouga.
Everyone, even Loki, were surprised by what's happening now.
"Hitoka?" Hinata asked.

Yamaguchi: I didn't know Yachi-san's healing ability evolved to that degree?!
Hinata: Hitoka…
Yuna: Could she had found that when Kouga was injured beyond her original healing?
Hinata: Why ask me?
Yuna: Because your her boyfriend, right? And her boyfriend would know better.
Hinata became embarrassed by Yuna's teasing.
Hinata: S-Shut up!
Yamaguchi: Even if we beat Loki…
Yuna: What will Hitoka-san do with herself now?
Hinata (now out of his embarrassed state) and Yamaguchi weren't sure.
Gajeel and Ren entered the scene.
Gajeel: It has to be up to her.
Ren: She has to decided for herself.
Yamaguchi: You sure?
Gajeel: We'll have to wait and see.
Hinata: Hitoka…
