This chapter is heavily inspired by the Dragon Ball Z fan made special Episode of Bardock and as you can tell, this chapter is really long. Longer than any other chapter I've ever written in the past. Don't expect every chapter to be this long, as chapters of this length are going to be rare. But I do plan for future chapters to be at least 5,000 words long, not including author's notes. I hope you enjoy the chapter.

*I still don't own Legend of Korra or Digimon!*

A Warrior of Darkness Rises!

Suyin's POV.

Once she was healed sufficiently, we had Kuvira brought to the hospital in Republic City for emergency treatment. Lucky for me, Korra, Bolin and Opal decided to tag along in case anything happened. They were horrified when they saw Kuvira's broken body but were quick to carefully gather her up and put her on a stretcher before rushing her outside where Lin and a team of paramedics would meet us. One of these jerks in the White Lotus had the gall to call Kuvira a whore right before saying that we should just let her die, or even just kill her ourselves.

He's no longer able to call himself a man since I used my Metalbending to castrate him using a sharpened piece of my armor.

Nobody tried to stop us after that.

Not long after she was loaded into the ambulance, the medics got to work. And unlike the healers in the White Lotus, these guys took their duty seriously and followed the hippocratic oath to the letter. Korra helped them out by using her own limited healing abilities to keep Kuvira stable while doctors assessed her condition. First they put a breathing tube down Kuvira's throat, which looks very uncomfortable to me, and immediately started pumping oxygen into her lungs, but from how her face contorted it was obvious that there was a lot of damage to her ribs and lungs. Luckily Korra was at least skilled enough to speed along the healing somewhat, but couldn't do anything else.

She lost a lot of blood and the slow beeping of the heart monitor that she was hooked up to wasn't helping my frazzled nerves. I just know that Kuvira will have to go into surgery to save her. The silence during the trip was tense as I held Kuvira's hand in my own, praying to the gods that she would survive.

"Damn it! I always knew that not everyone would treat her fairly when Kuvira surrendered and was in prison, but I had no idea that they'd go this far!" cursed Korra. "And those healers in the White Lotus did a piss poor job at doing any kind of healing! They didn't even try to heal any of her internal injuries, just kept her alive long enough for us to get here!"

"How bad?" I asked.

Although, I don't think I want to know.

"Really bad. Almost all of her ribs are broken or fractured, I just finished healing one of her lungs that had gotten punctured by a rib so she can breathe better, but even if I heal her ribs I'm not experienced enough with healing to fix up everything else. I need time to fully assess the damage, but I just don't have it with all of the internal bleeding that I've found." Korra explained.

I could feel my face growing paler and paler. A punctured lung and internal bleeding? No wonder she looks like she was coughing up blood when I first got there. She probably had been before she passed out.

"I saw that message Kuvira wrote on the wall using her blood. Lin's writing it down and deciphering what was written. Most of it was smudged due to Kuvira's unsteady hand, no doubt from slipping in and out of consciousness. If I'm right, she'll have it ready for us by the time we get to the hospital." Korra said.

I just nodded absentmindedly. I remember that there was something written on the wall of Kuvira's prison cell, but I hadn't paid any attention to it at the time. Why would I? Kuvira's life is in danger, and despite what she did with the rise and fall of her Metal Empire she's still practically one of my own kids. I'm not going to let her die like this!

I gave the unconscious girl's hand a gentle squeeze as a tense silence settled in the vehicle. It's going to be a long ride to the hospital, and I don't doubt that our troubles are just beginning.

Third Person POV.

Groaning as her eyes slowly started to open, Kuvira noticed that she was no longer in as much pain as she once was. There were still parts of her body that hurt like hell, but they were much fewer than they were before. With a groan, Kuvira sat up and realized that she had been laid down on a rather comfortable bed rather than the cold slab of platinum with a thin sheet over it that she had been forced to sleep on with a block of wood for a pillow. She chose to just sleep on the floor after the first few nights attempting to sleep on that thing.

It seems as though that was one of the more subtle and silent ways of the White Lotus taking out their hatred on her.

Not that she was surprised.

"Where… where am I?" Kuvira wondered aloud.

Forcing herself to get out of her rather comfortable sleeping arrangements, she took a glance at the area around her. It didn't look like a prison cell… In fact, it looked as though she were put in a guest room in someone's house. It was rather basic, having only a bed, dresser, and a nightstand with a candle for light. Guess whoever lives here must live off the grid since some parts of the world have long since adapted to using electricity to power their lights instead of candles or torches. She did note, however, that the room looked almost like someone had carved it out from the inside of a tree.

Looking down, Kuvira noticed that she was actually no longer in her prison jumper, but rather in a pair of simple blue pajamas which consisted of a shirt and pants.

'Did somebody dress me? I don't know whether to feel possibly violated if it were a guy who did it… or to just be grateful that I'm out of that prison jumper.' Kuvira thought to herself.

She walked to the window and saw that she definitely wasn't in Republic City territory anymore. But it doesn't look anything like she's seen in the Earth Kingdom either. And she's been just about everywhere in the Earth Kingdom. Or at least to every settlement.

"What is this place?" she wondered aloud. "The sky… the land… so much like the Earth Kingdom, and yet it feels so different."

The door opened with a soft creaking sound before the voice of an old man spoke up.

"Oh, how good! You're awake!"

Turning around, Kuvira saw… actually, she doesn't really know who these people are. Or even if they're really human.

One of the individuals looked like a stereotypical short old man with long, shaggy grey hair that and a beard that covered just about all of his face. He was wearing rags for clothes and had tufts of white hair on his rather large bare feet. Kuvira assumed that he either doesn't like wearing shoes or was an Earthbender. Most Earthbenders, even now, prefer to go barefoot so they have a greater connection to the earth itself. She knows she did when she was a little girl. The old man also had a staff with a lion's paw on top slung across his back as he carried a tray with two strange looking bottles on it, along with a small, shallow bowl.

Beside him was an old lady about the same height as the man. She had grey hair that covered her eyes and was styled up in a bun, much like how Kuvira herself normally wore her hair. She was wearing a green robe with a Tifaret around her neck, and was carrying around a broomstick. But what really set off alarm bells in Kuvira's head was that her mouth seemed to have stitches in it.

She mentally shuddered at the thought of any of the more sadistic members of the White Lotus attempting to stitch her own mouth shut.

It would no doubt be quite painful.

