Orderly: Hello one and all to chapter three of 'Naruto: Ressuretion of the Yoru Clan' and man oh man I just got to say that a lot of you guys love this story and I am happy that you guys enjoy it so much. So I'll keep this part short and get on with the story.

As the sun was beginning to raise over the forest of the village of the hidden leaf we can find Kage meditating which in itself sounds normal but the thing that would confuse anyone looking who didn't personally know him was that he was levitating off the ground.

Opening his eyes Kage glanced to his right and saw Aya lying down under the shade of a nearby tree napping. Exhaling Kage placed his feet on the ground and made his way towards the backdoor. "Aya, lets go, we need to get ready for todays agenda."

Aya quickly got up and ran behind Kage catching up to him as he is opening the door and they both entered to manor and made their way towards the kitchen. Entering the the kitchen they saw Kage's siblings sitting at the table enjoying breakfast. "Hmm, where's Naruto?" Kage asked not seeing the blonde youth at the table.

"Eh, as far as I know, blondie is still asleep." Sanjinn answered while taking a swig of sake before go back to his breakfast but did a double take at seeing the pitch black wolf standing next to him.

"Aya, where the hell have you been?" Sanjinn asked getting the attention of both his sisters causing them to look over at Sanjinn only for there eyes to widen at seeing the wolf.

"Yo, about time you three realized I was here, I mean you three saw me yesterday but I guess you guys was still processing your remains that you didn't notice me."

The next thing Kage knew the four was talking with to Aya with his siblings explaining their situation so Kage decided to slip away to go and retrieve Naruto from his room. Making his way upstairs Kage was thinking over his and Naruto traning for today. 'Hmm. . . I could always take him into the Drift but that may be a little to much for him. . .but, then again going there may be just the thing to activate his bloodline since it didn't activate right away.'

Shaking his head Kage continued upstairs to retrieve Naruto and was unaware of Naruto's situation.

With Naruto, 15 minutes earlier

Naruto eyes slowly fluttered before snapping open wide with confusion at his surroundings seeing that instead of a large bedroom he was in a sewer tunnel that had pipes everywhere. Looking down Naruto saw that he was standing in a strange liquid that was up to his mid shins.

"Where in the hell is this place, it doesn't look like any of Konoha sewer system that I've seen before." Before he could ponder anymore about his current whereabouts Naruto felt a brief brust of energy that didn't feel anything like chakra that had an unworldly feel to. Just mere seconds after another brust occured only it felt as if it was moving away from the blond youth.

Naruto realized that the strange energy was moving away rom him so he decided to follow it hoping that it might lead him out of this sewer system or atleast to someone that might know a way out. After running through maze like sewers following the brusts of unknown energy Naruto found himself in a large room that had huge gate on the other side of the room oppisite of the entrance way that he had entered. Walkling to the center of the room Naruto closed his eyes and focused on sensing the energy that lead him to this room.

Naruto snapped his eyes opened as he felt the strange energy brust from beneath him. Looking down Naruto a large array of symbols, twelve in total that formed a circular like design on the floor. Taking a moment to study the symbols Naruto was able to makeout the images of a goat with a fishlike tail, a woman with a water jug, two fish swimming in a circle, a ram, a bull, two identical girls, a crab, a lion, a older woman with an aura of purity, a scale, a scorpion and finally ended at a bow and arrow.

Before Naruto could ponder anyfuther there was an enormus flux of a dark, demonic chakra coming from beyond the cage. Turning around to face the cage Naruto came face to face with a large pair of blood red eyes with black slit pupils.

"Ah it seems that my jailor has come to grace me with his presence. . . how utterly pathetic." Spoke a deep voice laced with venom and haterd from behind the bars. Suddenly a faint red glow lit up the room allowig Naruto to see exactly what or rather who was talking to him. Standing before Naruto was the very beast that nearly destroyed konoha 12 years ago, the Kyuubi no Kitsune.

So what do I owe the pleasure of your visit you filthty mortal, have you come to steal my power or maybe just maybe you've come to release me so the that I can finish what all those years ago wipe your miserble village into oblivian? Kyuubi asked with a hateful fanged smirk on it's snout. Naruto simply raised an eyebrow before making his way to stand in front of the bars separating him and the beast before speaking.

"Now you listen hear you over-grown throw rug let's get things straight number one, I really don't care if you destoryed this village the only reason that I want to protect this hellhole is because there are people here that are are precious to me and are worth protecting, number two, I don't need to use any of your sick, twisted power for anything my strength is my own that I sweat and bled for and number three you stand there locked behind that cage, sealed into a child by one of two people who can say that they went head to head with the Kyuubi and won, yet you have the nerve to call ME pathetic, please." Naruto told the beast with no fear whatsoever showing at all turning around making his way back towards the array on the ground.

