09 Crazy Bitch

Mikan closed the door and sighed. She shook her head and mentally groaned. Natsume Hyuuga was certainly not Natsume Hyuuga. She didn't know how to put it but certainly, Natsume Hyuuga was not what he always portrays himself as. Unquestionably, he had a different side that she just recently found out. A different side that she would not had found out if she just knew him only by his name.

The man could laugh and played jokes. Stupid jokes, that is.

And he had such weird ways with words.

Mikan shook her head for the second time, trying to shrug off the images out of her system. She remembered how that grin slowly crept on his face when he asked her that ludicrous question. What would she give him if he were to leave Youichi alone? What would she give? What did he think she would give haaa? That stupid joke! Like she would give anything in return! What did he expect anyway?

She pushed herself off the door and started to walk down the hallway towards the door, connected to the main building. As soon as she passed the door, she felt a little bit strange. The hallways were filled with people, which is weird because this hallway is a connected building and not a place where students would gather and hang out. A few girls were lining up by the walls, heads bowed down a little, giving respect she thought. She recognized a few of them. They were under her wings back when she was AA kaichou. Mikan inwardly groaned and fought the urge to pull her hair in frustration. So the words got out huh?

She hurriedly walked pass them, giving them a warm smile and a little bow as well all the way. She needed not any more drama. As much as she wanted to greet them and asked how they were doing, she would have to pass that today. Her presence inside the academy should not be made known at all.

"Mikan Sakura!"

Mikan rolled her eyes. She knew that voice anywhere anytime!

And here comes the biggest drama of all.

She gritted her teeth.

Guess the news did get out fast.

She spun around and without a second, the said person charged towards her in a very incredible speed. She did not stop nor she slowed down. She came straight towards her like a lion came charging for its prey. Mikan's eyes bulged out when she realized they were about to crash.

And they did. So hard. And both fell onto the floor. With her body been pressed down.

Frozen, she was sprawled on the cold marble floor. She had thought she lost her senses because she couldn't feel her body at all but then the pain came. It hit her like a truck had slammed her. Her head hurt so effing much, she had to hold it and greeted her teeth.

Mikan groaned and cursed. "Shit Luna, what the hell was that for, you fucking mad woman!"

The girl looked down on her with her glaring eyes and both hands placed on the floor on each sides, cornering Mikan in the middle and below her. Her long strawberry blonde hair came flowing down, framing her beautiful shaped face. "Mikan Sakura, I see you're still alive and breathing."

Mikan glared back at her. Her pain already subsided but now she's effing mad. How could she just crash her like that? She wasn't a fucking truck for goodness's sake!

"Yes I'm still alive! What, are you trying to kill me just now? Effing hurt, you moron!" she yelled irritatingly. Her one hand reached for her hair and gripping it, she pulled it hard so that Luna's face came down to hers. Now that their eyes were in the same level, she glared at her with the most vicious one she had. "I swear, if you do it one more time, I'm going to cut your throat and you could forget having your face anymore!" she snapped.

Mikan let go of Luna's hair and pushed her aside. She scowled when the girl didn't move. "Get off, Luna."

Luna clasped her arms on her chest. She looked down at Mikan and smirked. "No."

"Get. Off. Now."

"I said no."

Mikan pinched one of her thighs under the skirt. Luna smacked her hands away and laughed. "You're such a kid, Mikan Sakura. Is that all you got?"

Mikan rolled her eyes at her. "You're such a brat, Luna. Stop calling me by my full name and effing get off me." She tried to wiggle free but man, Luna's thighs are no joke. They locked her down so tight. This girl never knew how to stop messing with her.

Luna watched her amusedly, trying to wriggle free like a chicken trying to get its neck free. When she saw that Mikan almost cry, she laughed and flicked her forehead. "That will teach you a lesson, wimp."

She got up, dusted her skirt and bent down to pull Mikan up. Mikan pouted and wiped her nearly tearing eyes. "You've gotten meaner," she whined.

