Dragon Ball Universe, 5:45 A.M., West City
West City used to be where the Capsule Corporation was located at. Now, it is no longer there as it was replaced by Ashtomb Work Camp. Ashtomb is a prison camp where criminals and enemies of the Assembly of the Wicked. It earned its name as the city is covered in ashes thanks to the bombs that the Assembly of the Wicked used to either killed or drive out the heroes or rebels that were staying there. Now, it is under the rule of Frieza. The city is protected by Frieza's underlings and drones and robots from the Assembly of the Wicked. Underground, there is a huge engine that is powered by cosmic energy as it gives the city power and is guarded by 10 of Frieza's underlings
Today is the day when Jay-Jay is going to liberate the city. He is currently with four groups that are going to help Him liberate this city.
On the north side, we have Kaguya Shimomiya equipped with a bow and have a group of archers and gunslingers that is gonna provide cover fire.
On the south side, we have Mirei equipped with a sword and have a group of melee weapons users as they gonna draw the most attention from the army.
On the west side, we have Hiei and have a group with heavy weapons as they plan on giving the enemy army nothing but pain.
On the east side, we have Jay-Jay and his group equipped with robes and spell totems as they gonna support the other groups.
"We are in position," Mirei said over the comm
Jay-Jay tapped in His comm, "Excellent. Kaguya, that's your cue,"
"Got it, boss," Kaguya said as she pulled her bow back and holds her breath. She aims it at a propane tank and she fires the arrow. Hitting the propane tank and causing it to explode. Hellfire unleashed from the tank and created a perfect distraction as the underlings and drones begin to investigate what happened. The south side knew it was their time to execute their part of the plan as they silently moved towards the city. Once they made it, they begin attacking the underlings and the robots. This catches the enemy army off guard as they try to counter-attack but thanks to the weapons and the training Jay-Jay's give them, they were too fast to be counter-attack as Mirei and her group were not letting up as their attacks were precise and quick.
Now that the south side has the enemy army's attention, the west side begins moving in and started unleashing everything they got 'Damn! Another one?!' All of the enemy army thought as they were starting to get overwhelmed by the sudden attack on their city. The north side begins to fire at the enemies as the south side and west side were now on the ground and fighting. The plan is coming along nicely as all the groups were doing their part. Jay-Jay moved to the city to help as the rest of the east side decides to stay put as they weren't now as the groups only suffer minor injuries from the attack. Once some of the underlings saw that The Rebellious One is here, they immediately throw their weapons to the ground and quickly kneel down to surrender as they know they don't have a chance of beating Him. While others made a beeline towards Jay-Jay as they saw it as their chance to earn glory and fame or a promotion. Sadly for them, Jay-Jay swiftly knocks them out. He moved across the battlefield quickly, and make short work of the underlings and robots.
After a couple of minutes, all their enemies were knocked out and their job here is done. Shorter than they expected too.
"I was expecting more of a challenge," Hiei said in a disappointed tone. He was expecting a long and brutal battle. He can't be too mad as he was here to free his Mukuro from this hellhole and he gonna do exactly that
"This went better than I expected," Mirei said, surprised they managed to liberate the city with no casualties and barely with any injuries on all their groups
"Everyone tied them up and we free the prisoners," Jay-Jay said as He begin to tie everyone up with everyone nodding and going to work.
The north side and the east side made it down to the other groups' location once they saw the coast is clear.
"Good work today everyone," Jay-Jay said causing everyone to be happy at His praise, "Now, Kaguya, Mirei, and Hiei come with Me to the prison while the rest keep watch and alert us when there is an enemy group coming towards this city." Everyone nods as Jay-Jay begins to walk the prison with Mirei, Hiei, and Kaguya following suit.
They made it to the prison and walked through the gates as they saw prisoners coming out their sides once they saw who it was. The prisoners have smiles on their faces or shocked looks on their faces as they never thought The Rebellious One will free them from their torment. The prisoners begin to slowly walk towards Jay-Jay. The prisoners kneeled down to the ground once they were closed
"My king...I never thought You would come," An elderly said with his voice slowly breaking as he couldn't that he will be free from the prison and the Assembly of the Wicked
"Oh, Rebellious One. How can we ever repay this debt?" A teenage girl asked as she feels grateful that the Fates listen to their prayers and sent their savior
"There is no debt to repay," Jay-Jay said in a soothing tone, "Listen up, I may have freed you, but the Assembly of the Wicked is gonna want y'all back. I'm gonna teleport all of you to my dimension so y'all won't be captured. Understand?" The prisoners' nodded as they stopped kneeling and stand back up. Jay-Jay teleport them all to His dimension and looked at Hiei, Mirei, and Kaguya, "Let go find y'all, partners." He said as He begin inside with the others following Him.
