Chapter 7 Izzy's water breaks after 9 months
Izzy's POV
Nine Months went by, and now my womb has grown a lot in the last seven months. Anyway, I was laying down on my bed rubbing my belly.
"Ugh, this is a lot to take in." I said to myself.
"Iz, is everything okay, my dear?" Jake asked me.
"Well, it just taking a lot to take in with...this whole pregnancy." I said to him.
"To be honest, I am the lucky one to not be pregnant. I mean if I was a girl, I would feel the pain your going through." Jake said to me.
"Yeah, like that helps." I said to him while rolling my eyes.
"Hey, is everything okay?' Cubby asked as he walked into the bedroom.
"Izzy, hates being pregnant." Jake said to him.
"You know, I can tell him myself, Jakey." I said to him.
"Sorry." Jake apologized to me.
As I was still laying on my bed, I felt something wet.
"Uh, Iz what's wrong?" Jake exclaimed as he and Cubby looked at me.
"Jake, can you check if I wet, the bed? I would do it myself, but I don't feel like getting up." I said to him.
"Sure, sweetie." Jake said to me as he uncovered my bed covers and revealed that my bed was indeed, wet. But why?
"Jake, why is my bed suddenly, wet?" I asked him.
"Izzy, I think your water broke." Jake answered to me.
"But I'm not due until one month later. How did my water suddenly break?" I asked him.
"It's common, for young to have babies early." Jake said to me.
"But what is important, is that we get you to the hospital fast." Jake said to me as he and Cubby helped me up, and went outside, where Bucky was waiting.
"JAKE, IT, HURTS!" I screamed at him as we were sailing to Neverland Hospital.
"Just keep breathing!" Jake said to me, as Cubby was wiping my forehead.
Jake's POV
Once we arrived to Neverland Hospital, a nurse came out with a wheelchair for Izzy.
"Ms. Green, your due early." The nurse said to me.
"I, I, I, I, know!" Izzy said to the nurse.
Mr. Hutchinson, please wait in the waiting room while we get your girlfriend set." The nurse said to me.
"Okay, thanks!" I said to her as Cubby and I sat in the waiting room.
As I was waiting for Izzy to get start up, Peter Pan, Stormy, and Marina, Wendy and Michael came over.
"What are you guys doing here?" Cubby asked them as he ran over to kiss Stormy.
"Well, Marina just came over here for snacks, but the rest of us came over here to see our niece and nephew. Have they arrived yet, Jake?" Peter asked me.
"No, Izzy is getting prepped up as we speak." I said to him.
"Mr. Hutchinson, your girlfriend is prepped up and ready to go see her." The nurse said to me as I got up from the chair.
"Wish me luck!" I said to everyone as I left the waiting room and followed her the nurse to Izzy's delivery room.
Izzy's POV
Once I saw Jake my boyfriend, come inside the room I was happy to see him.
"Hey how are you feeling?" Jake asked me.
"I'm okay for now, but I'm nervous." I said to him.
"Why are you nervous Izzy?" Jake asked me.
"Because what if I, I, kill, the babies when I give birth to them?" I asked him while whimpering.
"Sh, sh, its going to be okay Iz, your going to do great during the birthing." Jake said to me.
"Iz, are you okay?" Jake asked me.
"Yeah, I think I am having my first contraction." I said to him while Jake was starting to check the time on his phone each time I have my contractions. That's when the doctor came in.
"Hello, Izzy my name is Raven, I am an obstetrician and I'll be delivering your babies." Nurse Raven, said to me as I smiled.
"Thanks!" I said to her.
"Have you been having any contractions?" Dr. Raven asked me.
"Yes I just had my first one, just now." I answered her.
"Okay, if you can spread your legs apart for me we will see if your ready to deliver." Dr. Raven said to me.
So, as I spread my legs, about 4 inches wide, Dr. Raven lifted my sheets and checked.
"Okay you are almost there, just give it, a few more minutes." Dr. Raven said to me as I nodded my head.
As I started to have more contractions, I was sweating.
"Dr. Raven, I think I am ready to deliver." I said to her as she rolled her chair back to me lifted up my sheets and she nodded her head as well.
"Okay. Mr. Hutchinson hold your girlfriend's hand." Dr. Raven said to him as he did.
"Izzy, please don't squeeze my hand too hard." Jake pleated to me.
"I'll try not to squeeze your hand too hard." I said to him.
"Okay Izzy on the count of three, start pushing." Dr. Raven said to me as I did start to push.
"AHHHHH!" I screamed as I was pushing the first born out of me.
"Come on Izzy you can do it, don't kill that baby." Jake sent to me while singing soothing words once I glared at him after he said don't kill the baby.
"WHY WOULD I KILL THE BABY?!" I asked him while screaming.
"Hormones."
"I can't do it Jake, I can't do it." I said him while trying to give up.
"What's in here Izzy if you give up right now, that baby is going to die. So I recommend that you push that baby out." Jake said to me as I continued to push.
"I can see the head!" Dr. Raven said to me as I smiled.
"Okay, This is for all the gold doubloons, I want you to push as hard as you can." Dr. Raven said to me as I pushed as hared as I could.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed as loud as I can. Once u was done, we heard the sound of a baby's cry.
"It's a boy!" Dr. Raven said to us as Jake walked up to the now still crying infant.
"Mr Hutchinson, since you're new at this, it's a tradition for the father to cut the umbilical cord.
As I saw Jake take the scissors, he'd immediately gently cut the umbilical cord.
"But we're not done yet there's one more." Dr. Raven said to me as I started to push again.
As I started to push really hard, Jake and I heard another crying of a baby.
"Congratulations, it's a girl!" Don't tell Raven said to me as I just started crying happy tears.
Once Jake cut the umbilical cord from the baby girl, two nurses came in and took the babies so they can get cleaned up.
About 15 minutes later, the nurses came back holding two babies in their arms. The baby boy was wrapped in a blue blanket wearing a Blue Cab. While the baby girl was wrapped in a pink blanket with a pink cap on. As the nurses handed the babies to us, I started to cry in happy tears while Jake was crying uncontrollably.
"Aww, Jake you're crying." I said to him.
"I'm not crying, I have sea salt in my eyes." Jake said to me as I rolled my eyes.
