Hey, guys! Here is the eight chapter of Holy World Chronicles! Yachi's healing powers evolved to another level that brings Kouga back to finish off Loki once and for all as only 45 minutes are left before Ragnarök begins! Hope you liked it.
Chapter 8 - Ragnarök: Part Two
Rogaland, Western Norway
"You can't die now! We need you!" Yachi hollered.
"Please…" Yachi said.
"Wake up…" Yachi continued.
"KOUGA!" Yachi screamed.
Yachi's hands suddenly glowed even more brightly in a massive dome of green energy enveloping her, Yuna and the wounded Kouga.
Everyone, even Loki, were surprised by what's happening now.
"Hitoka?" Hinata asked.
"Yachi-san?" Kageyama and Yamaguchi asked in unison.
"Hitoka-chan?" Kiyoko asked.
Loki was shocked by the power of Yachi's powers.
"Impossible! That girl only healed the wounds of those mortals I downed only to come back." Loki explained.
"But that Pegasus demigod was wounded by Fenrir to the point it killed him." Loki continued.
"So how is that girl generating that immense amount of energy?" Loki finished.
Loki then turned his attention to Mjölnir.
"And to think my accursed brother asked mortals to find and retrieve Mjölnir to let the Pegasus use it." Loki explained.
"Very well then…" Loki said.
"Fafnir! Fenrir!" Loki hollered.
Fafnir and Fenrir began to hear Loki's words.
"I have jobs for each of you!" Loki hollered.
"I want Fenrir to grab Mjölnir! Obviously it's a simple task!" Loki continued.
"Of course I'm strong! Thor's nothing compared to his father!" Fenrir hollered.
"As for you, Fafnir. Kill the little girl over there." Loki explained.
Fafnir eyed Yachi unexpectedly healing Kouga.
"A fragile girl? Why should I?" Fafnir asked.
"Because that *girl* has the possible ability to bring the dead back! Don't let her heal the boy!" Loki hollered.
Fafnir let out fire from his nostrils.
"Fine then." Fafnir said.
"A nice appetizer will do." Fafnir said.
Fafnir began making his way towards Yachi, Yuna and Kouga.
The Alliance quickly realized their new problems.
"Oh crap! The dragon's going after Yachi-san and the others!" Tanaka hollered.
"We have to help them!" Lisanna hollered.
The Alliance began to spread out to the directions Fenrir and Fafnir went off too, but were intercepted by Loki, Jörmungandr, Hati and Sköll.
"Get out of our way!" Sachi hollered.
Balto gritted his fangs.
"This is bad!" Balto hollered.
Loki smirked.
Hinata became fiercely angry as he gripped his swords tighter than normal.
The mere thought of anyone threatening Yachi ignites a fire of anger within him.

Behind the rocks, something went wrong with Happy as he rolled over in pain to the concern of Aria, Lily and Carla.

Yuna continued to watch Yachi heal Kouga's wounds without any reason why.
"Hitoka-san?" Yuna asked.
"Did you know your healing ability can do something like this?" Yuna asked.
"I-I don't know! I could only heal wounds that aren't life-threatening and it didn't work on Kouga! But this… I don't know at all!" Yachi replied.
Yuna was confused.
She suddenly sensed Fafnir's approach.
"Oh no…!" Yuna thought.
As she thought, Fafnir was closing on them at high-speeds.
"You're in my sights, little girl!" Fafnir hollered.
Yuna began to stand in Fafnir's way.
"I won't let you hurt her!" Yuna hollered.
Fafnir wasn't stopping.
Suddenly, a blur appeared out of nowhere and intercepted Fafnir.
Yuna and Yachi's eyes widened upon looking at their savior.
"No way…" Yuna and Yachi said in unison.
It was Happy… who was transformed into a blue, sky blue and white-colored Chimera-like creature (body of a lion, wings of an eagle, and tail of a snake) with his guild mark still located on the back, golden eyes, and giving off a vicious growl.

The entire Alliance were mildly shocked.
"What the?!" Ruby and Hinata exclaimed.
"Holy crap!" Souma exclaimed.
"Whoa…" Erza said.
"No way!" Gray hollered.
"Is that…" Wendy said, in shock.
"Happy?!" Natsu and Lucy exclaimed in unison.
Everyone else were extremely speechless.
"HE'S A LION!" The Alliance exclaimed in unison.
The now Chimera-like Happy began to push Fafnir with force despite the gap between their might and size.
Loki became shocked.
"Impossible! How is Fafnir being pushed back by a mere mortal beast?!" Loki thought.
"At least Fenrir won't disappoint me." Loki thought.

