"You get to have happy-meals all the time, along with uncle Howie getting you new toys?" Casey said.
She was in Darci and Howards's apartment while her dad and Lylla had went into another dimension and bringing her a surprise which the female-kit was curious about and guessing what it could be making Linda and Shocket brag about what Howard let them do and eat which made Casey annoyed because at her apartment, she ate normal dinners excited, hearing they would be having that for dinner as her parents woukdn't be back until morning making her hope that they were okay, seeing Mork, Lindas's new brother sleeping seeing Shocket scowl at this.
"Let'sgo do something that Mork can!t play you know?" Linda assured her seeing Casey sigh, asking Darci if she was alright and just wanting to hang out with her makijg Darci understand,, that Casey found it hard to play with Linda andShocket because it ledto trouble so just decided to stay out of their fur like at school noticing how cute Mork was seeing Darci agreeing, saying Shocket didn't agree.
"I guess she's not used to infants, you know?" Casey saidsoftly yet shyly knowing her teacher had talked to her parents about her shyness around others but she had autistic traits, which her dad had said to her teacher hearing Howard home and was ordering takeout making Casey smile at this, hoping Shocket would not be too upset along with Linda hearing her uncle asking her, why shewas not with Linda and Shocket which made Casey quiet.
"She'sbeen keeping me company, alright Howard?" Darci said to him.
Linda and Shocket then came out of their room happy to see Howard hugging him which made Casey happy yet sad, even though she knew Ranger and Riley would be back to pick her up, she missed her parents but was pushing thosethoughtsaside so was telling Howard what she wanted to eat unaware Darci sensed something was off with the female-kit, despite Casey telling her she was alright as she taught kindergarten at Avengers Campus with her best friend, Jane Foster.
"Sweetie, are you missing your parents right now, as you've been hanging out with me and Mork all afternoon and you got a little sad seeing Linda and Shocket hugging Howard when he came home." Darci said to her hearing knocking on the door opening it seeing Ranger and Riley come in, relieving Casey as she didn't want to talk about how she was feeling right now seeing Shocket happily tackle Ranger to the floor, worrying Darci despite Casey grinning and Riley giggling confusing Darci.
"She's being careful, don't worry Darci." she reassured the female duck as after a few moments, Shocket let her uncle up chuckling along with Ranger telling her her wrestling skills were improving seeing a worried look on Darci's brown feathered face, she didn't know her furry step-daughter was into wrestling as Shocket didn't really talk to her that much, which Ranger and Riley understood telling her that she had to gain Shocket's trust first which made Darci worried even more.
"Hey sweetie you alright, you seem realky quiet, is everythijg okay?" Rikey said to Casey seeing her nod, her eyes widenijg hearing her dadhad phoned her aunt saying he and Lylla would be back by morning with the big surprise which made an anxious expression appear on Casey's brown-furred face so she and Ranger had a lot on their paws tonight, when they and Casey returned to Lylla and Rocket's apartment after dinner deciding maybe ice-cream might help.
Back at Lylla and Rocket's apartment, Casey was excitable seeing Ranger handing her a tub of Ben and Jerry's and a spoon knowing she might be rambunctious but it was making her feel better about missing her parents which Riley understood seeing Lylla whatsApping her and Ranger
"Wow, the big surprise is an new sister, that's so awesome, what's her name?" Casey asked her parents the next morning after she had woken up seeing her parents home with a shy female otter cub hiding behind Lylla and Rocket's backs which she with Ranger and Riley thought she was adorable seeing them agreeing with them.
"It'sokay Lyllie, come meet your big sis, Casey along with your aunt Riley and your uncle, Ranger." Rocket reassured Lyllie, seeing her come out from hiding seeing Casey being gentle finding her new sister adorable guessing she had autistic traits like her, seeing Lylla and Rocket agreeing seeing Lyllie being shy, which they thought sweet deciding to make breakfast especially King Cherry pancakes which made Casey happy and Lyllie smile shyly at her which relieved both Lylla and Rocket that things would be okay.