Finally, peeking out from behind the old lady was a strange creature. It was a pale pink color, had arms, no legs, an odd looking mouth, and eyes that were somewhere between dark brown and jet black. It looked at her with a mixture of fear and child-like curiosity.

'Who and what are they? Are they spirits?' Kuvira mentally asked herself. 'If they are spirits, I've never seen any like them before.'

The old man and the old woman walked into the room, prompting the strange pink blob creature to hop on after them while yelping in what might have been fright. Or maybe it's just shy.

"Ah, so you're awake! That's very good! Gave us quite a scare, you did, young missy. It's not every day that a human falls out of the sky right into our village, but you were in terrible shape when we brought you here." the old man said. "My name's Jijimon, and this is my wife, Babamon. We are the elders of the Primary Village as well as the village's healers. And the little guy with us is Motimon. I mean, he's a bit shy but he's a good lad at heart."

The old woman, Babamon, took one of the bottles and poured some of the contents into the bowl and gave it to Kuvira.

"Drink this. It will help you with your little tooth problem." Babamon instructed.

Kuvira looked at the liquid in the bowl, noting how it was a sort of purple color. It made her understandably hesitant to drink it, causing Babamon to laugh at her reaction. Seems as though humans aren't quite used to the appearances of medicine from their world.

"It's not poisoned if that's what you're wondering, Dearie." laughed Babamon. "And don't worry, it tastes much better than it looks."

For some reason, those words weren't too reassuring to Kuvira. What can she say? She has trust issues that have only gotten worse since her imprisonment and the abuse she suffered at the hands of the White Lotus. But what choice does she have? She decided to just suck it up and drink the medicine. Besides, she doesn't like the feeling of several broken teeth in her mouth.

She took a breath, put the edge of the bowl to her lips, and drank the entire contents in one go. When she was done, she coughed and gagged as it tasted worse than cough syrup, and that stuff's just straight nasty! But then again, Kuvira had to admit, they say that good medicine is supposed to taste bad because that's how you know it works. And from what she's feeling, this stuff works as advertised. She felt and heard her teeth growing back from the broken bits and pieces that some of them once were. When it was over, she ran her tongue along her teeth and was pleasantly surprised to find that they're not only fixed but they also feel stronger than ever.

Babamon laughed at her reaction to the flavor of the medicine and handed Kuvira a wooden cup of cold water for her to use to rinse out her mouth.

"Yeah, it's still pretty bad. But don't worry, Dearie, you only had to drink it once." Babamon said as Kuvira took a sip of water and swished it around to get the horrible taste of that medicine out of her mouth.

That was when Jijimon walked over holding the second bottle as Motimon climbed up onto the bed that Kuvira was sleeping on not too long ago.

"It's been so long since we last had a human visitor! So very long, indeed!" he exclaimed as he uncorked the bottle. "So why don't you tell us more about yourself, stranger. Are you new to Digi-World?"

'Digi-World? Is that a new place in the spirit world?' Kuvira pondered to herself.

"Let me just borrow your arm for a second there, 'kay?" Jijimon said.

Taking Kuvira's arm, he lifted it up and undid the bandage wrapping that she hadn't even noticed until now. On her arm was a nasty bruise that had no doubt been left from when it was broken, but it didn't feel broken anymore even though the pain was still quite severe. Jijimon poured a generous amount of a glowing greenish-blue liquid onto the wound before putting the cork back into the bottle and sealing it shut. Lifting her arm up, Kuvira examined the strange fluid and noted how it seemed to be healing her as it was absorbed through her skin.

'This looks an awful lot like that prototype medical liquid that Varrick was working on as a way to accelerate the healing of the Metal Empire's soldiers without the need for healers from the Water Tribes. The pain is fading.' she mentally determined before saying "What the actual hell is going on? Have I somehow been brought to the spirit world?"

Motimon hopped up to the foot of the bed and looked at the Zaofu native with big, curious eyes that Kuvira has only seen on most children. If she was being honest, it was just plain adorable to her. But she wasn't about to start squealing like a teenage girl who's just been asked on her first date or was given her first car.

"Hey, miss, what's your name?" Motimon asked.

"I don't know if I'm ready to tell you who I am, little one." Kuvira said, her voice having a slight bit of depression evident in it.

Motimon looked down and made a noise of disappointment. He'd hoped that he would find a new friend in this strange lady, but it seems like she doesn't want to be friends. Oh, but he wasn't about to give up so easily. But that's when the four of them heard something. They glanced out the window and saw something strange flying down towards the village.

"What? What is that?" gasped Kuvira.

The flying machine gave her a brief flashback of the metal war machines that she had used in her conquest of the Earth Kingdom not too long ago. With a loud thud and a plume of dust, the vehicle landed out of sight. But they all knew where it was.

"It landed somewhere in the village." commented Jijimon.

Kuvira gritted her teeth and rushed to the closet before throwing it open. Lucky for her, there were some clothes that looked like they'd fit her in there. They weren't Earth Kingdom fashion by any means, but they'd do for what she had in mind.

Meanwhile, creatures of various shapes and sizes screamed in terror as they ran for their lives from two terrifying individuals. The first of the two resembled a sort of ogre with red skin, long, unkempt white hair, and pointed ears adorned by earrings. His mouth seemed to be open almost all the time, revealing sharp teeth with a pair of curved fang-like tusks growing sideways from the upper jaw like a traditional Japanese oni. He wears a tiger striped loincloth and sleeves on his left arm and right leg as well as a bracer on his right arm and black belts on his left leg. He carries around a large bone that's been carved into the form of a bludgeon. A bludgeon which is currently being used to demolish the village and terrorize the inhabitants.

Alongside him is a large, blue creature that resembles a dinosaur known as an allosaurus with red stripes on its body. It has green eyes and a light blue belly and neck. The creature has red hair, white feathers with a red tip, and yellow striped feathers on the back of its head drawing inspiration from the Native American.

As the creature destroyed a hut using a compressed blast of air that was shot from its mouth, the inhabitants of the village who all seemed to be too weak to fight back could only cower in fear and pray that it ended soon.

"Get it now, ya bunch of weaklings? Anyone who dares to defy us, or our leader, Master Devimon, better have their grave dug!" said the ogre as he cackled like a madman.

"Hey, punks!"

