Now the Wild Force talk with the council on intervening on this matter as well stopping Lord Evil's plot to turning the home world into a barren waste world."
Republic Cruiser
Returning back to the cruiser, Sparky asked Obi Wan to talk with the council as well possibly senator Palpatine. Seeing how the chancellor would have to take this for consideration, let alone of allowing them to travel to Mandalore and stop the masters before any lives are lost. In the war room was Sparky along the rest of the Wild Force, by his side was Ahsoka and Kenobi who saw the robot dog talking with the other Jedi as well of Palpatine.
"It was a surprise to find you making this meeting, whatever is happening must be important young man."
Spoke that of Palpatine as he was in his own dealings of several systems aligning themselves to the republic. Along the Jedi who were still stretched across the galaxy as well working with different clone commanders, Sparky nodded as well would have to make this meeting go right to the point.
"Yes sir, as well on the account of how this may be urgent due to how this may affect the Republic."
Sparky informing the Jedi masters as well of Palpatine how this needed to be looked into, as well how it could affect them as well the civil war they were in. Requesting the helmet from Speed, the cheetah handed him the helmet which he presented to them. Everyone had a peculiar looked at the helmet, let alone of them having a different reaction.
"We received a message from Lux Bonteri on both Igor and Outburst causing a ruckus on Onderon. They weren't trying to steal anything or even hurting anyone. They delivering a message, about how Evil is on Mandalore."
Informing them about a enemy they hadn't seen in months, along of the same man responsible for crimes that were considered equal to that of Dooku's and Grievous crimes against the galaxy and Republic. Palpatine, breathes in at how this was a surprise. Though this was hard for them to accept this startling news due to how it wasn't exactly proof, or if they could do anything.
"While it is startling to hear that of those two criminals still causing trouble, what you've suggested is rather a skeptical idea. We have no confirmation what so ever from the planet of it's change in any hostile attacks."
The chancellor responding about how things on Mandalore seemed quiet, let alone of them doing alright. The teen animals in the room were keeping back from sharing their own words about this. Let alone how that while this war was taking much of everyone's attention, this shouldn't be ignored. Obi wan, walked up as well wanted to share his own words with the council.
"While the likely hood of Evil being on Mandalore should be taken for consideration. It could also be Deathwatch, for years now they and Duchess Satine have been at odds of how Mandalore should be ruled. As well how that from our reports, they are not in league with the Separatists."
Bringing up some facts on how in the past several Separatists visited the planet to convince Satine to join their cause, she refused to aid them. However she wasn't a ally to the republic, it was a struggling moment at how this might be considered a independent act. Which meant they couldn't interfere.
"Still, be as it may the planet is still considered neutral. Along that if this was done on their own planet, we no jurisdiction or can even act."
Spoke that of Ki Adi Mundi, seeing that if this happening. The republic as well the Jedi couldn't do anything, the only time they might have is if the Separatists would be involved. Though this time they could do nothing, Yoda. Feeling the emotions from each of the members of the Wild Force of how they were going to keep out of this.
"Feelings I feel, for all of you. Matters we can not intervene, difficult the situation is."
Yoda explained at how that there was nothing they could do on how that not even the jurisdiction of the Jedi could allow them to help Mandalore. The planet was on their own, the council soon signs off leaving the individuals in the room speechless. Ahsoka felt in the room frustration, as well anger. However before one of them could display it, Sparky hits the war table hard enough to lose it's power.
"Sparky!"
Kenobi called out at how that wasn't going help, however from how the Jedi looked at the individuals in the room. It was something worth doing at how that right now they couldn't do anything, they just had to watch the planet deal with this matter by itself.
"Can you blame him? They just said let the planet basically handle it's own business, and on the by that Evil. The main reason where even here, is possibly there right now doing whatever the hell he wants."
Ash spoke upset that their nemesis as well possibly the rest of the masters were doing something on Mandalore, or the case of Deathwatch to which they were considered that of Mandalorians themselves. Meaning they could do whatever they like if it is on their planet alone without any problems from the rest of the galaxy. Everyone took notion about this, however before any of them could say anything. They soon got a message from one of the control panels, Quackers heads over to activate it. A holographic message comes up showing that of Satine, who apparently looked like a prisoner.
