Chapter 2

Uraraka woke up slightly later than she would have liked on her weekend. Even though she usually slept until late before she entered UA. Now she wanted to make sure she used her time well, which meant she woke up earlier than what she was used to. Although this particular morning, she had ended up hitting the snooze button on her alarm the first five times. She had been out of the ordinarily sleepy as she had gone to bed later than she should have. Mostly this was because of the initial shock she had suffered when finding out who the mysterious silhouette she had kept her eyes on for the last week or so was.

She had lied in her bed for most of the night wide awake, trying to slow down her rapidly beating heart and to cool down her heating cheeks. This was not a big deal, she tried to tell herself, repeatedly. Until she eventually fell asleep.

She swung her legs over the side of her bed and stretched her tired body as she arched her back slightly. Rubbing her eyes before she practically jumped off the bed in a very inelegant way. She took a banana she had lying on her table, ready to be eaten, before she wiggled out of her pajamas and found some sportswear for her to put on.

She brushed her teeth before she went out of her apartment to go for a run.

Knowing that her stamina was one of her many weaknesses, she did her best to increase it. Which meant that she almost every day went out for a run, where she wanted to push her limits further and further. Today was no different.

She used her quirk on her clothes and shoes to make herself lighter, helping her to run faster but, it was also so she was able to train her quirk at the same time.

Starting off at a comfortable pace, letting the gentle wind wake her up properly, she could feel her body starting to wake up as well.

Uraraka had been running the same route for the last couple of months, so when she came across a playground, she was surprised it was the first time she noticed it. Not really because she was drawn to the swings or anything, although it did remind her of her childhood back home. She noticed there were a few bars on the playground and it started to tingle in her stomach, without noticing she had stopped running. Panting slightly and with sweat slowly running from her face, she slowly moved over to the bar, her heart started to beat harder than it was while running.

There were three bars stuck together, one way was too small, as the next one was slightly too small and the third was too high for her to reach properly. She chose to go to the middle bar. Since it was much lower than a normal one at the gym, she figured she wouldn't be able to do a proper pull-up - if she even was able to do one in the first place. Though she did figure she could use it to practice the form while strengthening her upper body.

She stood behind the bar and grabbed it slowly, remembering what Kirishima had told her the other day to help her form.

"What are you doing?" a throaty voice asked from behind her.

Uraraka flinched in surprise and whipped her head around to see who the voice belonged to, she wasn't really expecting it to be the one she tried not to think about since yesterday.

"Bakugou, you scared me," she looked carefully at him and noticed he was wearing a black tank top that enhanced his well defined shoulders and arms. Uraraka's pink cheeks grew a deeper pink at the sight.

"Tch," he growled and put his hands in his pockets of his baggy pants, "you're at a playground Round face," he pointed out as a reason not to be surprised someone walks up on you.

"Ahh, you're right," Uraraka looked everywhere else, but at Katsuki, she smiled nervously at his intense stare. He had always been rather intimidating. She swallowed and her grip on the bar tightened.

Katsuki kept on staring at her more intensely, making her heart pump harder than it did before. Why did he keep on staring at her? It seemed like he was starting to get impatient at something that is, until Uraraka remembered that he had asked her a question at the beginning. Was he really waiting for her to answer him?

"Oh right! You were asking what I was doing, right?" Uraraka starts to laugh nervously as she flails with her hands in the air. The pressure of letting Bakugoug Katsuki wait made her surprisingly jumpy. "I just passed by during my run and thought it might help mix in some different kinds of training," she wiggled her fingers on the bar and stretched her arms out in front of it.

"You're weak," was the only comment Katsuki said with a matter-of-fact tone.

"I know that," Uraraka said with a soft voice as she looked down on her feet. She wasn't really sure why he was telling her this, it was an obvious fact that she wanted to change.

He walked up beside Uraraka, which almost made her flinch as he grabbed the bar that was too high for her to reach. He pulled himself up in a perfect pull-up and then he raisen the rest of his body up with his shoulders until he swung his legs up on the bar, sitting on it like it was no big deal. Uraraka's heart almost jumped, watching Katsuki working on the bar up front, made it all so real.

