After months trapped alone in a strange city, Sora is tormented and attacked by a hooded man. Kairi and Riku arrive just in time to save him and take him to Yen Sid's tower to recover from his wounds, both physical and mental. When Sora makes a different decision during the confrontation with Vanitas in Monstropolis, Xion is returned to the other guardians of light, while Vanitas completes the seekers of darkness with Ven. Alongside Xion, and with time running out to bring Roxas and the other guardians home, Sora continues his journey, unaware of even darker dangers lurking in the recesses of shade.

Kairi, Sora, and Xion were separated from Riku, and Aqua and Mickey at the Door To Darkness. The Star Shard dumped them in front of a mysterious castle: Castle Oblivion. Sora and Kairi decided to travel around the world that Sora has been to during his adventure with Donald and Goofy. As they travel, they will experience love, joy, sadness, anger and peace. But most of all, they'll always be with each other. (Rated T just in case)
