Location: Coruscant
Time: Midnight
It was a cold and rainy night. A single starship of unknown design was seen heading towards a single spire on the city world. The starship landed on the platform, catching the attention of two imperial senate guards. The guardsmen looked at each other and approached the starship as the ramp was dropped. The guardsmen raised their light pikes as someone stepped out of the ship. It was a male figure, dressed in black robes. The guardsmen were in shock as the individual walked right up to them.
"Emperor-"
But the first guardsmen was cut off as the two of them were choked out. The individual, this dark side warrior, walked between the guardsmen and entered the facility's spire. The dark warrior headed down a long hallway and arrived at a laboratory, and inside of this laboratory was a large tank of some kind, filled with a bubbly milk white liquid. Written on the tank was the words 'Project Avenger'.
The dark warrior approached the console and punched in a code, there was an alarm noise and the began to drain the liquid, revealing the contents inside: It was a young woman, but she seemed roughed up. She appeared to have a prosthetic hand and had some kind of device grafted to her chest. The glass tube went up, the tubes and oxygen mask that were connected to the young woman popped off her and she collapsed to the floor with a wet thud. The dark warrior looked down at her, but he did not say anything.
The young woman twitched and let out a sharp gasp before slowly getting to her feet and rubbing her eyes.
"You're alive," said the dark warrior.
"…Alive?" she asked slowly.
She looked at the dark warrior.
"Wait… Who are you?" she asked, "you… You are not my master… Nor the emperor…"
The young woman looked around.
"What happened? Where am I?" she asked.
She looked down at herself, more specifically at her prosthetic limb. The young woman grimaced and put her hand to her forehead as she was... Bombarded with memories.
"What made you so damn special!? Why was he never hard on you!? Why did he never punish you!? Why was he so soft towards you!? HOW COME YOU EARNED HIS DAMN FAVOR!?"
"…I told her the truth. The Sith had a hand in the downfall of the Jedi Order… They had a hand in the death of her father… My master."
"But should Lord Vader be lenient enough not to take your life for failing him, I'd like to leave you with a warning. If you ever come after me or Vaukel again… Your life is forfeit,"
"…You have failed me Inquisitor."
The young woman started letting out slow, deep breaths.
"…Did I die?" she asked slowly.
"Yes," said the dark warrior, "but it seems our master still has use for you it seems."
"Then how come he has sent you in his stead?" asked the woman, "you look like no Inquisitor I have seen."
The dark warrior was silent for a moment.
"Our master has been… Disposed of… As of today, I shall be the master," he said, "the new face of the Sith."
The woman looked at the dark warrior like he was insane.
"You dare to claim the title of Sith Lord?" she asked in shock and disgust, "you!? You're a nobody. A no faced disciple of the dark side! What gives you the right to claim that which you did not-"
But the woman was cut off as the dark warrior began to choke her out.
"I don't seem to recall asking for your permission, woman," he said, "I was trained by our master to become his new apprentice. And by all accounts, that makes me Sith. You on the other hand, are a lowly Inquisitor. A bloodhound. You have no power. No authority… Over me."
The woman dropped to the floor.
"Such…" she coughed, "such power…"
The dark warrior put his hands behind his back.
"As your master, you shall do as I command, and if you're lucky… You may yet complete your training," he said, "do you understand?"
The woman got up on all fours.
"Yes… My master," she said slowly.
"Good," said the dark warrior, "then put some clothes on and meet me at my ship. We have much work to do."
The dark warrior turned and left, leaving the woman to collect herself… And process what she had just been dropped into.

No words could describe the enormity of the battle going on at Kuat Drive Yards; eight imperial star destroyers had been destroyed in the battle, and ten Revanite escort cruisers had been destroyed as well. With the Aurora entering the battle, things had intensified and with good reason as the Revanites lacked the means to counter such a goliath-sized ship… Or at least… That's what the imperials presumed.
"Stay in formation, we need to make sure the boarding parties get to that dreadnaught in one piece," said Vaukel.
Three boarding squadrons were seen making a beeline for the Aurora while the Revanite flagships kept the enemy occupied by firing on them with their turbo lasers.
"You know, I was kind of hoping that the Aurora would sit out the fight until we at least took down half of the destroyers," said Vaukel.
"I thought we took out more than half," said Nectije.
"You know what I meant," muttered Vaukel.
Suddenly, a hail of cannon fire came from above and forced the fighter and interceptor escorts to start to break off a bit as three imperial TIE fighters flew right through the Revanite ships.
"Oh crap! What was that!?" exclaimed a Revanite pilot.
Vaukel looked to see what attacked the group.