The two turned their attention to the source of the voice and found it to be Kuvira standing atop a hill. Her hair was now done back up in its usual bun, but she was no longer in the sleeping clothes she'd been wearing minutes ago. Instead she's wearing a midnight blue muscle shirt that left her midriff exposed, a pair of black skinny jeans with the pant legs tucked into a pair of black combat boots with golden yellow soles and laces, a black belt with a golden buckle in the shape of a lion's head, and finally she's wearing a black leather jacket that has golden yellow trim, black buttons, and on the left sleeve is a pair of crimson red stripes that go from her shoulder down the length of her arm to her wrist. She was glaring at the two creatures with absolute hatred in her eyes.

If there's one thing she hates more than the White Lotus right now, it's people who take joy in attacking and killing innocent children. Babies, especially!

"What're you starin' at, bitch?" sneered the allosaurus creature in an arrogant manner. "You lookin' for trouble? 'Cause my partner, Fugamon and myself, Allomon, will give ya-"

Allomon couldn't finish his sentence as he suddenly doubled over in pain as the wind was forced out of his lungs. The reason? Kuvira had just Earthbent a sharp stalagmite into Allomon's gut! There was no blood for whatever reason, but everyone who knows biology will tell you that it was a fatal blow. As proven by how Allomon slumped over before bursting into particles of red… whatever it is. Kuvira really doesn't know, and at the moment she couldn't care less what it was. So long as she got to kill those baby killing bastards!

"WHY YOU!" roared Fugamon.

He rushed Kuvira with his bludgeon raised up high over his head with the intent of crushing her skull. But as he brought his bludgeon down, he was blocked off by a wall of rock that Kuvira rose up from the ground before punching it with her Earthbending. The result was Fugamon being unable to react quickly enough to get out of the way. He was soon crushed between the earthen projectile and a cliff face. And like Allomon, he too burst into red particles.

"Hmph! That wasn't even fun." Kuvira said in disappointment.

Slowly but surely, the inhabitants of the Primary Village started to come out of hiding. They all started smiling as they looked at their savior in awe and wonder. They've never seen a human who can manipulate the earth to such a degree as she did. They rushed in from all sides shouting words of praise and thanks to Kuvira for saving them, but they stopped as she raised her hand. She was looking down in disappointment, yet the crowd could tell that it wasn't any of them that she was disappointed in. If anything, it seemed like she was disappointed in herself, but they don't know why.

"Don't get the wrong idea, I didn't fight those guys to save you. Just a happy accident." she said.

The villagers didn't say a word. They just stared as Kuvira used her Earthbending to quickly get out of the village and move towards the outskirts. Yet despite her claim of not trying to save them earlier they were all still very much in awe. They couldn't help but wonder who this mysterious human was, and where she came from. Jijimon, however, was stroking his beard as he was deep in thought. He could just feel that Kuvira has a great destiny in her future. She just needs to know that there are people and Digimon out there who believe in her, and for her to believe in herself as well.

It took her about ten or so minutes, but Kuvira managed to make her way to a cave on the outskirts of the village. It was close enough that she could probably go back if she absolutely had to, and besides it may be her only source of things like information and positive social interaction for a long while.

Raava knows she was denied that during her stay in that hellhole.

"This oughta do for a little peace of mind." Kuvira mumbled to herself as she walked into the cave and sat against the wall. "Where am I? What happened after I passed out? I was bleeding out in my cell… a goner…"

She wracked her brain as she tried to remember what happened between her awakening in the Primary Village and when she had passed out from blood loss in her cell, but all she saw were vague blurred images and garbled words. Kuvira shut her eyes tightly and put her hands on her head as she struggled to remember anything and yet everything was one huge blank.

"Damn it! I can't remember anything after that! ...Hm?" Kuvira opened her eyes and looked to the mouth of the cave. "Who's there?"

Peeking out from behind a rock was a familiar pink blob that was with Jijimon and Babamon. Kuvira surmised that she must have been stuck in thought for longer than she imagined, because there was no way that the little guy could have possibly made it to this cave so soon after she left like that.

"It's me, miss. Motimon, from the village." he said.

As she walked to meet him at the mouth of the cave, Kuvira noticed that Motimon was carrying a wooden basket filled with food. And it looked SO much better than that crap they fed her in her prison cell, which was pretty much just bowls of rancid rice that was infested with maggots. Whereas this basket was filled with fresh breads, brightly colored fruits that looked similar to those from back home and yet completely different, and even a bottle of what must have been a flavored beverage.

"I, uh… thought you might be hungry. So I brought you some food." Motimon said with a smile as he offered the basket.

Kuvira was tempted to accept, but she just turned her head and looked away as she was hit by another wave of depression and guilt.

"I appreciate the gesture, but you shouldn't associate with me. I've done terrible things in my life that I can never be forgiven for. You should just go home and forget that I even exist." she said.

"What? But that's…" Motimon tried to say before he was cut off by Kuvira as she knelt down to… mostly his level.

"Please, Motimon. I don't want you to get hurt because of me, so just go home." Kuvira urged.

Motimon looked saddened at the fact that he may have already lost somebody who just might have been a possible new friend for him. He doesn't really interact with most other Digimon more than necessary since he spends most of his time with Jijimon and Babamon. But if there's one thing about Motimon that everyone in the Primary Village knows and can agree on, it's that he's even more stubborn than any other Digimon in Digi-World. He's not about to give up on Kuvira that easily!

"Oh… okay. I'll just… leave it here then."

He put the basket of food down before hopping away back towards the village. Kuvira had to admit, the little guy's quicker than he looks. She sighed in defeat and put a hand to her face, running it through her hair.

"Why does everything have to be so complicated?" she asked herself.

But before she could ponder this more, her stomach grumbled with the ferocity of a Polarbear-Dog. She made a sort of whining noise and clutched her stomach before looking at the food that Motimon left behind. That would be her first decent meal since she was locked away. She'd been on a perpetual hunger strike since the idea of eating maggot infested rice didn't appeal to her at the time, even if she WAS a war prisoner.

No, she wasn't even that. Even prisoners of war were treated far better than she had been. Finally, after a minute, she sighed in defeat once again.

"Alright, stomach, you win." she relented.

Later that day, a rain storm had rolled in and started showering the Primary Village with cool rain which was something that everyone found a welcome distraction from the rampant destruction that had been brought about by Fugamon and Allomon earlier that day. Before Kuvira deleted the two of them and saved the village and everyone in it.

Motimon was hopping back to Kuvira's cave with another basket of food and using a large leaf as an umbrella to shield himself from the rain. When he got there he saw the young woman in question doing her own form of physical therapy. A workout routine where she was currently doing one armed pushups. She was doing them slowly so as not to lose her balance or strain herself too much. Motimon was impressed by her resolve to get better faster, but then noticed something that caused him to start beaming with happiness.