Fenrir was only a few steps from getting Mjölnir.
"It's mine now!" Fenrir hollered.
A barrage of chains suddenly chained down Fenrir, preventing the beast from moving.
Everyone now became more shocked this time.
Ryuho quickly realized those chains based on something from Norse mythology.
"It can't be… Gleipnir?!" Ryuho exclaimed.
"Gle-wha?" Romeo asked, totally confused.
"The magical enchanting rope that held down Fenrir since Norse mythology!" Ryuho replied.
"But how? The ingredients to create it is impossible without the dwarves!" Ryuho hollered.
"What the devil is this?!" Loki asked.
A portal of darkness opened, revealing three figures.
They soon reveal to be Class-2 Venusian Ceuta, Tartaros Etherious demon and Nine Demon Gate Kyôka, and former White Fang leader Adam Taurus.
The Alliance looked surprised upon seeing those familiar faces.
"Ceuta!" Yuna hollered.
"Kyôka?!" Erza exclaimed.
"Adam too?!" Jaune exclaimed.
Blake and Yang became fearful upon seeing the man who tormented them respectively appear above them.
"And just what do you three think you're doing?!" Loki asked, in an angry manner.
"The other part of our deal." Kyôka replied.
"Loki. We shall take custody of Fenrir from here on." Adam explained.
"Why would I allow that?" Loki asked.
"Apparently, Venus-soma was very interest in this beast since his fangs are strong enough to kill gods." Ceuta explained.
The bounded Fenrir disappeared through another portal.
"Tell your masters they've made a big mistake!" Loki hollered.
"Oh please. The only one making a mistake in a minute is you." Kyôka commented.
"Make sure you fulfill your end of the deal as well or else." Adam explained.
"What deal?" Ren asked.
Kyôka and Adam immediately began to left first through the portal they came in.
"Be ready, Alliance." Ceuta said.
"Your days will soon be numbered." Ceuta said.
Ceuta then entered right before the portal closed.

"Damn you, Venus." Loki said.
"So you were after Fenrir from the beginning." Loki explained.
Loki saw the sky suddenly turning dark and looked at the source to his right below.

It was Kouga, revived and now wielding Mjölnir.
(A/N: The first Bronze Saint to use a legendary weapon!)
"Oh, great - you're alive now." Loki asked, in disbelief.
"Yeah. Thanks to Yachi-san's new magic trick, I almost thought the skies were calling me." Kouga explained.
"Be honest, I'm surprised myself I didn't wanna ask." Kouga continued.
"Kouga!" Yuna hollered.
"Right. Got distracted there." Kouga said.
"Hey, jerk! Time to get hammered!" Kouga hollered.
Kouga began charging up electricity to power up Mjölnir.
"Wow! This hammer's no joke!" Kouga hollered.
"But… I still got this!" Kouga hollered.
Loki attempted to attack Kouga, but the other members of the Alliance intercepted him.
Fafnir shook off the Chimera Happy and went straight for Kouga.
"I'll make sure this time you die!" Fafnir hollered.
"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" Natsu shouted.
"Buzzsaw Blast!" Ruby shouted.
"Sun Fire!" Hinata shouted.
Natsu, Ruby and Hinata appeared out of nowhere and gave Fafnir another brand of punishment.
"We're not finished with you!" Natsu hollered.
"Those meddling kids!" Loki hollered.
Loki then turned to see Jörmungandr, Hati and Sköll bested by Souma, Ryuho, Haruto, Sachi, Emma, Gray, Erza, Laxus, Erik, Blake, Yang, Kageyama, Tsukishima and Daichi.
Loki attempted to flee, but was once again captured by Romeo and Nishinoya.
"Not so fast, creep!" Romeo hollered.
"Unhand me!" Loki hollered.
Kouga appeared behind Loki in an instant.
"Underestimated US KIDS, huh?" Kouga asked.
Fully charged, Mjölnir let out a massive load of power.
"That's your fatal mistake!" Kouga hollered.
"Damn you, Pegasus and Athena! Damn you, Thor and Odin!" Loki hollered.
Kouga connected his blow with Loki and finished him, creating a Norse seal behind the trickster god.
"Geez, sometimes I wish every god were on the same page about humans like Saori-san and Pallas." Kouga commented.