"Crap," he said, "we got a Defender!"
"A Defender!?" exclaimed a Revanite pilot.
The TIE defender, piloted by Captain Kentrac Bralock, and the TIE wingmen, turned around and made a beeline towards Vaukel.
"That's the one," said Kentrac, "that's the one that took down twelve interceptors so far, after him!"
The defender opened fire.
"Crap!" Vaukel exclaimed as he broke off from the escort and took off.
Kentrac and his wingmen gave chase.
"Hang on commander, we'll give you a hand," said a Revanite pilot.
"NO! No, I've got this, continue the mission!" he ordered.
Vaukel looked over his shoulder and spotted the trio of TIE's on his back.
"Alright you son of a gundark, you want me? Come and get me," he growled.
Gripping the controls of his interceptor, Vaukel closes his s-foils and soars ahead. Kentrac and his wingmen gave chase, all while letting loose a hail of cannon fire. Vaukel made a hard right and headed towards one of Julsha's star destroyers.
"Master, are you busy?" asked Vaukel.
"Just… Got finished shooting down another imperial, what's wrong?" she asked.
"I need you to order the Huntress to fire on my position, I've got three on my tail, one of them is a defender," said Vaukel.
The comms were silent for a moment, but then Julsha spoke.
"Alright," she said.
Kentrac, who was still tailing Vaukel with his wingmen at his side, started spinning his fighter and spraying another hail of cannon fire. Vaukel gasped and dropped low, then he punched it.
"Vaukel, I gave the order, proceed to the Huntress," ordered Julsha.
"Got it," he said.
Vaukel looked over his shoulder.
"Alright imperial dogs, let's see you fly in a storm," he thought.
Vaukel headed towards the Huntress, Kentrac followed and continued trying to shoot the young man down. Julsha's flagship saw Vaukel's interceptor approaching and fired on him. Vaukel, took a deep breath and started flying through the storm of turbolaser fire, keeping his grip nice and loose and tapping into the Force to heighten his senses and reaction time.
"Incoming turbolaser fire!" barked one of the wingmen.
"Break off, I'll keep on him," ordered Kentrac.
The TIE defender and his wingmen broke off from each other, trying to avoid the incoming bolts. Vaukel looked over his shoulder and saw that Kentrac was still on him. A few of the turbolaser bolts grazed the wings of the imperial fighter; but otherwise, Kentrac still tailed him.
"I hate those shields," Vaukel thought bitterly.
Vaukel flew low, Kentrac stayed on the young man's back and let loose a burst of bolts.
"Dammit!" thought Vaukel.
"Vaukel, move to the right," said a voice.
Vaukel gasped and moved to the right as another interceptor came in and fired on Kentrac, forcing him to break off his pursuit.
"Nectije?" asked Vaukel.
"Who else?" chuckled the Twi'lek, "you okay?"
"I am now?" chuckled Vaukel, "what's the status on the boarding parties?"
"We lost three gunships, but they're onboard the Aurora," said Nectije.
"Good…" said Vaukel, "let's get that defender."
With both Revanites now working to hunt down Kentrac, onboard the Aurora, squads of Revanite commandos were engaged with imperial forces inside of the star dreadnaught hangar.
"Defensive formation!" barked Commander Lorgus Corive.
The Revanite gunship pilots were quick to move in a defensive formation, providing cover for the commandos, but allowing a few open spaces for them to take potshots at the imperials.
The hangar of the Aurora was filled with the sound of blaster fire and the explosions from thermal detonators; commandos and stormtroopers continued to mount casualties on both sides as these highly trained soldiers traded shots with each other.
"Don't let them through!" barked Sergeant Javrod Selblic.
Commander Corive motioned for two commandos to bring up rockets. The commandos came up and fired on the stormtrooper's defenses, blowing two large groups of them sky high. One of the Revanite commandos jumped onto one of the gunship turrets and started spraying bolts at the imperials, catching a good dozen of them by surprise and cutting them down while the rest tried to duck for cover.
Commander Corive looked around after firing off two quick bursts from his blaster rifle and saw something that caught his eye: An opportunity. Commander Corive whistled to five of his men and caught their attention, keeping his left hand low, he made a few signals to them, and they gave a nod.
The five commandos ducked low and moved to the right as the fighting began to intensify.
"Lorgus, this is Calnic, what's your status?" asked another Revanite commando.
"We're under heavy fire, but we're holding our position," said Lorgus.
"Continue to stand your ground, we're making our way to the dreadnaught," said Calnic.
"Understood," said Lorgus.
The transmission ended and Lorgus jumped right back into the fight.e fight./p