The basket of food that he'd brought to Kuvira earlier that same day was empty. Happy with the knowledge that Kuvira had, apparently, accepted what he brought her, Motimon left the fresh food by the cave entrance and took the old basket with him back to the village. As she stopped for a moment in her workout routine, Kuvira glanced back to where Motimon was.

"Weird kid." she commented.

She just didn't understand what it was he saw in her when she was still wracked with guilt from what she did to all of those people when she and her troops conquered the Earth Kingdom before attacking Republic City. She decided to think about that later as she resumed her pushups.

The next day, Motimon was on his way back to Kuvira's cave with yet another basket of food, but also with a bottle of medicine that Babamon had made for Kuvira to help her heal internally. No sense leaving anything to chance, after all. He made it to the cave in record time, but stopped in his tracks when he saw Kuvira walk out of the cave with a passive look on her face which made her look kind of scary, especially since her hair is done up in her signature bun once again. Motimon closed his eyes and tensed up thinking that he must have come at a bad time and she was mad at him. But rather than do anything to him, Kuvira just took a couple of bread rolls.

Motimon opened his eyes and watched as Kuvira sat on a rock and started eating. Her expression didn't change, but he figured it was probably because she had a lot on her mind.

Ironically, he's correct about that.

But he didn't let Kuvira's busy mind deter him. Instead, the little pink blob with arms and a face picked up a small rock that, while light for some, was actually a little on the heavy side for someone of his stature. He carried it over to where Kuvira was sitting and dropped it before sitting down next to her. The young woman handed Motimon a roll before speaking with a full mouth.

"Kuvira." she said.

Motimon made a noise of confusion, since it was kind of hard to understand her with her mouth full. But she didn't pay much attention to it. She just swallowed and repeated herself.

"Kuvira. It's… it's Kuvira."

"Oh, Kuvira huh?" Motimon asked before breaking out into a big smile. "So that's your name, Miss! It's Kuvira!"

He popped the whole role into his mouth and kept repeating Kuvira's name like an infant repeating their first word. It may have seemed strange to her, but at the same time Kuvira couldn't keep the small smile that formed on her face. She may not have told anybody her story yet, but she's glad she's found at least one person, or rather creature, who doesn't hate her.

One Month Later…

Deep in the dark territory of the Digital World, there lies a castle that appears to be similar to those of Medieval Europe. Inside are various creatures known as Digimon, all of whom resemble demons or beasts in some way. Each one is powerful, but they're weak compared to their leader. He's a Digimon who looks like a man dressed in all black with horns growing out of the sides of his head, tattered wings, and claws for fingertips. When he spoke, he sounded like an aristocrat with a more malevolent undertone to his voice.

"I'm rather curious as to why we have yet to receive word from those two dithering dunderheads." he commented.

"Ma-Master Devimon, we've been trying non-stop but we haven't been able to make contact with them!" a nearby Fugamon said.

"Perhaps the babies of the Primary Village overpowered them." the leader said with a laugh.

Rising up from his throne, he walked to the window of his throne room and looked out in the direction of the Primary Village. It was the place where Digimon go to be reborn when they are defeated and turned back into Digi-Eggs. Unless, of course, they end up getting deleted permanently. Then there's no return for them. Deletion is the Digimon equivalent to death, after all.

As he looked out over the horizon, he smirked as a thought made its way into his dark and evil brain.

"Wait… could it be that there is someone out there in the Digital World who is foolish enough to challenge… the almighty Devimon?"

It started low and soft, but grew louder and louder until the now named Devimon was laughing like a maniacle madman who wanted to destroy everything in his path. And judging from that look in his eyes, that may very well be the case.

Primary Village...

"There ya go!" Jijimon said as he poured some healing potion onto a small, orange dinosaur Digimon's arm and watched as the injury fully healed. "All better! Your wound's all healed up now, so you're free to go."

"Thank you, Elder Jijimon." said the Digimon.

Even though a month has gone by since Fugamon and Allomon's attempt to conquer the Primary Village, everyone was still working hard to repair the greater damage done to the villagers' homes and some of the shops. It took some time, but the village is almost as good as new. And everyone who was hurt during the attack has been all healed up with no complications whatsoever.

But this peace would not last for much longer, as a group of hooded Digimon lead by a very tall and lean member soon strolled into the village. The leader, who is obviously Devimon, had his hood up, and the rest of the group which was comprised of several Shurimon, Boogiemon, and Vilemon had their hoods down. As did the two higher ranked Digimon known as Hyougamon, who pretty much looked like a blue version of Fugamon with an ice horn on his head, and a Digimon called MadLeomon who resembled a zombified man-lion.

"Who… who are you guys?" Babamon asked nervously.

Ever the calm and patient one and one of the best at talking to other Digimon to gain information, Hyougamon took the lead by telling a cover story that Devimon had come up with earlier.

"We are members of a police force who have been sent to protect your village, as it is one of the most resourceful rich areas in the Digital World. And as a result, it's being targeted by some pretty bad Digimon." Hyougamon explained.

"Bad Digimon?" Jijimon asked.

"You guys seen anyone like that around here lately?" Hyougamon asked back.

One of the young Digimon, Pabumon, seemed to instantly remember who they were talking about and smiled as he knew that they wouldn't be bothering anyone ever again.

"Oh, the pair! The evildoers known as Fugamon and Allomon! You were after them?" he asked.

Devimon simply smirked under his hood, his lower jaw and mouth being the only things visible under the shadow that covered most of his face. Hook, line, and sinker.

"Yes, we have been tracking these evildoers for quite some time." he said as he answered Pabumon's question.

"They've got to be the same pair that Kuvira defeated a month back before she took off." commented the orange dinosaur Digimon.

Unbeknownst to anyone, Motimon just happened to be returning to the village after his usual morning meetup with Kuvira. He grew curious at the sight of the newcomers, but kept his distance as he had a gut feeling that something really bad was going to happen. And his gut feelings are almost never wrong. So he stayed hidden and listened in on the rest of the conversation.

"Kuvira?" Devimon asked as if testing the word. "My, how heroic. If by any chance you should see this Kuvira please relay…"

He lifted his head slightly, revealing part of his face and one of his blood red eyes which glowed in the darkness of his hood.

"...We have her prize."

