Mando POV

I walked through the markets picking out fresh produce and supplies. As I picked through the streets, I noticed a sign. It read: FREE FARM LAND: Apply today at Miko's produce Palace! I sighed. I hated asking people for help. But, we needed money before it was too late.

5 MINUTES LATER…

"Name, address, and date of birth please!"

A slow but very very cheerful grandmother said. I sighed.

" My name is Di-er-Tazuki Kurokawa. My family and I previously lived in Harpberry Grove and are still finding a permanent residence, and I was born May 4, 1992."

The woman slowly wrote this down. She looked up at me her face similar to an overly excited child and slowly said,

" Previous Occupation?"

I sighed again before saying,

" Part Time chef, produce farmer, and inventor."

She looked down pressed a button and said,

" We'll get back to you as soon as we can!"

I nodded and left the office. When I returned to the hotel, a strange sight awaited me. Okia lay hanging from the ceiling yelping for help while Aiko sat calmly crossed legged eating a rice ball.

" What happened here?"

Aiko looked up at me and said.

" What 'was' doesn't matter, justice and retribution has been served in a manner most fitting for the crime. I assume you understand, yes?"

I shook my head and cut the rope, no, string? That Okia was hanging from. Gosh I wish these two could get along or at least tell me what goes on when I'm absent.

" Oh and this came for you."

Aiko added before handing me a small box made of ash and cypress wood. It was tied with a carob brown ribbon and had a scroll attached to it. I took it into the other section of the hotel room that I had claimed and unrolled the message.