"And you've gotten weaker. Can't believe Mikan Sakura now has become a complete sissy," Luna teased. She rubbed Mikan's head worriedly. "Does it still hurt?"

"Of course it does, you crazy!" Mikan spat and smacked her hand away. "Don't just jump on anyone, anywhere you please!"

Luna grinned sheepishly and pulled Mikan into a tight embrace. "Baka, I don't just jump on anyone. You know I only do that to certain people." She tightened her hug. "God, I miss you so fucking much, Mikan Sakura."

Kitsu, who stood behind Koko, who stood behind the wall and peeking, both looked at the entire scene with bulging eyes and gaping mouth. If possible, their mouths could fell and rolled on the floor already, with their tongues sticking out as the VIP red carpet along the hallway. Their minds were exploding and yet, they won't stop ticking and working like it was a factory on over time.

The most gibberish one ever entered their minds!

At first, when they first met and Luna came charging, surprising, yes, but that one was little to be expected because she wasn't the type to table talk if things didn't go her ways. Even if it's not to be expected that they knew each other even if both despised each other to the point that they ended up wrestling on the floor. That's probably Luna's ways in handling whatever the matters were.

But the truest unexpected was the turn out event; they laughed and hugged?

So Mikan Sakura and the most sadistic bitch in AA were friends?

Well, that's the horror.

No one really expected that.

Not Koko and Kitsu, the least.

Koko sent a horrid look to his friend and Kitsu return with the same expression. Seemed like the horror truth finally dawned on them; Mikan Sakura and Crazy Luna are closed friends. No one can really walked away with their two legs still intact when they did the inexcusable of calling Luna names. Surely everyone heard Mikan Sakura called her a moron. That was an enough reason for her to flip like a crazy bitch she was. But apparently, Mikan Sakura is still standing, perfectly fine. Obviously, Luna's sparing her life. Hence all the reasons concluded they're both close friends.

Does that mean Mikan Sakura's also a psycho bitch?

Oh the horror.

"Oh those two are friends hah?"

Kitsu and Koko immediately snapped their heads to the recognition of the voice and saw Natsume standing behind them, looking ever so emotionless with both his hands in his pockets. He didn't look too surprise. Well, having that said, Natsume Hyuuga hardly ever held any expression on his face, which kindly explained it all.

"Shit Natsume, she must be a psycho bitch too!" Koko exclaimed hysterically. For a mere guy, he's doing it perfectly right.

"Another crazy psycho bitch to add in the list," Kitsu silently groaned.

"Where's Ruka?" Natsume asked, looking around.

Both of them shrugged and turned to watch the two girls again. "After Mikan Sakura's kaichou came and talked to Principal Kazumi, we didn't see him at all." Koko squinted his eyes at the them before adding, "He disappeared I guess."

Natsume blinked but then furrowed his perfectly shaped eyebrows. "Mikan Sakura's kaichou?" Is it the girl who came to pick her up? The expressionless human being who stood at the infirmary door?

The two idiots shook their heads vigorously without turning their heads. Seemed like the scene playing before their eyes were more intriguing than conversing with Natsume. Then suddenly Koko flicked his fingers; he immediately remembered something. He glanced at Natsume before placing his arm on his friend's shoulder. "Ah right, you weren't in the room so you don't know her kaichou came right?" He neared his lips to Natsume's ears, whispering, "To be honest, I think her kaichou is a weird lady. A beauty, I dare say but she's like a living sculpture made from North Pole ice!"

Kitsu, who had been silently watching behind the walls—and who had been silently listening to his friends' whispering (not much of a whisper at all pfft) as well, spoke, "Though that idiot always make stupid exaggeration remarks, I have to agree on this one. If Mikan Sakura scared the shit out of me with her flying kicks, her kaichou's look alone scares the fucking daylight out of me." He pointed one finger to the front, where one girl now joined the two bickering girls. "See? She's scary."

Natsume pushed Koko's annoying hand away before turning to look at the said girl. A raven haired girl came approaching the two bickering girls. His first thought was correct; it was the girl who came by the infirmary. Hotaru, Mikan Sakura had called her. So based on what they had overheard from Principal Kazumi's room, this must be Hotaru Imai.

