Lastly, they both share the opinion that the other is kind of annoying (this a widely held opinion). A story about coming together by being apart, about memory and meaning, and about when to shut up.

Or: I can't find a fic where the transmigrated modern figure in Thedas actually massively changes canon from DAO to DAI, so I write it myself.

Amell only wants to love and be loved, but she can't seem to figure out how, and Cullen is trapped in a moment branded into his heart so many years ago. Star-crossed lovers until the bitter end, or perhaps fate might decide they deserve happiness after all. **Slight canon-divergence, Amell is not a Warden. Sequel to Regret, but you can read it as a standalone.