"This is a message for Obi-Wan Kenobi. I've lost Mandalore. My people have been massacred, and Almec is now the prime minister. I can't explain everything now but Almec has the support of the crime families. Obi-Wan, I need your help."
Pleading on the message as well how that the situation was now serious, along how that several Death watch members came down taking her away which ended the message. This was surprising for them along of Ahsoka, who knew the man Almec.
"Master Kenobi, I meet Almec once. He was responsible for forming a black market on the planet when he was the prime minister, as well involved of poisoning numerous children on the planet with tea."
Ahsoka explained when she was on Mandalore, she as well several students found out about him. As well made sure he was locked up, however it appears he's broken out as well now has the help of criminal families he must have made deals with.
"What was the connections Almec had when he was operating the black market?"
Obi Wan asking her to which she didn't know, however she turned to Quackers seeing how he could pull up a list of known crime families. One of them came up, which was the Pykes. A spice family involving in numerous sells in powders and smuggling of minerals, they have made deals with numerous criminals and especially Separatists.
"Of course, while we can't exactly interfere with the planet as well of it's authorities. We can go after a ally of the Separatists."
Quackers realizing that of Obi Wan's idea, though there was a problem. They couldn't go near the planet, let alone how a republic cruiser couldn't go near the planet without alerting it's neighbors. The Jedi master having much more experience on Mandalore than anyone on board, would be the one willing to travel to the planet and investigate this matter.
"I need you all to stay here, if the republic hears about this than will be in a political disaster. Whatever happens, do not. Come for me."
He warned them how that if the clones or aid from the republic was brought to the neutral system, the Wild Force and padawan wanted to disobey this. However the outcome could be something none of them would be ready for. Kenobi soon leaves the war room to travel to Mandalore and investigate the situation, leaving them all to question this matter.
"Never look for trouble, and not prepare for conflict to come. Both masters inform us of trouble on Mandalore, a sudden change in power as well Satine asking for Kenobi. There's a deeper meaning behind this."
The shinobi Kizaemon spoke at how three events were happening, which involved the return of their enemies. A planet where several problems are happening and all in the while, Satine is asking for Obi Wan's help. Sparky, walks over to a chair and seats down tries to think. Everyone was confused at how Evil could be behind it, that was until Sparky felt a sudden spark going off in his head.
"It's connected."
He spoke out interrupting the moment of silence as they turned to Sparky, seeing how the masked dog figured out what this whole plot meant. That out of the frustration, along of how out of being told to not go. Sparky understood Evil's plan as well the attack.
"Evil is drawing out someone, that's his whole deal. Whenever we were on earth, he would work for someone. As well if the alliance was good, he make them a teammate. and if it wasn't good. He betray them, but all in the while. He wants to be on top, he wants to prove himself as the most dangerous villain alive."
Sparky explaining them about Lord Evil's whole ideal, of how that this galaxy was brimming with all types of dangerous beings. Which meant he wanted the title as well be known across the galaxy. As well how to do that, he needed to eliminate the boss.
"Then it has to be Dooku. He's the one that started the clone wars as well the Separatists."
Zena suggesting at how from the information she's received with her time being here on the Wild Force and near the Jedi. That Dooku was behind this war, whatever it was. Obi Wan heading there not knowing that it could be a trap. Not going to respond, Sparky as well the others soon decide to head down to the cruiser to see that of Yularen. Who had gotten orders from the senate to pull back to Coruscant.
"Commander Tano, what is happening? General Kenobi left on a ship heading off somewhere on his own."
He explained about what the Jedi master did, to which Ahsoka could answer him on where he was going. However, on that they heard of them going back to Coruscant. Which could help them out.
"He was asked by Yoda to do some recon. A lead to where Grievous could be, we've been asked to travel back to Coruscant at haste. Will meet you back at the planet."
Ahsoka coming up with a that of a quick lie for them to travel towards the Republic planet, he nods to them as well escorts them to the twilight ship that was fueled and ready to take off. The small group head inside as well starting up engines, flying out of the docking station. They were making their way to Coruscant.
"So you got a bit of that wild side from us huh? Maybe you can team up with us, you already got a mask."