Hotaru came closer to the two girls who were in fact, didn't realized she was there at all, unlike the people around them. The minute she walked inside the connected building, people turned to look at her. Her sudden presence had caused a little stir—though as not much as Mikan had caused, since Mikan was the previous AA kaichou and she was just Mikan Sakura's genius best friend back then—she was as much popular as her, probably a little less though. But still, people looked up to her, assumedly why people are looking at her now. But now, with her current status as SA's kaichou, more people knew her.

"Can't you two be any louder?" She mockingly asked with her face in pure cold annoyance. Strange, Hotaru Imai could portray such a face?

"Oh Imai, I see you're still alive and breathing as well," Luna replied dryly.

Hotaru scowled. "Are you suggesting that I was dead? Did you receive an invitation to my funeral, Koizumi?" she countered back.

Luna snickered, "Wish I did though." She grinned mockingly.

Hotaru stared at her squarely in the eye. "You've become meaner and bitchier." A small smile appeared on her pale pinkish lips. "I like it."

"Of course, I'm the crazy bitch around here," Luna replied arrogantly. Surprising the people around them, she laughed her belly laugh and pulled Hotaru into a hug. "God, I miss your honest remarks, Hotaru." She padded her back before releasing her again with a warm smile. She knew Hotaru's boundary. She can survive a short hug but if she hugged longer, she doubted she can see properly after that.

Mikan, who stood beside them, pouted in response. "Mou, Hotaru that's hardly fair. When I tried to hug you, you always shoot me with your baka gun! Why can Luna hug you without getting pushed?"

"That's easy, everyone loves me!" Luna answered merrily in response with her full-blown wide smile, before getting a hit on her head with a book. She turned to glare at Hotaru. "The hell was that, Hotaru!?"

"Don't include me in that 'everyone', idiot," she replied coldly.

Luna started mumbling inaudible incoherent words while rubbing the back of her head. She glanced at Mikan and murmured, "Did she always magically carry something around to hit just about anyone at all?"

Mikan managed a mild nod before sensing Hotaru's piercing glare; she smiled sheepishly and looked away. Hotaru shook her head at her two friends' behaviors. "Come along now, Mikan. Another second in here, it'll be the death of me." She started tugging Mikan's shirt, about to leave.

"Ah which reminds me, why are you two here anyway? Rumors are going around like wildfire but I didn't really expect you guys would really be here," Luna spoke, holding the two in their tracks. Then she pouted with a sulky face. "You two are damn horrible, you know that? You guys just disappeared like that after leaving. And you don't even bother to check up on us at all!" she huffed irritatingly. "What's with the sudden appearance now?" Her stance changed to a accusing one; legs apart, hands folded on her chest, eyes narrowing in a glare.

"Luna, you know perfectly well why we don't come here anymore," Hotaru's cold voice pressed. Of course Luna remembered; anyone who was an AA student back then, knew. She watched as Hotaru glanced around in detest. "And even right now, I don't want to be here at all." Her amethyst eyes went back to hers and soften a little. "Mikan broke your kaichou's nose so I came as her kaichou to settle the matter." Then she gave her a small reassuring smile. "Don't worry. You'll be able to see her around here more often starting tomorrow." She bowed her head and turned around to leave.

Luna's mind carefully accessed Hotaru's words. What does she mean by that? When she finally understood, she raised both her perfectly arched eyebrows so high to the extent they went disappeared under her bangs. She grinned knowingly at Mikan. Mikan on the other hand, her brows furrowed. "What do you mean, Hotaru?" she asked the now retreating figure of her best friend. Pity, Hotaru was ignoring her and was about to leave her already. "Hotaruuu!"

Luna laughed her evil laughed and for a more dramatic effect, she flipped her hair while doing so. Mikan turned to look at her with a frown. "Spill it out, Luna. What does Hotaru mean?"

Luna stopped laughing but a wide wide grin formed on her red lips. She neared her face to Mikan's and put both her arms each on her shoulders. "It means, honey, you're going to do your punishment here in Alice Academy!" she exclaimed excitedly.