"A plague on your houses!" Loki chanted.
Kouga, Natsu, Ruby and Hinata, and even Eden, Gray, Blake and Kageyama felt strange for an unknown reason.
"A plague on your houses!" Loki chanted.
"May you suffer greatly before death!" Loki chanted.
Loki disappeared into the seal.
Eden began to ponder what he meant.
"That line? Was that from Shakespeare?" Eden thought.
Fafnir broke through the defenses of Natsu, Ruby, Hinata and the Chimera Happy and attempted to go for Kouga once more. Jörmungandr also joined in after breaking through Souma and his group despite defeating Fafnir's sons.
A powerful burst of light appeared out of nowhere and blasted Fafnir and Jörmungandr hard.
The Alliance immediately recognized that power anywhere.
"Is that…" Haruto said.
Coming from above were Seiya and Saori (in her Athena God Cloth).
"Seiya!" Yuna hollered.
"Saori-san!" Kouga hollered.
Everyone else were relieved.
"Let's send these beasts back to the depths of the Earth!" Saori hollered, raising her staff to give Seiya more power.
Seiya steadied himself with his trusty bow and arrow ready, generating immense power of light.
"Fly, Sagittarius Arrow!" Seiya hollered.
Seiya fired the arrow dead-on at the two gigantic monsters and pierced right through Fafnir first.
"I-Impossible!" Fafnir hollered, before falling on the ground dead.
The arrow was still going strong and pierced Jörmungandr, and instead of killing him… it warped him back to Asgard thanks to Norse Magic.
"CURSE YOU~!" Jörmungandr shouted before vanishing.
The entire Alliance were at awe.
"So awesome…" Gray said.
The Chimera Happy collapsed before transforming back into Happy, reliving many.
"Happy's back to normal." Lily said.
"Thank goodness." Carla said.
Yuna and Yachi appeared by Kouga's side.
"I wonder where the enemy took Fenrir?" Yuna asked.
"Beats me. Got no idea why they want a giant wolf-man." Kouga replied.

Unknown Dimension
Fenrir was being inflicted by mental pain from the one individual that's as strong as a good… the leader of the Venusians Venus, who appears to be one of the soldiers Ango revived as an illusion, and standing as one of the "Acts of Chaos" alongside Tartaros' Underworld King Mard Geer Tartaros, Grimm Queen Salem, the arch-enemy of the Karasuno Volleyball Club from the Ninja Dimension and former friend of Master Saru, Basara Sengoku.
"Sorry 'bout that, Loki." Venus said.
"But hey… I've always wanted a dog of my own." Venus explained.
A strange mark appeared on Fenrir's forehead, putting him under Venus' control once the Gleipnir-like chains were removed.
Mard Geer, Salem and Basara watched with interest.

Guild Hall, Fifth Avenue, Manhattan, New York City
Five hours have now passed since the battle with Loki, the Alliance returned home and took it easy while Saori, Seiya, Makarov, Mavis, Jellal, Qrow and Master Saru were at the entrance to see Thor (with Mjölnir returned to him), and his father Odin off to give Loki his sentence.
"I thank your team for their efforts in stopping Loki." Odin commented.
"Tis' a shame my pride forced me to ask for youngsters to clean up our mess." Thor explained.
"No need to be shameful." Qrow said.
"We're all just glad Ragnarök didn't happen." Mavis explained.
"Allow us to handle Loki from here on." Odin explained.
"Be safe, Lord Odin." Saori said.
Odin and Thor nodded.
"If you ever need help, give us a call." Seiya explained.
"It's the best thing I can come up with to strengthen our bond." Seiya continued.
Odin chuckled.
"Only if it's out of our hands!" Odin hollered.
Seiya sighed.
Odin and Thor then left through the portal; disappearing.
Saori, Seiya, Mavis and Makarov went back inside.
Jellal, Qrow and Master Saru stayed behind to talk about Yachi's current condition.
"We must have to deal with Yachi's development…" Master Saru explained.
"… and if her worth to the team after that experience." Qrow explained.
"Must you be so blunt?" Jellal asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Actually, a certain someone asked everyone else to let him talk to Yachi alone." Master Saru explained.
"And who would that be?" Qrow asked.

