(8 PM)
Bexley finally woke up in agonizing pain. But she couldn't remember why she was in that much pain or why she was even in
that alleyway in the first place. All she felt was pain in her head and her lower body.
"Ow... god..." she moaned, pressing her hand to her forehead. She'd been kicked in the head so hard that she couldn't see
straight, things looked blurry. She could tell that it was completely dark, the wind definitely picked up. The only light she could see was the street light, barely lighting up that alleyway.
"What? What happened?" she panted, looking around before down at her bare legs. The minute she looked down, everything hit her like running into a brick wall. Writing class, being ambushed, being kicked and punched, being touched, forced into a kiss, having her jeans pulled down, the pain of that soc being in her.
She now remembered each detail of it. That moment, she started sobbing. She didn't bother to wipe them away. What scared her the most was what that soc said to her before he kicked her in the head. This isn't over.
That's the last thing she wanted to hear. She wanted them to leave her alone. All she wanted was to go home and be with her brothers. They would be wondering where she was at.
She reached over to grab her jeans and underwear, her entire body screaming in pain. She bit her lip to keep herself from
crying out. After slipping both of them on, she grabbed a ledge that was on the wall to one of the buildings and tried to pull
herself up. She gritted her teeth as she pulled herself to her feet.
She staggered out of the alleyway, using the wall for support. There was only one problem, she had no idea where she was. She wouldn t be able to get home if she tried.
What was going to happen when she got home? She didn't know. Sure they would be worried, maybe even ask what happened. She wouldn't let them know what really happened to her.
There had to be a store somewhere that had a phone. She just wanted to forget what that soc had done to her. She could still feel that soc rubbing up and down her body, groping her, as she begged for him to stop, as she cried and screamed. She could hear the nasty words that he had said to her.
She staggered through the street, her body screaming with agony with each step. She didn't see a pothole in the street and she
ends up tripping over it.
"OW! Agh!" she cried out, pain shooting up her entire body again. Tears flooded her eyes as she started crying again. Through her tears, she could see a diner about 20 feet from her.
She painfully pushed herself up to her feet and staggered her way to it. Thankfully that diner was still open, all the lights were on. Opening the door, she was blinded by the bright light. Other than
herself, a young man in her 20s was in there.
"Welcome to-" he started before seeing the rough shape Bexley was in.
"Oh my god, what happened to you, miss?" he said in shock, dropping the rag on the bar. "I.. I got beat up..." she lied partially. "Is there somebody I could call for you?" the guy asked, walking around the counter.
"M-My brothers... they don't know where I am.. I don't even know where I am.." she replied, hugging her abdomen, trying to not shake. The guy nodded and went to the phone. "What's the number?" he asked, holding the phone up to his ear.
Bexley told him the number before she made her way to the bathroom. She could hear the guy talking into the phone just
before she walked into the dimly-lit bathroom. She almost threw
up when she looked at herself in the mirror.
Her eyes were red and puffy from crying, her face was covered in dried blood from not only getting punched and kicked, but from also getting hit with a wooden baseball bat.
She washed the blood off from her face and saw that she looked a little better. Man, if her face looked this bad, she didn't want to know what her entire body looks like..
She walked out of the bathroom, and back to the dining area. "You're brothers weren't there, but someone else is coming to get
you," the guy behind the bar said, leaning on the bar top.
"W-Who?" Bexley asked. "Some guy named Two-Bit? Is that his real name?" he asked. "N-No... Keith is his real name... he hates it though..." she answered, trying to smile.
"Ah, I see. He'll be here soon. Do you want something to eat or drink while you wait? You won't have to pay for it," the guy said.
Her throat did feel dry because of her screaming the whole time she was fighting that soc off. "Some.. pepsi..." she said, starting to sob. She kept it hidden very well though.
"Okay, go take a seat and I'1l bring it out to you," he said, going into the kitchen. Tears streamed down her bruised cheeks as she
went to a booth. When she sat down, she started to sob.
She buried her face in her crossed arms, and kept on crying. She couldn't believe that she had been raped by that soc. She never believed that it would ever happen to her..
As if losing her parents, witnessing a murder, having to hide out, losing two of her friends in one night wasn't traumatizing enough, this happens... Could it get any worse?
The employee brung out the Pepsi in a glass and brought it to her. "Here you go," he said, rubbing her back. The minute
touched her, she freaked out. No, don't touch me!" she shouted in panic, backing away from him quickly.
He instantly backed off. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to frighten you," he said respectfully. She started shaking às she curled up in
a ball, sobbing hysterically. "Leave me alone! " she blurted, sounding more harsh than she intended.
The guy could sense her distress and didn't want to upset her even more. "Okay, just let me know if you need anything," the
guy said, going back to the bar. What had he done to cause her so much distress?
After about 10 minutes, Bexley had calmed down enough to where she could drink her pepsi. She then hears the sound of Two-Bit's car pulling up in front of the diner. Her heart jumped into her throat because it sounded like the soc's mustang. She saw the yellow headlights illuminating inside of the diner before
they switched off.
Two-Bit quickly got out of his car, slamming it shut behind him.The rusty-haired greaser bolts into the diner hurriedly. He looked over to the booth Bexley was sitting at and noticed that she didn't jump up to greet him.
He saw that she looked afraid of something. "Bexley? he said, walking over to her, "It's me, Little Sister," Bexley glanced up at him, better showcasing the bruises.
"Jesus... what the hell happened to you?" he gasped, sitting next to her. S-Socs.." she muttered. That was all he needed to
know. He felt guilty for not picking her up; he should've stayed at least.
"Do you want to stay at my place for a little bit? Darry and them aren't at your house. They would feel relieved that you're with a close friend," Two-Bit suggested. Bexley glanced up at her friend. She trusted Two-Bit; he wouldn't hurt her.
She nodded carefully, her head still hurting. "Okay... let's go," he replied, hesitating of touching her. He noticed just how tense she became when he touched her and her breathing hitched in her
throat.
He picked her up bridal style from the booth, out of the diner, and placed her in the passenger seat of his car. He then drove out of there.
