The gang were now making their way through the city, stopping at building after building, trying to figure out which one had the Stone Of Mirrors within it.
Asamad turned as he saw two very familiar figures, Bogel and Weerd, staring at him and the others from a few feet away, looking as if they were up to something as per usual.
He stared back at them for a moment, and they eventually walked away, fading from his view.
He then turned to face the others, and stopped in his tracks.
Shaggy was the first to notice that he stopped.
"Did something happen?"
"Bogel and Weerd are here, I'm afraid," he warned the others. "I just saw them."
Everyone gasped and stopped in their tracks now once he said that.
"They are here as well?" Vincent repeated.
"You have got to be kidding me," Jayden deadpanned.
"Those two are probably after the Stone Of Mirrors!" Daphne realized.
"Yeah, and there's no doubt that they still want to work for Asamad," Velma added.
"Rwe rhave to go rind rhem now then!" Scooby exclaimed.
"Wait, which direction did they go in?" Shaggy asked.
"Over there," Asamad told him, pointing to the right.
They all followed him, until they finally were in front of a tall building, and they noticed pieces of shattered glass scattered around the area.
"Wow, the Reflector Specter and his monsters have done quite some damage here already," Velma commented.
"And there's no doubt that he'll do an even worse amount of damage if he gets freed," Daphne added.
They then walked inside, still confused as to where the two ghosts went.
"So, where did they go?" Cheryl questioned.
Suddenly, they all gasped as the Reflector Specter himself appeared in front of them.
"Ruh-roh…" Scooby quavered.
"You!" he snarled. "I knew you would arrive here, but for what purpose, exactly?"
"We're here to put an end to your plan of getting that stone and being set free," Cheryl replied.
"Never! This time you won't be able to defeat me. Not with my monsters helping me with my plan."
"Don't you have Bogel and Weerd on your side also? In fact, where are they right now?" Jayden questioned.
The Reflector Specter looked at him.
"Yes, but they can't fail now that they're helping me obtain the Stone Of Mirrors," he said. "As for where they went, well, that is absolutely none of your concern."
"Well, you clearly haven't met them then," Flim Flam scoffed, with some of the others chuckling at that.
"Shut up!" the Mirror Demon ordered.
He then was about to say something else, but Asamad interrupted him.
"How dare you tell them to shut up!?" he fumed, with his eyes turning dark red and fire bursting all around him.
"Oh, I see. You're defending them. You really have changed, haven't you?" the Mirror Demon realized. "You used to have power over all, but now you are nothing."
"What did you just say to me?"
The Reflector Specter repeated what he said, and Asamad looked down on him in furious anger.
"Well, at least I haven't been trapped in both a mirror and a chest for all of these years!"
The Reflector Specter would've charged at him right then and there, but instead, he was stopped when a small piece of his mirror started to shatter, and he laughed evilly as he realized what it had meant.
Everyone exchanged confused glances at each other, not knowing what he was evilly laughing about.
"My mirror has begun to shatter, which means that my fellow monsters are getting closer to getting me the stone, which is hidden somewhere in this very building," the Mirror Demon explained. "You, however, do not have much time left until I will be permanently freed."
He then stared directly at Vincent.
"I will make you regret the very day that you have trapped me in this mirror very soon," he told him.
He then teleported away, leaving the others to talk amongst themselves for a moment as Asamad's eyes went back to their normal yellow color and the fire around him disappeared.
"Okay, so what are we going to do about this?" Flim Flam wondered. "This building is huge, so I really don't know how we're going to find the Stone Of Mirrors or find Bogel and Weerd before they get the stone."
"Yeah, and I don't want the Reflector Specter to make Vincent regret the day that he trapped him in that mirror," Shaggy gulped.
Vincent pulled out his crystal again, silently observing an image of a small blue stone for a moment, until he put it away and started speaking.
"Well, you do not have to worry about me regretting anything, Shaggy. As for the stone, it's on the secret floor, which is the 100th floor of this building," he told them. "We must go there right now since we have a limited amount of time before Bogel and Weerd or anyone else finds it."
Everyone nodded, and they all went to take an elevator upstairs to continue their search.
Meanwhile, Bogel and Weerd were watching them from a few feet away, hiding behind one of the plants near the windows.
"Did you just see that? The Reflector Specter's mirror is starting to shatter, which can only mean one thing… he's close to being freed for all of time. Which is exactly why we have to find the Stone Of Mirrors before Asmodeus, Van Ghoul, and those kids do," Weerd said.
"Sounds good to me!" Bogel exclaimed. "And if we're lucky enough, we will be able to steal the Chest Of Demons while they're busy trying to defeat the Reflector Specter and all of his monsters."
"Precisely, Bogel."
They then heard the Reflector Specter call out their names as he looked their way.
"Weerd! Bogel!"
"Yes?" Bogel responded.
"Quit hiding with each other and keep searching for the stone!"
"Of course, sir," Weerd replied.
They both stood up, and the two ghosts kept looking for the stone, and for the gang.