Speed joking with her along how that this was no time to joke, a friend of her master's was right now heading into that of a possible trap. As well how that it would take hours to traveling to Mandalore. In which case it could already be to late, however there was a way to get there without alerting the planet of their presence or that of the republic. To which Sparky knew, though didn't know if it could work.
Coruscant-Jedi Temple
On the republic planet as well of the Jedi Temple, Anakin was informed about what happened let alone the meeting that Sparky had asked for. Brought with the information, he himself felt conflicted with this matter as he was right now with the room with both Yoda and Mace Windu.
"There has to be a way we can intervene, can't we contact Mandalore to see if what Sparky was true?"
Anakin suggesting about that if they couldn't go to them directly, they could call the planet. To which they have already tried that, even to Padme and other senators that the Jedi have known to find reason in this matter.
"Even if did, the communications to Mandalore are cut off. As well that we can contact them, nor them to us. Whether if I'm agreeing to the dog's suggestion or not, there is motives behind this."
Mace stating to Skywalker on how while it was far stretched to believe this, they couldn't contact the planet. It had completely been cut off from the rest of the galaxy, like if it was a lifeless world. Skywalker couldn't help but feel powerless in this situation, along of how that this felt like a Sith trap. As the three were continuing their conversation, they heard that of beeping from the outside. It startled them along how they checked the doors sliding open, showing that of R2D2.
"R2?"
Anakin looking surprised at how his droid came in rushing like if something bad was going on, beeping to it's master. Yoda, himself not knowing what the droid could say. Merely listen to the tone of it, which meant that something was happening.
"Fear, the droid is showing."
Yoda stating to the two of what might be going on, as well how it made the astromech panicking. The three joined with the droid as well how something was going on, the three men passed by several padawans who talked about the Wild Force heading to the lab as well needing to do something. Making sure they get to that of the work shop Quackers worked in, they saw a startling sight. Ahsoka, along with the Wild Force preparing the portal.
"What, in the name of the force are you all doing?"
Mace asking in which from how each member of the Wild Force looked, along Ahsoka. They had that of their equipment, let alone of how they seemed to be going on a mission, which had to involve Mandalore.
"If you can tell, we're going to Mandalore. Find Evil, and make sure to leave this galaxy. Because right now, it's to busy for the Republic or even Jedi help out one small planet that wants to stay out of this war."
Ash responding to Mace as well making sure he had on that of a long sleeve jacket, as well making sure he looked intimidating. Quackers, going over to the machine was typing in coordinates to that of the system were Mandalore was at, to which they looked confused at how this was made to travel towards another galaxy.
"Alright, so as you can see. It's difficult to go from one galaxy to another, but not planet. However, coming back is a problem. Once we go there, we can't come back."
Quackers explaining them how that it could teleport them towards the planet, which would be a one way trip. However, the Jedi looked against this let alone how it seemed to dangerous.
"We can't allow this, if you go there it can cause that a full scale panic. Half of the galaxy will think the republic can break the rules."
Mace believing how that if they interfere with this, than the Republic will take the fall for this. As well all of the senators who joined up with them, would think the Republic and Jedi aren't to be trusted to. Sparky, nodded as well how that they could get the Republic in trouble.
"Yes, that's why we're going in. Because we're not with the Republic, or even that of the Jedi. The Wild Force is a separate group that align itself to hunt down the masters, which is what we are. Animals."
The dog informing them how that they would go on their own, let alone make sure no one will know they came from the Jedi or even that of the Republic. It was hard to think about, Skywalker looked to Ahsoka as well going to possibly convince her to not do this. However, he noticed a look on her face. Somewhat like the look he had when he himself was a padawan, needing to do something than just stand around.
"Ahsoka, are you sure about this?"
Anakin asking her that how she might be facing off something on her own, as well that the only help she get would be from the Wild Force. They be possibly be up against Deathwatch, Masters of evil or whatever was on Mandalore that was drawing them there. Ahsoka, turned to her friends as well Sparky who looked ready. Pulling out the mask that the dog gave her on her birthday, the Padawan merely nodded as well placed it on.
"No, but in times like these. We just need to believe in the force. Right master Yoda?"
Turning to Yoda to which, the small green male merely nodded. As it still troubled him, they might be able to help out. So far what he was feeling, will be both dangerous as well will lead to that of lost. However, if there was a way to stop it before it escalated any further. It was worth taking the risk, even if it would be with a group that didn't want to be in the situation in the first place.