"You need to improve your basic strength before you start working on pull-ups Round face, or you will hurt yourself," Katsuki clicked his tongue in order to try to seem more hostile and angry than he actually came across to Uraraka. Was he actually helping her? Giving her advice?

"Bakugou, why did you come here?" the question came out of her mouth before she was able to stop it. A bad habit she had, speaking her mind without thinking. Usually, people thought of it as a great, endearing trait, although she doubted Katsuki would appreciate it.

He turned his head and scowled, "piss off Round face, I'm here because it's none of your damn business," he jumped off the bar with ease and started to walk away from the playground, leaving Uraraka in confusion by herself and an uneasy heart beating against her chest.

Not before long, she was alone on the playground again, Katsuki's words were still clear in her head. You're weak . She couldn't really argue with that. Maybe she could ask Midoriya or Kirishima for some help to come up with some kind of strength training program.

Uraraka let go of the bar and started to run again, she figured it would be best to get back to her training instead of thinking too much about what just happened.

When Uraraka finally made it back to her apartment, she ran up the stairs instead of using the elevator, something new she was adding to her running program in order to push herself more. And she pushed herself so much, she ended up running straight to the toilet in her apartment to throw up the banana she ate for breakfast.

Uraraka groaned as she leaned against the wall next to her toilet, the nausea was still playing around in the pit of her stomach. "Release," she mumbled as she placed her fingertips together, easing her nausea.

xXoOoXx

As soon as Katsuki arrived at his apartment again after his trip to the grocery store, he put his groceries into his fridge. It wasn't filled to the brim like it used to be back home with his parents. Although it had the most necessary things in it, Katsuki had always been very conscious about what kind of food he ate, as it was fuel for his body and a way for him to make sure he could become strong enough to be the number one hero some day.

Tch, I bet that Round face doesn't even eat properly . He thought to himself as he put the ingredients away. It didn't take a genius to know that Uraraka Ocako's family was quite poor.

Never mind.

He slumped into his chair at his desk, right by the big window in his apartment. Put on his reading glasses and opened his math book. As he was reading the different equations in his book, he grabbed a pencil by his side and started to scribble down notes in one of his notebooks. He knew he didn't need that much time to prepare for the next week, especially not when it came to math, though after this, they still had modern literature as well. Katsuki scowled at the thought of the homework he still needed to do. He looked out of the window, just to catch a small break in between all the numbers, though his calculations and notetaking stopped when he noticed Uraraka standing in her apartment. A towel was wrapped around her body, she must have gotten home from her run then. Katsuki mused, as his eyes trailed off and looked at her body. It wasn't a body that had been honed and showed strength as his own was. Obviously. She was ridiculously weak. Her body was soft and round, obviously feminine in every way. Before his eyes got to wander off, he mentally slapped himself. Well, her roundness isn't too bad.

"Hey Bakugou!" a voice shouts while the door to his apartment opens. Katsuki whipped his head to the opening door to see his friends, Kirishima and Kaminari. He immediately closed the curtain for the big window and stomped over to his friends with an angry scowl on his face, "What the hell are you idiots doing here!?"

"Sorry, were you watching porn?" Kaminari asks with a cheeky grin on his lips as they both enter his apartment, not really phased by Katsuki's anger anymore. They had already gotten used to it.

"That's none of your goddamn business!" Katsuki roars, stomping closer to his friends and activates a small flash grenade in anger as he closes the door behind them, knowing they wouldn't do it themselves.

"Alright, alright," Kirishima puts his hands up in defence with an easygoing smile playing on his lips as he watches the scowl on Katsuki falter slightly, "we just came to hang out … And to make sure you weren't killing yourself with too much training," Kirishima pulled a game out from behind his back, as Kaminari showed a few snacks in his hands.

Katsuki snorted and looked at his friends, "I'm not eating any of that shit," he said, as he turned on the screen and let his two friends fight over who of them were going to be the different characters in their fighting game they had brought along.