Motimon gasped at the sight of Devimon and immediately took off for Kuvira's cave.

Speaking of whom, Kuvira was outside of her cave doing some light stretches to get the kinks out of her body. Her jacket was hung over a rock as she flexed her fingers, curling them into a fist and uncurling them to make sure there was absolutely no pain and no trouble moving. Smiling in satisfaction, she clenched her fist.

"Alright! I think I've finally healed enough to-"

"KUVIRA!"

She looked to see Motimon frantically hopping towards her at full speed, breathing hard as he tried to get air back into his lungs. When he stopped, she crouched down to his level.

"Motimon? What's wrong?" she asked.

"Ma… Marauders! They have… come… to the village again!..." panted Motimon.

Kuvira raised a slim eyebrow at that information. Did he mean other creatures like that red demon and the blue dinosaur? What could be so scary about that? She defeated those two quite easily and she hadn't even fully recovered at the time.

"I don't see how that's a problem. There's nothing in the village that has any value that they could possibly want from what you told me. They have nothing to gain by invading." she said.

"But… They were looking for you, Kuvira." Motimon informed.

Now THAT caught the former Zaofu native's attention.

"Why me?" Kuvira asked.

"I have a bad feeling about this! There was a t-t-terrifying-"

Suddenly a loud explosion rang through the air, startling Motimon and drawing his and Kuvira's attention towards the Primary Village.

"What the hell?" gasped Kuvira as she abruptly stood up.

They watched in horror as explosions wreaked havoc in the Primary Village. The screams of the villagers ringing through the air like a choir of demise. A truly haunting sound to even veteran warriors.

"Oh no, the village! It's them!" exclaimed Motimon as he latched onto Kuvira's leg, barely even reaching halfway up her shin. "Please, Kuvira, you have to save them! Everyone is going to be deleted! Please, please!"

"I can't do it!..."

She screwed her eyes shut and put her hands on her head as she was assaulted by memories of what she did during her campaign against the Earth Kingdom and Republic City. The looks of horror on the faces of those she conquered, the blood spilled for her goals, and worst of all… the bodies of all those who died in a meaningless war.

'I should have died that day in my cell! Everyone would be better off if I was!' Kuvira mentally screamed.

But Motimon wasn't giving up on her so easily. He's crying from how much those he cares about are hurting, and even how Kuvira herself is in pain. Maybe not physically, but emotionally and mentally. At the same time, though, Motimon is still a child who's not strong enough to defend his people on his own.

"Kuvira! Please, save my people!" Motimon begged through his tears.

Kuvira gritted her teeth together so hard they could have cracked under the pressure, and pushed Motimon off of her leg.

"Get to safety! Now!" Kuvira ordered.

Motimon watched as she put her jacket back on before using her Earthbending to quickly make her way back to the Primary Village. He was left in awe at how strong she was… but he didn't know if she could stop these evil Digimon on her own.

"Impudent fools. Did you really think that we were your saviors? How daft can you be?" Devimon said as he destroyed another building with his Deadly Nail attack.

All of the villagers were attempting to flee as they were bombarded by attacks from the many evil Digimon in Devimon's army. Only that orange dinosaur, Agumon, had attempted to fight back. But he was out cold due to the simple fact that he wasn't strong enough. Jijimon watched in anger clutching his staff in one hand and the healing potion in the other. Lucky for him, Babamon had gotten to safety before any of this happened.

"So you deceived us!" exclaimed Jijimon.

"To believe a lie so easily. It's really quite sad." Devimon said to the elder Digimon.

Jijimon scowled and glared at the fallen angel Digimon, though you can't tell because of his face being covered mostly by his beard. He tightened his grip on his staff and got ready to fight if need be. He may be old, but he's still strong enough to hold his own in most fights.

"You're a liar and a thief!" exclaimed Jijimon.

"But of course. Now, please, do kindly hand over your elixir. Its healing properties are most desireable." Devimon said expectantly.

Jijimon put the medicine behind his back knowing that Devimon would abuse it and use it as a tool of war if he ever got his evil claws on it. And he won't allow that to happen.

"I… I'll never hand over the medicine to murdering marauders like you!" Jijimon said defiantly.

"Is that a fact?" asked an amused Devimon. "Perhaps this will change your mind, elder one."

Hyougamon appeared behind Jijimon and began gathering freezing energy in the palm of his hand, a malevolent grin on his face that truly makes him look like a real ogre.

"It would be unwise of you to defy Master Devimon's wishes." Hyougamon said.

Jijimon glared and braced himself for the attack, but to his shock a hail of stone fragments were sent towards all of the enemy Digimon with the force of a machine gun. While some of the faster enemies managed to get away in time, most of them ended up being torn apart into something akin to shredded cheese before bursting into red light particles. Two Boogiemon landed before being squashed between two stone shards, while a field of stalagmites suddenly sprang up from the ground and skewered any unlucky marauder to be caught in their path while avoiding all of the innocents. As far as the two generals go, they were no luckier as MadLeomon got his skull caved in by a stone encased drop kick from Kuvira right before she grappled Hyougamon and literally snapped his neck.

All of the marauders dispersed into particles of red light, signifying their permanent deletion. Jijimon gasped as he instantly recognized who had saved him from Hyougamon.

"Kuvira!"

"That's Kuvira?" Devimon asked.

Taking a good look at Kuvira he focused on the look in her eyes. She's a human, yes, but clearly she's no ordinary human like those who have been to Digi-World before. With this in mind, he smirked as he took a few steps closer.

"Ah, so you must be this Kuvira that I've heard so much about. I must admit, I did not expect a mere human to be strong enough to delete my warriors." Devimon said as he removed his hood.

Kuvira gasped as she saw him. She could somehow feel his evil and felt like only one other evil that she's ever felt before. She started growling and clenched her fists so hard she could have broken the skin of her palms.

"VAATU!" roared Kuvira.

She launched herself at Devimon with her fist raised and landed a righteous left hook right in his face! The fallen angel Digimon planted his feet in the ground, skidding to a stop before scowling and glaring at Kuvira. His eyes just glowed with burning hatred at the audacity of this human. In his mind, nobody strikes him and gets away with it. So he retaliated by speeding forward and sending Kuvira flying back with a powerful roundhouse kick to the gut. She skipped like a stone on the ground a few times before skidding to a stop facedown on the ground.

"Oh no, Kuvira!" cried Jijimon.