Mandalore
Traveling to the sector alone as well without any back up, was piloting a rather rusty ship that the cruiser picked up. Let alone of how it was the perfect disguise for him, reaching to that of the upper surface of the planet. Obi wan noticed how things had changed, let alone that something was off. Landing his ship on that of the docking bay, he had that of set of different clothing on. Looking outside of the window, he noticed one of the Mandalorian guards with a different set of armor. It was red and black, as well had horns at the top.
"It, can't be."
Asking himself along of how he knew that pattern, let alone seen it before. Maul, he must have been the reason behind this madness. However he didn't understand what Evil had to deal with this matter, putting on his helmet to complete his disguise. He walked out to meet the guard, who was holding a blaster as well aiming it at him.
"Do you have a landing permit for this ship?"
The guard questioned Kenobi let alone how this had to be one of the changes that Almec had given, was that of guard patrol. Kenobi nodded as well had one, however would need help searching for it. The guard followed him willingly onto the ship, to which as the two were inside of ship unseen by everyone else. Obi Wan, quickly knocked him out as well made sure he remained unconscious. Taking his armor as well blaster, Obi wan was now in disguise as a guard. Deciding to walk, he patrolled the docking bay seeing numerous crime families working.
"Pykes, Black Sun and even. Jabba's men?"
Thinking to himself let alone of how many criminals where here all together, getting on that of a transport vehicle. He was going head to the prison where Satine would hold most of the criminals her guards would arrest. Checking across the street's as well of the buildings, everyone was now looking up to Almec as the new leader of Mandalore. Along of how the new Mandalorian guards had the red and black pattern, continuing to drive the transport. He sensed something, a rather dark feeling that was making his skin crawl.
"Kenobi."
A voice speaking out to him, a terrible one at that. It was coming to the palace, what was once a place where he knew it to be just as well maintain order. Was now full of anger, rage and that of sorrow. Seeing how that was his needed to be, Obi wan turned the transport towards the palace. Finding a place to land, he gets off as well walks to the entrance. Several guards were at the entrance as well pointed their blasters at the guard.
"Let him pass."
Spoke that of a familiar voice, to which the guards do so. The voice came from Savage Opress, who could tell this guard wasn't one of theirs. Kenobi, seeing how this rouse wasn't going to work anymore. He removed his helmet showing his face to the Dathomirian male and the guards, the menacing Sith warrior leads him inside of the palace, where at the throne room was the killer of many Jedi. As well victims since his resurface, Darth Maul. Who had Almec by the side, as well Satine in that of cuffs and on the ground. Who saw Obi wan, as well feared for the worse thinking he tried to come and save her.
"Your noble flaw is a weakness shared by you, and your duchess. You should have chosen the dark side, Master Jedi."
Maul speaking to him as well how he could sense within Kenobi that of anger, let alone of how he wanted to protect Satine. Stoking the emotion, he lifts Satine up as well slowly chocks her. In which Kenobi wanted to react, but that's what Maul wanted from him.
"Your emotions betray you. Your fear, and yes, your anger. Let your anger deepen your hatred."
Explaining to him how he should let his emotions out, the emotions that show the darkest parts of him. Kenobi, kept his calm as well at how while he was captured. Surrounded by enemies, he would not let Maul have the satisfaction.
"You can kill me, but you will never destroy me. It takes strength to resist the dark side. As well focus to see the truth of what's happening."
Obi wan interrupting Maul's speech of how the dark side should be a road he himself should be on, but of something else. Maul, continued his hold on Satine listen to the Jedi master who might want to say a few words before a agonizing pain he would deliver.
"When we were searching for your brother, we've learned about how you didn't choose the dark side. The night sisters made it for you, as well someone else. Who gave you a choice in starting this madness of a plan, the same one who's now possibly waiting to.."
Before the Jedi could reason with Maul on who the true enemy was, Maul force pushed Obi wan to the ground hard as well forcing the guards to move away. Satine, saw how whatever he said made the Sith Lord let out a reaction of anger. Maul's eyes glowing red and yellow he was now angered by this.