Inside
The four are walking and looking around for Miyuki and Mukuro. They are also on guard in case some bastard manages to escape the battlefield and is waiting to ambush.
Kaguya can't wait to find Miyuki as she was ahead of everyone except for Jay-Jay. It's been 13 years since she has last seen him. She remembers the day when they finally decided to get together and it was the day before Jay Jr.'s wedding. Sadly for them, Beretta attacked during the wedding and severely injured a lot of people there. He left when he was bored as none of them could challenge him. The people of Omega Omnisphere saw this as a war brewing and rightly so as Beretta and the Assembly of the Wicked begin attacking important locations and taking down powerful armies. Jay Jr. declared war on the Assembly of the Wicked after 3 days they begin attacking. Kaguya and Miyuki were sent to defend different locations. They weren't worried about it as they thought they were gonna each other in no time and the war will end as soon it started. Turns out, they were wrong as the Grand War lasted 5 months and it was always in the Assembly of the Wicked favor. After they won, they came taking down old buildings and replacing them with prisons, military bases, and statues of Beretta and other members. Kaguya managed to escape when they came for her location, but Miyuki wasn't so lucky as they caught him and kept him as a prisoner for 13 years. She wanted to cry once she heard the news, but she couldn't as she lost her best friend, Ai Hayasaka, during the same friend and Chika Fujiwara was sent to be a concubine for Beretta. Now, things are different as Jay-Jay is winning this war so far and He doesn't have any plans on stopping anytime soon.
Hiei was a different story as he was nervous to see Mukuro again. Three years ago, the two had a huge fight and it caused Mukuro to run off. Hiei went looking when she didn't return one hour later as everyone knows this is a dangerous world to be in as a hero or rebel. He looked for her for 3 weeks before he found out that the Assembly of the Wicked captured her. He wanted to go and free her from their clenches but Claire and Mike managed to talk him out of it. He decides it would be better to plan this out as he knew it was a suicide mission to go without a plan. Wait... it's still a suicide mission to go in with a plan, but that never mattered to Hiei as he rather dies trying to save Mukuro than still be around and do nothing about it. He never execute the plan as he too was captured for the Assembly of the Wicked for 5 months before Jay-Jay managed to free him. Now, he going to free Mukuro and apologize to her.
Mirei is just happy to help her friends.
"Is...that...you...Kaguya?" A malnourished man with blonde hair asked
"Miyuki!" Kaguya shouted as she and Jay-Jay rushed to him, "Yes, it me! It's gonna be okay. You are gonna be free now." Kaguya examined his body and it hurts her to see him as he look like he hasn't eaten in weeks and he lost his right hand. He also has bruises all over his body, "Jesus, I knew these bastards were cruel, but to do you like this...is inexcusable."
Miyuki takes a good look at his beloved as he sees that Kaguya has grown and the years have been kind to her, "Still...look...beautiful...as...ever," Kaguya blushed at his compliment. Jay-Jay crouches down and puts His hand on Miyuki's abdomen and he was covered in a glowing aura. After a couple of seconds, the aura died down and Miyuki is fully healed. Miyuki suddenly feels replenished as he setups and looks at his body, he gains his weight back and saw his right hand is back. He couldn't believe it as he begin to cry tears of joy.
"You're safe now," Jay-Jay said in a soothing and reassuring tone as Miyuki looked at Him, "Don't worry about being under the Assembly of the Wicked anymore. Their reign has run long enough and it is time for it to end." Jay-Jay stands up, "The name is Jayvon Jayson, but most people called Me Jay-Jay."
"The name is Miyuki Shirogane," Miyuki said as he stands up with Kaguya helping him, "Thank You. How I can ever repay this debt?"
"There is no need for that," Jay-Jay said with a dismissive wave, "Just enjoy your freedom."
Mirei is happy that one of her friends is reunited back with her beloved while Hiei looked around for Mukuro. He exited the cell and wandered around the prison to find Mukuro. After a couple of minutes of looking, he couldn't find her and this worried Hiei as he walked back to the cell.
"I thought Mukuro was here," Hiei said in a slightly worried tone as he looked at Mirei, "Your sources said she was here. So where is she?"
Before Mirei can answer, Miyuki beat her to it, "She was. The men took her when they saw the place being attacked."
Hiei walked towards him and looked at him in the eye, "Do you know where she is?!"
