Small Note: I apologize for not updating this story in, like, a month now, since I've been working on my rewrite of Sleep & Eternity. I will, however, be updating this story more often from this point on.

The gang were still in the elevator now, discussing the current situation with the Reflector Specter and The Stone Of Mirrors.

"Vincent, do you know if the Reflector Specter and his monsters are getting any closer to the stone yet?" Daphne asked.

Vincent pulled out the crystal ball from his cape and gazed into it for a moment before answering.

"It seems that they have gotten closer. They are on the 25th floor right now, and unfortunately, more parts of his mirror have begun to shatter already," he told her.

"Rhe 25th floor!? Ralready? Rep, re're running out rof rime," Scooby whimpered.

Daphne looked away and sighed as Vincent put the crystal back into his cape.

"Okay listen, maybe we still have time to get that stone before he, Bogel and Weerd, or his monsters do. Plus, his mirror isn't completely shattered yet. All we have to do is just wait until this elevator opens, which will probably be at any second now, and then we'll be able to prevent him from escaping his mirror."

"We do have time, but not enough of it for us to just be standing here. I mean, if the Reflector Specter is already on the 25th floor, imagine how long it will take before he gets to the 50th," Shaggy replied.

Suddenly, the elevator stopped, and everyone stood there in silence and confusion until Asamad spoke.

"What just happened?" the red ghost questioned.

"Guys, I think the elevator might have just stopped," Velma said.

"You have got to be kidding me," Cheryl deadpanned.

"No, it can't just suddenly stop right now! We have things to do!" Jayden exclaimed.

"We can still find a way out," Daphne assured him. "Shaggy, press the emergency call button."

Shaggy pressed the button, and everyone waited for a few minutes, but nothing happened.

"Well, that didn't help at all," Flim Flam commented.

"The button's probably broken, maybe we should press the other ones," Cheryl suggested.

She pressed the other buttons, and waited for a few more minutes, but yet, nothing happened once more.

"Great, we're stuck in here," Jayden exhaled.

Flim Flam looked up and raised an eyebrow.

"Maybe we could escape through the hatch up there?" he asked.

"I don't think we can do that, Flim Flam. None of us could fit through there," Velma told him.

"So then, what are we going to do now?" Shaggy wondered.

"I guess we'll just have to wait until the elevator starts back up again," Daphne answered.

They waited for some more time, until the lights started to flicker, and the power immediately went out.

"Rikes!" Scooby exclaimed.

"Now we can't even see anything," Cheryl sighed.

Vincent quickly pulled out the crystal ball once more and made it glow brighter.

"We can use the crystal as a light source."

"That's a good idea, thank you," Flim Flam said.

Asamad looked down for a moment.

"I have a feeling that this is all the Reflector Specter's doing," he admitted.

"Are you sure?" Daphne questioned.

"Yes. It's either him, some of his monsters, or Bogel and Weerd. No one else here would be responsible for this, especially in the middle of our situation."

"Well, we still don't know how exactly we're going to get out of here," Flim Flam pointed out.

"Ri rhave no doubt rhat he's reven closer to rhe stone now," Scooby added.

"Maybe Asamad or Vincent could break down the elevator doors with their magic?" Shaggy suggested. "I mean, it's either that or we all start yelling for help, but I doubt that anyone else will hear us at this point."

"Or we could try calling or texting someone for help first? If that doesn't help, then Vincent and Asamad are probably going to have to break down the doors," Velma replied.

She, along with Daphne, Cheryl, Flim Flam, Shaggy, and Jayden, pulled out their phones, trying to call and text for help, but something was wrong.

"Wait a minute, my phone has no signal," Cheryl told everyone.

"Yeah, mine doesn't have any either," Flim Flam sighed.

"There's none on mine, Shaggy's, Velma's, or Jayden's either," Daphne began. "Vincent, Asamad, is it okay if I ask at least one of you to please break down the doors for us?"

"I'll do it," Vincent said. He then turned to Asamad. "Just please make sure the others don't get too close to where I'm firing my magic."

"Of course," Asamad nodded.

Vincent went near the doors, and started firing his magic at them.

Within seconds, the doors began to crack, and the Reflector Specter, along with Bogel and Weerd, were watching all of this from his mirror.

"Look at these fools!" The Mirror Demon fumed. "Do they honestly think that they have a chance at getting the stone before me? Since Vincent Van Ghoul is breaking down the doors, I shall have to find another way to keep them from making it to the 100th floor."

"How will you do that?" Weerd asked him.

"Yeah, that warlock is really powerful. I mean, he is the reason for why you're stuck in this mirror in the first place," Bogel reminded him.

"I know that. Anyways, the two of you are going to steal the Chest Of Demons from them now, so that if they come near me again, they will not be able to capture me, while my monsters and I will continue our search for the Stone Of Mirrors. Once you steal the chest from them, they will focus on getting it back from you instead of getting the stone."

"Oh, so it will be a distraction for them as well. Wait… you're telling us that we get to steal the Chest Of Demons!?" Bogel exclaimed.

"Yes, but do not fail in doing so, or you will no longer be able to work for me or the rest of the ghosts. Am I clear?"

The two ghosts nodded.

"Good, now go!" The Mirror Demon ordered.

Bogel and Weerd then immediately fled from his presence, and the Reflector Specter continued his search for the stone.