The Earthbender groaned in pain as she struggled to get up. This guy packed way more of a punch than any other enemy she's ever fought before. Still dazed from the kick to the gut and being used as a skipping stone, she was helpless as Devimon slowly walked closer and closer until he was standing over her. His scowl would send any weaker opponents running for the hills, but he would not allow this particular adversary to escape from the clutches of death that he intends to deliver her into.

"Pathetic human… that punch of yours actually hurt. Who do you think you are to defy the almighty Devimon?" he growled as he stomped on her head, eliciting a cry of pain from the young woman.

Kuvira groaned in pain as Devimon ground her head and face into the ground. But apparently, the fact that this isn't who she thinks it is hasn't totally sunk in yet. Especially since Kuvira has only ever seen an amateur, and I stress the term 'amateur', level photograph of Vaatu in his giant humanoid form.

"...Vaatu!..." groaned Kuvira.

"Who is this Vaatu you keep blabbering on about? I don't think you quite know who I am." said Devimon as he wiped the saliva from his lower lip, left there from Kuvira's unexpected left hook. "I am the most notorious Demon Digimon this sector has ever known! And my name is Devimon!"

"What?..." Kuvira asked through her pain.

It was at that moment she saw the malevolent Digimon overlapping with the visage of Vaatu before returning to normal, though only she could see it. Still, there's no mistaking that he's just as malevolent and dark as the real deal, but perhaps more than twice as powerful.

'His energy feels just as sinister as the energy I felt during the battle of Harmonic Convergence.' Kuvira mentally gasped as she tried to get out from under Devimon's foot. 'So I really have been brought to another world. And Devimon, Jijimon, Babamon, and Motimon… they're these Digimon that the villagers keep talking about.'

Hopping along as quickly as he could, Motimon arrived at the village looking determined to do something to stop the marauders. But when he got there all he was was destruction as far as the eye can see. He also saw the various stone structures that were no doubt Kuvira's work since he's watched her practice Earthbending before. Once he got his breath back he started looking around.

"What happened?" he asked himself.

That's when he finally noticed Devimon and saw Jijimon charging at him. He lept surprisingly high up into the air for an elderly Digimon and raised his cane above his head. With gravity helping him, he brought it down full force onto Devimon.

"CAT CANE!" Jijimon intoned as Devimon blocked his attack effortlessly. "You release Kuvira at once, vile demon! AGH!"

Jijimon was sent flying by a strong backhand from the fallen angel Digimon. He tumbled across the ground and slammed into a rock causing him to lose his grip on his walking stick. He groaned as he was still conscious, but in a lot of pain.

"JIJIMON!" screamed Motimon as he rushed to the old man Digimon. "Please be alright! Please, please, you've got to get up!"

"As far as humans go, you're quite formidable." Devimon admitted as he lowered his arm. "Perhaps if you were tame you might prove useful. However… I have no need for weaklings like you!"

Kuvira cried out in pain as she was sent skidding across the ground, deep into the rock, by a powerful kick to her abdomen. As she lay there groaning and unable to move, Devimon rose a clawed hand into the air and began to gather dark energy within. The grin on his face was one that would send anyone else running for the hills.

"This is the end for you! Death Hand!" exclaimed Devimon as he charged up his attack.

Motimon saw this and as Jijimon got up the little pink blob rushed in and attempted to intervene.

"You better stop it!" demanded Motimon.

Devimon saw this out of the corner of his eye, momentarily pausing as he admired the courage of this young Digimon who likely didn't even know the first thing about fighting. But then he chuckled and turned back to Kuvira, not about to let his chosen prey recover. As he was about to fire, Motimon rushed in with tears falling from his eyes. The little Digimon was clearly afraid but he was still rushing head first into the danger to try and save his friend.

"Just leave Kuvira alone, you bully!" exclaimed Motimon.

"Kid… don't…! Please, just… stay back!..." Kuvira silently begged through her pain.

"Do not interfere you BRAT!" roared Devimon.

He twirled around and released his attack with a swing of his arm causing a wide explosion which sent Motimon flying away with a scream. He slammed against a stone wall and tumbled down three stone ledges before finally coming to a stop at the bottom. He lay there unmoving as Kuvira gasped and her eyes widened in horror.

"MOTIMON!" Jijimon cried, worried and fearful for the young Digimon.

Devimon sneered and lowered his arm back to his side, flexing his fingers to dispel the smoke that rose up from his palm.

"Welp! Did you really think that you could best me with your meager power? Blame childhood ignorance!" he said cruelly.

Kuvira groaned and forced herself to her hands and knees.

"D… Damn… you!..." she growled.

"You still haven't croaked yet?" Devimon asked with a laugh.

Kuvira didn't reply to Devimon. She just began to grit her teeth and growl at her own powerlessness. One hand clawed at the dirt beneath her while she clenched the other one hard enough to break the skin of her palm and draw blood.

"If only I were stronger!" Kuvira said as she slammed her head into the ground.

Flashes of her childhood began to play through her mind. They weren't visible to anyone else, but Kuvira could see them clear as day. Even the memories that she's not supposed to remember since they happened before she was three years old during her infancy. How her parents seemed to despise her even then as her mother neglected her and her father attempted to silence her cries of attention and pain with beatings before she was taken in and raised by her grandparents who loved her very much, but passed away soon after she turned four.

Then she saw how she was neglected even further by her parents who would lock her in her room, sometimes for months at a time, just for practicing her Earth and Metalbending. Fast forward to how she was treated by the White Lotus in that prison and her anger at herself increased tenfold.

"Back then… when I needed it the most…" she ground out, slamming her head into the ground again.

Then she started experiencing multiple flashbacks of her campaign against the Earth Kingdom and her own attempts to not just conquer Republic City and the world, but to put an end to the Avatar because of her own twisted ambitions. Seeing the lifeless, broken bodies of civilians and soldiers alike really drove home what a pathetic excuse for a human being she was.

And Kuvira hated herself for that.

"Why, damn it?" Kuvira asked as she punched the ground.

Tears started to leak from her eyes and onto the ground, and for once Kuvira didn't try to stop them from falling. Even as the sky darkened and lightning flashed in the clouds, Kuvira just growled like a wild animal as her anger began to reach new heights. A pure righteous fury welled up in her heart as bolts of lightning crashed around her, creating small craters and eroding away the rock around her to reveal something hidden beneath the village.

Kuvira looked back at Motimon and Jijimon as her hair came undone and fell down her back. She watched as the elderly Digimon attempted desperately to awaken the younger one who had not five minutes ago tried to help her when she was down.