"They say they were taking her to Wakanda," Miyuki answered, "That's all I know." Hiei nods and was about to head to Wakanda, but Mirei stopped him
"I know how you feel Hiei, but this is a rash decision," Mirei said in an understanding but firm tone, "Think about this-" She didn't get to finish her sentence as Hiei pushed her away
"I made my decision. She needs my help," Hiei said in a dark tone he takes his teleporter and activates it. A portal opens up to the Marvel Universe and he jumps in it.
"Mirei and Kaguya stay here and keep this city safe. I go after him and help him," Jay-Jay ordered as Kaguya and Mirei nodded. Jay-Jay teleported after Hiei.
"...You two aren't gonna stop Him?" Miyuki asked in a worried tone as he knows that Wakanda is ruled by Thanos and Zeldox now
Kaguya shrugs, "No. He takes down Nightmare Bastille by Himself so this should be a piece of cake for Him," Miyuki eyes widened at this
"What?!" Miyuki is baffled at this as he knows how suicidal it is to take down Nightmare Bastille by yourself
"Once you see Him in action, you'll understand," Mirei simply said
Ravaged Earth, Rundown Mansion, 12:06 P.M.
"You got to be shitting me!" Jay Jr. said in disbelief as he sees his former best friend standing in the doorway
It wasn't just him as the people who were there are in disbelief as well. He hasn't seen them over the 13 years of the Assembly of the Wicked. What is he doing here now? To bully them and belittle them? To gloat in their faces on how joining the Assembly of the Wicked was the right decision and how it saved his ass? To kill all of them once for all so he can finally be free of the remaining reminders of his former self? They were all anxious and have their hands on their weapons in case he attacks them.
"What are you doing here?!" Tsukiumi asked with a growl as she shakes in rage as he was the one responsible for killing her precious Minato.
"I came to join the team again," Jabez said with a forced smile. He was expecting an outrage, but that wasn't the response he was expecting. Instead, everything went quiet even the birds, crickets, and the waves of the ocean were quiet. Nobody was expecting that response as they had wtf looks on their faces. All of the people look at Jay Jr. who was in shock as he didn't know what to do. He not gonna lie, he missed Jabez dearly and still has some form of fondness for his best friend. But, he knows what Jabez did to him and his team over the years. Jabez caused them so much misery and grief as he was the one to kill Minato, Rick, Sirszechs, Gengo, Bruce Wayne, Julieta, and Vergil. He wants his best friend back on the Meta Heroes, but he knows that many members will be displeased with him if he decides to let Jabez join the team again and he does have some form of resentment towards Jabez. Jay Jr. get over his shock and walked towards Jabez.
Jabez spreads his arms as he was expecting a hug, "I missed you too old-" He didn't get to finish his sentence as Jay Jr. punched him in the face. Causing Jabez to fly into the ground and him to be dazed a little bit.
"You thought it is easy to rejoin us, huh?" Jay Jr. asked with rage all over his tone as he walked over to Jabez as he kicked Jabez in the stomach. Jabez spits up blood and holds his stomach in pain as he looked at the king of gods, "I was your best friend and your king! Yet, you betrayed us like it was nothing! And you expect us to accept you like nothing happened!" Jabez tried to defend himself, but he couldn't as Jay Jr. began to repeatedly kick him all over his body, "YOU NO GOOD PIECE OF SHIT! COWARDLY MOTHERFUCKER!" Jay Jr. didn't get to continued his assault as Gumball and Penny grabbed him and manages to get away from Jabez, "LET ME GO! HE NEEDS TO PAY FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE!" Jay Jr. squirms around trying to get out Gumball's and Penny's grip.
"We know you are mad at him. We all are, but let's hear him out," Gumball suggested causing Rias to snort at that.
"Why do we need to hear him out? He killed my brother and my friends," Rias said with bitterness in her tone as she gives Jabez a dark stare
"The only reason he probably joining us is that the rebellion is going in our favor. Now, he wanna run back to us is because we are finally winning," Tsuikumi said trying not to kill Jabez right there.
Jay Jr. takes a deep breath and tries to composure himself. While I did say that Jay Jr. is somewhat fond of his best friend that doesn't mean Jay Jr. didn't want to beat Jabez ass as the resentment has grown over the years. He wanted everything to go back to normal, but he knows that being naive and too optimistic. Even if they won the rebellion, he knows things will never be normal again as the Assembly of the Wicked has ruled too long and changed everything they know and love. That and they also gonna need a lot of therapy as they been through so much and have to do so much to survive.
"Fine," Jay Jr. said as he finally calmed down and made his decision, "We hear you out but try anything we would kill you on the spot."