In Yuna, Aria and Yachi's room, Yachi was curled up in her bed.
She's been this way ever since they've came back and refuse to answer why. To her, she begins to doubt herself if she is even worth helping the team.
A knock on the door managed to get the little manager's attention.
"Hitoka. It's Hinata. Can I come in?" Hinata asked.
Yachi didn't answer, but Hinata decided to come in anyway to check on her.
Hinata sat on her bed and gave a comforting hand on her back since she won't turn.
"You gonna be okay?" Hinata asked.
"No…" Yachi said, muffled because she's still curled.
"What's wrong? I need to know." Hinata explained.
"I know you're scared… but hiding from your friends won't help you. Please…" Hinata continued, gently rubbing her back.
Yachi soon turned to Hinata, revealing tears slowly flowing down from her eyes to her cheeks; to Hinata's concern.
"I saw that dragon coming at Kouga and did nothing. Nothing." Yachi explained, confessing her problem.
"I gotten strong alongside you all, but all I did was stood in fear and watched it happened!" Yachi continued.
"And when I tried to heal him, it wasn't enough until that happened!" Yachi continued.
"I'm useless! Even as a manager!" Yachi finished, now crying more.
Hinata was aback by Yachi's outburst and before she cried with her hands gripping her face.
"You're wrong, Hitoka. You're not useless." Hinata thought.
Hinata (gently) removed Yachi's hands from her crying face and gave her a gentle, assuring expression.
Yachi wonder what Hinata was doing… until he gently kissed his lips on to her's, much to the blonde's surprise.
Hinata hugged Yachi as his gentle kiss continued, making her accept the usual warm feeling and return the kiss with her hands around his neck and with his right hand on her back and his left holding her waist.
It lasted for a few seconds before they released for air, leaving the two blushing red in the face. They were in a hug though.
"S-Shoyo?" Yachi asked.
"No one on this team ever believes your useless. You're one of the strongest people I've ever met." Hinata replied.
Yachi became confused which made Hinata rethink his words a little.
"W-What I mean is that you're strong in heart and soul - always there for us no matter how scared you are!" Hinata hollered.
"You were there for me and Kageyama when we had our fight. Sure, you were scared and partly my fault, but because you looked out for us, we were able to fully master that new fast attack and reforge our bond as partners." Hinata continued.
"I know you're scared. I'm scared too. But nothing will stop us from fighting for the sake of us, our families, the friends we love, and our worlds." Hinata continued.
"And it wasn't your fault when you couldn't save Kouga. That pain evolved your power that saved his life and brought us victory. You're more than just Villager B too. Even super cool." Hinata continued, with those next words managing to ease the guilt in Yachi as he rubbed her back again with his right.
Yachi once again felt her anxiety and self-doubt wash away thanks to the kind words of her boyfriend once again.
"Thank you…" Yachi softly said, hugging Hinata tighter as they kissed again.

Outside listening were Kouga, Yuna, Natsu, Lucy, Ruby, Weiss and Aria, all smiling with glee and happy for the two.
"Hey, guys…" Raki said, coming to meet them.
"Can you get Hinata and Yachi-san?" Raki asked.
"Why, Raki?" Lucy asked, feeling a little peeved she wants to listen to more only to be interrupted.
"Kageyama and Shimizu-san have something to tell everyone." Raki replied.
Kouga, Yuna, Natsu, Lucy, Ruby, Weiss and Aria were wildly confused.