"Why can't I get stronger?" growled Kuvira.

Her growling started to become even more feral as her righteous fury continued to build within her very being. Bright light began to shine through the cracks in the ground around Kuvira as a new energy began to surge through her in the form of electrical charges sparking off of her body. Slowly rising to her feet as Devimon looked at her in amusement of her pain and struggles against her inevitable defeat, Kuvira now sounded like an enraged mother lioness she was growling so much.

"I will…"

The moment where Kuvira thought she was going to die having left her last words on her cell door flashed before Kuvira's eyes. She was filled with so many regrets, like how she'd never truly earn the forgiveness of those who mattered the most to her.

And she probably never will.

But right now, in this moment of strife, that doesn't matter anymore. What matters is delivering true justice upon this monster!

"I'll kill you where you stand!" she said to Devimon.

But the fallen angel Digimon simply put his hands on his hips and laughed mockingly at the implications of Kuvira's accusations.

"You're going to delete me? What an absurd notion!" laughed Devimon.

Kuvira's growling got progressively louder to the point where it echoed throughout the area, catching the attention of Jijimon and the evacuated villagers who wondered just what was going on. Just when it seemed like things couldn't get any stranger, Kuvira stood straight and roared to the heavens as a pillar of light erupted from right below her! She could feel it even as the light blinded her to everything except one thing. Something rising from the broken ground beneath her.

It was a totem that she could vaguely recognize, but didn't know why she recognized the totem. This totem resembled a black lion standing on a golden pedestal. It floated there with its eyes glowing yellow before something materialized in front of the totem. It was a device that was black as the base color with dark grey grips, white buttons, and a small screen surrounded by a silver hexagonal star. The totem turned into light before seeming to merge with the device which floated to Kuvira and into her hand.

"What is this…?" she asked herself.

"It is known as a D-Tector, my child."

Kuvira gasped and turned around to see something strange and yet awe inspiring within the pillar of light she stood in. It was another Digimon, but much different from the ones she's already met. For one, this guys is massive, easily as big as the platinum mech that her scientists had built using the domes of Zaofu.

This Digimon looked to be a cross between a rabbit and a court jester, with pink and cream fur having bits of pale gold on some parts of its body. It had frilled ears with a large golden ring with runes etched into it around the base of each ear, and a set of three horns on its head. Its arms were long and thick, clearly built for strength while having something more akin to human hands rather than ordinary rabbit paws. It smiled at her in a kind, fatherly manner which put Kuvira's fears somewhat at ease.

"Welcome, Kuvira. I have been waiting for you." he said.

"Who are you? And how do you know my name?" she asked.

"I am known as Cherubimon. I am one of the three Celestial Digimon who safeguards the Digital World. I have brought you here because the Digital World needs your help." Cherubimon replied.

That comment caught Kuvira off guard.

"My help?" she asked.

"I have been corrupted by a great evil, Kuvira. Digi-World and its inhabitants are in grave peril, as several of the Legendary Warriors harvest the fractal codes that make up our world! Before I was fully corrupted, I split one set of these spirits, the spirits of Darkness, in half and sent the halves containing the spirits' good away from my evil self. You hold with you the true Spirit of Darkness, and must use her power, the power of AncientSphinxmon, to help save our world!" Cherubimon said as he faded away. "I know you can do it, young one."

But as he faded away, Kuvira wasn't so sure. It was her own darkness that led to her becoming a great tyrant rather than becoming a true uniter like she had intended to be. Her darkness led to her imprisoning the one person who ever looked out for her once her parents abandoned her as a little girl, and even led to her turning on her own home. So to use spirits of Digimon that embody the very darkness itself? She wasn't sure if she could do that.

But looking down at her D-Tector, and seeing the totem of her spirit appear on the screen, she could immediately feel something different about this particular darkness.

'I can feel it. The power of darkness. That same darkness that drove me to launch a full-scale war against the world and led me down a terrible path… but it's different now. Cherubimon's right, it doesn't have to be evil. The pain is gone…! I'm not afraid anymore!'

With this in mind, Kuvira knew what she had to do. As a purple outline of her Digimon spirit appeared on the screen of her D-Tector, she rose her arm into the air as the fractal code appeared around her hand. She brought her hand and D-Tector together as sparks flew from the fractal code, empowering Kuvira as she instinctively began to access the power of her spirit.

"Execute…" Kuvira brought her D-Tector down and around sending the fractal code around her body to form a cocoon. "...SPIRIT EVOLUTION!"

Her body glowed with intense white light as her clothes were shredded and the Totem appeared behind her. Three lion heads made from dark energy burst forth from the totem as something happened to Kuvira. Her entire body turned a dark purple color while her eyes and mouth were glowing with a bright white light. The fractal code formed around her and brought about parts of the totem in the form of armor. As the parts encased her along with the fractal code, one of the lion heads roared as it used its power to breathe life into Kuvira's new form. Her eyes were momentarily red before the red light faded to reveal more human looking red eyes. She fell onto a grey pedestal as one of the lion heads took the form of a silver staff with three prongs on each side, and the other took the form of a shield that looked like the head and face of a sphinx.

As she took a stance, Kuvira called out the name of her new Digimon form.

"Lowemon!"

As far as appearances go, Lowemon resembles a human woman wearing black and gold armor that greatly resembles a lion. Her helmet had a golden mane, and most of her face is covered by a black facemask. Her armor also has parts that look like the heads of lions. Namely her breastplate, pauldrons, and knee guards. She had a perfect hourglass figure that was mostly hidden by her armor. Not that she cares about showing off her looks, mind you.

"What!?" gasped Devimon.

With her spirit evolution complete, Kuvira looked down at her new form in awe. It felt like she was wearing armor or some kind of suit, yet at the same time it felt as though it were her own natural body. And if she's being honest, she kind of likes this.

'So this is what it feels like…! The power of a legendary warrior!...' Kuvira thought in awe as she tested the dexterity of her arms in her new armor.

"A human… turned into a Digimon?" said a confused and slightly worried Devimon. "How? Where were you hiding such power?"

"You damn bastard! What you did is unforgivable!" snarled Kuvira.

The transformed girl started slowly walking towards the object of her hatred, power flowing off of her in waves. To Devimon, this was the ultimate slap in the face. First she arrives as a measly human and destroys his soldiers, then she punches him in the face, and NOW she has the nerve to transform into a Digimon and attempt to fight him head on? It disgusted Devimon!

