The Aftermath
Tekken Rebel Force Main Camp, Tokyo Harbor, Tokyo, Japan…
Lili had no idea what just happened. She just witnessed what she considered her dearest friend just disappear right in front of her eyes while chasing after Kazumi Mishima with Jin Kazama as a hostage. And even Ling Xiaoyu followed the three of them inside a large portal that disappeared in plain sight. It felt like Lili was watching a movie, but this was no movie. This really happened.
She continued her live stream. The reactions from her fan base was just as baffling as her own. Eventually, Lili was getting weary even after eating a meal from the nurse. She still could not leave the tent on her own and it was guarded by soldiers from the outside. Lili had to tell the audience that she would come back as soon as she slept for it was in the middle of the night now.
Then morning came. Lili was still asleep, but there was a lot of commotion coming from outside her tent. She got up from her bed despite still being lightheaded. When Lili stepped outside, there were many people gathering towards the main commander tent. Lili followed the soldiers her patient outfit. She ignored the soldiers who told her to put on some better clothes and the pleas to return back in her tent. When she finally made it to the commander tent, she couldn't believe her eyes!
Lili: "Asuka! Xiaoyu! You're alive!"
Asuka Kazama and Ling Xiaoyu were just arriving at the Tokyo Harbor after coming back into the physical world. Their clothes were dirty and torn in some places. By the time Lars came out of the tent, he noticed Asuka collapsed on one knee, stopping herself. Xiaoyu places both hands on her knees after she stopped, breathing for air. Lars then raised his voice.
Lars: "Get these two inside quickly and find some stretchers!"
Nearby soldiers: "Yes sir!"
Lili: "Asuka! Xiaoyu! I'm so glad you to two are back!"
Asuka: "Lili?"
Lars (Steps forward in between the girls.): "Now wait a minute! Lili you should be in your tent still!"
Lili: "I know! I know! But the commotion made me curious and I am just happy to see my girls back alive again!"
Lars: "At any rate you should remain in your bed."
Lili: "But not by myself! Please!" (Big eyes.)
Lars (Sighs.): "Follow me."
10 minutes later…
Lili: "Asuka! Xiaoyu! You have to tell me what happened with you two!"
Lili, Asuka, and Xiaoyu were all temporarily resting in stretchers inside the commander tent with the privacy of some partitions. Lars sat in the opposite direction of the ladies for he too wanted to know about were Xiaoyu and Asuka went after they disappeared inside the large portal Kazumi Mishima created at the top of the Mishima Zaibatsu Central Tower. Just how did they managed to reenter the world and survive? And where was Jin? What happened to him? Lars and Lili really wanted to know.
Asuka ( Sighs.): "I really don't feel like it. Xiaoyu…you tell them."
Xiaoyu: "It was crazy what we went through. But as for Jin. We were able to save him from Kazumi and he helped us fight against her. But…" (Whimpering.)
Lars: "But? Just take your time Xiaoyu."
After two minutes passed, Xiaoyu composed herself and said…
Xiaoyu: "When Jin and Asuka stopped Kazumi, Jin managed to summon enough ki to open a portal back into the physical world. When me and Asuka stepped out, that's when Kazumi came back. She tackled Jin. Jin lost his balance and I saw them fall off the rocks before the portal began to disappear. So Jin is still there!"
Lili and Lars were dumbfounded…
Asuka remained quiet, but was also disappointed at the outcome…
Lars (Breaking the silence.): "So he is trapped inside that world, or whatever it is. But he is not dead right?"
Xiaoyu (Shrugs): "I don't know. I hope he isn't."
Lars: "Then do not worry. He will get out that place."
Asuka: "How can you be so certain?"
Lars: "Because, whether he likes it or not, he has the power of Hachijou blood. He has it in his blood to get out of that place. It may take some time, but knowing Jin he will come back into this world. I don't believe he wants to be trapped in that place Kazumi put him in."
Lili: "I'm a little confused here. What is the Hachijou blood? Did I say that right?"
Lars: "The Hachijou blood is the source of Jin Kazama's power to become a Devil like creature. His grandmother, Kazumi Mishima, has the same ability. It is because of her, he and Kazuya have the ability to become devils in the first place."
Lili: "Really? I guess that explains why we never saw Heihachi become one of those things."
Asuka: "Yup."
Lili: "But as long as Jin is alive or he comes back, then this bloodline will still exist. Are you all not worried that this threat could happen again?"