Mikan's frown deepened. Shit!

She flicked Luna's forehead and when she groaned in pain, she took the chance to push both her hands away. Sticking her tongue out, she spun around and made a run for it, following where Hotaru had disappeared. She needed to knock some senses into her best friend. Why would she have to undergo her punishment in AA? Out of some many places!

"Damn Mikan! You're going to effing get it when I meet you next time, baka!" she yelled across the hallway. Screw whomever gaping faces staring at her now! She scrunched up her nose irritatingly. No matter, she'll see her tomorrow. She smiled at the thought. She can't wait for tomorrow.

The three lads watched as Luna spun around and skipped towards the other route. She seemed happy—tremendously happy to be exact. Natsume leaned against the wall behind his other two friends and watched the retreating figure of Mikan Sakura, then he looked around. There were still some students left, who were just like them, watching for Mikan Sakura's figure to disappear from their eyes. He found it weird. All of them were girls.

Natsume acted nonchalantly when a few said girls passed them, giggling at the view of the three handsome boys leaning so casually against the wall. He couldn't but overheard what they were whispering excitedly about, thinking that they were already far from the hearing distance. "We'll get to see Sakura-sama again after this!"

Seemed like everyone had heard the entire story by now, he concluded. So Mikan Sakura will be around Alice Academy starting tomorrow? Her punishment must be placed at some certain place. Principal Kazumi won't just let anyone roam around the academy unintended. Then again, Mikan Sakura is not just about anyone. She's someone.

He watched as Kitsu stopped a passing girl—one among the girls who was at the connected building—asking about Mikan Sakura and Hotaru Imai. Her flinching small gesture didn't go pass Natsume's eyes unnoticed. But still, her response was, "both Sakura-sama and Imai-sama are people we greatly look up to." Then she quickly ran off after bowing her head.

Kitsu stopped another one and her response was almost the same. Koko, not really satisfied with the same answer, went off to talk with a group of chattering girls who had not left the place yet. When he brought out the question, the girls' voiced immediately died out. They all glanced at each other before one stepped out and answered almost the same response that the two previous girls had given.

Well, that's hardly something new. By the name they called the two, 'Sakura-sama', 'Imai-sama' obviously meant they really respected her. But why? They were from other school and they hardly had any connection with AA. But the output was the complete opposite. Natsume tapped his chin lightly, a sign he didn't realized he often did when he was thinking. It's like the girls were in a pact. But the girls, he observed, not all were in the same year as them. There were some higher and lower ones too.

Natsume pulled himself off the wall and started walking, ignoring the constant call of his two friends. Where? He didn't know where his feet were taking him but he knew well enough that his mind was whirling right now. Mikan Sakura.

She knew her way around the academy.

She knew Principal Kazumi—since they're on first name basis—and vice versa.

Umenomiya knew her—looked up to her even.

A large number of girls here knew her as well—also looked up to her.

Luna knew her and vice versa. That was crazy shit.

Hijiri knew Principal Kazumi and they're also on first name basis.

Principal Kazumi knew Hotaru Imai and they're on first name basis too.

Luna knew Hotaru Imai and vice versa.

Something had happened in the past that included Principal Kazumi, Mikan Sakura and Hotaru Imai—based on their argument in the office.

And that something, Hijiri didn't know at all—based on his rage in the infirmary.

Hotaru Imai detested AA and Principal Kazumi.

And the girls here refused to talk about Mikan Sakura and Hotaru Imai. Conclusion, they're in a pact.

And what the hell is Mikan Sakura and Youichi Hijiri's relationship anyways?

Natsume halted and turned around. He changed his route and headed to where he thought he would find the person who could help his interest right now. Guess he's finding Ruka first. He needed to know where exactly they placed Mikan Sakura for her punishment.

TBC.

A/N: Guys, I can assure you, Mikan Sakura is not a yandere. A psychotic bitch is far too extreme for her part. A threat will only be threat if it's not yet carried out so, no harm done.