"Foolish bitch! Don't think you can beat me just because you grew fancy armor!"

With a mighty flap of his wings, Devimon took to the sky and blasted Lowemon with a wave of dark energy from his Death Hand attack. It hit its mark and kicked up a cloud of smoke, but he wasn't about to let up as he started shooting more and more Death Hand attacks at Kuvira with enough destructive force to wipe out anything within a mile radius if he wanted to. But all it did was make the smoke cloud even bigger as the villagers were forced to look away to keep the dust and debris out of their eyes. The fallen angel Digimon landed feeling rather triumphant.

"See how insignificant your form change was?" taunted Devimon as he looked into the smoke. "Poor little worm. ...WH-WH-WH-WHAT!?"

To his shock and the amazement of everyone else, Kuvira, or rather Lowemon, emerged from the smoke completely unharmed! There wasn't so much as a scratch or spec of dust on her armor from what would in most cases be a devastating assault. She just continued to slowly walk in Devimon's direction while glaring at him with enough murder to make even the toughest of war veterans wet their pants.

But Devimon was stubborn and refused to believe that she could possibly be stronger than him. He flew at her and tried to hit her in the face with a spinning backhand, but she caught the attack and easily caught the punch that followed. Devimon roared as she had him caught in an iron grip.

"AAARRRGH, WHAT FOOLISH INSECT DARES TO CHALLENGE MY AWESOME POWER?" Devimon demanded.

Lowemon just remained silent for a moment, scowling beneath her facemask as she glared daggers at her opponent.

"Maybe… it's just the will of Sphinxmon." Lowemon said.

"WHO… WHO THE HELL IS SPHINXMON!?" Devimon asked, feeling as though he's heard that name before.

"Brace yourself, freak!" snarled Lowemon.

Devimon silently gasped as he felt an emotion he never thought himself ever capable of feeling.

Pure… unadulterated… fear!

Lowemon slammed Devimon into the ground twice before sending him flying through the ground. He managed to flip and get himself up again, but ended up taking an elbow strike to the face and getting his head slammed back into the ground by Lowemon who seemed to be faster than any opponent he's ever faced before. She then grabbed him by the ankle and started spinning around like a helicopter blade while keeping a firm grip on her foe before using the centrifugal force to throw him into the ground a good hundred meters away. But by the time Devimon crashed, Lowemon was already ahead of him and grabbed him by the horns. She threw him again before speeding across the village and giving Devimon a good kick in the spine! This sent him flying into the air where he finally managed to stop himself.

He hovered in the air for a moment to get his bearings and started roaring out in pain and anger. Though it was mostly anger and wounded pride.

"DAMN IT! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING, IT CAN'T BE, NOOOOO!" Devimon screamed in denial. "I AM THE INVINCIBLE LORD DEVIMON!"

He rose both hands into the air and began condensing dark energy into the palms of his hands in the form of an orb that was sparking with a toxic purple electrical current. He planned to put every ounce of power he had left into this final attack. If he couldn't simply conquer the Primary Village and take their healing elixir for himself, then he would just blow the whole place up and take the fractal code. Either way, he's decided that he's not leaving empty handed.

"AN INSOLENT BITCH LIKE YOURSELF COULD NEVER SURPASS ME!" Devimon screeched.

"A bit late for that, isn't it?" Lowemon quipped.

She crossed her arms in front of her as though she was about to defend herself, but rather than simply shielding herself, something else was going on. The muscles in her body began to bulge as though something was building up inside of her. And Lowemon could tell that it definitely wasn't any form of bending. This was something else. Something that would help her put Devimon down for good.

"Shut your mouth and burn in hell!" Devimon roared as he sent his attack flying at her. "Death Hand!"

As the attack grew in size upon leaving Devimon's hands, Lowemon brought her arms to her sides and straightened up as the lion head on her chest now had a glowing yellow orb of energy with a swirling vortex of darkness mixed with it within the mouth. And it was aimed directly at Devimon with the intent of punching right through his own Death Hand attack.

"You're the one who's going to hell you bastard! Shadow Meteor!"

With the roar of a mighty lion, a swirling vortex of gold and black shot out from the mouth of the lion head on Lowemon's chest and collided with Devimon's attack. The two beams of energy pushed against each other as their struggled for dominance. Black lightning sparked between the attacks as a show of just how much power is truly being thrown around by the two powerful Digimon.

Lowemon grunted and growled as she continued to push more power into her attack in order to prevent the destruction of the Primary Village. Devimon snarled in rage as he tried to overpower the Legendary Warrior of Darkness, but was struggling as his own attack was slowly being pushed back. The ground beneath Lowemon began to crack and rupture as her attack was finally about to overpower Devimon's.

"THIS ENDS NOOOOOWWW!" she roared.

Devimon watched in horror as the Shadow Meteor got closer and closer, swallowing up his attack and leaving him vulnerable.

"Impossible! How am I being bested by the likes of YEEE-AAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaahhhhh…"

Devimon disappeared high into the sky, no doubt send back to wherever it is he came from and badly wounded from this confrontation. As Lowemon's attack dissipated, she finally allowed herself to relax. Her work here is done for now. As those same fractal codes that transformed her engulfed her again, Kuvira now stood in Lowemon's place.

She released a breath and fell to the ground, unconscious but alive. The strain of spirit evolving having been simply too much for her in her weakened state. Lucky for her, she's got the villagers of the Primary Village who are ready and willing to help her.

In the Dark Area…

Medical specialists of Devimon's army worked frantically as they tried to prevent their leader's deletion. But it looks like when Lowemon's attack hit he was fatally wounded. There was a 99.999999% chance that he wouldn't survive. The odds were truly not in his favor.

"Lord Devimon!..." gasped a werewolf Digimon with black and white fur.

Struggling to sit upright, Devimon ignored the agonizing pain in his body as he delivered a final message to his troops. He knew that he would not live after this, so he had to do this now.

"T...Tell this to Master Cherubimon…" Devimon said as he removed the life support mask from his face. "Be… beware… of the black lioness… known as L… Lowe… mon…"

Devimon's eyes rolled into the back of his head and he fell back onto the bed, his body fizzing out a few times before he burst into red data fragments. The Lord of the Dark Area, and one of Cherubimon's generals, had finally met his demise at the hands of a young woman fighting for a righteous cause.

But Kuvira's story doesn't end here.

Not by a long shot.