"You think you know me? It was I who languished for years thinking of nothing but you. Nothing but this moment. And now the perfect tool for my vengeance is in front of us."
Maul questioning Kenobi along of having Savage, force hold Obi wan and dragged him back to the same spot where he was held as well taking his lightsaber in order to keep him defenseless. Maul, pulling out the dark saber looks at it as well to Kenobi.
"I never planned on killing you. But I will make you share my pain, Kenobi."
In which he brings Satine right towards him, as well quickly dispatches her as Maul stabbed her right into the stomach. Kenobi, shocked at this kill as well horrified at how it was fast. Satine, was gasping at how the blade was slowly burning into her. Maul, removing it allows Satine to drop on the ground. Savage, seeing it done lets go of Obi Wan as the Jedi rushed over to Satine's side.
"Remember, my dear Obi-Wan. I've loved you always. I always will."
She spoke to him as well rubbing his face, Obi wan. Feeling this, along holding back any tears felt her life going. Along how in the center of the room, was a revenge worth saving. Everyone watched along of Maul, who smiled at the sight of this.
"Imprison him below, let him drown in his misery."
Maul giving the order to keep Obi wan captive, as well to make sure he never leaves Mandalore. As the guards take away Kenobi, Maul sat on the throne thinking about what he said. Has his anger blinded him of a possible threat? Making sure he wouldn't take the chance, he made sure that no one would usurp his new found authority.
"Almec, put the city on wide alert. No one leaves. As well all guards to keep watch."
The sith giving the new leader of Mandalore's people a rule, Almec nods as well leaves the room along has the guards take the body of Satine to be buried. Maul, kept quiet as well needed to be sure if there was a possible threat, it would be snuffed out.
Later that night
The whole of the city was on lockdown, it's people were forced to stay in their homes by the order of Almec. The guards were flying across the air making sure it would happen, along of how while that was happening. Obi wan was being taken away, along of knowing that what has happened. What he just witnessed, Mandalore would be a planet where Maul could work on controlling his own personal army and not be investigated. Still taken in the death of Satine heavy, he didn't notice in the shadows of one of the buildings. Was several Deathwatch members, in their original blue and black colors. Who fired several darts at the guards causing them to fall.
"It's the rebels!"
One of the guards spoke out which got Obi Wan's attention, all around him in a turn of events. Deathwatch, the original ones was saving him. Shooting that of the guards and making sure they take em out, one of them walked towards him as well took his cuffs off.
"Name's Bo Katan, and I'm here to rescue you. That's all you need to know."
She informed Kenobi as well handing him back his lightsaber, he didn't respond but accepted the help as well got on one of the jetpacks. Starting it up, the group moved followed as well flew by Obi wan to make sure he was protected. Sure enough, they were being chased after by that of Maul's guards.
"We need to get to the docking bay!"
Obi wan informing them of if he could get there, he could possibly try and convince them that Maul was here. Avoiding the blaster bolts, the guards were close on their tail as well trying to shoot them down. Kenobi, activating his lightsaber was able to deflect them back at the guards.
"Katan, we have the docking bay secure and the taken out.."
One of the deathwatch members informing her about the docks now under their control, however. There was a scream, whatever was happening was taking them out. Rushing to the docking bay, they saw it on fire. Ships destroyed as well several people dead as the criminals that Maul brought with him were fighting Deathwatch, near them was Obi Wan's ship which was still intact. Landing near it, Katan was giving him some back up as well shooting more guards down who were trying to stop them.
"Go back to your Republic and tell them what has happened."
Katan telling him on how with this battle happening. The risk of the Republic coming here was worth it as well having cruisers, clones as well that of the army coming to the planet would be necessary to end this.
"That would likely lead to a Republic invasion of Mandalore."
Obi wan stating to her, however Katan agreed but knew one thing. Mandalore would survive, as well Maul dying. From how devoted she was to the planet as well it's people, Obi Wan noticed the look in her eyes. To which he realized who she was, as well willing to save him and get him off world.
"Your Satine's sister, aren't you? I'm so sorry."
Giving his grieving about the lost of her sister, Katan didn't say nothing. But continued shooting down numerous men trying to kill her and her men. As Obi Wan was about to get going, he felt a presence. A dark presence, as well a hurling like sound coming downwards.