Xiaoyu: "Jin is no threat! He won't harm anyone else ever again!"
Lili (Surprised.): "Xiaoyu. I."
Xiaoyu: "You don't know him like I do! He is not crazy! He's gentle!" (Puts herself in a ball position, hiding her face on the knees.)
Lars breaks the silence again…
Lars: "He will come back soon. That I am sure, but look on the bright side. The missile crisis has been averted. It's a new day and all of us are okay! Wow…that actually rhymed." (Chuckle.)
Asuka: "Really? Who stopped the missiles from launching?"
Lars: "It was from someone I never thought would help us out. To think we have to thank her for saving the planet from complete destruction is just so ironic."
Asuka: "Ehhh…you don't wanna tell us?"
Lars (Sighs.): "It was Anna."
Asuka: "Anna?"
Xiaoyu (Peeked her head out.): "What?! Anna Williams? Her!"
Lars (Bummed.): "Yeah. Anna Williams."
Xiaoyu: "No way! But how?"
Lars: "She managed to make it to the missile launch site on Ito Island and cut off the wiring to stop the firing of the missiles. But, she couldn't have figured it out without Julia Chang's message. So maybe that's giving Anna too much credit."
Lili: "That's remarkable. I'm just happy all of this is over now. Say! Why don't we go celebrate in my tent? I want to tell my fans that everything is going to be alright!"
Asuka: "Huh? Wait a minute!"
Lili: "We must do this! The fans need to know that you and Xiaoyu are safe and sound! If not, then bad rumors will spread that you are dead! We can't have that! Lars is that ok?"
Lars: "Oh yeah. That's fine. You should all recover and have fun together. I'm going to be at the mess hall tent and let my troops know just how proud I am of their hard work out there. Let's get you guys over to Lili's tent."
Asuka (Mumbles.): "Dammit."
Sometime later…
Lili on her laptop: "Bonjour! It is I once again Lili Rochefort, and let me switch my camera!" (Points it at Xiaoyu, Panda, Miharu, and Asuka.) (Panda and Miharu just entered the tent after finding out Xiaoyu came back.) "Do you all see that? All of us survived! We did it! We stopped the missiles! Hooray! Say hello everyone!"
Every girl except Asuka waives at the laptop…
Lili: "Asuka! You should feel more happy! Don't be a sour puss!"
Asuka: "Tch. Whatever." (Folding her arms.)
Lili: "Such insolence! But no matter!" (Switching the camera back to her.) "I am glad we all survived that awful day yesterday! I just wanted to come live and let everyone know that we are here and we all love you so much!"
Some chats start to pop up…
Lili4Prez: "Lili! Like OMG you are okay! We are ok! Hooray!"
Inkling: "Hello Lili!"
IWantTheWarToBeOver: "We are all survivors!"
SpoliedBratGirl: "Did I just see Xiaoyu, Panda, Miharu, Lili, and Asuka all together?"
Lili: "Yes we are all here! We are just hanging out and so happy that we can live another day! You guys have any questions? Say are you girls hungry?"
Panda (Growls): "Yeah I think I would like some fish."
Lili: "Huh?"
Miharu: "Where can we get food Lili? Panda said she wants fish."
Lili: "I'm not allowed to enter the tent, because of my concussion. So I can call my nurse to come tend to us. I just press the button on this remote control and he will be right over."
Back in the chat…
ProudPervet: "Will you all take off your tops?"
FenderBender: "Why are you guys in a tent?"
CatchThisFade: "Looking fine as ever Ms. Rochefort."
NeedsMoreLili: "What will you guys eat?"
Lili: "We don't know yet!" (Laughs.)
XplosiveClips: "Why are you in a hospital gown?"
Lili: "I'm hurt Monsieur Xplosive! I had a concussion."
Lili4Prez: "So are the other girls hurt too?"
Lili: "Well its just me, Asuka, and Xiaoyu. We had a hard fight yesterday. Me and Asuka fought this gigantic man, and I don't know how I survived that fight, but I was saved by Alisa. Speaking on which, where is Alisa?"
Miharu: "She's getting looked at by Violet System engineers. So Lee Chaolan has her."
Lili: "Oh I see."
The Male Rebel Nurse comes inside the tent…
Male Nurse: "I'm here Ms. Rochefort! Um hello?" (To everybody else.)
Lili: "Good! Good! You are here! Alright ladies! Tell him what you want to eat!"
