with plans to retire to Fiji the pirate Alastor wants to steal the book of peace from a ship of Syracuse but what he doesn't know is that the ship is lead by an old friends of his: Vaggie the princess of Syracuse. Vaggie tries to stop Alastor from taking the book using their friendship as a motivation to him, but it doesn't work so they ends up fighting for while until they are stopped by a sea monster.
the two of them joins force to kill the monster, but after the monster died one of its tentacles takes Alastor with it to bottom of the sea in where he meets with Helsa the goddess of discord who offers Alastor a tentative offer: to steal the book of peace for her and in return Helsa will make Alastor rich enough to buy the beach of his dreams. while doing the deal Helsa marks herself with an X on her left side to assure Alastor that she will keep her end of bargain and after the deal is done Helsa returns Alastor to the sea where he is saved by his crew.
later that day Alastor and his crew goes Syracuse in order to steal the book once more but Alastor stopped them from doing it so after he met with Vaggie and her fiancee Charlie an ambassador from Thracia, and that is when Helsa puts her plan into motion by stealing the book and blaming Alastor of doing it so.
on the trial against Alastor Vaggie takes his place in the sentence until he gets back with book but if he doesn't she will die in his representation.
with that the biggest adventure of Alastor begin where he will discover an even greatest treasure that jewels or gold: the love.
