Chris ran up to Leon and gave him a hug. "Yes, it has been a long time... how have you been Chris?" Looking up at him, he grabbed Leon's face and kissed him on the lips surprising even himself.
He too had been in love with Leon since he could remember and the night at the party when he confessed to him, he wasn't repulsed but rather it made him happy. Having Leon here with him, also made him feel secure.
About a month ago, he had found out through friends that Leon was moving back to Raccoon City and for some reason this made him feel nervous.
It had been three years since he last saw Leon, and since then a lot has changed. And through the same friends, he learned that Leon had become a cop which shocked Chris (Leon was sort of rowdy when he was younger).
Oh, how during those three years he missed Leon and wondered every day how and what he was doing...
And now, here he was three years later entering a dangerous situation with Leon... he couldn't have asked for a better partner.
"Congratulations on making the S.T.A.R.S Team Chris," Leon said as they hugged. "Thank you and welcome back Leon, I missed you so much and so has Claire..."
Both men stood there a long time just embracing and kissing each other.