Xiaoyu (To the nurse): "Do you have yaki soba?"
Miharu: "I want takoyaki!"
Panda: "Salmon fish!" (Growls.)
Male Nurse: "Whhhhoooaaaaa!" (Scared.)
Xiaoyu: "I'm sorry mister! Panda behave yourself!"
Panda (Head down.): "Sorry."
Male Nurse: "What's a Panda doing here of all places?"
Lili: "Oh don't worry about her! She's actually cranky because of her hunger!" (Giggles.)
Male Nurse: "Uhhh do tell. So…what do you want to eat Lili?"
Lili: "A greek salad please with croutons on the side!" (To Asuka) "Asuka aren't you hungry?"
Asuka: "Just get me a burger, fries, and a soda."
Lili: "Well that's not very healthy after such a hard fight."
Asuka: "I need the calories. So shove it!"
Lili: "Oh!"
Male Nurse: "I'm gonna need a pen and paper for this. This is a lot to remember."
Sometime later…
Male Nurse: "I'm back everybody! Sorry for the delay!"
Lili: "Yay! We have our meals!"
All of the girls took their meals from the Male Nurse. There wasn't enough for them to eat inside the tent, so Panda ate her fish back outside. Miharu went with Panda. Xiaoyu, Asuka, and Lili remained in their stretchers. Then Lili wanted to talk with both girls about some things the fans wanted to know about. But that would be easier said than done.
Lili: "So do you ladies want to answer questions from my fans?"
Xiaoyu: "About what?"
Lili: "About your reasons here or how did you fight that Devil lady! Kazumi is her name yes?"
Asuka: "It wasn't just us. It was Jin who helped too."
Lili: "Really? Care to go into more detail Asuka?"
Asuka: "No. Not really." (Biting her hamburger.)
Lili: "Asuka please?"
Asuka ignores her while drinking her water…
Xiaoyu: "Well, fighting against her was one of the most fearful things I have ever had to deal with."
Lili (Turns her camera over to Xiaoyu.): "Really?"
Xiaoyu: "We were in a world where it was nothing but floating rocks and molten lava everywhere! I helped Asuka to attack Kazumi but then Kazumi grabbed me by my neck and tossed me over to another floating rock and I must have hit my head. That's how I lost consciousness. I didn't remember anything after that. So please forgive me."
Asuka: "Yeah she did toss you and you bumped your head. When Jin saw that, he was really pissed."
Lili: "And then what happened Asuka?"
Asuka: "What do you think? Me and Jin worked together, and we beat that lady's ass!"
Lili: "Uh huh. And everyone in the chat, just so you know. Jin was trapped inside that place where Asuka and Xiaoyu escaped from. So he is not here sadly."
Everybody in the chat was asking if Jin Kazama died or will he ever come back to reign terror into the world…
Lili: "For the ladies sake, I hope that he is alive. And maybe he can be a changed man and do positive things instead of harmful things like his relative tried to do yesterday."
Miharu and Panda re-enter the tent…
Panda (Growling.): "What's with the commotion?"
Miharu: "Panda said what are you guys talking about?"
Lili: "Oh just letting the people know about where all you guys were. Don't worry." (Nervous laugh.)
Miharu and Panda look at each other and then shrugged…
Lili: "Anyway, where were you two while Xiaoyu and Asuka were fighting Kazumi?"
Miharu: "Huh? We were with Xiaoyu until we rescued Jin. Panda here had to fight that robot thing with our friend Mr. Smith."
Lili: "Who is Mr. Smith?"
Miharu: "He traveled with us from China. Well, he's actually American, but he is good friends with Xiaoyu's Grandfather. But right now, I think he went to speak with commander Lars alone. So you can meet him at some point. He looks scary, but he's actually very nice!"
Lili: "Oh very interesting indeed. Well…as soon as the doctor comes to check on us. I'm getting out here!"
Xiaoyu: "Where are going?"
Lili: "Uhhh…I guess I will go back home and tell my father about Sebastian."
Asuka: "Oh yeah. The butler."
Xiaoyu: "Oh no. Did he die?"
Lili: "Yes." (Weeping.)
Xiaoyu: "I'm so sorry to hear that."
Panda (To Miharu): "Who is Sebastian?"
Miharu (Whispers): "It's the old man who worked as Lili's butler. Always wearing a suit remember?"
Panda: "Ohhhh."
Lili: "Forgive everybody! But I will have to end the stream! Ohhh Sebastian!"