"WHAAAAAAATT~?!" The Alliance, Seiya, Saori, Jellal, Mavis, Qrow and Oscar exclaimed in unison.
"YOU TWO WERE DATING FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS?!" Natsu, Happy, Ruby, Hinata, Souma, Sachi, Emma, Raki, Selene, Lucy, Erza, Gajeel, Levy, Evan, Lisanna, Cana, Weiss, Yang, Jaune, Nora, Yachi, Daichi, Sugawara, Asahi, Tanaka, Nishinoya, Ennoshita and Yamaguchi exclaimed in unison, referring to the now blushing Kageyama and Kiyoko, having confessed their secret relationship to the entire "family" at the Guild Hall main floor.
"AND YOU GUYS KNEW!?" Sugawara exclaimed, now looking at a whistling Eden and Gray, a nervous Blake, an "in-denial" Makarov, and a lovestruck Juvia.
"I always known. Their counterparts were in love with each other too." Master Saru explained, shocking everyone again.
"I knew you two were an item! My intuition was right!" Mirajane hollered, triumph that one of her "ship predictions" came true.
Lucy, Erza, Levy, Lisanna and Cana were deadpanned.
"I-It's not like we want to hide it from you all…" Kageyama said, embarrassed.
"We weren't sure how you'd all react if we'd told you already. We're sorry." Kiyoko said, apologizing.
"Guess that means we're happy for you two. Good job!" Sugawara hollered, giving a thumbs up.
Tanaka and Nishinoya, who were smitten with Kiyoko for so long, were trying real hard to accept this. But it's not like she'd ever hate them for constantly annoying her, the two loud second-years never actually considered what they mean to her other than "constant affection".
The two quickly realized how much Kageyama's changed since middle school, and how he will now bring the best out of the beautiful manager in the future aside from their similarities.
"Well… Kageyama…" Tanaka said.
"It'll be hard for us to handle this development…" Nishinoya said.
"But please… WE HOPE YOU AND KIYOKO-SAN MAKE WONDERFUL MEMORIES TOGETHER!" Tanaka and Nishinoya shouted, bowing to a now bewildered Kageyama.
Daichi, Sugawara, Asahi and Ennoshita were greatly surprised by how Tanaka and Nishinoya were handling this and accept the relationship.
Tsukishima attempted to tease Kageyama, but was silenced by a gut to the elbow, courtesy of Yang who smirked.
"Guess those two are a *purr-fect* couple!" Yang punned.
Everyone groaned by Yang's pun.
"That's what makes you special, Yang." Blake said, admitting about Yang's worst quality with a blushing face.
"Speaking of which… why is Juvia thinking about another fantasy about you, Gray?" Souma asked.
"Oh this ain't just about me…" Gray muttered.
"Tobio-kun and Kiyoko-san… They're like younger versions of me and Gray-sama! It's like we're on a double honeymoon!" Juvia hollered, thinking about a fantasy with her, Gray, Kageyama and Kiyoko walking together in a sunset location.
"Please stop…" Gray, Kageyama and Kiyoko muttered in unison, face palming in annoyance.
Everyone else were creeped out and took a few steps back.
"As if Juvia's fantasies weren't creepy enough." Lucy thought, feeling sorry for the three currently annoyed.
"Wow… I'm really happy for you, man." Natsu commented, sarcastically.
"That better be sarcasm, flaming dumbass." Kageyama said.
A second later, Natsu and Kageyama got into a head-to-head argument with auras of orange and blue clashing.
"What did you call me, dumbass?!" Natsu snapped.
"It's you, who else?!" Kageyama snapped.
"Obviously, Natsu. Your idiocy never fails to annoy me." Gray commented, unaware he's currently undressed down to his underwear.
"Does that deviant realize he's not wearing any clothes?" Weiss asked, annoyed.
Yachi shirked and hid behind Hinata, who is now annoyed at Gray's habit.
"Stop stripping, idiot!" Hinata snapped, which got him and Gray into a similar argument.
"Wanna go, small fry?!" Gray snapped.
"Bring it, creep!" Hinata snapped.
"BE QUIET, YOU FOOLS!" Erza shouted, causing the four to stop their bickering and shaking in fear.
"Y-Yes ma'am…" Natsu, Hinata, Gray and Kageyama said in unison.
"Thank you, Erza." Lucy said, before becoming dumbfounded at what she saw.
"We have until tomorrow to pack, people!" Erza hollered, having a lot of beach luggage behind her.
"SO MUCH STUFF!" Lucy, Gray, Ruby, Weiss, Yang, Souma, Emma, Evan, Tanaka, Nishinoya and Jaune exclaimed in unison.
"Tomorrow for what?" Kouga asked.
"We're having a five day vacation at Ocean City!" Erza hollered.
"Courtesy of yours truly!" Makarov hollered, giving two victory signs from both fingers.
The Alliance began to cheer wildly as they're going to one of the biggest beaches in North America. A perfect opportunity to relax after a tough battle!

Kouga: Shoyo knows how to help Yachi-san. I'm happy.
Ruby: Me too.
Tanaka: My little pupil is growing before my eyes.
Souma: Let's not forget Kageyama and Kiyoko-san.
Tanaka & Nishinoya: Yeah…
Ruby: I thought you two were gonna lose it when you found out.
Tanaka: We're still mad.
Kouga & Ruby: Oh…
Nishinoya: But we don't want to get in the way of Kiyoko-san's happiness.
Tanaka: Besides, Daichi-san and Suga-san would give us hell to pay if we interfere in their relationship.
Souma: I feel the same way, boys. He's a scary captain for sure.
Kouga & Ruby became frightened.
Tanaka: Next time: Chapter 9 - Vacation Time!
Souma: Even though Kiyoko-san has found her true love…
Nishinoya: She will always have a place in our hearts!
Tanaka: Amen to that, brother!
Souma: Amen to that!
Kouga & Ruby: Idiots…