"Get back!"
He shouted as well pushing her away, not knowing what was happening. Something big dropped right onto the ship destroying it, as well exploding in the process. The force caused several people to fall to the ground, not knowing what dropped onto the destroyed ship. Walking out of the wreckage, was Igor. Who was a bit on fire. As well showing a monster like smile on his face.
"Masters of evil sends greetings to armor people."
He spoke as well above them, was Lord Evil's ship. The side door opened in which showed Asajj. Who activated her lightsaber as well having it aimed in the air, for everyone to see the Night sister.
"Our revenge, is at hand!"
She shouted as soon enough, the bottom of the ship opened up. That of Durge, who was with the rest of the Masters and several other beings. Who looked changed due to Headcase's experimentations. Leaping out as well landing onto the docking bay, they surrounded the deathwatch as well Kenobi. The ship, heads off to the palace while Ventress would handle Kenobi.
"A busy day for the Sith isn't it?"
Kenobi asking as well going back to back with Katan, as not even she would expect this. However only hope that this could end Maul, but didn't know the outcome would be for the better or worse of Mandalore.
Palace
Back at the palace, Maul was informed about the surprise attack. Let alone of Katan's forces taking over the docks, however. It was being ignored by another presence, it felt strange. Familiar, something that he hasn't felt in years during his time isolated from the whole of the galaxy. Trying to focus, his eyes widen at the sight of who it was.
"Master."
He spoke in utter sock, as well looking in front of the two brothers. They saw that of a guard being chocked to death, as well being tossed aside like nothing. The doors opened up, which showed of a dark figure. Having on black and brown cloak, a hood covering his face. It was Maul's former master, to which Maul rushed over bowing to him.
"I am most impressed to see you have survived your injuries."
The hooded figure congratulating him, let alone of him being fascinated how that even cut into two pieces. Maul was back, alive as well using the dark side to over throw this planet with ease.
"I used your training, Master. And I have built all this in hopes of returning to your side."
Maul spoke trying to convince his former master that he would return to his side, however. The Sith Lord looked to Savage, the Dathomirian apprentice Dooku tried to use, only to be betrayed. Now by Maul's side, in which he knew better than to listen to his former apprentice's words.
"How unfortunate, that are attempting to deceive me."
He spoke down at Maul, which caught the red skin Dathomirian by surprise. Turning away from the two, the hooded Sith let his anger grow at this sight. As well slowly building up his power, to end the two once and for all.
"You have become a rival!"
Shouting to the pair, as well force pushing the two against the glass, both Maul and Savage were against the glass. As well using the force to make them break threw the glass. Landing back on their feet, the two brothers looked at the door. Where the hooded Sith came out, both of them turned on their lightsabers. Savage with his double ended and Maul's singular saber. The hooded sith, showed his palms as well presented two lightsabers. Activating them at the same time, he welcomed them to challenge him.
"Will take him together brother."
Savage suggested which Maul agreed to him, rushing towards the old man. The three Sith engaged in a fight, the brothers heard him cackling as well enjoying this fight. Moving fast as well trying to deliver a quick kill, they were considered equal. Spinning their own sabers, Savage was lucky enough for kick the old man off the railings. The sith smiled as well force pull both Maul and Savage to the next floor. Landing on the ground, the three continued to engage in combat.
"It has been a while, since we've last trained like this."
The hooded Sith spoke as well that the three continued their fight, having their lightsabers humming at the sound of their clashing. Maul went at him trying to best him, however the Sith lord merely takes the chance and force pushes Maul.
"Brother!"
Savage cried out as well letting his anger take over, the master saw this. And decided to entertain him, turning off his lightsabers. He allowed Savage to run at him, dodging the angered swings. He quickly activated his lightsabers, as well spins both them to Savage and stabs him in the chest. Opress. gasped at the burning along of cackling at the sight. Maul, got up to see this sight. Cackling more, the hooded Sith force pushed the dead apprentice off to another floor.
"No."
Maul spoke as well rushing over to see if Savage could survive, arriving to the spot where he landed. Maul, walked over to see that of Savage's body glowing. Whatever enchantment that the Nightsisters gave to him, was fading away.
"Brother, I am an unworthy apprentice. I'm not like you. I never was."