While doing its jailer's rant the fanged smiled it once had evovled into a snarl full of pure hate and by the end Kyuubi was more than just mad no it was beyond pissed and as soon as his prison turned his back Kyuubi lashed out with his claws aimimg to impale the filthy human that dare speak to him as if he was nothing but a speck of an annoyance. Naruto feeling the intent of the beast turned around and threw out his arm with his hand out and spoke.

Libra: Sonic Shield. And as he said this the image of the scales glowed a bright light green color before a barrier of energy of the same color appeared around Naruto protecting him from the Kyuubi claws. Kyuubi expecting the blond to be dead was in total shock when saw the blond was protected by some kind barrier that he didn't register the blond speak once more while closing his hand into a fist.

"Libra: Sonic Buster." As the words left his lips there was a pulse of the same lime green energy from within the Kyuubi's cage before the ground underneath the beast slowly turned into gray sand that slowly started to pull in the Kyuubi. It was when the sand reached his neck that he heard his jailer speak."Hey furball, you can make the amount of people that kicked your ass three now." Naruto taunted with a smirk.

The kyuubi hearing this let out a thunderous roar while yelling at the blond. "YOU WEAK, PATHETIC NINGEN TRASH DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM, I AM THE KING OF OF THE TAILED BEAST, LORD OF DEMONS AND WHEN I FIND A WAY TO ESCAPE THIS DAMN SEAL I'M GOING TO DESTROY ALL THAT YOU'VE COME TO LOVE AND CHERISH AND WHEN THE LAND IS PAINTED WITH THE BLOOD OF YOUR LOVED ONES THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL YOU HAVE MY PREMISSION TO DIE!" He proclaimed as he was completely swallowed deep into sandpit while still being able to hear Naruto say " And when the time comes for a rematch I'll be there to kick your ass again furball."

After sending Kyuubi into the sandpit Naruto asked out loud "Now how do I get out of here?" Not expecting anyone to reply got one anyway. "I beleive that I can help with that cousin." The voice of Kage ringed out before Naruto felt like he was pushed and then nothing.

Kage 15 minutes earlier

Reaching the top floor Kage made his way to Naruto's room and knocked on the closed door. "Naruto I think it's about time to come down and breakfeast as we will be training for the whole day." Kage said but recieved no reply so he knocked again while calling out Naruto's name but once again got no reply from the blond. Raising an eyebrow Kage opened the the and entered Naruto and was suprised at what he saw that Naruto was lying down on his bed and was surrounded by two different chakras, one was a malaicous vermillion red while the other one was a deep blue the was dotted with white specks that to Kage resembeled the night sky.

Kage eyes narrowed at the sight knowing that the red chakra belong to to the kyuubi and was curious about this new chakra and quickly ran through a series of hand signs before stopping on the dragon hand seal. "Yang Art: Secret technique: Astral Projection Step." He spoke before a holograpic clone of himself appeared beside his body before walking to Naruto and touched his forehead and disappeared in a small flash of light.

Naruto's Mind

The astarl clone foud it self in some kind of sewer tunnel that had numerous pipes everywhere. Closing it's eyes the clone focused on feeling some form of energy and didn't have search for as it quickly found Naruto's and the Kyuubi's chakras and quickly followed the chakra trail. After a few minutes of racing through the many sewer tunnels the astral clone came upon the Kyuubi's chamber and cloacked itself befroe entering the chamber. It stood and watched everything from Naruto's speech to Kyuubi's rant as it was swallowed into the sandpit before it heard Naruto question.

"Now how do I get out of here?" Seeing that as its que the astral clone still cloaked walked over to the blond and answered. "I beleive that I can help with that cousin." And gently pushed the blond before they both disappeared in a flash of light.

Back to Kage and Naruto

In the concious world there was another flash of light before the astral clone was slung back into Kage's pyhsical causing the dark haired teen to get knocked on to his back. While getting back to his feet Kage saw the chakras surrounding receed into seal before naruto shot forward while clutching his head. After a few seconds to gather his surroundings Naruto saw his cousin on one knee before standing up and heard him speak. "Well the good news is that after what i just witnessed I've made up my mind about what I have in store for your final day day of training so I suggest that you head down and eat breakfast before we depart."

Hearing the order Naruto slowly nodded his head before getting up and dressed before heading downstairs to eat breakfast as he was told and greeted his other cousins while doing so. After eating his breafast naruto made his way to the backyard where he saw Kage waiting for him in the middle of the clearing. Walking over to him Naruto began to ask. "So what are we doing for today Kage?" Kage glanced at his cousin before rasing his arm out in front of him causing his shadow to form into a pitch black doorway and make his way towards it and stop front of it before turning around to face the blond youth and spoke. "Naruto, this doorway leads to a world that only I have acess to called the Drift, we will be traing in this world for a month and before you say anything let me explain." Kage said preventing Naruto from interuppting him and began to explain.

"The flow of time in this world fuctions differently then time here seeing as one hour here equals one day in my world so that anyone can gain more training in less the time and since today is your final day of training I want to make sure that you can control your bloodline as it seemed to manifest after meeting with the Kyuubi but only on instict and not at will so we need to make that a priority so that you can actually hone it." Kage finished his explanation as Naruto nodded in understanding before stepping towards the gateway and look at Kage who nodded before going through it with the teen right behind him before the doorway closed leaving no trace of it ever existing.

ThE DrIfT

The two landed on top of a cliff wtih Kage landing on his feet and Naruto landing in a crouched position before standing up himself and let a out huge gasp at the sight before him and understood why Kage called it the 'Drift'. Looking around Naruto saw multiple floating islands, some housing forests others carried moutians or deserts but the one that caught Naruto's attention the most was the one at what he could've guess was the center of the Drift. It was a large shinto shrine centered around a shaolin temple surrounded by a forest of cherryblossom trees.

Looking around once more Naruto saw that the sky was a majestic purple with stars speckle everywhere with a crimson full moon hanging over the large temple, glancing down he saw a blue and black abyss with thunder and lightning appearing every other ten seconds apart but he could make out the shape of another floating island with this one being smaller then the rest.

"Welcome to the Drift Naruto, it is here that we will be honing in your skills and hopefully be able to help you manifest or bloodline at will." Kage said as he got into a stance with his legs bent while his left hand out in front of him and his right at his hip. Naruto nodded and got into a basic boxing stance before the to rushed at each other not to be seen for an entire month.

Timeskip 1 month later Drift/ 30 hours real world

Before Naruto knew it a month had come and gone for him and Kage and was more than proud at the end result of his training. Over the month that he and Kage trained he was now able to use his bloodline at will after Kage took him to that small floating island at the bottom of the Drift. Kage told him it was the Abyss and that it was an area in the Drift where gravity was increased ten times as much back in the elemental nations and the weather was always in a state of constanatly changing. It was when Kage took him there for a spar that he was able to call on the strange power from when he confronted the Kyuubi.

Flashback

Naruto was exhausted. He and Kage had been sparring for hours and couldn't unstand how Kage was able to stand the intense pressure and changing weather but he figured Kage did come here alot before he died. Down on on one knee Naruto could see Kage approching him as if he wasn't affected in the slightest by the gravity before stopping in front of him and speak.

"Come now Naruto, you must treat this as if it was a real battle so don't stop moving no matter what." Kage finish speaking before kicking his cousin in the chest sending him back a good twenty meters with Naruto landing o his back.

Naruto grunted as he pushed himself into a kneeling position leveling his cousin with a determined glare and then forced himself into a standing position on wobbly legs. Kage glared in response before putting his hands into the Rat seal. Shadow release: Sonic Black. Kage's shadow formed into a tall thin blade like shape before a barrage of small shard like shadows fired from the large shadow blade heading towards the blonde.

Naruto seeing this knew he wasn't fast enough to evade the attack quickly thought back to his meeting with the Kyuubi and tried to feel for that uniqe energy that protected him from the beast's claws. Channeling his chakra throughout his entire network Naruto started to feel a cool sensation in his eyes and focused on the feeling before letting it explode.

"Libra: Sonic Barrier!" The blond shouted before the same lime green barrier formed out from nothingness causing the barrage of shadow shards to dissperse into small clouds of black mist. Kage eyes widened at seeing this and was unprepared for what happened next. As the barrier slowly faded from exsistence Naruto threw out his arm in a sweeping motion while the same lime green energy encased his hand. "Libra: Sonic Wave!"

The next thing Kage saw was three lime green waves of energy rushing towards him before getting caught in a small explosion. Naruto seeing this went into a state of panic but stopped after seeing his cousin emerge from his shadow. As Kage emerged from Naruto's shadow he saw that the blond's eyes were no longer the bright ocean blue that he was used to seeing no, now they were a dark blue almost black in color speckled with multiple white dots that remind Kage of the night sky. But what really caught his attention was the iris or lack thereof of the blonds new eyes. Instead in the place of the blond iris Kage could make out the shape of the zodiac and saw that the libra zodiac was glowing lime green.

"Naruto we will be ending training for now and return to the temple and spend the rest of your training there." Kage said before placing hid hand on the blond's shoulder and disappeared in a bright flash and reappeared in the temple's courtyard and spent the rest of Naruto's training on his bloodline that he dubbed the 'Junishi no me' or 'Eye of the Zodiac'.

Flashbasck end

By the end of their traninig Naruto was able to use two more of zodiacs, those being Aqarius and Leo. As the two was making their way back to the cliff that they had arrived on Naruto couldn't help but feel excited for tommorow for when he got to meet his Jounin instructor and his new team. Finally reaching the place of their arrival Kage open the gateway once more and gesture for Naruto to enter.

As Naruto entered the gateway he couldn't help but think to himself 'I hope the Nations are ready cause this Malestrom is about is about to make an impact' with that Naruto and Kage entered the gateway leaving the Drift and on their way home.

Orderly: Okay i'm gonna end this chapter here now for the time being and take a small break so that I can prepare for chapter 4. Anyway you guys know the drill,
